Dear sir,
i 30 rupees recharged my uninor mobile no. [protected] yesterday 9.30pm & i got sms your 30 rs.recharge successfully, but when i show uninor balance *222*2# but only 4 rupees in my account, so i call cust.care & talk with executive for wrong deduct my balance, so he told that hungama pack activate in your a/c, so deduct 30 amount, but i can't subscribe hungama pack & i don't operate any key of my mobile & i don't know what is the hungama pack, so why should this pack active in my phone & deduct 30 rs balance, so please give me reverse back my 30 rupees balance against this wrong deducted amount of this pack.
please don't cheat the customers like this type , please give me refund 30 rupees balance immediately .
i[censored] can't solved my genuine complaint , i complaint in consumer court against uninor.
so, please give me reverse 30rupees balance in my account properly against wrong deduction o[censored]ninor..
Please give a positive reply as soon as possible.

    After several complaints regarding the unauthorized deduction from the balance amount from my mobile no-[protected], there is action on stopping the deduction the amount from balance. Again they deducted Rs 3/- from balance amount.Pl. look into this matter & solve the same.

      My uninor sim card number is [protected]. In last few days some unwanted services are being activated by the company and my account balance is being reduced unknowingly. I wish that the company should stop such services and reimburse the money immediately and stop activating such services in future. In case the company fails to to do the needful, I shall go to consumer complaints and will lodge the complaint with [protected]. For any further inconveniences only the uninor company will be responsible and further i wish to make it clear that all the expenditure shall have to be born by the company. Moreover the company shall be held responsible for troubling me and shall have to be fined for such an act.

        On 14.04.2013 the amount of Rs 30/- deducted from my balance of Mobile no-[protected] with out informing me. It is happened regularly for which I am facing problem with the uninor service provided. Pl. arrange to make necessary steps to get back the same & it should not repeat again .

          Mobile no not working from 3 days,


          Without any prior notice my mobile number -[protected] uninor company cut my service ,my number is not working from last 3 days,
          It shows that My number does not exist.when i called call center-The person who attended my call does not have any proper reason to disconnect my service.i am using Uninor number from Near about last 6 months.If there is any problem regarding documents company should call me before disconnect my service.

          *customer care not Responding properly.Rude answers given by call center persons.

          1)last recharge before disconnection - 52 rs on[protected],
          2)Also recharged with sms pack.& recharged twice.
          3)Also deducted some amt for caller tune.


          uninor Gallery person keep forcing me to pay 100 for new sim card. because they said my card is expired, due to their own mistake I have to suffer.no prior notice or any call before they stop my service.

          I need clarification On above matter & start my service ASAP .

          I am very sorry to inform you that i took a simcard on my son's name [protected] and now its expired without any warning or notice. Now all the companies are giving life time system and you are still in
          stoneage. I got the msage one day before disconnecting the card. Now all outgoing and incoming disconnected. If you are providing this type of service ? what will happen. I told him to disconnect the same and took another one of some other company.

          UNINOR — Add on service activation without any prior notice

          This is Kamalika Sen from Kolkata.I am an existing Uninor subscriber and my mobile number is [protected].I want to lodge a complain against Uninor in this forum against some sudden deduction of my account balance for some add on services which I haven't activated.This is not the first time they did such things with out any prior notice.I am new to Uninor and within first 30 days I have been experiencing such things twice.I tried to contact their customer care but they seem to have taken little care of my request.

          Please look into this as I am getting frustrated with such sudden deductions.

          UNINOR — Activate caller tune without notice

          My No.[protected]. Some uninor employ activated dialor tune in my number without any prior intimation and deducted Rs.40/- for it. when I came to know this from my friends that they are listening some song and called customer care to remove this and give back my balance they are saying it is not possible as the dialor tune stayed active for more than 48 hours. And when I tried to call their their senior officials they are not lifting the phone.
          I am also victim of such deductions. I believe that we should take it up very seriously. Please let me know if there are any legal aspects to resolving such complaints. Do we have any such cases in past where such companies have been penalized by the law for harassment to customers

          you have 48 hours time to get back your money return and during that period they will defined avoide your deactivation request or you can't call them during that period.

            My Mob.No. is [protected] . Without my making any request or action and without my consent Uninor sends SMS that your request for so and so VAS is received and the service will be activated and you will receive a confirmation massage. Before I do anything to prevent this they deduct the charges of that plan from my main balance and even after deactivation procedure done immediately they don't refund the amount deducted wrongly from the main balance. This is purely a cheating and Uninor matlab NOT FAYDA but it is a GER FAYDA only

                UNINOR — continuous activation of unwanted packs and balance deduction

                uninor activates unwanted plans on my prepaid number[protected].. and the balance is unexpectedly deducted

                Uninor Sucks, with me it happend around 5-6 times, and got refund for 3-4 times.
                but its really painful to get in touch with anyone at complaint desk 198 or customer care 121, to get connected to IVR out of 100 times 90 times it will take more than half an hr, than once u ll have talk with the executive again 90 out of 100 times system will be on update. so basically for getting refund of 30 Rs. u have to waste atleaste more than 8-10 hrs. which is worst part o[censored]NINOR
                i dun knw what kind of international brand this is

                  3-4 days Ago i recharged my No. wid Rs. 28. for which i was supposed to get benifit of some VAS. But i got nothing , even after charging tahat amount.
                  and When i called C/care. i got a respone like... " Itney se Baat k liye hum aap ka Complaint nahi lege......tum ko jo karna hai karo. " and when i told them to tranfer my call to a senior executive they started Playing by Transfering the call in between themself , insteed of transfering it to a real Senior person.
                  Next day when i call 198 again they said " our sys. is down , call us after 5 hours. "
                  and its to irritating now as i am getting the Same respone for last 3-4 days or may b more than that.
                  M Sick and tired o[censored]ninor. its has the worst C/care support , i have ever seen.
                  Uninor costomer care is filled with Worst C/care Executives.

                    Hi due to sudden withdrawal o[censored]ninor svcs in mumbai My no was disconnected [protected] and I faced a lot many probs Just prior to discontinuance of services I had recharged with 350/. When I came to know about the closure immediately after that I lodged complaint with uninor in regards to MNP & if possible re imbursement.
                    they provided with MNP code UM663357 which is not being accepted by idea cellular idea docket no 26079031 / 26721041 / 26126908
                    Besides uninor is showing helplessness in reimbursing the bal amt citing Supreme court ruling
                    There is continuous correspondence (electronics) happening between all concerned parties like idea n uninor but no solution in site plz help

                          deduction of charges without using product service and unprofessional behavior since the executives
                          Date: April 3nd 2013 I Had Called Uninor for to complaint against suspicious balance cut of RS 30.00 again for my number [protected] for VAS service. and this was repeated before almost week and one month also. i am try to call uninor since yesterday but The call was ended with the message "thanks for calling uninor"" within 10 sec. what i do now, because i ask to whom about this, because uninor call center executives are nor receiving phones and My open question which remained unanswered if i had no activate any service then how was i entitled to this till ? With the call the query was not answered in addition what i received was mental stress.

                            Date: April 2nd 2013 I Had Called Uninor for to complaint against suspicious balance cut of RS 40.00 for my number [protected]. and this was repeated before almost one month also. The call was transfered to Mr. Anand (this is the name the executive told - no clue about the actual name). This was my 3rd call to the customer care service. The previous calls were just plainlt transfered without any response or answer to my queries.The executives told me the reason for balance deduction as expiry of Color tune Pack (40.00) on Date 28/29 March.When asked the time, none of the executives had the answer of the same. the answer came was i never activated a color tune (which they initially quoted that it was deactivated by me using sms service on 28/29 march )... this represents dicrepency in their own investigation and answering techniques and then replied that no data available of your number.My open question which remained unanswered if i had no activate colot tune then how was i entitled to this till 1st April...????When demanded the explanation for same . This represented again an unprofessional behaviour since the executives dint bother to listen to the customer complaint and replied the queries with irrelevant quotes.During the call i Experienced an Unprofessional behaviour of Customer Executives as they cancelled the call without reverting the answer with proper explanation.With the call the query was not answered in addition what i received was mental stress.

                              This complaint is regarding my Uninor number [protected] Every time i put some balance into my number, Uninor starts activating various VAS plans without my confromation. Every day VAS deducts Rs. 2-3 from the balance and on addition activates a new pack which again deducts some amount from my balance. I keep deactivating the services, but again they are activated. I am really fed up with this. i lost my 30 rs for some music plan which i was totally not interested in. i showed full confidence to uninor service but i got this result..!
                              Kindly, please help me out in this situation.

                                Hi , I m Rudraraj and i had complaint against a Uninor telecom company. i m uninor user since last 3 years. i had active 198 skim. last months i have facing some problem for company side. My skim Deactive date is 23 and this time no activation message send me.so that's y i m lossing U to O second 39000 and U to U second 1.5 Lakhs and when i m calling to Custome care number 198 and talk with monika paramar but i m not satisfied this answer i req to her transfer call to supervisor so when i m talk with Daksha Makvana and she told me that : "Company ka Server Down tha is liye message nahi aaya tha. ab aapko woh skim ka refund nahi mil sakta." so problem is Company side this is not my Fault so can u please help me or refund my all second otherwise 2 months free 198 skim in my mobile. I somehow I don't even know i've dialed that no. but they activated the service FASHION TIPS nd deducted 30 rupees from my balance whithout confirming. They have given me just a information that i've successfuly subscribed nd the charges r deducted. These r the sms they have given-

                                        I applied for Porting request on 01/03/2013 from Uninor for mobile no:.([protected]): pls contact to this (+91 [protected])
                                        The idea Network is Took a my porting request on[protected] and Complete Their Process caf entry etc..,
                                        But my Previous Network Is not Releasing from Their Side and now Saying pls rise a New Port request for release .,
                                        I Suffered with this and waste of my working hours So, pls give a Suggestion and take particular action about This matter.

                                        hello uninor i am happy to u r company entered into indian market but in u r network have some problems
                                        u r network providing good offers but when one person calls to other person disturbance is occuring and sometimes signal is good i am staying middle of the city and am facing signal problem. so please accept my openian and solve the problems
                                        u r all employees are all sleeping nobody giving proper response to customers.
