I wanted to start a plan and i pressed a code for that , That code ran for nearly 35 secs and my money deducted was 2 times my plan, so a plan cost me double the money which is not worth and the benefit they are giving me is of the same plan with no validity. Yesterday, Dt 05th Aug 2013 deducted Rs 30/- from my a/c, just I would like inform to u I don’t activated any scheme & services, Why you deducted Rs 30/- Please explain it…?

I many time call to customer care but not satisfied answer & I call to 198 and I discuss Ms Ashwini she told me this is not updated information so can’t explain it ….. ? it is not good & not satisfied answer...

i am jameer kamate have a uninor number [protected] with code MICI[protected], i had recharged the number with rupees 37 on 31/07/2013 form uninor site. but i didn't get any talktime form the coupon, i called up the customer care and complained about the problem, they replied me that there is no such recharge coupon and on top of that they told me to visit a uninor customer care center and get it cleared. neither did i get any talktime...

Sir I recharged my Uninor no [protected] with 60 rupees. I got required topup. but after some time they deducted 31 rupees without starting any services.if they have deducted 31 rupees to start 0.25 paise per minutes call rate but for this they have already deducted 31 rupees before10 days earlier.

Hi.yesterday company has cut my 35 rupees talk time last night around 12 am.i was shocked at that time n immediately called on customer complaint number,i have called there 3 times and getting responses like"call us again after 4 hours,then after 2hours,and so"..what type of customer care is this?...

In my mobile [protected] Uninor service provider has forcefully activated value added services therefore my mobile balance deducted more than Rs 200 form last 10 days. I had given complaint regarding that to customer care, nodal officer and also appellate officer but till date my complaint not resolved. appellate officer not given any reply till date. so i want to launch a complaint against Uninor for refund the money....
