charged for the service which is not activated by me

Hello sir,

Today, near about 1o'clock in afternoon uninor service provider activated two value added services (VAS), which is not not activated by me and they deducted balance of 10 rupees from mobile main balance. When I called at customer care they told me that they cant refund my money. Where should i go for that please somebody suggest me something?

SIM Activation problem

I have taken Sim of uninor 1 week back and it's re-activated three times already. But still the problem is not resolved ,after recharging mine phone it's get deactivated again. I already submitted my documents two times but still no action has been taken by uninor area manager.

Hi, I am ajay using uninor from last 2.5 years (bihar jharkhand circle) no. [protected]. Suddenly on 02.07.12 i saw my balance is 0.11 and data 0 mb. A massage is coming your balance is low for daily massage service. Please note that actually at that time my balance should be 13 & 60 mb. after that i recharged 150.00 and deducted 90.00 for monthly data charge (200mb/ day) but after some time i saw it showed my balance 0.11 and data 0 mb...

i put 44 rupees booster(1,20,000 seconds free) with acknowledgement of sms that u get 10rupees top up totally free with 44 rupees booster before two weeks... So that only i put that booster... but i can't receive the 10 rupees balance... when i complaining to customer care, their reply was too bad.... this is the way to treat your valuable customers with sms? then now i think that the uninor messages...

As i am writing this because i want to know is there any system under which this type of week & cheap peoples can be punished under law so that no one in future will able to do so with any one again.
