I was activating one service on my telenor number using *222*7*69#. First time when I request this service from my main balance it gave me an error so I tried once again and that service activated twice without informing me by message, I am really not satisfied with this type of their service mistake. Try to help me out for this

              I recharged for 64 special offer directly on telenor website the benefits of the recharge are 4000 local secs and 25 paise/min local and std calls for 90 days but, actually i got the below benefit 10000 local seconds for 2 days and unlimited telenor telenor plan i have already telenor to telenor unlimited plan is there. i am so disappointed because of these mistakes in telenor website if you can not manage database efficiently, better to stop running your telenor official site previously i lost 120 rupees because of your lack of technicians in same website so, i strongly recommend everyone not to use telenor note: these are the screenshots that i attached tells about your telenor website 1)second screenshot shows that recharge does not happen well so your money has not been debited so please try again message but, in my account my money is debited 2) recharge benefits are added to your mobile: message from my email these benefits are actually that i recharged for .but, it does not happen after two days they mailed as stv64 is available only with benefits 10000 local seconds for 2 days and unlimited telenor to telenor calls for 28 days so, i have already unlimited local telenor to telenor calls for 90 days offer so, i think i am not fool to made recharge stv 64 having 10000 local seconds for 2 days and unlimited telenor to telenor calls for 28 days at the time of i made recharge the offer is not you mentioned. in screenshot it clearly mentioned the benefits how many times you are sending the same message i think are you blind or acting like this just see the screenshot clearly. suppose stv64 is not available offer then how it shows in telenor website as i recharged for 64 special offer directly on telenor website the benefits of the recharge are 4000 local secs and 25 paise/min local and std calls for 90 days and also the attachedmessage will come to my mail

                My mobile no is [protected], They have started uTreasureO service without my authorisation and cutting Rs 2 as daily charges. When I tried to complain on their 121 or 198, the phone just gets cutoff while proceeding. By whose directive the services have been started? Telenor authority should look in this matter at earlist. Legal suit will follow

We had contacted Idea care for the same and they have told me to contact UNINOR. We have tried contacting your customer care but in vain. But on 24.10.2015 one sms recd Entertainment Portal activated and deducted 10\- my account, immediately I sent sms to STOP to 155223. They sent sms to me deactive. Same time Money Was Not return to me. VAS Complaint no 15223 is not working

                            I am ashish Kumar mob.[protected]. It Activated 16 Oct 2015. I have bought 2 SIM O[censored]ninor. I get Gprs Service other no. but not get on this no. I call customer care. call automatic disconnect after IVR. I call Other no. then give time for solution. till 24 oct. but till today i am not able to acces internet. my pack will expire 15 Nov 2015.

                                  Suddenly a massage appeared thanks for contacting telenor you have downloaded the app and charges for that are 49 Rs. When I contacted customer care they refused to reimburse my 49/- Rs back. They said you have downloaded app so we will not refund you back.

                                      I have bought a uninor SIM in 2011 on my own identity proof. Now my SIM got lost and when I asked them to re issue me new sim of that same number, they are saying it is not registered on my name. How can it be possible when I have only verified my own name during verifucation process all these years. No one is listening to my problem in uninor and not giving me new sim of that same number.
