Hello sir

Uninor company is activating VAS on my number witheout my confirmation .when i am complaining theey do not give any satisfactory answer and theen barred my number for 2 or 3 days.I am very disappointed.Yesterday theey have charged 7 rupee from my balance.i have not activated any service but theen also they have deducted my balance.when i called customer-care, executive had spoke to me very rudely and theey have not refunded my balance.You can check my full history from 25the Feb.They are continuously deducting my balance witheout my approval.I am from rampur, west Uttar pradesh.
Please help me.I am in urgent need of your answer.Hope to get good response from your side atleast. My Uninor Mobile number is [protected]

    My name is Ravish Shah & I am from Ahmedabad. I am using uninor for mobile service. I have not activated any scheme regarding to CALLER
    TUNE. A caller tune is activated to my mobile. There is 40 rs reduced from my balance. That was not my fault. Other charges are 17 rs of VAS
    charges which I have not activated. There is other charges applied of 10 rs which I have not activated. Total 67 rs are reduced from my balance.
    So I want to request to you to get back my original balance.Please follow this procedure as fast as possible.Thank You.
    There is no positive reply from uninor.

      Hi,

      My name is Mohammad Javed Khan and I am using a uninor SIM number is[protected], I purchased this number at 01/03/13. Today 13/03/13 arround 06:15 PM my 70 rupees has been deducted wrongly, first they activated the caller tune on my number and deducted 40 rupees, I have tried to contact 198 and 121 also then I got the number 777 to deactivate the all VAS. After deactivation of caller tune few minutes were passed and I got a message that another VAS name is LOVKDISPN is activated and again 30 rupees was deducted from account. I never requested for these VAS so I have tried to contact 198 and when I am selecting the option for complaints IVR is disconnecting my call and I have tried to call on 121 but there is no option to speak to customer care agent. I am really fread-up with this kind of pathetic service o[censored]ninor.

      Please look into this matter.

      Today after 12 AM I have again tried to contact 198 and I have spoken with (I think) Prashant at 12:45 AM then call was escalated to Rahul and he disconnected my call without resolution when I asked him that if you are saying I have activated these services then send me the detail and IVR recorded information about this activation but he was unable to do it so he disconnected my call again I have tried to contact 198 but IVR blocked me and I was not able to reach customer care agent then I have called to 121 and Arun Picked the call at 01:00 AM and I asked him to transfer the call to manager then he put me on hold for more than 15 minutes then I have disconnected the call and paid 4 rupees to log even a bledy complaint.

        Dear Sir
        My name is Dharmendra.I am using a
        uninor no-[protected].My complaint is that
        uninor is charging for some VAS
        services from my mobile balance
        without my permission.When i
        talked to their customer
        representative,they said that the
        services is activated by default and
        i could deactivated these services
        by talking at 777 .Sir uninor charged 30 rs. in 2
        times and 8 rs one time.when i called their service
        no. 777, first they deactivated the
        service and after some time again
        they activated it again.This
        procedure has done 3 times untill my balance has not
        finished.please help me and resolve

          Hi,

          I have a demo number [protected] for my shop.

          The company suddenly closed down and I was told by the distributor, they will reinburse the balance to some other form in a diff card.

          I agreed and later they say that the settlement date is passed now and nothing can be done.

          I've been following with them on every day basis to recover the amount. Now they say that nothing can be done.

          I have my shop in Balaji Stores, Malwani, Malad West, Mumbai-95.

          I strongly condemn such unlawfull practice of the distributors and the companys. What are the options left to recover the amount from the distributor and the company.

            This is Sonu from Ranchi, Jharkhand and I am using a Uninor GSM number [protected].

            I have never subscribed any pack on my mobile instead there are multiple deductions on my number. On calling the customer care they have only deactivated the packs but not refunded the amount deducted from my account.
            First one is of Rs.10 for some News pack for 10 days from 26/02/2013 onwards.
            Second one is of Re.1 per day from 27/02/2013 for some Uninor Store pack.
            Third one is of Rs.10 for ten days from 27/02/2013 for some Club10 pack.
            When I have not received any promotional call, how this packs get activated? Yesterday(28/02/2013), I have sent a mail regarding this to the Uninor customer care but they are telling that I have activated the pack. Even I have registered a complaint in www.consumerforums.in but still no resolution has been provided.

Me uninor use kar raha hu. jiska no.[protected] he. mene 2 march ko ISD ka 19.Rs ka recharge kiya tha jisme USA me 1p/1s me bat ho sakti thi. mene ye uninor ki official website par se dekhar recharge karvaya tha. recharge karne ke bad mene jab USA call kiya to uninor ne 1 Min. ka 11 rs. ke hisab se 5 minit ka 55 Rs. deduct kar diya. jab mene costumer care me call karke pucha to vo log kahete he ki a scheme 28 feb se company ne bandh kar di he.jab ki mene vo 2 march ko website par dekha tha or aj bhi website par dikha raha he. customer care valo ne kuch bhi reply nahi kiya or sorry bolke phone kat diya jab mene vo 2-3 bar customre care me call kiya to customer care valo ne mera no. block kar diya or uske bad customer care me call nahi lag raha tha. please koi action lijiye.

                  recently my sister bought a uninor card and activated it the activation call guy first activated the card and later started asking her personal details as to age, which college, which year n all and called numerous times even when she said the card is activated the number calling is [protected], i hope the company is aware of the rules and regulations of not getting in too personally with any customer plzz help me under consumer protection act against the company

                  Personal — Card Activation

                  Although I hate to call banks (listening to machines instead of human) I have no choice because its a credit card activation. As a primary card holder I wanted to activate the supplimentory card which I have applied for my son who is studying in the US. I have shipped the card to him as soon as i got the card and wanted to activate the card now/this morning (after recieving it at the other end, naturally). In spite of giving all required details your didnt activate it just because I dont have the expiry date of the card with me. I understand certain stange policies that we all follow nowadays but what I dont understand is that why cant you simply activate the card without expiry date? if its a must you have all details with you about the card holders and the card itself so get the details within. Its reduculous asking me to ask my son to call the bank. I am the primary card holder so Its my decesion to activate or not. I have been using a Titanium RAK bank card for years and I am very happy with the bank and you staf[censored]ntil now.                     I PURCHASED A UNINOR PREPAID CARD([protected]) FROM SAHIL MOBILE SHOP,SHOP NO 19, SUDERSHAN SHOPPING CENTRE, OPP GOVT DISPENSERY, ADALAJ ([protected],[protected]) ON 14.02.2013 AT RS. 70/-. I WAS TOLD THAT CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.WHEN AFTER 9 DAYS I APPROACHED THE SHOP,

                    THE SHOPKIPPER GAVE ME NO OF MR. PRIYANK ([protected]). MR. PRIYANK REQUESTEDME TO COME TO SHOP AGAIN AFTER SOME SAYING THAT THE CARD SOLD BY THE SHOP WAS EXPIRED. THEY GAVE ME NEW CARD WITH OTHER NO.- [protected].

                    ON 26.02.2013 I CALLED MR. PRIYANK FOR MORE THAN 5 TIMES. HE COULD NOT PICK MY PHONE. THEN I CALLED THE SHOP KIPPER. I REQUESTEDTHEM TO EITHER ACTIVATE MY CARD OR RETURN MY DOCUMENT SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE THE SAME FROM ANOTHER SHOP.

                    TODAY (28.02.2013) AT 06:30 PM WHEN I CALLED MR. PRIYANK AGAIN, HE GAVE HIS CALL MR AKASH (TL.,UNINOR- [protected]), HE RUDLY TOLD ME " APP SE JO BAN PADE WO KAR LO, JAHA JANA HO CHALE JAO. DOCUMENT WAPAS NAHI MILEGA.

                    I HAVE VOICE RECORDING OF ALL CONVERSATION WITH SHOPKIPPER, MR. PRIYANK, MR. AKASH.

                    REQUESTED YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND HELP ME GETTING MY DOCUMENTS BACK. I DONT WANT THE CARD NOW. NEITHER I WANT MONEY BACK.

                    UNINOR — misbehaving

                    after request for deactivation of music without my consent which was activated .they activated the cricket by customer care mr manjunath then sent message we dont want see go even after several complaints nothing happened or happening
                    YESTERDAY I HAD COMPIAINT ABOUT THE ABOVE SAID SUBJECT. AT 8:00PM. MY SIM ACTIVATED. BUT TODAY ON ALMOST 10:30AM TO 11:00AM, ONE O[censored]NINOR EXECUTIVE CALLED ME UP AND REQUESTED THAT I HAVE TO RE SIGN ON THE ACTIVATION PAPERS. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED ON 198. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID THAT I NO NEED TO SIGN ON ANY PAPER AS MY SIM IS ALREADY ACTIVATED. ON 06:51PM, FEW MINUTES BACK, I RECD A CALL FROM UNINOR DEALER (MR. PATEL[protected]. HE SAID THAT I HAVE TO SIGN ON PAPER AGAIN. IF I FAIL TO SIGN, CARD MAY BE DE ACTIVATED BY COMPANY.

                    I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND, WHAT EXACTLY THE PROCESS O[censored]NINOR IS?

                    FOR HOW MANY TIMES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO SIGN ON ACTIVATION PAPERS?

                    I HAVE VOICE RECORDING OF BOTH UNINOR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AND UNINOR DEALER.

                    WHOM SHOULD I TRUST MORE?

On last Sunday at around 5:00 pm. company cut 10 rs from my main account balance.i called to customer care and they told me that song club service has been activated but i did not activated any service.it had been activated without my concern and i deactivated service.Now they refuse to refund my balance.I want my money back.Please take necessary action.

                      Amount got deducted without my prior knowledge. But some unwanted service has been activated without my concern.

                          I am NUPUR AGARWAL having Uninor prepaid connection no. [protected] since one month.

                          The balance of this number is getting deducted five times (one in[protected] of Rs.7/- and the second deduction in[protected] of Rs.7/-, and third deduction in[protected] of Rs.2 and fourth deduction in[protected] of Rs.5 and fifth deduction in[protected] of Rs.7 without any reason and information.

                          Regarding this issue I called customer care number of times and they are responding that you are connected to the senior officer customer care and we cannot do anything regarding this issue.

                          I am fed up of the pathetic services and unauthorized deductions o[censored]ninor. It seems that these companies are incurring losses, hence they have started looting customers.

                            As per SC order, uninor discontinue mumbai city service.... they not give notice earlier, so we not able to port the mobile no. so we want to port the mobile in other telecom services... so help us..

                            UNINOR — discontinuing service in mumbai area circle

                            from today 17.feb 13 uninor discontinuing their service in mumbai area circle... then what about the customer of that circle...? can they MNP their number....? can we get the refund of balance ...?
                            It is very disappointing that uninor discontinued services in Mumbai circle. This has affected more than 18 lakhs of customers. It would have been prudent on its part to give a hint and warn us about the anticipated discontinuation. The Supreme Court’s order will not just come suddenly, uninor might have certainly had some knowledge of the order.

                            Uninor Marketing people were selling the card till the last day on the temporary stalls erected road sides under the umbrella which carried company logo. I was getting SMS from Uninor offering GPRS and other promotional offers even on the 15th Feb evening. Why this cheating to the innocent customers ? All the customers had recharged reasonably good amounts as there were lots of promotional stuff they were receiving, like for example, 60 TT on Rs. 50, 110 TT on Rs. 100, 410 TT on 340, and so on and so on. And the customers recharged accordingly, presumably uninor earning lot of revenue. Who is going to pay back this?

                            The customers should have been given time to port the number to some other company as the uninor cell number had been used for very important documents like C.V., bank accounts, share portfolios, friend & relatives, and almost everywhere, and make use of the balance they had in their account.

                            It has been a bad end after giving good service to the customers of all sorts, very light to heavy users.

                            I strongly feel that the grievance should be attended by the authorities

                              Particulars of complaint:
                              From last few days I am getting worst experiences o[censored]ninor Services. Uninor is deducting complete and wrong balance with reference to my actual tariff plan. It is deducting Rs. 3.45 for a single text message even though I have sms pack still active, Incoming calls are deducting Rs. 1/min charge even though my card belongs to Maharashtra circle and I am using this in mumbai circle since last year. Unwanted calls are making irrelevant and meaningless plans active even though I am not responding them. If they are providing extra talktime on their recharges then it doesn't mean they will deduct one's balance in such a unprofessional way. Almost Rs. 120+ balance has been deducted by this service and we people do not have a time to keep every single deduction details to keep along in our busy schedules. Coming to their customer service, It is complete VAS based interaction and we are not able put our complaint by contacting them directly. What a bad and messed experience. It feels that it was mistake to get port into uninor because they neither have good network nor a customer service which we can access with much ease.

                                I had buy UNINOR SIM with cost of 20 rupees . my reference Mobile number i had given is [protected] .the serial number on the sim is .[protected].the mobile number on the cover is [protected].when i contacted with 198 number ,they told that this number was already activated.so iwant to what is my number?
                                and to activate my sim which i had throug the serial number...the proof i had given was voter card of my mother
                                nagalakshmi.b.........
                                I had bought new uninor sim card it's no.is [protected] but it is not activated yet plzzzzz activate it immidiately today

                                  Unnecessary activation of services leading to reduction of main account balance.

                                  To note this problem i made a call to the customer care of "UNINOR" but in response received a disappointing response of not refunding the deducted amount of money.
                                  Services like(VAS,MUSIC UNLIMITED SERVICE,CALLER TUNES) get activated even if i don't put forward any interest towards activating them which leads to deduction from the main balance.
                                  Kindly pay interest towards my problem because getting a recharge done and using my phone has become a hectic for me. Please help.

[protected] that i m subscribes a pack astro portal and my balance is deducted but i m not subscribed any service aur pack from uninor then after i tried many time to deactivate this pack and many time i called customer care but they dont give me any revelent answer. so please help me to solve this issue.
