    I was given complaint customer services.Till now they not solved my problem.
    When ever i call customer care interactive voice tells that executives are busy with another calls please try after some time.Not responding customer care peoples

    VERY VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLES

    please solve my problem immediately.
    I had given this no in my resume for several opportunities.

      Sir myself milind chaudhari. My uninor mo no is [protected]. The company itself activate unsubscribed services on my mo without my knowledge and deduct the money from my account. I recharge my mo twice in week of rs 70. But without much more outgoing my balance is 06 paisa after two days of recharge. I called customer care many times from three to four days. But they not register my complaint nor deactivate unsubscribed services from my mo no. Now this is very confusing for me that my mo not connected to customer care but at same time other uninor mo connected to customer care.

        Sir i have a uninor sim any mu number is [protected]
        i was getting message from company telling about their tarrif plans. I got to know about their new ISD pack of rupees 55, in that i got 50 rupees talktime and call rate of calling in USA is 1 paise per second.
        i subscribed to that pack.
        when i called USA, i saw my call was charged at 2 paise per second. i was surprised, i called uninor customer care.. they were not able to answer, and after making us hold for sometime they ended the call.
        i called them the next day again several times. In one of the call they said "NOW OUR PACK IS CHANGED AND NOW IT WILL BE CHARGED 2 PAISE PER SECOND" i told them that how come it is changed and when we are regularly getting the sam msg about the same old pack even now.
        he sai he cant do anything and wil not refund or do anythning.

        even after they said this .. after 30 minutes i got that same message, again offering the same pack of 55 rupees at 1 paise per second.
        it is not about money, first of all they cant befool their customers by sending some plan and charging at their own choice. secondly inspite of calling around 10 times they never gave me a satisfactory answer and, making reasons..
        i sincerely request you to take action against them as soon as possible.

          sir i am sanjay from satara.my bsnl no is [protected] which i have given all documens to uninor office on 20.12.2013 for uninor portability but till date its not done by uninor.i have gone many times in uninor office but no one give me proper answer.now 14 days gone but still portability not done.so please responsibal person o[censored]ninor look into this matter.because of that bad image o[censored]ninor no one go to uninor again i have also given 100 rs in advance.the authorised uninor service center telephone no in satara is[protected].so please help me to solve the matter.

            I was very shocked to see the message that STV 199 Plan has been wrongly activated in my uninor mobile on 25th December 2013 without my consent.I told my complaint to the uninor customer care on 121, but they are saying i have activated. I don't even know what are the benefits we get in this plan, than why i will activate the same ? & secondly i had not used this simcard for last 4 days.

            I request them through email to kindly refund the amount of Rs.199/- which is wrongly deducted from my prepaid main balance. But they refuse to do the same.

            I request all the customers to aware the same & be alert because they are cheating the innocent customers.

Renew karne ke liye dial kare *222*7*7# ya Rs.7 ka rechage Kijiye! So I have dial and Renew the SMS Pack Rs.7/- as on 21/12/13, But 10000 U2U not received till date, please solve this problem as soon as possible. My complaint is when I call one of my friend number on 25/12/2013 before ringing the phone your uninor IVR said rc26 benefit is RS.26 full talk time and 3000 local sec free then I will Recharge of RS.26 but i get the benefit is as 'RS26 special Bal 3days validity and 3000 All local sec 28 days validity' your uninor is providing incomplete information so refund my money back.

                  I have to say that I am facing call connecting problem everyday at evening time to any local Airtel number. It means I am unable to connect my call to any airtel number in evening time. I am facing the above mentioned problem since from the day my uninor no. activated i.e. 09/07/2013. I already Informed earlier regarding this issue but not solved till now. I called today customer care representative at 9.30 am 12.12.2013 for 7.57 min ( call summary). He spoke to me badly and told me that This is fault of airtel and I have to contact airtel for this. and uninor is not responsible for this issue. now, I want to say that I only pay to you for service and I am not going to contact airtel. It is uninor and only uninor is responsible any problem caused in my number. You are responsible for this issue. and it is your responsibility to do appropriate work regarding this. I don't know anything now either just solve my problem or reply me that you are not able to solve this. so, that I can port my number. if I didn't get the reply regarding the solution then I will see you in above. I want a appropriate reply that you are able to solve or unable to solve the problem within 24 hrs via mail. You can contact me on my mobile. but reply regarding solution should be mailed to me at same i.e [protected]@gmail.com. i want a written mailed reply regarding solution.                     Sub: Regarding new advertisement coming in Social Media about UNINOR 25Paise Call. Hi, My complaint is regarding advertisement coming in many Media channels about UNINOR's 25paise call advertisement. Last week me and my 3 years old daughter were sitting at home and Watching TV. We have seen an animated Advertisement, which will attract most of the children, total theme about that advertisement is we can make phone calls for 25 paise. In that advertisement some group of people will hit a person and ask him to tell about truth. But he will not tell and he will fell down. One person will drop a coin in Injured person's mouth then injured person will wake up and he will talk continuously. As this is animated advertisement so it attracts my daughter and she was explaining me about the advertisement that if any person injures then if we put a coin in his mouth then he will be recovered. Then we have realized this advertisement could mislead my child.                       I CALL ON CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HELP LINE NO. 198 AT AROUND 10:30 PM ON WEDNESDAY 20/11/2013. TO COMPLAINT THAT THE HELP LINE NO.121 IS NOT CONNECTING I WANT SOME INFORMATION ABOUT RECHARGE, BUT I WILL HELP YOU, ACCORDING TO ME HE TOLD ME THAT YOUR RECHARGE VALIDITY WILL NOT FINISH TODAY YOU CAN RECHARGE TOMORROW YOUR BALANCE OUR MINUTES WILL NOT CUT. BUT IN MORNING MY ALL MINUTES AND MAIN BALANCE CUT BY THE COMPANY . WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO. 198, ON 21/11/2013 HE LISTEN ME AND DISCONNECT MY CALL AFTER IT CALL NOT CONNECT TILL NOW.

                        I(Nimmala Padma) have purchased a sim card with mobile no:[protected] on 06-Nov-2013(3 days back) at NBT Nagar(BanjaraHills - Road no-12) while uninor was conducting a sale campaign but not yet activated . I also paid 220/- Rs to get some extra benfits like 1 paise per 2 seconds. Please make sure to activate the services immediately as it has been very delayed.

                          my mobile no is [protected], I have changed network from docomo to uninor on 17 AUG 13, but ididnot get signal When i called C/care they said that from their side there no fault and check your mobile or swotch it off and then on it will come but it not works, i asked that retailer where I get sim for 80rs for MNP in NH7 road, shadnagar, mahaboobnagar dist, andhrapradesh, he said that he is no more uninor retailer and not responsible for that and he gave me distributor address is gunz, shadnagar, mahaboobnagar dist, the distributor says that my sim sl no is wrong entered by retailer so you have to take new sim card and again I paid 100rs for that sim and i get new sim now i got full signal but it connect only one no 999 if I dialed any no it connects only 999, when i called the worst C/care i have ever called they said call 123, if i call 123 it goes to 999 again thay said call121 and again it goes to 999, the customer care exicutives never told their name they talk rudely

                            I not activated any type of service on my mobile number. First time 15 rs was deducted, I called up customer care. Cc representative was in sleep and said system was down cal after some time. after that call never connected to customer service representative. I have again called up, after 2 days cal got connected, again 15 Rs deducted from account. The cc was so rude. He is shouting on me

                              I'm a uninor customer and i have recharged my uninor phone balance with 60 rupees of 22 september 2013. when i checked my balance then i found 7 rupees only from 60 rupee.i was shocked and i have lost my 51 rupees in two days only . uninor is not able to providing me better service. I am requesting for uninor please do not play with the customers.please give my money back i[censored]ninor is not able to do that i will removed my uninor connection.

                                  With reference to the above said my number is suspended yesterday without any pre reason or any sms,phone call from ccare side....this is my private no. & from last 2 years i used this in uninor company....Now my sim card is showing no signal and after calling it it said THIS NUMBER DOESNT EXIST... uninor Bareilly 's store representative said that pls go to Head office Noida..,& resolve your issue...                                     i already complaints against uninor and again i want to do complaint against uninor,till also facing problem related balance reduction they reduct balance from my mobile number-[protected],when i call they always say over system in updating and system is down we can not provide any information at this time and call back after 5 hours, i[censored]ninor server not able to handle registered customer then why they spreading their network in maharashtra. i request you to take strict action on this. Sath hi saare outgoing call sirf 1 P/Sec aur SMS 60 P/SMS . Uninor Sabse sasta . Since, last few days my balance has been deducted on receiving incoming call, since my sim is o[censored]ttrakhand & now i am at Jharkhand . Request you to kindly provide me the solution , as well as refund all the deducted amount of incoming receiving .Since, I have received several message at my mobile that incoming is free in Bihar & Jharkhand .It is very unusual and irritating that money has been deducted .                                         dear sir, when entering my house signal comes no service, docomo, vodafone signals is there, but only uninor signals no service, my house in visakhapatnam , my house near to main road, just ten feets distance, so plz improve signals, marripalem, mainroad, beside of gowri kalyanamandapam, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh, pin 530018. kindly do the needfull..thanking you sir.
