Didn't get offer value

At my no. [protected] have offer on 16Oct2015 that @rs 86/ =600 local min. I have deducted the balance of Rs86 but got only 250minutes and also a confirmation message that " Dear customer, Rs 86= 600 Local min has been activated on your number" But till time I didn't get remaining minutes on my number. Balance deduction through vas

Mob no. [protected] Rs.20 was deducted yesterday i.e. 14 oct 15 for vas news 360. When I called to customer care she de-activated the service but did not refund the balance. When i called second time he said to wait for balance.next day i.e. 15oct15 when i tried to customer care call is being rejected. When i call through another no. he is telling that it is more than 24 hrs so balance will not be refunded....

Telenor providers are doing fraud business. The reason why i am saying this is they are deducting money every time from my mobile. My family using two telenor network SIM's are using and they are deducting money each time Rs.10/- or Rs5/- . This is happening regularly. This is not happening only for me, my friends also facing this issue. So please do the action on Telenor providers as early as possible....

Activation of VAS

Hai, i am using the uninor sim my no is [protected]. in my mobile no has activated VAS Pack with out any information.i spoke to customer care center many times but they have no responce. in my account the VAS deduction was Regularly Cuted even i De Activated Pack. at Same time Money Was Not return to me. If we Have Not enoug Balance in our account we could not make a call but VAS Pack Activate and the amount will be Deducted when we recharage...

Call snooped or hacked

I found some external voice during the call but I didn't noticed. but the next day that burglar called me and told me everything which I was talking that time and threaten me. This is a shame on such a big company. They promise cheap calls but can't provide the privacy. I am going to consumer care....

Unauthorised VAS charges

Uninor/Telenor has Activated VAS without my knowledge and without intimating me and deducting 20Ps everyday as data charges while I have deleted all the internet settings and I am using a simple phone. Today (on 01/10/2015) I woke up and first thing I see on mobile was a flash message about VAS deduction (Rs 40 I guess) from my account. I immediately called 121 and cancelled that service they didn't give my money back so I called customer...

My balance has been deducted many a times without my consent to any subscriptions. Once I even talked to customer care person but of no use. I can't even connect to customer care number, always disconnects. I think this the worst and worst nnnnnnnnnn worst telecom providers I have encountered in my life....
