    I have taken sim on 27/05/2014 i completed the adress verifiaction process by calling 999 but they said to cal 123 after two hours to get sim activated and to get balance, i tried many time but there is recording as sim has not been activated is comming...if it not activated in 24 hrs i going to file a case.

      I am K. Saikranth, Customer o[censored]ninor with mobile number [protected]. I got a IVR call regarding VAS services on 27/05/2014 I thought it was a new number and emergency call so i picked up the call. With out my response "Gupshup pack" activated on 27/05/2014 with out my permission and 21rs got deducted from my account. When I called to customer care agent is telling that by receiving the call u will be activated with the service... I didn't understand what the hell is this by picking the call service will be activated??? I was trying to call customer care center since from 3 days but no agent was giving proper response... What the hell is this your service??? Now I am unable to connect Customer care... I want my balance refund. I am not able to listen any kind of explanations from uninor. Just refund my total amount which got deducted till now. Thanking you!

      my cut balance is date 16/05/2017 vas charge 5.00 rs 11.01 and 16/5 2.05 5.00 rs charge because todays vas charge 30.00 rs what do u min plz argent solutions and refund recovery hurry mobile no [protected] and all times this problem cancelled

          I recently ported my number [protected] from BSNL to IDEA CELLULAR. I am able to receive incoming calls from all networks except uninor. It is still giving BSNL error message that "THIS NUMBER DOESNOT EXIST, PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER". Please change my number to IDEA network in your database. I am facing this issue since porting. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            i have message on dat 21/5 and also 22/5 o[censored]nlimited local u to u call 7rs me 7 dino ke liye. so i recharge of 7rs. then it activated and next day mrng when i call uni no. they deduct 7. and something rs. So i generate the complaint at 2:40 pm after 2 or 3 times go to customer cares center but they didnt care about me. and today i call to customer gujarat nodal officer no.[protected].she receive my call and reply me that i have mistake. i told her that i will saw you mes. that company mes. me. its not for 1 time., its also for 2nd time on dat 22/5 also. she again and again call me you have mistake. so i told them i m not illiterate(ABHAN). then she even dont try to hear my complaint. and she cut my phone...this will irritate my mind from 2 days...

              Uninor is number 1 worst net work there customer service also irresponsible service they are activating vas services with out customer permission and network also worst network please convert to uninor service its customer service executives are irresponsible they communication also worst

                  I Tanuj Gupta having a uninor west U.P connection {[protected]). I received 2 SMS on !8/05/2014 at 01.11AM from Uninor services For subscription of music pack and I player and deducted Rs 28 above balance from my account. I didnt send any request for any subscription of these money value packs... Kindly return my balance with compensation otherwisw i will See you in Consumer forum... I have All SMS for proof...

                    Dear Sir,

                    I used paytm.com to recharge my Uninor UP West no; : [protected], but by keyboard error, it was transferred to [protected].

                    Amount was : 500 Rs. I called [protected] & they agreed that they got recharge by mistake.
                    They then agreed that they have no problem, if the recharge be take back by company.

                    I called Uninor Customer care : 121 & talked with them 3 times i.e 3 customer care exec. They then clearly denied to upgrade to provide any service of mobile to mobile balance transfer. N they put my number on Block list then...

                    Also I called 198, there 1 guy : Manoj chauhan, talked very rude, as if he was drunk & said that his decision was the last one to not give me any refunds or transfer. N denied my call to senior / tech support staff. N said : "ja k case kar lo kuch ni hone wala"..

                    What kind of professionalism is this ? N how TRAI is authorizing such companies ?

                      Hi, My name is keerthi my number is [protected], today I have recharge 100 rupees.but got only 35 rupees.i called customer care number she said something activated, so deactivate that you will get money back.I also did like that but I didn't get money back.again I called 198 customer care he said something renewal in ur mobile . With out intimation how could they did like that I am talking with him he was cut my call I tried so many times but he didn't connected my call agin This is very bad I never use again uninor very bad service.please revert my money.Please help Me .i will never leave this matter.

                        My Uninor numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected].From 25th April 2014 night, Uninor network fluctuating too much and 26th April morning it will be totally down.In my area all Uninor subscribers are facing signal problem, but when we go to other area, network are fine. Customer care executive 198 do not register our complaints regarding network problem.We are facing network problem indoor and outdoor both.Incoming Calls are not coming and outgoing calls are not going.So pls take action on UNINOR Telecom.My alternate number is [protected]. Before 25th April network was fine; signal was full, but from 25th April network is very bad and poor.Signal fluctuates everytime, manytimes no signal came.All uninor subscribers are facing this network problem in this area. My address is RAHUL KUMAR SINHA, S/O-JITENDRA KUMAR SINHA BHUPATIPUR NEAR NEW BUS STAND POST-DHELWAN PATNA-800020. Pls and pls solve this problem as earliest.

                          Uninor has deducted balance wrongly & when I have called the 198 for complaint it has connected after several try & the customer care excursive also was talking very unprofessionally. When I asked for the reason for deduction, they are saying that I have used GPRS. I have explained them several times that I am not a first time user where I can use GPRS without having a GPRS pack but no use. Uninor offer many offers without hidden cost but they will deduct the balance without your knowledge & without any reasons. Be careful who ever using Uninor & keep a track on your balance. Even 2 of my friend faced similar problem earlier.

I called in customer care and they said that you are sending marketing messages that's why TRAI has block this services in your mobile number. I am not a marketing person and I am sending any marketing message from mu number. Please help me

                              Dear concern. I am having uninor connection +91 [protected]. I have opted for 22 rs. Recharge plan for 0.25 / min for 28 days. I had done it by online recharge where they mentioned instant prepaid then amount of rs. 22 were deducted from my bank account, but after couple of hrs. I didn't received any activation sms. When I contacted uninor custmor support, came to know that reacharge will take 5 days time. If it takes 5days then why they mentioned instant prepaid recharge on website. And most worst thing is that when I was talking with customer support executive he transfered my call to senior person but after half an hour waiting nobody had picked up the call and then I had called again then also happened same thing...

                                Sir, I am Anand Kumar I have uninor no-[protected]. they automatically activated the movie subs and best scenes pack on my number and deduce my balance on 02/03/14 at approx 01 : 30 am. when i call 198 at 06 : 30 am to deactivate the pack the tell that this time system not working call later, after that i call many times for that but the not responding. Today i called for same problem from another uninor no-[protected] they telling same problem system not working when i tell i'm going to complain in consumercomplaints.in the c care representative abused me and tell that go and complain. please sir resolve my problem. contact-[protected].

                                    I bought new uninor sim
                                    4 days back...[protected]...its also not activated yet...uninor customer
                                    care 198 is not taking responsibility they are saying its retailer
                                    product till activation...who is responsible for sim activation? if retailer is not activating then why there is no channel provided to register complaint on basis o[censored]ninor sim no. this is really ridiculous.

                                      Visited two Uninor Stores in Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), So that I can get my number ported to UNINOR but when I Heard the Porting Charges for Mobile Number Porting I got Shocked as Both the Stores were asking for Rs. 120/- (one hundred twenty rupees) to port the number, So please someone who can help me so that I can get my number port to UNINOR for reasonable charges

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have bought a uninor simcard in the December 2012 by submitting all the required documents.

                                        I am using the same number since the past 1+ year without any interruption. But now all of a sudden my number got deactivated without even intimating me.

                                        When i call the customer care and inquired about why you people disconnected my services without intimation, they are telling that the system is programmed like that we can not do anything.

                                        Here my question is why the Uninor is using such a worst system? Don't the Uninor think it as unethical to deactivate without informing the customer?.
