But, in this month have come to any festival holiday, charges the normal charges (sms offer not working) are applicable.     Dear sir,
    My number is [protected] unionor maharashtra circle. on 05.06.13 my phone is lying on cupboard and i got message that your fun on voice pack is activated and you have been charged Rs.30. for the same i am noticing that if my balance goes over Rs100. then they are activating the VAS service. so on same day i activaed the DND and deactivate the service by dialing 777. when i call 198 to give complain. no one is there to pic k up the phone. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAIN ON THEIR SITE BUT THEY ARE TELLING THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THE SERVICE.IF i have activated the service then why i will deactivate it on same day. it was a totally cheating kindly refund my balance.

    I m saroj parida I have a complaint i.e.On 25.11.2011 10 rs was deducted from my account from mobile no [protected]. When I called to customer care they told me that I had activated AIRTEL TALKIES_10 which actually I haven't activated from my side anythings for that, so how can it possible. And they also told me that the money will not be refunded to my account and they are forcing me to accept that I had activated the service I thing this is one type of torture so plz stop these type of things else openly You told us U have much more customer U no need any more then we will remove from your network but please U do not do like that. When i told them to deactivate the service they deactivated but I m not sure it will be really deactivated or not so let me check next month I also don't know from how long it is activated .Actually I have also have another number with other company but there was some network problem thats why I took this airtel no for better service but now I realized that actually I was wrong Actually if you will do with the customers like that then one day will be come all users told that AIRTEL is a Cheater company, so please stop that type of bed service otherwise we will be bound for change the no to other network. So it is my humble request you to please stop that type of things, other wise who is take the responsibility .

        Hi,

        I have been getting unwanted calls from an unknown number([protected]).
        He is calling many times, and speaks rudely.
        His mobile number is [protected]
        He calls me at midnight 12 and sometimes at 3am.
        He is irritating me too much.
        If i say him that i will complaint against you, he said go ahead and do, without any regret.
        He calls me on my 2number's [protected] and [protected].
        Kindly help me with the same.
        Hope that there is someone from complaints team to help me.

        UNINOR — Fake call from +9230..

        yesterday i recieved a fake call for winning 25 lakhs from [protected]. i suddenely cut the phone & deduct some amount . so please check it & take some action.

          i had taken uninor connection from company showroom in Natubhai Circle office, Vadodara. while taking connection had given driving licence & voter ID card original to photo copy them and my pass port size photo.
          they stopped my services and barred outgoing calls without information. while contacting the office I come to know they rejected my documents and asked me to resubmit them. I again reproduce my original ID documents and passport size photo. they started services and very next day they again stopped the services for my no.
          they keep on asking to resubmitted my documents and passport size photo.
          As I haven't got so much time to keep on visiting Uninor office in Vadodara, I asked to refund me the money and want to return the sim card. But the staff refuse for that and customer care closing the complain status with keep on writing to resubmit the documents. I have offered them to collect the documents from my home as they got all my details with photocopy of my documents but they refused.
          They cannot provide me service, not accepting my original ID as my proof and customer care not ready to listen complain with only replying to resubmit the documents. I need the refund of money which I topup while purchased the prepaid sim card o[censored]ninor.

          I AM COMPLAINING AS I AM WORRIED ABOUT OFFICE STAFF IS MISUSING PHOTO COPY OF MY ID CARDS AND PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO.

            Uninor Automatically activates services on my number and deduct balances.when i call customer care they says to deactivate dial 777.777 is automated computer ivr which deactivates/activates any service.when i call again n asked to transfer my call to senior they says yes n dialtone rings for a very longer period with no reply.This happened many times on my uninor number.Now i will port my no. to a better telecom service provider.

                    My name is Mir and my Mobile # [protected].
                    I recharged online for STV 551 on 5/16/2013, got a confirmation from my bank that the amount was deducted, also received a confirmation message from Uninor that recharge was successful with Id:[protected]@ 12:32 Pm on 15/16/2013.
                    However the promised seconds were not credited to my account. As per Uninor's online info on the web page it promises that on recharge of STV551 "42000 Any Local secs & 120000 Local U2U secs per month for 3 months (on 1st, 30th & 60th day from recharge date), Beyond that All Local & STD calls @ 1.2p/sec"

                    My repeated calls to # 198 to get an answer on this issue, yeilded no result as even the Uninor staff as not sure why the balance was not credited to my account. They cluntly refuse to register my compliant. Finally I was able to register a complaint on Unionor website.

                    My Compliant# on uninor website is: 1-[protected]

                    I request Uninor to look into the issue at the earliest and credit me with the promised balance.

                    Today I have recharged my [protected]no with STV 12. On your website The validity of the STV 12 showing 7200 U to U seconds with 30 days validity but I received only 7 days validity.

                      I received a sms saying my no. [protected] is been subscribed for Sport Service last week and been deducted the sum, then suddenly on 13/05/2013 early morning 4 am, received nother sms for subscription of Vioce Portal where Rs. 30/- been deducted from my balance.

                      What is going on why Uninor them self subscribe some service on their own and deduct the charges.... Uninor operates the telecom service.... not the owner of the specific no....

                      I would like to inform to rectify at your end and transfer the said balance back to my no... at the earliest... this is the 3rd time uninor have charged me where I have not activated any services.... I have only activated SMS pack and the said no.... is been only used for SMS purpose....

                      UNINOR — dissatisfactory services

                      i would like to make 2 complaints against this company.
                      1. The company charges on a call per minute. But for a call that took exactly 1:00 mins the amount cut is equivalent to 2 mins. While this is not much trouble in case of local or std calls...in my case where in an ISD call that should cost 11Rs/min i havey to pay Rs 22 for 1 min it is not acceptable. Other providers such as Vodafone do not have such problems.
                      2. They used to offer a ISD pack worth Rs 22 and I was a regular user of this. This month they changed the value of this pack to Rs 23 but did not update the site which still shows the value as 22 (Maharashtra and Goa).Also, neither the VENDOR nor the CUSTOMER were told of the change made. I got a recharge of 22 done on my no. [protected] on 28th at 20:11 but did not receive anything in return..not even balance. The company holds a responsibiity towards the consumers and packs should be updated only after the vendors and customers a re made aware of it. The amount might be small but inconvenience bourne is too much.

                      previously i have made a call in your call center no 121 there i have
                      acknowledge your employee about my grivances and requested him to
                      connect my call to senior officer as i wanted to talk to them about my
                      complaint, but they put me on line but didnt connected my phone line
                      to his senior officer and the phone was disconnected.Later i tried a
                      lot but by phone was not connected to the call centre, it seems that
                      they have done some blocade for a time being so that there complaint
                      could not be lodged,
                      Today i again made a call to call centre on 121 but again the same
                      thing happened the employee after listning the complain put me on
                      hold to connect my telephone line to his senior officer but after some
                      time the phone was again disconnected. Then several times my phone
                      was connected to customer care but it was only computer generated
                      options were comming but when the option was pressed for talking to
                      the company employee the phone was automatically disconnected,
                      Please have a look on your records
                      From this act it seems that it is diffeciency of service from your
                      part, and using unfare trade practice harassing your coustomer of
                      wrong full gain.
                      Please look into the matter.

                          So why it is not working. why money gone.
                          and still problem happening.

                          Who ll pay for this.
                          Customer wants money back. and also resolve of technicals

                            Hi,

                            I've registered my Uninor number in the NCPR and have blocked all categories. Still, a promotional offer is played EVERY TIME I make a call. It's annoying to having to listen to the same message every time and also wastes valuable time (~10 seconds) per call. I want this advertisements to stop immediately since I've made it clear I'm not interested by registering in the NCPR.

                            I tried to raise a complaint by dialing 198, but got rude response that "contact 121, we can't help you here". On calling 121, there is no option to speak to the customer care representative, all I get it automated responses. I also tried calling 1909 to no avail.

                            Waiting to hear from a Uninor representative here.

                                After several complaints, till now there is no action has been taken.
                                On 14.04.2013 the amount of Rs 30/- deducted from my balance of Mobile no-[protected] with out informing me. It is happened regularly for which I am facing problem with the uninor service provider. Pl. arrange to make necessary steps to get back the same & it should not repeat again .
                                I am very thankful to you for taking the necessary steps.

                                On 15.04.13 & 16.04.13 again deducted Rs3/- from my balance. Please look into this matter.
                                Also they are disturbing by phone calls regarding music & messages. Pl. let us know the action to be taken for solve the same for which I shall ever thank ful to you.

                                Uninor Mobile Service Provider — Poor service

                                I just bought a Uninor number but though i have had for a few days, I am very disappointed. I have submitted all the required documents as per their form but a few days later my number was blocked. I went to resubmit the documents once again but a few hours later the number was blocked. The reason given being incomplete documents. I have so far submitted more documents that they have asked for. I am not an Indian but have done as per the requirements for foreigners. The last time i called their customer server (9/72010 between 4:17pm to 5 pm), I was met by a customer service representative who could hardly speak English and all he could do was to giggle and put me on hold for the entire time. I have done all am supposed to do but I think I will have to report them to consumer court. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                UNINOR — deducted amount from my balance

                                my uninor phone number [protected] between 27th feb to 1march company without my permission activated my unlimited music service and deducted 60rs frm my balance,and when i called customer care they told me you will get refund back but till today they have not refund me my balance now they refuse to give back my refund.plz help me out for this type of fraud commited by company.my other mobile number is [protected].The customer servise is very bad,they are disconnected the line without my intimation and screaming upon me.

                                i already recharged Rs.47 in mobile number [protected] for 1 GB data for mobile internet 1 month validity on 07/09/2012 till i did not get internet facility on mobile please find the fault and given me the service.

                                I received the massage on 18th may and 19th may '2013 and after recharge i received also same kind of massage from Uninor up to 2-3 days for Recharge worth Rs.198/- and get 2 months validity. From that massage and confirmation with customer care center i recharge worth Rs.198/- but i just received 28 days validity.

                                Now when i call in customer care center they are not given me proper response. so, please take a proper steps.

                                        I am using a Uninor Pre-paid Mobile service customer (Mob No.[protected]) since 1 month. Recently, on 18.04.2013 @ 18;53 Hrs, I had recharged my no with Rs 100. After this, Uninor is continuously deducting amounts from my main balance in the name of activating unwanted services for which I have never requested/ subscribed.

                                        Deductions made from my balance for which I received messages are like-
                                        1. Music subscription @ Rs 5 per day since 18.04.2013 (19:10 Hrs)
                                        2. Mastipack subscription @ Rs 30 p.m since 19.04.2013 (14:00 Hrs)
                                        3. Wallpaper subscription @ Rs 2 per day since 19.04.2013 (19:55 Hrs)
                                        4. Store? Re1 service @ Rs 5 per day since 21.04.2013 (22:01 Hrs)

                                        Till date a sum of nearly Rs 60- 70 has been deducted from my balance in the name of services for which I had never requested or subscribed for.

                                        I had contacted Customer Care @198 also but I didn't get any help from there also and everytime I was informed that there is some server problem right now, hence the request cannot be processed. Its quite annoying when a customer gets such type of replies and is charged unnecessarily for unwanted services for which one has not even requested.

                                        In light of the above, I would request you to issue directions to Uninor i.r.o reversal of the above stated amounts back to my account and not to deduct any amount in future from my balance for the services for which I had never requested.
