Dear Sir,

On 11.11.2012 i made online Uninor Bill Payment for Rs.110 through my ICICI Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". So again tried for online payment and it was sucessfully submitted. Later i came to know that Rs 110 was debited from account Twice and same was reflected in my transaction list today.Seeking your esteemed help and advice in this regards.

UNINOR — recharge is failed

Sir since morning i'm trying to recharge o[censored]ninor to my customer no.[protected] of rs.198. 3 times failed ,why & from my account Rs 198*3 is deducter.pls do the need full to recharge 1 time & my deducted balance to transfore to my account.

i have recharged rs 53 to my uninor no.[protected] through internet banking using paytm site.and i get a confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged,and my balance cut off from my account .but my uninor account does not recharge....time is 9-10 pm 16-02-12.i contact customer care several times but they did not help me

    I have a uninor connection.On 31st oct i got a sms that said,if i recharged with rs 10 on that day i'll get a balance of rs 15/-.6.90 instantly and remaining on or before 72 hrs.But within 72 hrs they give only extra rs 5.When i called customer care for more rs 3.They told me that you will not get any more rs.
    They did not tell any reason about that just said no more balance and also refuse to get any complain.Also any senior representative pick up my ph after waiting on the line for 1hour.
    They cheated with me.
    So if we get this type of sms don't put your leg on their trap.They are cheating with people.
    So by this website i want to ask an question,'is this your good service (sabse sasta)?'

    Uninor is so cheating company. I also got message in the call summary stating recharge with 200 and get 250 instantly but when I recharged got 178 only. When I called customer service they say it is not instant wait 72 hrs, another one says wait 48 hrs. Not sure why they say instant if not immediately. Also without I activating any service themselves they subscribing to too many services they are didecting my balance. When I call them they say it is not possible to get money back. It is horrible company I would say.

      the day i had activated my internet package from them from that that day i am getting a problem in the internet server.
      i complained various number of times but still it all went in vain so now my pack is just usless as i am unable to use the service due to the net problem and also they have added my number in cc so that i cant reach them.
      plz help me solve this problem...

Then i give the phone to my husband & that person gave death threats to my husband & my family. i am very much scared and mentally depressed for such unwanted thing. please try to stop this kind of people from disturbing women's from their numbers. Please take some necessary action against the person & this type of people as well as the service providers.

                      sir i receive a continuous miscalls from the number [protected] late at night, and when i call back, then he/she(someone who is calling) doesn't pick up the phone, so please help us and do the needful.

                        Hi,
                        Iam kranthi kumar and I have a uninor connection. On 25th of october I suddenly got a message saying that my request for the activaion of 'My Friend' service has been received and the next second I got a confirmation stating that the request has been accepted and an amount of Rs30 was deducted from my account. This all happened without me opting for it. I didnt even understand what was going on. so, the next day i.e., on 26th of october I cotacted the customer care department and put forth the issue. The executive directed me to dial 777 and then select the option 1 which deals with complaints about activation of services without the action of customer and then select to deactivate it and he said the amount would credited back to my balance. I did the same and then again I called up customer support to know when will the amount be credited back to my account...this time the executive was not the previous one who didnt even cared to reveal her name....I had putfoth my query and in reply she said no balance would be credited to your account because the service got activated after receiving a request from your mobile. I tried to explain to her that I didnt opt for it but she was adamant enough to not to listen to my version and disconnected the call. I could gauge from this that its futile to contact the customer care again. Again on 27th of october at 10pm i recieved a message stating "thanks for downloading true tone:ringtone. you have been charged Rs.10. I didnt download anything then how can I be fleeced of Rs 10. or for that matter single paise. On the face of it the amount of Rs40 might seem peanuts but the point is why should I be charged for things which I havent opted for. Even the customer serivce executives are so abusively stubborn that it reminds me that uninor believes in the saying "MIGHT IS ALWAYS RIGHT". Iam not sure of the follow up of this complaint but my intention is to awaken the people to not to opt for uninor and save yourself from ending up in a feeling of being cheated and not heard either.                           I m Dhiraj from hazaribagh jharkhand and i m using uninor mobile no [protected] from last some years. thus i m old customer o[censored]ninor.
                          sir on dated 26.10.2012 an amount of Rs 30/= has been deducted by uninor service provider and on dated 27.10.2012 an amount of Rs 10/= once again has been deducted from my main balance without my permission.
                          I do not sent any request for activating such type of plans but my deduction is continuously being done from my uninor main balance.
                          Hence it is requested that kindly my all balance which has been deducted from my main balance may be refunded to me and order may be passed to concern department for not doing such type of activity again otherwise i will not use your uninor service and will move to consumer forum if necessary. please refund my Rs 40/= very soon which has been deducted from my main balance with out my permission.

                                  I have purchased new connection (SIM) o[censored]NINOR mobile number [protected] and recharged it with ISD pack to make cheap ISD call to my mother who is on HAJJ Pilgrimage at Makkah (KSA). But on dated 19/10/2012 out going facility has been stopped by service provider. On telephonic conversation with customer care, representative at other end informed that during verification of documentary proof, it is not found valid. Since I have submitted photo copy of my passport as documentary proof duly signed my myself.

                                  Sir, it clearly denotes that the documentary proof submitted by myself has been misused at their (UNINOR Office) end. Sir, guide them to return my documentary proof what I have submitted if it invalid for the said connection or otherwise, to restore the outgoing facility of the said connection.

                                      Hey guys,

                                      The reason to write you on fb is that your customer care is the worse staff in the world i have ever seen & they are quite uneducated or kinda bound to what they said.

                                      Seems they don't understand the meaning of customer care & they are bound to what their system shows & keep repeating that sentence n details which led customer to call them up. They behave like we are the fool to call up, we don't abt internet usage made by us, we don't know other internet packs available. They are not ready to listen to me & keep repeating their info. Better u shut down ur call centers or else hire some decent ppl who knows how to handle the situation, instead of saying no to the thing which customer faced without getting any benefits & been charged on some technical grounds which is no customers mistake.

                                      I got to tell u that again my balance is been deducted with around 85-100 rs on 13th midnite. I use net daily for few mins , u can say around 2 mins to 15 mins according to my use which you can verify in your so called system with deduction charges.

                                      That night i browsed for few mins, & then my balance got deducted around 85-100 rs which was headache for me to call ur so called CUSTOMER "CARE" executives.


                                      I tried to call ur customer care n they said call aftr 5 hrs. another night, i called up once again, they said systems are down & requested me to call after 10am in the morning.

                                      Then today i called up customer care, some guy picked up d call, told me the reason for deductions (which is not true, coz i know what i use, what i don't , m not from village to fell into ur traps & this time I wl make sure i drag u guys to the public.) He transfered my call to some senior person, who pickd aftr 5 mins & disconnected my call.

                                      I again called & the guy called AATISH, picked up the call, repeated the same info & said he won't be refunding my money.

                                      I asked him to transfer the call, he did so & my call had been attended by Mr. Vishal Raje , n he too repeated the same thing for few mins again n again & said he can't do anything.

                                      I wonder why all the guys from CCE to senior person are there to help the customers or just the providing details? If they are for there for providing details only, close ur call centers, coz we as customer know what has been deducted. We don't need you guys tell us what's your system showing or what i did (which i didn't)

                                      I have internet plan on BB, in office, in home, y the hell i wl use 800MB on bloody nokia e63 n that too in one hour??? & if I want to use this much of data, I can get the recharge of 90 done which is 6GB of data (200MB/day)

                                      Now you guys look into this matter or else I wl throw all the sims, which my family have, n make sure drag you guys where you lose some more customers.

                                      I think if I am explaining this much, you should know how much i suffered, how much i spent my time to call ur customer care centers, to type this msg.

                                      Hope this will be taken care of & do the needful asap.

                                      Jst got an call from +91-[protected] n he said he is from customer care.

                                      I told him the problem i faced, & he repeated his recorded thing which your customer care executives n seniors in call centers are repeating, & he is no different.

                                      He is repeating that I used the web browser ( i m not denyin it) but i knw i used for 2 mins & been charged 86 rs ( which is not even charged for international calls for 2 mins)

                                      You guys good in making customers fool & u believe that u say the truth & we the customers are liars. Isn't it?

                                      If you guys can't help me, dont even call me.

                                      Just keep that 86 rs. with you & I will throw this sim in some dust bin.

                                      & didn't cared to call me back, so he can listen to me , my problem to help me out.

                                      But, u guys hardly care coz you guys want free money of your customers.

                                      Wrote on 18th Oct. 2012 on FB page o[censored]ninor: around 5.45pm ( now, i didn't noticed the perfect time, which is considered as a proof from Uninor to fool customer)

                                      Anyone using Uninor, pls make sure you record every activity, time, seconds, date when u use any service of this company. Worse experience in my life. Thanks for disappointing us. No need to show your more concern to your customers when you just don't want so solve it. Keep looting. Sabse cheap rates n sabse cheap way to deduct your money from your account.
