I have taken a uninor connection on 15 Dec and was told that it will be activated within 5 days it has been 18 days but yet the card is not activated. I tried reaching 198 and other numbers but it says that your number is not activated. Kindly activate the number as soon as possible.

UNINOR — activation of sim

I lost my prepaid sim number [protected] o[censored]ninor company ..but i got dummy of that number the company is not activating that numer plz help me to activate that number i will be very thankful to you...
i have taken a uninor connection on 16/813 and was toldthat it will be activated within 5 days it has been 2 days but yet the card is not activated please start my sim card my number is [protected]
I have baught a new sim 3 days ago but it is still not activated...
Please activate it immediately...

    I bought a uninor sim 5 days ago the first day it worked fine but from the next day the sim did not allowed any incoming and outgoing call and automatically 2 services were also activated and 55rs was also deducted please activate and return the balance as soon as possible mobile no is [protected] and sim number is[protected]
    My sim o[censored]ninor is not activated since last 2 weeks mobile no is [protected]

      My name is Dr sb singh I live in civil lines 5 days ago I bought a uninor sim it worked fi.e the first day but from the next day the sim did not worked it said that outgoing and incoming facilities are not availaible in my uninor no and 55 rs balance was also deducted please activate the sim as soon as possible and return me the balance

        Hi Team,

        My uninor number is [protected] ,i call on 59059 for activation on
        29th January 2013 night.
        They have verified my name and address and told me that after 1 hr
        call 123 and choose the desire langauageand your account will be active.
        From that onwards till today i am calling 123 ,the recorded response
        coming to me that your prepaid number is not active.
        After that I again call on 59059 and 999 but the recorded response
        coming to me that your prepaid number is not active.

        If this the way you provide service.if my number is not ctive i have
        to complaint with TRAI authorities for this.
        So Resolve my problem ASAP.

        Even, i have the same problem...my Number is [protected], i called on 59059 for activation on
        04th December 2015, at about 7:50 AM.
        They have verified my name and address and told me that after 15 Minutes
        call 123 and choose the desire language and your account will be active. But i try to call 123, getting a message please recharge your prepaid account for making calls.

        Pl do concern in this issue sir, .

            sir on the 16th jan i had opted for mnp(vodafone to uninor) , for this i had submitted the request form at the uninor hadapsar office but still(25th jan) no mnp is done, none of the customer care i.e vodafone and uninor is helping me.also there is no sms from the uninor or vodafone about the cancellation of the request
            pls check and inform me how many days will it take to port my number.

                I have done recharge your website for Mobile no. [protected] of Gujarat for
                Rs.170/- of Online Recharge offer through Dena bank debit card.
                Actually Money has been deducted by the Bank but the recharge not done successfully.
                Reasons say as under :
                You have not completed the process.
                Invalid authentication at Bank.
                Bank session has expired.
                Server error has occured at Bank
                But the payment made by the bank.

                Please do the necessary steps for getting my recharge successfully.

This no. issued to other. this no. is miss used by the person and create fake and message call to my family and my friends. I tried many times to close this no. but it could not be closed.

Sir do you know still I never got any GLOWSHINE OR FLAXBOARD.earliar my shop’s name was PYRELAL HELLO CENTRE but now my shop’s name is CHADHA MOBILE & REPAIRING CENTRE. SIR FLAXBOARD always comes at my nearest shop but never had I never received Uninor Company’s flax board. i always ask to every UNINOR company's emplyee but everybody neglect my request. Althtough i don't have any complaint from my distributor CHUNNILAL SAGARMAL & COMPANY. Please listen my request & take step against my request.                         number ([protected]) port out in Idea operater since 25/12/2012 but even now today is 12/01/2012.17 days
                        has been passed. my number did not move in idea yet.whenver i tried to talk uninor customer care they did
                        not help me that's why i'm complainting now please help me regards this problem otherwise i'll have to compel to lost
                        this number .i'll be remain obliged for this.

                          I Mr. Kumbhar S I from kolhapur.My mob number is [protected].This number was used as IDEA for 6 years. After it was conveted to UNINOR ,last 2 years used as UNINOR.Currently i am UNINOR user but i want to switch to IDEA network. But customer care of Kolhapur, Jaysingpur is nor providing services to switch i.e. not giving UPC code. They told me you are not UNINOR user & your information is not available in UNINOR database.

                          Third class service provided by them so plase help me to switch IDEA network again.

                            My name is Vidya Prakash. I am a student of Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College. I have buy a uninor SIM which no is [protected] from near my college fulijhore, Durgapur on 22 NOV 2012. He say no will activate within one week. But after one week no not active then I contact to shopkeeper then he say document rejected then I submit the another document and he say SIM will start within one week. But no not active. In this matter I say to him, please revrn my money I don't want to buy it, but refused it. Sir, In my opinion this shopkeeper have use my id in illegal purpose. So, please help me received my money and document.

                              Hi Team,

                              Balance has deducted several times whenever I do a recharge and it get deducted without any reason.Every time my wife do a recharge the whole amount gets deducted without any reason and the same has not been returned bu Uninor UP West circle even though I've raised this issue with UP west Uninor authorities by mailing them at "appellate-authority.[protected]@uninor.in", "nodalofficer.[protected]@uninor.in" and their customer care do not respond "nodalofficer.[protected]@uninor.in". Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest. They are not even giving us info if any VAS service has been activated on our mobile Number-[protected].

                                Sub: Unable to make calls on any STD number throughout the country.

                                I had ported my mobile number [protected] from Aircel to Uninor on 15 Dec 2012. I had received a confirmation message from Uninor that my sim had been successfully activated to Uninor Network on 15 Dec 2012 at 5.25 pm. Thereafter i recharged with an FRC of 156 INR in which i had got 51.00 INR talktime, 60000 Uninor to Uninor local seconds and 15000 Uninor to other mobile local seconds.

                                From that day although i can make calls to any local Uninor or local other mobile operators but I cant make calls to any of the STD number. As a result i have still 51 INR left in my balance because o[censored]navailability o[censored]sage to any STD number.
                                (the error message that i received while making a STD call is"this facility is not available on your number")

                                Regarding the same i tried to lodge the complaint at Uninor Customer care but many of them disconnected the call in between and some of them didn't allowed me to talk to their supervisors.

                                In fact i had their names as well, Mr Narender and Mr Yash, these two execitives not only talked to me in disrespectful way but also tried their best not to provide any kind of helping hand from their side. Lastly i had to struggle a lot for generating a Service request Number: 1-[protected] and the executive asked me to wait for another couple of days with no exact time limit. And inspite of asking again and again for their immediate supervisor he once told me clearly that his supervisor is busy and then his statement turned to that he cannot allow me to talk to his supervisor. Their way of representing was very rude and harassing too. Its been 16 days that I am facing this issue with no proper result.

                                I want you to please look into this matter and help me the best way. And I shall request you to take strict actions against above mentioned Name of Customer Care Executive for not supporting.

                                Local unlimited — unable to call any local number

                                Dear Sir,

                                Ref:- Aircel No. [protected]
                                I have taken a new connection inspite of having two connection one of Airtel & another of Reliance, considering that it will give lot of cost saving. But now I feel cheated by a Company like "AIRCEL" which is spending so much money in branding and started cheating to its customer. I have repeatedly compalints to customer care but of no help. Whatever two or three locals I have been able to call those has been charged, therefore I receive the message that I have insufficient balance.

                                I do not know how you can charge local calls though it is confirmed that i have successfully recharged local rate cutter plan.My SIM has given me lots of Adhoc than pleasure.

                                Therefore I want to surrender the SIM. Please arrange to refund my Rs. 550.00, I have spent for taking connection.

                                Please do the needful & oblige.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have done portability from airtel to uninor .My sim has been comformed on 24/12/2012 and they siad sim will be activated within 1 hour.Its 4 days gone,my sim is still inactive.

                                    My cell is showing full network access but while dialing a call it says"your sim is inactive for any outgoing calls".I have visited uninor service center on 27/12/2012,they said "your sim will be activated within 1/2 hour",its 24 hrs gone and still my sim is inactive.I have asked to give there centre number,but they have kept that number on diverting to unserviced uninor numer.

                                    I want to launch complaint against uninor as well as that service centre for there fault estimation and giving there unavailable service center number.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        This complaint is regarding my Uninor number [protected]. Every time i put some balance into my number, Uninor starts activating various VAS plans without my confromation. Every day VAS deducts Rs. 2-3 from the balance and on addition activates a new pack which again deducts some amount from my balance. I keep deactivating the services, but again they are activated. I am really fed up with this.
                                        Kindly, please help me out in this situation.
