Sir my pH no. Is [protected] from Agra.my complaint is against continue activation of services and refunding of deducted balance. This time service named I contest is been activated and deduct 5rs. From my account. After complaining to customer care representative he doesn't refuse to listen anything.pls look forward to this otherwise I will cut my all 4 connections o[censored]ninor. This is not the first time you deduct the balance. And this time if you doesn't give my balance back.I will cut all my connections o[censored]ninor.

      My Telenor no. is [protected] Telenor activated a service on my mobile named fashion factory on 3rd dec 2015 with out my concern and deducted Rs 21. When I called the customer support, they simply replied that only you have activated the service by yourself. I didnt even use my phone for that period and they are saying that I have done this and deducted my balance. They never entertain my complain. And finally I come to realize that I have opted the worst telecom company ever. Extremely poor services and total fraud company.

          Sir from the day I purchase telenor sim, continue I have to face firstly your network even in full network I am unable to do clear conversation. But the main problem is that company continue auto activate many VAS services on my no. and take charges for that without my permission and even calling to your helpline no they cannot refund it

            Unable to bear AIRTEL haphazard charges and disturbing calls, I ported to Telenor a few months ago. My number is [protected]. Before last month also this telenor service deducted 30/- plus 30/- for useless and undesired music from haunting 54646. SO frequently telenor calls subscribers numbers from [protected] and as it is inward call from unknown number, we try to answer the call. That is all our balance gets reduced by 30/-. What kind of loot it is? Already I complained when they deducted my money twice 30/- each time and they reversed the entries. I have been trying to have 'DO NOT DISTURB' facility on my number, but it never worked out, and constantly unsolicited and disturbing calls / messages from telenor service keep coming. It is difficult to keep watch on cell. I am a teacher myself and how can telenor disturb me with dirty calls and music always? I request you to kindly arrange to return the money.             Dear sir, On receiving continuous msgs after every call from my telenor numbers [protected] & [protected] that "Recharge with STV64 to get 10000 local seconds for off net numbers and unlimited free calls T to T for 28 days", I recharged both my numbers with Rs.64/- on 3/12/2015. Surprisingly, I received messages on both numbers from the great Telenor company that "Your 9500.00 Telenor to Other loc sec going to expire today on 04/12/2015". What is this? If we are not minding things carefully, like those unsolicited Rs.30/- cuts from time to time, this Rs.64/- also goes to enhance Telenor profit for no service. So Telenor STV 64 IS FOR 24 HOURS ONLY? I don't think so. Kindly see to it and restore either total facility for 28 days as canvassed or return money. Please look into it and let me know your action. One thing is certain that if the consumer remains inattentive, he is bound to lose money with Telenor's tricky actions. Very bad on their part. Please do the needful. Thanking you, Karunakumar K
            Due to haphazard charges and disturbing messages on AIRTEL service, I ported to Telenor service and here it is good as far as charges are concerned but a lot of disturbing calls and messages so frequent that it is difficult to concentrate on work. I activated DND and still I face this problem. I request you to arrange to withdraw all such nuisance services on my mobile. Thanking you, K K Kumar

                Dear sir my mob no. is [protected] and i got a message from company ( recharge with rs 99 and get t=t unlimited calls free ) then i contacted to customer care you can check my call details, he replied to recharge with 121 to get the facility and after i recharged from 121 but i did not get the benefit . so again i contacted to customer care and this time he replied to recharge with 99, i argued with him why he miss guided me then he replied to leave a complaint . so i am complaining . so plz do the needfull

When i called second time he said to wait for balance.next day i.e. 29NOV2015when i tried to customer care call is being rejected.                               I am using Uninor number [protected] since 2012 and didnt send any sms since 2013 but my outgoing SMS was blocked. Raised a ticket with SR [protected] and ticket was closed stating that "Outgoing SMS facility has been barred due to sendingB SPAM/ Promotional SMS" but I used to chat with friends. Now I am about to start new business and gave this number. I didn't check TRAI has blocked my number and now I have to send sms to confirm my DSC which it's highly required. Any solution for this?

                                    On 22nd Nov 2015, I recharged my prepaid number with Rs 39/- for FB + WatsApp + Data, now it’s 23rd Nov and it’s not working till now.
                                    Called 198 at (09:40 AM) to lodge a complaint regarding the same: Here the story begin:-
                                    1. “Damini”, received my call and keep saying that will help you and suggest
                                    me to talk to the technical person, I asked her that I don’t need any technical
                                    Assistance I just want to lodge a complaint regarding the same, but she refused
                                    and ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And after
                                    putting me on a loooooong hold she transferred the call to her so called senior.
                                    2. “Amrita”, call landed to amrita and she scared me saying that the Incoming, Outgoing and Data is closed for this number since 1st of Nov. Than where the hell is my balance being deducted. Apart from this she also keep telling me the service was close and she is opening it and it will take 4 hour MAX to resolve, again she also ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And again after putting me on a loooooong hold (it was longer then the last one) she transferred the call to her so called senior.
                                    3. “Hari Om”, the third person who fooled me and said system has issues and will take 5 hour MAX. Assured me that this will be resolved within 5 hour, but he also didn’t took my complaint” which was my very first concern.
                                    4. “Mithlesh” at 05:31 PM, he called and spoke some stuff and wanted my permission to UnBAD that data service stuff which was BAD earlier, WTF. Why the hell did I recharged and why the hell did I called earlier. He said he will open it and it will take 5 hour (again ).
                                    But as of now I can’t see it’s working, and my very first concern regarding lodging a complaint is still in cloud somewhere.
                                    On 24th a full day passed and till this time I haven't heard anything from Telenor/Uninor and not even the data pack activated or should I say started working.
                                    Now I get it, why people were suggesting me not to tie with Telenor. But I think in India every Telecom provider has same problem. No one cares about customer, and if you complaint they keep crying their rules and conditions without listening you. They don't know how to serve customer, all they know is how to fool customer and blaming customer for their mistakes.
                                    On 25th I called to Customer care to check why it’s still not working. They gave me the same reasons again they gave earlier. Not even ready to hear that I called earlier too and they ask the time to resolve the issue. And after three days again they were telling me they will UNBAD my data connection and after four it will start working. I felt exhausted trying to explain them this happen earlier too but it’s still same, not resolved. They are not giving me any resolution not even able to tell me what should I do now. Where to go who can help me or to any higher authority.
                                    They simple denied to provide me any further details and keep telling me we will UNBAD your data and after four hour it’ll start working.
                                    After a long frustrating conversation they agreed to take my complaint which they earlier told me they don’t have any platform to lodge a complaint and they will not lodge my complaint.
                                    SR[protected] complain number provided to me with the time of 30th Nov it will be resolved or they will get back to me.
                                    WTF what should I do till 30th and they are not even ready to give any surety over it.
                                    And what about the pack validity which started on 22nd I am not even able to use it.
                                    I WANT MY REFUND NOW, this is the only thing can help me in this situation.
                                    Why the hell always a customer should get compromised.

                                        This number from Patna or Jharkhand ‭[protected] called me Yesterday claiming that they are from consumer court Delhi, She told her name as Rinki Kumari and spoke in a true rough illiterate way. I wonder how could you people let your service to somebody who is not only ruining your company's name but also standard. I hope you will take some serious actions regarding my complain. I also checked in internet about this no. and yes its a fraud caller using uninor service to fool people around.
