Dear sir,

I have got a minimum of 100 customer auto generated calls from uninor which was really a disturnbance for the people who are working and finally if I have received the call amount of 7/- deducted from my account saying that I have activated masti .

Kindly look into this issue and revert me back on this ....

abusing by uninor prepaid user and no id proof feed in your system

one uninor making a lot o[censored]nnessery missed calls and sending absusing sms on some mobile phones. the no is [protected]. there is no id proof feed in system. while tracking no name is visible on screen. somebody uses this number only for missed calls and abusing sms and switch off the mobile. kindly tell us the detail of mobile no user and the reason why the id detail not feed in system....

Online Recharge of Rs 160

I have online recharged with Rs.160 . The amount was debited from my bank balance(SMS came from SBI) but recharge was not came . I have call the `UNINOR` customer care. They insure that your amount will be refunded within 24 hour. Now its more the 5 Days i don't know whether they have given me the refundable amount or not .There is no message came from bank the your amount is created. . deduction

And i have a uninor connection scenes last 1 years. That no is [protected]. But from jan to march i not subscribe any
Type of facility but company hand debited the charges from my account
And when i call to customer care no 198 regarding this issue they said
Is not possible to reverse the charges and after that cm care phone also
Not reachable from my phone i my experience is very very bad from
Uninor...

wrong language used by customer care

Debited money without my authorization

I recharged my cell for Rs. 27/- online on 06/06/2014. However despite debiting my Bank account my cell is not recharged. I sent two emails asking for credit. Several times I tried to phone them but their answering machine was dodging all the times.
