I have taken sim on 27/05/2014 i completed the adress verifiaction process by calling 999 but they said to cal 123 after two hours to get sim activated and to get balance, i tried many time but there is recording as sim has not been activated is comming...if it not activated in 24 hrs i going to file a case....

Balance deduction for Wrong VAS charges

I am K. Saikranth, Customer of uninor with mobile number [protected]. I got a IVR call regarding VAS services on 27/05/2014 I thought it was a new number and emergency call so i picked up the call. With out my response "Gupshup pack" activated on 27/05/2014 with out my permission and 21rs got deducted from my account. When I called to customer care agent is telling that by receiving the call u will be activated with the service... I didn't...

Balance wrong deduction

Careless response, lack of service & denial to upgrade

Dear Sir,

I used paytm.com to recharge my Uninor UP West no; : [protected], but by keyboard error, it was transferred to [protected].

Amount was : 500 Rs. I called [protected] & they agreed that they got recharge by mistake.
They then agreed that they have no problem, if the recharge be take back by company.

I called Uninor Customer care : 121 & talked with them 3 times i.e 3 customer...

Wrong Deduction

Uninor has deducted balance wrongly & when I have called the 198 for complaint it has connected after several try & the customer care excursive also was talking very unprofessionally. 4 days back...[protected]...its also not activated yet...uninor customer
care 198 is not taking responsibility they are saying its retailer
product till activation...who is responsible for sim activation? if retailer is not activating then why there is no channel provided to register complaint on basis of uninor sim no. this is really ridiculous....

Extra Charging For Mobile Number Porting

Visited two Uninor Stores in Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), So that I can get my number ported to UNINOR but when I Heard the Porting Charges for Mobile Number Porting I got Shocked as Both the Stores were asking for Rs. 120/- (one hundred twenty rupees) to port the number, So please someone who can help me so that I can get my number port to UNINOR for reasonable charges...

Deactivation of services without intimation

I have bought a uninor simcard in the December 2012 by submitting all the required documents.

I am using the same number since the past 1+ year without any interruption. But now all of a sudden my number got deactivated without even intimating me.

When i call the customer care and inquired about why you people disconnected my services without intimation, they are telling that the system...
