I have ported from airtel to telenor very recently for the reason that AIRTEL use to robbing its customers unawares for all dirty and useless services.
First one month Telenor service was good and of late it started robbing customers like its big brother airtel for useless services.
My number is [protected] recently ported to telenor from airtel.
Although I did nothing except touching my phone, Telenor sent a msg "Thank u for subscribing Live Astrology service, which I never wish to, and Rs.30/- deducted for one month service.
Whose money is it and how these cellular service companies customers in these ways?
The amount deducted should be refunded and these dirty actions be restricted.

    At my no. [protected] have offer on 16Oct2015 that @rs 86/ =600 local min. I have deducted the balance of Rs86 but got only 250minutes and also a confirmation message that " Dear customer, Rs 86= 600 Local min has been activated on your number" But till time I didn't get remaining minutes on my number. I have also called on 198 but agents didn't give the satisfactry answer. Thanks & Regards Devendra

      Mob no. [protected] Rs.20 was deducted yesterday i.e. 14 oct 15 for vas news 360. When I called to customer care she de-activated the service but did not refund the balance. When i called second time he said to wait for balance.next day i.e. 15oct15 when i tried to customer care call is being rejected. When i call through another no. he is telling that it is more than 24 hrs so balance will not be refunded.

              Telenor providers are doing fraud business. The reason why i am saying this is they are deducting money every time from my mobile. My family using two telenor network SIM's are using and they are deducting money each time Rs.10/- or Rs5/- . This is happening regularly. This is not happening only for me, my friends also facing this issue. So please do the action on Telenor providers as early as possible.

                      Hai, i am using the uninor sim my no is [protected]. in my mobile no has activated VAS Pack with out any information.i spoke to customer care center many times but they have no responce. in my account the VAS deduction was Regularly Cuted even i De Activated Pack. at Same time Money Was Not return to me. If we Have Not enoug Balance in our account we could not make a call but VAS Pack Activate and the amount will be Deducted when we recharage our number. How Its Possible.

                          My Telenor number was snooped during my Call. I found some external voice during the call but I didn't noticed. but the next day that burglar called me and told me everything which I was talking that time and threaten me. This is a shame on such a big company. They promise cheap calls but can't provide the privacy. I am going to consumer care.

                              Hi, Without the permission of sim card owners, the uninor service is reducting the balance amount of 30rs, 3rs... for many times, though we have not activated any offers. When calling to the complaints number(198) and customer care number, no call is forwarding. Trying from past one day.. What is this incapable service o[censored]ninor/telenor. Who is responsible for that reduction amount..What will you take for that action and this is not the first time..This is the second uninor sim i am using..Still facing same problems with uninor..WORST SERVICE...

                              on 2 oct my balance has deducted due to net accessing but i hv 1000mb data and validity upto 5 sep...on 5 sep i hv recharched again my net pack and now i hv 1500mb..i hv complain to custumer care but they said that i hv use net without having data balance but that day i hv enough balance..

We phase this type problems more then past 3 months . We also complain support but support person not Liston my problems and also not note my complain.                                       Uninor/Telenor has Activated VAS without my knowledge and without intimating me and deducting 20Ps everyday as data charges while I have deleted all the internet settings and I am using a simple phone. Today (on 01/10/2015) I woke up and first thing I see on mobile was a flash message about VAS deduction (Rs 40 I guess) from my account. I immediately called 121 and cancelled that service they didn't give my money back so I called customer care and informed executive about the status. She gave cold answer that the it is for caller-tune service which was activated 24 Hrs ago so we cannot give you refund, also she informed me that the pack was renewed (I haven't activated the pack so the company is reaping me for two months!!!). My questions are: 1) Although I have registered for DND why they are sending me flash messages? 2) I have not applied for any VAS caller-tune service, not even one month ago, not ever in my life, then why had they activated it and if so why they did not send me an SMS about activation and balance deduction? 3) I had slept at 11pm had seen the phone and there was not any flash message about VAS activation, I had seen message in morning and immideately called call center so how did the service started 24 hrs ago? it shouldn't be more than 12 hrs. 4) When I will get my refund as I am not using there services, and how can we file a cheat case to company as they haven't informed me about anything by official sms. 5) even though I am using a simple phone and I have deleted all the internet settings they still cut about 20 Paise every day from my account why? my cell number from which the balance is deducted is [protected]

                                        My balance has been deducted many a times without my consent to any subscriptions. Once I even talked to customer care person but of no use. I can't even connect to customer care number, always disconnects. I think this the worst and worst nnnnnnnnnn worst telecom providers I have encountered in my life.
