          Dear sir, I want to tell you that from my telenor number [protected] the company has deducted my account balance at 9/12/15 of 55Rs and 17/12/15 they have deducted 55Rs again . And when I asked the customer care why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that there is a technical problem in their server and moreover the giving several type excuse and when i asked them that wether they will refund my money or not they are replying that it is not possible.your companey officer mr. pradeep Yadav (emp.code no. 127527) told me that there is no service activated on my number and my balance is deducted from my account...sir please help me to get my rs. 110 back to my telenor number [protected]. thanks sir.                 Hi i am your customer heaving no [protected] i need micro sim from your delaer named Oum Agency at diwalipura road vadodara. i am going since last three days around 11.30 am and 7 pm since monay ((14/12/2015 )to wednesday(16/12/2015 ) from my busy working hours Mr Gaurang Jadav Sitting at your out let daily giving me diff time telling i have to come in evening and next days butu not giving me micro sim i take all documents and photograph with me but he is behaving roudly. i am not happy with the service and and asking me to come twice daily since three days. Now due to above thing i am facing lot of problem as well as finacial loss too as well as my mental harassment like a beger at your door step. i like to go to consumer court as well complain to TRAI for this if you will not arrange to drop my sim card at my door step by arranging a call for that.                     I am using Telenor Mobile number [protected]. i was received a message on 11.12.2015 at 02.17 hrsPM was deducted my balance amount for Rs. 30/- to subscription to Sarkar$Naukari$30 has been renewed and you have been charged Rs. 30.0/1M to Deactivate dial 155223. immediately i am dailed 155223, answer *121#, further i was followed the Sir, instructions. at 02.21PM i am received a message, You have been unsubscribed from Sarkar$Naukari$30. in this connection, deduction amount was not credited my balance amount, and also contact 198 the customer care. the customer care telling ur amount was not credited in ur balance amount, i am not agree and a registered a compliant on 12.12.2015 at 02.31pm No.S[protected]. Further i am not received deduction an amount of Rs.30.00. till to date. sir, please take necessary action above Telenor Mobile and credit my deduction amount 30.00 credited by balance [protected] mobile no. thanking you Sir, yours sincere B.                     Very Very Very poor THIRD CLASS SERVICE provided by telenor without customers permission who gives them the authority to deducte the balance from personal account for unwanted services like VAS & when customer calls for refund no respect as well as Negative Attitude. I[censored] want money without hardwork then start ur campaign and start Fund Raising all will give u with due respect.
                    U r in competitive world and Ur company is Just a beginning i[censored] provide such kind of services dear u will surly have to say Goodbye from all.
                    Twice u have deducted Rs 30 for VAS without my acceptance.
                    I will not be using anymore because u and Ur staff don't love customers just aiming to make money in anyway.

As per the customer support this offer is only applicable from telenor websites. When I asked to revert the recharge they told there is no any policy for online recharge revert.
