    there is a number of time i ave been deactivated the value added services from Network UNINOR but they are auto activating the services again and again i am not able to understand why they are doing this.Sir i have been already registered the complain on UNINOR but they are not taking any action against this mobile number is given below.

      Uninor sent me a message stating that I have activated Music Unlimited service under VAS at Rs 30. Whereas I haven't subscribed for anything. When I called their customer care number there was no option for customer complaint. If this is how they want to recover their losses by randomly charging people for some service they didn't use then it is nothing but a fraudulent company.

      I have successfully deactivated the VAS pack (Music Unlimited) by dialling 777 and following the method instructed on- http://www.uninor.in/UninorConnAssist/FAQ/Pages/FAQAssist.aspx
      yet I have not been credited with the balance that was deducted earlier today and I still feel that I have been scammed.

        Dear Sir,

        This is with reference to the above subject line.
        Since last one month I am suffering from the balance deduction problem without intimation from Uninor Telecommunication services.
        Recently yesaterday night I have recharged my Cell No. +91-[protected] with Rs. 20/-. Received Balance deducted just after an hour without intimation and received a message from the company that you have activated so & so services.
        In fact I have not done it so.
        Even after calling to customer care executive, they are not answering the call or if they are answering it, no proper and satisfactory answer is given.
        So My humble request to you for taking a very strict action against the company(M/s Uninor ) and help me getting my deducted balance asap.

          On 8th Oct, 2012 I called 121 to know offers and I received offer of Rs.140 balance in Rs.120.
          I recharged with Rs.120 and got only Rs.103.80
          I again called 198 for complaint and the customer care executive put me on hold and then cut the line. Now I cannot contact any of the customer care number. Where to complain?

            myself Retwick Chatterjee a customer o[censored]ninor west bengal circle (ph no-[protected]) beg to state you that i have recharged my no with Rs 551 on 26th August 2012 Trans id MBBR [protected].
            according to your offer I should get 42000 lcl U2O and 120000 lcl U2U every month for three months. For the first month I have received that offer, but from the next month I am not getting the offer, whenever I am calling your customer care they are just ignoring the matter and used to say that the network maintainance is going and you will get your offer very soon. I have already called your customer care for three to four days, and they are just ignoring the matter.
            I am very much frustrated about your service and customer care as i have paid money and now i am not getting the offer so whenever I am dialing my balance is being deducted. so what is my benefit after availing the offer with Rs 551/- if I have to pay for calling now.
            Therefore Iam requesting you to kindly see the matter seriously and I hope you will take necessary steps as early as possible.

                One day i converted my Relience sim card into Uninor. My uninor card was on but after 1 week my card was off. Cusomer care said me submit your document. The document was submit by me at uninor store. Then after my card was not On. so again and again i submit the documents but my simcard was not on. total i submitted documents 3 times.

                  Sir, I am T.K.Santra, My daughter Miss Riya Santra's SIM was missing from our house bearing no- [protected] on[protected]. My son had lodged a GD at Kotwali Police station, Midnapore, on same day and locked the SIM through customer care. On[protected] myself and my daughter went to the uninor store at midnapoe, near battala kali mandir with all documentayy evidences to get a SIM with same number but the young man sitting in the store wearing uninor badge refused to issue a SIM with same number. He denied to accept the GD of kotwali Police station, Midnapore. I requsted him to help in getting the SIM but he shown all sorts of non co-opration with us and rather misbehaved. So I request the uninor authorities to take up with such fellows and help me in getting the above SIM with same number.

                    Sir, Unfortunately, my daughter's SIM bearing No [protected] was missing from our house. A GD No- 4121/12 dated 27-09-12 was lodged by my son on the same day at Kotwali police station, Midnapore. and the SIM was subsequently blocked on request on[protected]. I approached with all documentary evidences at Uninor Store near Midnapore Kali Mandir on[protected] to get a replacement SIM but the young representative at uninor store had all sorts of non co-operations and misbehaved with us. He denied the GD of Kotwali Police station to supply a replacement SIM. Sir, I requested to verifying the genuineness of the candidate with Voter's card and the GD. But he refused and did not issue the SIM. I request you to take up with such type of representatives and help me in getting the SIM at my home address.

                    i purchased a new sim a few weeks before. it was activated. i activated GPRS too. suddenly it stopped working . outgoing calls barred.
                    nice thing is that 121 or 198 does not work.
                    the hell called Uninor Store at battala chak denied any assistance and refused to see into the matter. even he denied to check that with main data. perhaps all the documents he lost. i afraid.
                    plz do some thing that i can get my money back.
                    i have other things to do except for complaining.

                      I recharged my uninor mobile (no- [protected]) Rs 20.00 on[protected] at 18:37 vide Trx Id[protected]. At 19:32 on[protected] I have received a sms and the amount Rs 20.00 deducted from my acount. When I contact with customer care, they reply that the process of subscription done by me and the amount will not be refund.
                      Plz. Help me to return the amount.

                        with due respect i submit a problem which i am facing with my uninor number.whenever i try to call any idea number then it says that that the number does not exist but when i try to call with any other number then the call gets connected or when i send any message then it gets delivered to that number.whenever i tell about this problem to cutomer care then they says that there's no problem in your number.

                        please fix my problem as soon as possible.I am facing this problem since last 3 months.

                          Dear Sir, I had lodged complaint with uninor for a petty sum of rs30, as u can see amt is not big n this has happened on several times b4 but I didn't bother uninor.
                          many times they dont bother to reply or offer +ve soln.
                          Sir certain services was activated wrongly but deactivated immediately they refused to waive off charges
                          Request sent for deactivation or barring of such msgs ve fallen on deaf ears
                          I also checked my status on uninor of cpr n it showed (cud not find any status on[protected]

                          Today 28th august at 12.27 am , the news automatically subscribed from my handset. even i call uninor customer care the guys told me u have activated the service but i dont activate anything.i call 198 two times but they guys still refused to do anything.they always told me to they send call their seniour but they didnt send the call . i am still get confused what should i do.. lost my 15 ruppess without doing anything.. i need to solve this problem quickly.my uninor mobile number was [protected].

                            Respected Sir,
                            My name is Sourabh Agarwal, my uninor cell number is [protected] (Jharkhand). I was in Vodafone network which I ported to Uninor, it get activated on 13th September, 12. It was working fine
                            But from 22nd September outgoing facility got disconnected. I conteced customer care for help, I was being told that document is not being submitted, I was surprised as I had given all document required for porting to the retailer and my number was also activated for around 10 days. I then conteced retailer same day letting him know what had happened, he told me that he had send the documents to Uninor office (Jaiswal Complex, Sakchi, Jamshedpur) from their (uninor) staff only. As my outgoing was blocked and I need to activate it soon, I give another document to retailer and instruct him to submit it personally to Uninor office.
                            On 23rd Sep, 12, when he visited office and enquired about my previous document, they got it in their drawer. Taking it very lightly they told retailer that number will be activated soon.
                            Instead of outgoing getting activated my incoming also get disconnected from 24th Sep, 12. My retailer conteced Uninor office many a times in front of me but they always tell that number will be activated in few hours.
                            Because o[censored]ninor carelessness, my many money got wasted in PCO in 3 days as I was having free minutes and message card in my number.

                            I kindly request you to look into my problem and re-activate my number soon. And I want a compensation of Rs. 150 talk-time from Uninor service provider for blocking my number without any fault of mine.

                              I have a Uninor number : [protected], I got messages regularly from Uninor "UA - 650001"
                              message: "xtra Talktime Offer Only For U - RC 100 pi 120 TT! Just Recharge TODAY with Rs 100 & get 120 TT Instantly without any Validity. Dont Miss it. RC with RC100 now"

                              I recharged same as mentioned above but I didn't get any extra TT, I called customer care so many times, they talk with unpolitely and told that there is no offers like that.

                                  Dear Sir, I am regular subscriber o[censored]ninor, 2day at 15.10pm my while fiddling with mobile activated some pesky msg sent by the service provider n rs 30 was dedtd , as soon as noticed I brought it the notice o[censored]ninor CSA on the same day by 14.00hrs but he re fused to refund dedtd amt giving some vague Ans.
                                  I lodged the complaint with customer care but they hardly bother to reply. Its not a matter of rs30 its a question if service not used then why deduction.

                                  In continuation to my complaint I wud like to draw ur attn that this mth also u all deducted rs 30 for nothing, immediate complaint was lodged with 198 uninor but ur executives were very non co operative n they showed inability to to refund money bk.
                                  Sir i m nt interested in any o[censored]r services except voice calls.
                                  Kindly desist from loot not a ryt way to make money i[censored] care for ur customer n ur executive refusing to co operate, very sorry state.

                                  Kindly activate cpr urgently[protected]
                                  Last mth , this mth hw many more complaints

                                  UNINOR — Charged Wrong

                                  I have got 2 sim cards o[censored]ninor. Since long time, they are charging me wrongly for services which I have never asked for. They start the services on their own and when I complained about it, they bluntly told me that I have started the services and they wont revert my money back. I am a very smart user of mobile phones. I have even saved all the marketing call numbers from Uninor and I never pick them up. Yesterday I was charged again for Music Unlimited on one number. I complained. They did not even register my complain. Today again they charged me for the same services on another number. And the customer support is so unfriendly that you don't wish to talk with them again. And 9 out of 10 times, their server is busy and getting updated. I know what they update(How much money they are making through wrong charges !!!)


                                  Its the mental harassment which is painful more than the charges that they cut. They make us look like liars ???


                                  Is this justified ?

                                        I got missed call from number [protected] on 18th september 2012 .when i dialled the number he told me that that i won a lottery of 10 lacs.
                                        and provided me number [protected] and told me to call Akash Varma.

                                        This is very dangerous and try to trace such kind of call.....

                                        are bhai mai to padha likha hu but what about them who don,t know such kind of things?
