My uninor number is [protected]. I am facing problem of not receiving incoming calls. When someone tries to make a call in this number it is not connected; instead a flash message comes, '.......disconnected' but I can call any number easily. It seems a problem of incoming calls. But why it is so and what is the remedy for it?...

we have an uninor connection,bt from last 2 days network eror is a main problem,we cant contact our relatives,even customer care! please do the needful action,thanking you....

I use uninor online recharge service and recharge my mobile with rs 470 inr using my debit card and recharge is successful but nothing comes in my balance my balance is rs 0.01 inr and when I call to uninor customer care and 198 they always say no recharge is done in your number...

sir i am sripavan with mobile no.[protected] on 03/08/2012 money has been deducted from the mobile for some shubhkal pack and where as haven't sent any message or any thing. The called up the customer care(198) and one lady picked up the call then said her that balance has been deducted for some pack and she told me that it has been deducted for shubhkal pack and then i said her that i haven't sent any message or haven't got...

this is to inform you that i am using uninor services since 1 year but this is happening with me first time and this is really very negative impression from your side and specially your quality of customer care department is really worst.
there are 2 main area of concern from my side
1. yesterday means on 30/ july /2012 i have done a recharge on my number from your online website with Rs 80 and from recharge...

I just want to tell everyone that Uninor service sucks to the S... I am giving any examples of their services cos there are N number of them so just want you all who are looking to take Uninor connection, pls dont!!!...

my self chetan m. soneri i have a problem of gprs, actually i activated gprs scheme rs. 47 in which i got 100mb per day now problem is that i can use only 60mb with good speed something 20 to 25 kbps after using 60mb it is very difficult for me to use remaining 40mb due to gprs speed around 3 to 5 kbps and when i call to customer care they are just tell me silly answer about my problem when ever i called them this one is very common dialog...

I am using a prepaid mobile no.[protected] since January 2012.During all these days they directly allow a new plan to my mobile number and withdraw it back without my consent.
Even if i make a call to the customer care they provide an irrelevant answer to me...
As i am fed up with this network i want to go to another network through Mobile Number Portability (MNP).

Dear Sir I recharged rs. 18 on dt 09-07-12 at the time 09:46 (Rs. 18= 3900 second u to o after 3 days) But I did not received this benefits not they send me any amount against rs. 18. What is this I dislike

Dear sir I had got an sms from uninor regarding recharge offer stating, get rs 80 bal for rs 60 recharge on 18/7/12. I made the recharge on the same day to avail this offer. But to my surprise I got rs 65 bal only. When I talked to the customer care executive he told me that i should contact the nearest uninor store. Am I going to spend Rs 20 on petrol for the difference of Rs 15 bal which is not given to me as the nearest uninor store is...

I want to do Complaint against unknown mobile number +91 [protected] bcoz i don't know him and he call me many times. And I already warning to him 3 time for wrong calling. But he not stoped calling even his call time more time after 4:30 AM. Pls i request you do needful for me and take any strict action against him.

this is to inform you that there have been instances of deduction of balance of 50 rupees without any valid reasons in last two days . i have plans activated for the local calls .
i see no reason as to why the balance in my account has been deducted . i have plan activated for the internet pack as well. its been many times uninor has deducted money from my accout in the name of third party . i will explain how uninor makes...
