these was the previous history ( messages ) of what uninor company is doing unanimously with the money of their customer. I am fully unaware about what they are going to activate on my phone neither with any prior intimation nor as per any request for the same from my end. This set is rarely used for outgoing. Hence when I first try to call from this set after recharging as above on 01.07.2012 12 noon I got the IVRS that I have not sufficient balance for the call. Then I check with *222*2# and found the magic that shows my balace is only Rs.0.38 . I immediately contacted with customer care which was also at my cost . Executives from customer care were also very busy to get in touch and at last they made me optimist after discussing all that I may returned the same amount within 48 hours. But this was also in vain.

I need proper clarification from uninor end for the above.

Today, near about 1o'clock in afternoon uninor service provider activated two value added services (VAS), which is not not activated by me and they deducted balance of 10 rupees from mobile main balance. When I called at customer care they told me that they cant refund my money. Where should i go for that please somebody suggest me something?

I have taken Sim o[censored]ninor 1 week back and it's re-activated three times already. But still the problem is not resolved ,after recharging mine phone it's get deactivated again. I already submitted my documents two times but still no action has been taken by uninor area manager.

Recharge not Done inspite of money debited

SUB : Non Receipt of Recharge amount of Rs.198/- in my uninor prepaid mobile

I am maruti using uninor mobile prepaid card in my mobile. I have recharged my number by amount of Rs. 198/- via ICICI Bank internet banking. But yet I have not received my recharged amount in my uninor account balance however in my ICICI Bank internet account The payment show successful.

I also called to uninor customer care but they didn't give me satisfactory reply and told they can not show detail. So I m looking towards my recharged amount of Rs.198/- which is already deducted from my ICICI S.B. A/c.

Kindly do needful for getting my uninor recharged amount and oblidge.

The Uninor thief had theft my balance. Its the third time that beggars thief my money.
Before i called lots but i did not get any response from that thief.
Even i send my complaint to the email id which is specified in the TRAI online complaint website but mail had failed to send because that emailid is not available more.
I had heard that every employee has a monthly target to theft some of the amount from the customer balance.
I don't want to get back my money but i am ready to give complaint in anywhere to shut down their company.

Uninor has activated an internet pack of Rs. 5(30 mb) on my number [protected] on 23rd June. When i asked for the info by calling customer care, they denied that its their fault, they have said me due to my mishandling, i have activated the service on my number and they denied to refund my balance (rs. 5) back. So although i had an active internet connection on another mobile, with no choice left, i have browsed facebook for about 1 hour in my mobile(uninor number) which should be 10-15 mb max. But i was shocked to see after disconnecting the internet, they have deducted 46 rs. from my main account balance instead of deducting it from net balance i.e. 30 mb, and i have tried customer care after that, but due 2 their problems, i could not connect to them. After 3 days, they have refunded my balance rs. 5. So when i called customer care and talked to them that its due to their wrong info my 46 rs was deducted, their senior executive have said that i have taken a special request on your number, wait for 2-3 days, hopefully it will be resolved soon. I have waited for 4 days but i get no response. So today i again called the customer care but they have denied that the balance cant be refunded, under no condition, they have again lied that customer care has already provided this info on 23rd June that due to the some technical problem, 5 rs was cut from my account and will be refunded within 72 hours, which is a complete lie. They have not given any such type of info through sms on 23rd June. They have simply harassed me and wasted my time, and for their own mistake( the wrong info by customer care) made me suffer by cutting rs. 46 from my account. So please help me in getting back my rs. 46.

Hi, I am ajay using uninor from last 2.5 years (bihar jharkhand circle) no. [protected]. Suddenly on 02.07.12 i saw my balance is 0.11 and data 0 mb. A massage is coming your balance is low for daily massage service. Please note that actually at that time my balance should be 13 & 60 mb. after that i recharged 150.00 and deducted 90.00 for monthly data charge (200mb/ day) but after some time i saw it showed my balance 0.11 and data 0 mb instead of Rs 60.00 and 200 mb. when i call the costumer care in 198 about this they said i have used excess internet beyond 200mb / day. but it shows in my network data manager that i have only used 192 mb from 400 mb in tow days(01.07.12 & 02.07.12). First they try to confused me and when failed to do so then just said me the costumer care executive that he is transferring to hi boss. they kept me on wait for 20 minutes and finally cut the line without registered my complaint. After that when i am going to contact them thorough 198, i am disconnected every time by hear a voice command thank u for calling uninor. Please help.

I have applied for Mobile number Potability (MNP) from Airtel with no ([protected]) to Uninor on 12/6/2012. They have accepted my request and sent an approaval SMS on 18/6/2012 to use Uninor SIM from 19/6/2012. The service worked for one week after one week they stopped both outgoig/incoming service from 25/6/2012. When I contacted the Uninor Outlet office at Neredmet, Hyderabad, he simply asked me to submit my documents again, as they haven’t received the documents from the retailer. When they have not received my documents, how can they accept my request for porting from Airtel to Uninor, they should have waited till they receive my documets. At least I would have enjoyed the services from Airtel till they receive my documents from retailer. The Uninor Outlet office executive, at Neredmet Hyderabad gave a free suggestion not to apply for porting from retailers. I have resubmitted my documets again at Unior, Outlet Office, Neredmet, Hyderabad on 28/6/2012,and the executive said that within one hour my mobile service will be restored. After 3 days nothig happened, when I tried to contact him, he doesn't take the call.
When I tried to Contact Uninor customer care centres number like these 121, 198, [protected] they simply make us to listen to their pre-recoreded junk. After hours of trials, once I got hold of customer care executive, she simply says go and contactt the Uninor, Outlet where I have submitted my documents.
Such is the poor service given by insensitive Uninor Service Provider.

Govt should take stringent action against these type of service providers.

On 29/06/2012 I tried to recharge online my uninor number. After the successful payment form my bank account the page did not load and showed error. Clearly my recharge was not successful. I tried to contact customer care but did not assist stopped receiving calls from my number. I also went to the nearest uninor store; they too didn’t help me saying that they cannot do anything and also misbehaved at the end of conversation.
Neither my number was recharged nor I got my balance back. Here are few details:

Dear sir, this is true that in uninor telecommunication for his achivements TSM and RAC are doing the sim activation for his target they useing fake documents and proof for the sim actionvation is false to know that so that i am telling you that please alert and catch the people who is doing this and take action against all the distributer who is doing the uninior some of the distributer doing this and take against action to TSM and all the higher authority of the company better you go in the monring or at any time in civil dress other wise they will be alert for your information please take necessary action to the company and distributers

Money was deducted for unsuscribed offers.. with out my permission money is detucted. online recharge failed of Rs.50 on june 6 2012 and not refunded till now.

and signal problems alsoo .if i try to complaint to customer care , they always say our server is down please try after 5 hours, i even don't know where i should complaint....

This is Soni Suchita, I have an Unior mobile Connection, in that everyday WAP service is activated without asking any confirmation from me. While deactivating it, it again activated after 2 hours. in just 3 days it is activated 8 times. and Rs 8 is deducted from my account.

I contacted with customer care 10 time for the permanent solution, but they told me that they have deactivated it from there side, but it again activate after deactivation. I told them to raise a complaint to give me permanent solution but told me that they can't do that from there system.

Today again i have received WAP message that Rs. 1 is deducted from my account and i cant do anything to stop it permanently. Is there no permanent solution for this problem.

Please give me the permanent solution for this. I hope you will come to me through this complaint.

G.evening sir,
i am amit singh customer o[censored]ninor (my no.[protected])sim. Unlimited music service activated on my number on dated[protected] without my permission and deduct the Rs.30/-. I have caller customer care no.121 & 198 4-5times. They also charges on this call @Rs.0.50/3mint. & each & every time reply me same that server is busy & call again after 4-5hours. yesterday i called continuously on c.care toll free no.198 but my call was disconnented everytime. Today, again gave me same reply & when i request him please forward my call to your seniors.Initially They said no seniors available then told me they all are in meeting call again later.
Please take necessary action on my this complain & credited my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise My next step is Consumer court.

My self Chetan M. Soneri two month ago I purchased uninor sim card to use internet service first month was good in matter of internet speed so I continue second time for internet but now a days my internet connection is to bad, only 3 to 5 kbps I though it is due to bad weather but when ever weather is good my internet speed till slow. One thing I notice every night around 12:00am to 2:00am internet speed is to good around 15 to 20 kbps after that problem continue whole day till night 12:00am. to 2:00am. Every night I have to face these kind of problem. i think these is a strategy o[censored]ninor people so there consumer can't use gprs remaining mb

Please do needful as early as possible.

i put 44 rupees booster(1,20,000 seconds free) with acknowledgement of sms that u get 10rupees top up totally free with 44 rupees booster before two weeks... So that only i put that booster... but i can't receive the 10 rupees balance... when i complaining to customer care, their reply was too bad.... this is the way to treat your valuable customers with sms? then now i think that the uninor messages are totally fraud to fool customers...
