For this I given complaint DND, but they are not responding, and also telling it will be take 7 days. for any service it will take within minutes which they are getting income from customers.     I wanted to start a plan and i pressed a code for that , That code ran for nearly 35 secs and my money deducted was 2 times my plan, so a plan cost me double the money which is not worth and the benefit they are giving me is of the same plan with no validity. Even the customer care is not proper they are giving ans. as they are the king and we are weaker. Not even solving my problem and cutting down my cellphone and keeping the phone on hold for nearly 40 min. Please solve the deducted money problem and case against the Customer care.. It would be really helpful. the number is [protected]
    First of all, you are king(of ). You think complaining here will help you in some magical way. Go to the store, threaten them that you will go to consumer court and lodge a complaint. If they don't do as you wish then lodge a complaint in consumer court. And stop joking by coming to this website with your stupid complaints. We have lots of important things to do other than yours

      Dear Sir, I had dialed 50001 from my uninor mobile for offers on dated 15/08/2013 6:32 PM and listened offer carefully as under. 10 Rupaye ka balance free ji ha Aaj 29 rupaye Aur 34 rupaye ke Recharge me paye 30 Paise prati minite Local Aur STD Call ke sath 10 Rupaye ka balance free Validity 28 Din. Dial kijiye *222*7*29# Ya *341# Ya recharge kare. Then i had recharge with Rs. 29/- but i was given only Tarrif but Still Today Rs. 10/- balance is not credited to my Account by Uninor. Please look in to the matter and do the needful as early as possible. thanking you.

        Sir My name is Poonam Devi. I am a shopkeeper, My shop's name Is Shri Ganesh Telecom at Modinagar district Ghaziabad I Used the Uninor Flexi Recharge Sim whose number is [protected] .
        operator had deducted Rs2603 on 27 April 2013 whose transaction id is [protected] without any reason I talked to the uninor distributor & TSM many times. but they said that they will refund my money. but now after 3 months they refused to refund and said they cannot refund.

        UNINOR — Fraud Company

        Dear Sir,
        Myself is Nirmal Doshi, Leaving in Rajkot. I have purchased UNINOR Sim Card from my friend's shop.
        I have recharged GPRS package in Rs. 96. The company has told me to get mobile settings from the UNINOR office held in near Big Bazzar in rajkot. I went there. But they are telling that the settings of my mobile is not available with them. I have Samsung I 5503. After such long discuss I have told them to convert Rs 96 balance in my regular balance. but the executive told me rudely that this is not possible and i have to bear this amount.
        Money does'nt matter for me. but Customer service is most important in this period. I am not getting any solution from Company. I have beard this amount.
        I would like to get information that if it is not possible to give me GPRS pack then why dont give the amount back to me.

        UNINOR — Fraud Cases by Uninor Service Provider

        Uninor by illegally deducted my money for Rs.30 from my prepaid uninor account at night(on 6th March,2011, 11.41 p.m.). I informed to uninor customer service for more than 12 times. They assured me that refund of money should sent to your account. But they failed after accused me. They have turned on my music service to my cell number [protected]. I sent DCT MM to 52555. But they are sending message to activate my music service to my cell number again. I think Uninor has no controlling power to prevent this type of activity. Like Airtel, Hutch Uninor is also fraud and illegal service provider.........change this type of nature, activity, behaviour anc CHARACTOR...........................otherwise every uninor customer will cut their line from Uninor.             i am jameer kamate have a uninor number [protected] with code MICI[protected], i had recharged the number with rupees 37 on 31/07/2013 form uninor site. but i didn't get any talktime form the coupon, i called up the customer care and complained about the problem, they replied me that there is no such recharge coupon and on top of that they told me to visit a uninor customer care center and get it cleared. neither did i get any talktime nor my money. now i have to go to the center wasting my time and money for no mistake of mine.
            why should people suffer if the service provider is creating problem.
            if there is no such voucher why the hell is it posted on uninor site. it clearly shows how these companies are cheating the public

            UNINOR — Recharge

            As per the message of 19jan 2011 that 'Recharge with 10 from 19th to 22nd and get talk time 15 on 23rd' after getting such message i have recharges Rs.10 on 19th and Rs.10,Rs.10,Rs.10,Rs.10,Rs.10, on 22nd but i hvae not got any extra talk time as the message given by the Uninor on 19th and 22nd Jan 2012.


            It mean the uninor compay cheat the subscriber and misguided the subscriber.

              Sir I recharged my Uninor no [protected] with 60 rupees. I got required topup. but after some time they deducted 31 rupees without starting any services.if they have deducted 31 rupees to start 0.25 paise per minutes call rate but for this they have already deducted 31 rupees before10 days earlier.

                  09/072013 ko main 20 ka recharge karya to 10 rupees kat liye.maine customer care mein call kiya to unhone vas charges ke karan balance katne ki baat kahi.maine senior se baat karne ko kaha to mere ko 1 1 hour hold per rakha.jiska complaint...

                  I am a customer o[censored]NINOR India pvt. ltd. company, using services for last 1 and a half month. In the beginning service was quite good and satisfactory but after one month, since june last week i am facing too much problems from company side. It started on 26 of june at that day company activated VAS(value added service) MY movie on my phone without any request from my side and 2/- rs had been deducted i spoke to customer care executive told me to call on 777 your service will get deactivate and you will get back your amount in 48 hours, i did the same and waited for 48 hours but didn't get back my money back. I didn't escalate this matter because amount was little. again on 1st of JULY ON THIS MONTH THEY ACTIVATED ANOTHER VAS SERVICE MY MUSIC again i didn't put any consent for the service this time they charged 20/- rs. Again i called to customer care for this issue i spoke twice but no one resolved my problem.Then i made a complaint on 1st july uninor India's website on the very next day i got a call from company side and resolved my problem i was satisfied and this time i got my 20/- rs back the person whom i spoke he suggested me for DND i did the same on 1909 for DND, within few seconds i got message that your DND service get activate within 7 days.

                  NOW ON 6TH OF JULY AGAIN THEY ACTIVATED ONE MORE VAS SERVICE ON MY NUMBER WITHOUT MY REQUEST MY FRIENDS AND THIS TIME THEY DEDUCTED 25/- RS AGAIN I CALLED ON 777 AND DEACTIVATED THE SERVICE NOW AROUND 36 HOURS HAVE BEEN OVER AND STILL I DIDN'T GET BACK MY MONEY.

                  please sir/madam do needfull as they are creating problems each and every day . hoping for the right resolution from your end thank you

                  dear sir,

                  On[protected],at 8:00 am they deduct my balance of Rs. 40 for caller
                  tune service without any information and when i complaint for it to
                  customer care at that time he tell me that your balance is deducted by
                  mistake of company and it will be back soon.But today when i call them
                  for not returning the balance the told that we deactivate caller tune
                  service and we have no information and you will not get the waiver
                  regarding it.
                  And on my no. DND service is already activated.
                  Hai this is spartan, send mail or contact the nodal officer regarding this and register the complaint and ask waiver with in 2days they will refund. Customer care people not qualified i think. By Spartan

                      Hi.yesterday company has cut my 35 rupees talk time last night around 12 am.i was shocked at that time n immediately called on customer complaint number,i have called there 3 times and getting responses like"call us again after 4 hours,then after 2hours,and so"..what type of customer care is this?

                      UNINOR — Unauthorised deduction

                      I bought this connection probably last month. My mobile number is [protected]. I never requested for any kind of VAS service from Uninor. But, received message from uninor saying that I have requested for MUSIC UNLIMITED service & will be activated and was received message that it was activated (15/- debited). This was happened on 10 July 2011.

                      Contacted customer care and got the procedure to deactivate the service and done the same . received message immediately that it was got deactivated. Amount was revereted back after this message.

                      Executive said that I will be receiving the deactivated message within 5hrs and will be reverted back within 48 hrs. So, I waited for this to happen on the same day (11 July) I received other message how to unsubsribe from Ur Tunes. I followd the same procedure again I haven't got any message and I waited for one day extra may be it will get credited.

                      But there is no change in my balance. when I contacted customer care they says I need to revert back to them within stipulated time (48 hrs) or else they can't revert the amount.
                      They have given 48hrs of time how can I revert back within 48 hrs how rubbish answer is this?

                      Now says that it was my mistake and it is out of their hands. Do you guys think that I have no other work to do apart from chasing you guys to get the money back by viewing the messages on my screen.

                      I am a new customer fr Uninor and I never expected for this kind of service. Is this the way you run the business you never find new customers in your data bank.

                      I never seen such a fraud service in my life even though I am using Airtel from past 5 years if any such issues they will never say such stupid answers. Irrespective of the service provider no one says such answers to customers.

                      Customer Service is very very worst........ No agent knows how to speak to customer even in lobbys too.
                      Dear Uninor service provider,
                      My uninor mob. no. [protected] and I am totally disagree with Uninor service provider as Today I recharged around 11 AM i.e. sum of Rs. 200/- and you provided me sum of Rs. 181/- why so? I talk with you executive on 121, He told that if you recharge sum of Rs. 50 than you will get sum of Rs. 55, if you recharge sum of Rs. 100 than you will get sum of Rs. 115 and if you recharge sum of Rs. 500 than you will get sum of Rs. 550.
                      Also you (Uninor) advertises that if you recharge sum of Rs. 50 than you will get sum of Rs. 55, if you recharge sum of Rs. 100 than you will get sum of Rs. 115 and if you recharge sum of Rs. 200 than you will get sum of Rs. 225 and on recharge of Rs. 500 than you will get sum of Rs. 550.

                      Requesting to you please look into the matter and return sum of Rs, 44/- on urgent basis.

                        I recharged my uninor number ([protected]) today at 9:30pm for Rs 100, and by 11:00pm in the same day my complete balance was over because uninor fraudulently activated services that I have never applied for. I had called the customer service and they claimed that I had myself activated value added services a few months ago, when in fact, these services get activated automatically along with an sms that confirms that the services have been activated.

                        I want all the useless services deactivated, and my recharge balance refunded to me.

                        uninor service provider — balancing getting deducted automatically after recharge

                        My Uninor number is [protected]. Everytime as soon as i recharge my cell my whole balance gets deducted only Rs.1 remains as balance. I had informed customer care so many times but it had proved to be of no use till date. It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

                        Request you to kindly troubleshoot my problem & deactivate if any running service is there.

                            In my mobile [protected] Uninor service provider has forcefully activated value added services therefore my mobile balance deducted more than Rs 200 form last 10 days. I had given complaint regarding that to customer care, nodal officer and also appellate officer but till date my complaint not resolved. appellate officer not given any reply till date. so i want to launch a complaint against Uninor for refund the money.                               Dear sir,
                              I had purchased uninor sim mobile no. [protected] on dt.[protected].
                              Due to network problem in rural area i want to leave uninor.
                              I got PUC CODE UG917523 on dt.[protected] and submitted my documents to retailer for MNP to join TATA DOCOMO.
                              My PUC will expire on dt.[protected] but still today i have not receive any message from uninor or docomo.
                              Docomo Retailer said me that we have sent your documents to uninor for verification but uninor have not returned your document to us.
                              I am requesting you to look in to the matter and do the needful as early as possible so i can leave uninor and join docomo.

                                dear sir. i am a prepaid retailer in main mkt roorkee. my uninor distributor is m/s mehta enterprises. situated on rrke at civil lines.
                                i have been facing the problem on activation of new uninor prepaid sim. distributor office is not working properly, managemently, i have called many times to mr. vishal {tsm rke} to solved this problem. and also to mr.manish ji {asm}. but god knows what is the understanding with distributor between these tsm and asm.. in this main market of rke no runner is working or recieving id, no body is visiting for listening our requires.if we call office, there is not permanent helping staff to listen us. distributor is not retailer supporting nature.
                                plz dear sir i[censored] want to stay ahead in the market, you will be follow the rules of managmently work. otherwise roorkee market will not be on growth. sorry sir... but i am doing this mail to in very bad condition. sir... i hope you will solve the problem with immidiate affect. thanks......

                                distributor is m/s shubhangi communication binoli (baghpat).
                                i have been facing the problem on activation of new uninor prepaid sim.

                                  My balance is deduce when network is not in my cell.....
                                  my no. [protected],
                                  Rs 30 Deduced nd Customer Care say that u have pressed ny key to activate the islamic service but i m hindu.
                                  how & why i will subscribe this service.
                                  i dnt knw.
                                  They really frustrated me .....
                                  I need my balance back to my sim.
                                  Even customer care talk to me roughly o[censored]NINOR Service man.

                                  This is happened in dated.:=> 14.06.2013 in evening.
                                  and i know the balance deduction in morning and i call to customer care they said u have activated islamic pack in evening but at that time there was no network o[censored]NINOR.
                                  then customer care is also a cheater when i call to connect with manager they connect with their own other representator not to the officer.

                                  They are really hurt me.badly........................

                                  I want my money back simply.....

                                  Sir Customer care plz.....help me out with these issues.....

                                    But I don't want MYMUSIC and I did not Subscriped MY MUSIC, one request don't send much of messages to my mobile.

                                    I request you to kindly credit Rs.20/- to my mobile, i.e. [protected].

                                      They(Uninor) deduct Rs 43 from mobile main balance.Saying that money deduct because o[censored]se of serfing of internet.But i've already activate Internet plan on my number before any deduction.When i call to register my complaint for money deduction.sometime they cut my call and also they didn't receive my call.But once they register my complaint and after they enquire and find their own mistake.so afterward they were agree to refund my deduct money..but till now they have not refund te money.Then agian i call them but the situation is same,not attending call or cut call in between talk.Give me justice.Thank you.

                                      Mr PN Birla Mob No [protected] from Nsik Maharashtra. 20 Feb 12 a service of online chat has been activated by your web word or i don't know what abt it but i didn't activated any kind of such services so why 30 rupees of my account has been deducted. please check your services and return the money soon as possible either i will complaint to consumer forum court.the company also sending the messages such of that as we unlock the mobile and any service will be activated why they bastered providing such of service to cheating with customer please take an necsessary action against to company.
