I have already registered DND in my no [protected] but still i received numbers of messages from your company in every minute. Today i call your customer care representative about my complaint but she not available to solve my problem and she regularly said she will cut my phone . after my request she provide my complaint no-[protected], dt.5-11-15....

When I tried to complain on their 121 or 198, the phone just gets cutoff while proceeding. By whose directive the services have been started? Telenor authority should look in this matter at earlist. Hai, i am using the uninor sim my no is [protected]. in my mobile no has activated VAS Pack with out any information. But on 24.10.2015 one sms recd Entertainment Portal activated and deducted 10\- my account, immediately I sent sms to STOP to 155223. They sent sms to me deactive. Same time Money Was Not return to me. VAS Complaint no 15223 is not working...

I call customer care. call automatic disconnect after IVR. I call Other no. then give time for solution. till 24 oct. but till today i am not able to acces internet. my pack will expire 15 Nov 2015....

This is Tarun Kumar Tiwari. I have a telenor no. [protected] which was deactivated on 10-Oct-2015 in evening. After two days on 12-Oct-2015 I went to telenor care to submit my document to re-open incoming and outgoing service at my nomber. Today is 24-Oct-2015 at now my complaint has not resolved.

Suddenly a massage appeared thanks for contacting telenor you have downloaded the app and charges for that are 49 Rs. When I contacted customer care they refused to reimburse my 49/- Rs back. They said you have downloaded app so we will not refund you back....

I am user of uninor from 5 years i lost my sim card 4days ago so I got to the uninor store where they told me that my sim was registered by someone else name.Even though during verification call I verified my name nd address still they are saying that the information is not matching which i provided and they said we cant help u.i called customer care they told me to go to store no one is helping me and my no synchronized with all my bank...

I have bought a uninor SIM in 2011 on my own identity proof. Now my SIM got lost and when I asked them to re issue me new sim of that same number, they are saying it is not registered on my name. How can it be possible when I have only verified my own name during verifucation process all these years. No one is listening to my problem in uninor and not giving me new sim of that same number....
