balance Deducted double times the plan

I wanted to start a plan and i pressed a code for that , That code ran for nearly 35 secs and my money deducted was 2 times my plan, so a plan cost me double the money which is not worth and the benefit they are giving me is of the same plan with no validity. Even the customer care is not proper they are giving ans. as they are the king and we are weaker. Not even solving my problem and cutting down my cellphone and keeping the phone...

i am jameer kamate have a uninor number [protected] with code MICI[protected], i had recharged the number with rupees 37 on 31/07/2013 form uninor site. but i didn't get any talktime form the coupon, i called up the customer care and complained about the problem, they replied me that there is no such recharge coupon and on top of that they told me to visit a uninor customer care center and get it cleared. neither did i get any talktime...

Sir I recharged my Uninor no [protected] with 60 rupees. I got required topup. but after some time they deducted 31 rupees without starting any services.if they have deducted 31 rupees to start 0.25 paise per minutes call rate but for this they have already deducted 31 rupees before10 days earlier.
