I am getting calls continuously from uninor customer care for the activation of different services even cutting the call repeatedly it is calling again and again if i lift the call with out any intimation, with out any button press it is deducting the money. It is a one kind of cheap technique these telecom companies are following I want to raise a complaint against them.

    As I installed newly launched application of telenor for online recharge, I recharged from it on 13/12/2015 and payment deducted from my bank account but error code generate from telenor app and I could not receive my mobile balance. The next day I process for computer website and recharge my number. The very next day I complain for my refund policy they registered my complaint and c.no is [protected]. They told me, I will get my balance before 31/12/2015. But till today I did not received it and even I can not able to contact customer care no from my number and if I contact from another no they put me on hold for long time and cut my phone without proper answer.

          Sir I use [protected] which is telenor company. .I'm facing more network issues..call drop...& emergency..I called several times in customer care but they didn't solve my problem. .I'm losing my rate cutter pack..because of this issue..I couldn't call anytime. .I have to wait untill network..I'm in patna which is capital & also it' tower beside my room..please sir resolve this issue..

                Sir, My uninor mobile number is [protected]..Actually main problem is balance deducted from my uninor number...yesterday, when I checked my balance, then I was shocked...Earlier My balance was 41.00rs...After deduction my balance was 11.rs...means 30rs was deducted from my account...then I called at customer care representative..then he said 'SPORTS' service is activated at this number in 19th dec 2015...then yesterday I deactivated this service...but my balance was not refunded...actually this is not my fault..because I had not activated any service at 19th dec 2015...this service...

                  Sir, My uninor mobile number is [protected]..Actually main problem is balance deducted from my uninor number...yesterday, when I checked my balance, then I was shocked...Earlier My balance was 366.95rs...After deduction my balance was 332.95rs...means 34rs was deducted from my account...then I called at customer care representative..then he said 'MY MUSIC' service is activated at this number in 20th dec 2015...then yesterday I deactivated this service...but my balance was not refunded...actually this is not my fault..because I had not activated any service at 20th dec 2015...this service was automatically activated at my number...so please check my whole issues by uninor concern team...and refund my 34rs balance in my account...I hope u will must resolve my complaint...thank you...

When I call him, he starts abusing. again and again he start abusing after some time. So request you to prompt strict action against such person quickly... . thanking you sir...                       This is Seku.Madhu Mobile.No.[protected] of Telenor and i have received a call stating that to activate VAS press 5 or 9 but i did not respond and i have disconnected the call still Rs.30/- deducted from my account toward activation charges and received a message stating that and it also auto renewed every month " WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE AND TELENOR CHEATED ME BY ACTIVATION AND DEDUCTION OR RS.30/- WITH OUT MY CONSCENT SHOULD PUNISH THE RESPONSIBLE AND ALSO SHOULD DE ACTIVATE THE VAS AND CREDIT MY MONEY BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Flag this message Delete this message PUNISH THE RESPONSIBLE FOR WASTING OF CUSTOMERS TIME & MONEY ALSO SPOILED THE COMPANY REPUTATION.

                          We have bought a sim of telenor no: [protected], for activation they asked details which we provided clearly by call, and the sim was activated. After 1 and 1/2 months they deactivated sim without giving any reasons and the balance was automatically deducted to zero . after calling on 121, they are reporting that we have to again travel their agency to give all the details and documents and again go through all the process for verification. Either they should activate my number or they should return the cost of sim and the price spend to recharge their sim. ASHOK SAXENA [protected]

                            Dear sir, i went on your telenor mini stores anandnagar- (anshika mobile ) dist maharajganj u.P. With original f.I.R and i d proof and submitted original f.I.R. And photo copy of i d proof on dated 15/12/2015 . Same time mr. Rahul singh owner of telenor mini stores given new sim no.[protected]-9088 4 and received amount of rs. 150/- also given activation time that this sim will activate after 48 hours. At presently so many times i communicated, but my form with attached documents are not getting in the office . Whenever same mobile no.Was lost in month july 2015 at that time i was submitted same type documents . This mobile no. Is very important to my self. [protected] on this number they activated Dtae: 21/12/2015 Comedy Portal Service without my request and deducted Rs. 7/- Date : 22/12/2015 activated Telenor Music zone and deducted Rs/4/- I have tried to call on given number in the SMS 155223 Toll free number to deactivate this number. But this nuber is not working (Does not exist) I want a strict action against this type of activity . So, that this type of activity can not be repeated again and again.

                                      I have purchased prepaid SIM card of Telenor from shop named KESHAR in ANAND NAGAR, Kothrud area of Pune India whose mobile no is [protected] on 20 December at about 6.00 p.m.along with talk time, for Rs 120/-filled the requisite form, duly signed and with Xerox copies of election card and my photograph was submitted with him. He had said that the mobile will be activated by 21 December 2015. However the mobile was not activated during the stipulated time. Even to day i.e. 23 December 2015 and upto 3.00 pm the mobile is not activated. The mobile no as per the SIM card is [protected]. The call center of Telenor ([protected]) kept on telling the same thing for each of my 3 calls that that the documents are not received. But the Sim card vendor maintained that those are already submitted. [protected]@telenor.com complaint id is 619714 It is kindly requested to enquire and see that my mobile is activated immediately.
