I have recharged with Rs.15 unlimited whatsapp on 23/7/14.I have received messages stating that my recharge is successful.Whe I turned on the data, money from my main balance has cut and became zero, this plan has not been activated and it has been 3 days till now.When i called the customer care, he said that he will activate but it has not.When i tried calling for the second time, they are disconnecting my call.

    Dear sir,

    I have got a minimum of 100 customer auto generated calls from uninor which was really a disturnbance for the people who are working and finally if I have received the call amount of 7/- deducted from my account saying that I have activated masti .

    Kindly look into this issue and revert me back on this .

        one uninor making a lot o[censored]nnessery missed calls and sending absusing sms on some mobile phones. the no is [protected]. there is no id proof feed in system. while tracking no name is visible on screen. somebody uses this number only for missed calls and abusing sms and switch off the mobile. kindly tell us the detail of mobile no user and the reason why the id detail not feed in system.

          i have called to customer care executive in today magazine for balance deducting. the junior executive tranferr the call to senior executive but the senior executive has not attended my call. i have holded the call atleast 20 minutes and more than. I have tried second time but the same seniour executive has not received the call, Company has worngly deducted my balance rs.19.61/- i had started my whatsapp scheme from uninor customer shop still company says u have not started correct scheme. also deduct the balance wrongly for the scheme which is i have no idea how and where i subscribed the scheme Sandip [protected]

                I have online recharged with Rs.160 . The amount was debited from my bank balance(SMS came from SBI) but recharge was not came . I have call the `UNINOR` customer care. They insure that your amount will be refunded within 24 hour. Now its more the 5 Days i don't know whether they have given me the refundable amount or not .There is no message came from bank the your amount is created. .                   Dear Sir, I have changed my network ([protected]) from vodafone to uninor since one year, from one year i am not getting the rocket recharge offer *234# and also i am not getting any offer sms and calls from your network and i have not activated any dnd. I have also given complaint in uninor customer care but there is no proper response from them. I request you to look in this issue as early as possible.. Thank You

                      And i have a uninor connection scenes last 1 years. That no is [protected]. But from jan to march i not subscribe any
                      Type of facility but company hand debited the charges from my account
                      And when i call to customer care no 198 regarding this issue they said
                      Is not possible to reverse the charges and after that cm care phone also
                      Not reachable from my phone i my experience is very very bad from
                      Uninor services.

                          Sir,
                          I am a uninor telecom mobile user. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged with rs144 in my uninor mobile according to which uninor to uninor call should be free for one month. But till when i have recharged with rs144, uninor is deducting balance from my main account and when i called uninor customer care, all the time they give me either wrong information or rubbish excuses. Sir, i have called uninor customer care atleast 20 times but still they are giving me excuses.
                          Please provide me the solution of this problem. I will always obliged to you.

                            sir, i was recharged with rs 100 i have got 86 on 9/7/2014 at this no [protected] in my main balance and by mistake i have dial *222*7*45# on 9/07/2014 then my balance is deducted rs 45 and i don't get any services not even caller tune because the recharge is invalid then why my balance is deducted then i recharge with 47 sir please help me take some remedical step. rishi gupta [protected] [protected]@gmail.com meerut

                              www.uninor.in › Home › Online Recharge. I use this site for recharge fill information my contact no 90*****186, email Id, select Rs. 70 Recharge. Then, I go for online banking of IDBI after completing process i got sms from idbi of 70Rs debited from your account. But Still not balance is not crediting on my mobile account. & Don't get mail from uninor website. Previous recharges, I did from this site.

                                when i called to customer and to block PUK but i said wrong i have block dnd when said to him he u first knw about PUK and DND BUT REFUSE IT and i said jst block the dnd but customer care refuse to do it and i angry to that person and that person started using abusive language it was very bad i m frm varanasi region and the person name was (sudhir)

                                  i have taken new uninor connection two days back...i completed verification and they said after two hours cal to 123 for prepaid activation and balance...but there is no working of outgoing calls as it is not activated...i was helpless...what is this stupid service this uninor is doing to customerss????reply must

                                    my uninor no [protected] which i have buy on 5-5-2014 and activated next day . after some day i have rechared of 150 rs which gave 170 rs .i have activated 149 rs ulmt net pack for 1 month on[protected] at around 12 to 1 pm after surfing 3 hours i am unable to connect than i call c.c at 121 and they says that your sim is suspended without any reasons and they says go at uninor store and re-subbmit your id. i gave him two times call at 121 about 20 times but they can't resolve my problem yet. they tell me for re-verification but 999 is not working. please sir do some thing

                                      I recharged my cell for Rs. 27/- online on 06/06/2014. However despite debiting my Bank account my cell is not recharged. I sent two emails asking for credit. Several times I tried to phone them but their answering machine was dodging all the times. Finally when my call went through however to my surprise I was told that I never recharged on 06/06/2014 and last time I recharged was in May 2014.

                                      Also on several occasions my balance is simply debited with Rs. 40/-, , Rs30/- and Rs 2/- when balance goes below Rs. 30/- even though I never ever asked for any service from them..

                                      They also go on phoning me every fifteen minutes from over 50 phones everyday thereby damaging battery of my mobile.

                                      I request your good selves to kindly take up the matter with them and arrange to recover my money.

                                        my mobile no is [protected] i buy this card on 28 may 2014, there are no network in my area so i call customer care and give complain on 3 June 2014 and my complain no is sr1-[protected], then they send message that your complain is resolved. but i face same problem, then i call 4 June to say i face same problem, so they say your area is not covered by our network, and sorry about that, but they not say where they solve this problem, and if area is not covered with network so why they sold his card in our area. i hope you understand and mind it to buy uninor card. i suggest you don't buy uninor chose another company.
