sir, I had been to Singapor for a month. Before proceeding I actvated international romming services. Noe I returned to Ahmedabad (India) I request to deactivate international romming. Ihave told by the customer care official that there is no such provision to deactivate international romming and my Sim card is block, though there is balanca of Rs.111. I really surprised that there is aprovision for romming and for deactivate romming. This is eefinately unfair and un justified to block my Sim and put me in a very ockward position. Resulted that i have noother alternate to say by by to uninor. I further request you not charge any amount for the missed calls too. To maintain good relation please deactivate romming and activate sim card immediately.I also send request on 22nd May 2012 from singapor, however there is no response from Uninor.     UNINOR — gprs issue

    my no is [protected] & i rechardged with 90 gprs pack ....first 5 to 6 day i accessed it very well but right now i unable acces any webpage......whenever i regestered complent agnest my problem but i unable to get any responce or any benifit of that service.that's why i am disableing this durty network .uninor is sooo bad with the service.....

    UNINOR — GPRS is worthless

    Hi All,

    I have using uninor GPRS connection for last one month. My no is [protected]. and I have recharged my no with Rs. 90/- to get 6 GB internet browsing for one month. But it is absolutely useless. The network is too slow to open up a page. From the lat 3 - 4 days when I am trying to open any page it shows network error. I lodged a complaint and the no is SR 1-[protected] But still now it is not working.

    I tried to get in touch with GPRS department but the help desk is good for nothing . They are saying to me it will take more than 7 days.

    I am helpless!!

    Please help me!!

    9 Days before i had purchase Uninor prepaid no. [protected] in the name of Hemant Patil for GPRS purpose. I had also activate the GPRS as wall as install all GPRS setting on my mobile Model Samsung C5212.But still i am not able to connect.I tired to call to customer care from 1st day to till date. they told me wait we should transfer u r call to GPRS Dept. and put me on hold but their is no answer.I had send Complaint on their website as well as their nodel officer nodalofficer.[protected]@uninor.in, but their is no reply.Please help me in that...

      If any one wants to buy uninor sim because of its less call rates, please wait for a movement check the complaints of others.

      Main problem with UNINOR is unauthorized "BALANCE DEDUCTIONS" and network problems. I'm also one of them. They indirectly cheating people. So my advise is DON'T GO FOR UNINOR.

      UNINOR — Balance Deducted by automatically

      My name is Dashrath Desai. I purchased uninor card dated on 09-08-11. My uninor no is [protected].

      My problem is my mobile balance automatical deducted form uninor service proveded. Company activated different type of scheme. i did not activiate from my side.

      Than after uninor company first deduct my Rs. 47/- balance from my balance for which service i did not know.

      Than after two day from uninon side audotmaticaly activated music unlimited and Rs. 20/- deducited from my account.

      Abovementioned both services are not activited from my side. So, i request to you pl. give me my balance Rs. 67/- as soon as possible.

      my uninor no [protected] purchased and activated on 26-09-11 rs 100-balance with 500mb free internet, to day 12-10-11it shows 0 zero bal?why?

      i didnt use internate lots of pl .revert my balance of rs 70/00
      Without my conscience the company automatically activated hello tunes service and my friend service. 55 rupees from my account got automatically deducted, i am really shocked. In whole day these guys call atleast 10 times and atleast 30 sms.., i really get disturbed due to this unnecessary indulgence. Please get my problem solved and i want my money back.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I purchased sim no:[protected], Mobile no: [protected] on 07/06/2012. I recharged with 23(special balance 10/p to gulf countries)+60+160+150 in the same day to call saudi arabia.

        I called to saudi arabia on 7/6/12 night and it charged 80.40. after that my remaining balance was 144.
        But on 8/6/12 after noon when I check my balance, it showed me 10 paise as main balnce.

        When I called to customer care, they simply told me they don't have any deductions from their side.
        So, Don't believe this network. They come to people with less call rates and they deduct like this.

              my name is Arijit Basak.i used an uninor service before 6 - 7 months.my no is [protected].before somedays i have face many problems in uninor service.uninor deducted my balance unauthorizedly.i had complain to uninor customer care but they cant help me.they always told to me that i call 777 and deactivated my service.but i was call many times 777 but no one help me.and deduct my balance.they activated many service without my permission and deducted my balance..now my balance -40rs but i cant activated any services.they always activated any value adeed service with force fully without my permission.many times i was complain to customer care but they do not give any steps.they continue their poor service.i was fully dissatisfaied with uninor service.& their customer representive persons behaviour.uninor customer care behaviour was very very poor.always they embarresd me.all they cant help me.sir im totaly dissatifaied & hopeless for uninor services pls sir help me.and try to return my deducted balance as soon as possible.and pls not active any service to my number.pls pls sir try to refund my balance.

Before 2 days ago i had recharged with 170 rs my mobile a/c through Online recharge option through Uninor service provider. But they have deducted amount from my SBI A/c but they have not recharge my Mobile A/c. and they have also send one message like..THANK YOU FOR ONLINE RECHARGE. I have complaint to customer care but they havn't give proper reply..

                  I have recharge R's 160 on mobile number [protected] on date 22/09/2015 from uninor website but amount is deducted from my SBI account but I didn't, got recharge when on recharge status that shows failed but but my amount deducted from my account such fraud done by online recharge it give attractive offer and then make cheat

                    Uninor mobile no [protected] on 25 March 2012 after recharging Rs 37 for lower STD call tariff I got IVR message local call tariff 2 sec/1 paise (IVR message still with me) and when i call local it has debited Rs 1.5/minute and I lost Rs 15. When contacted in customer service Mr Satish and his seiner Mr Madhu denied to do any thing. Though my said no is registered for DND IN 1909 still without intimating any thing on 27 May 2012 Rs 5 on 01 June Rs 1 followed by Rs 30 and on 03 Rs 1 deducted from my account in various activation. When I contacted in Uninor Customer Care (complain no 198) they advice to deactivate by Uninor no 777 and money will be credited within 48 Hrs. But after deactivating the service immediately after automatic implementation till date no money credited back in my account. When contacted with Uninor Customer Care they refuse to credit and telling not possible and also told I may go for consumer complain, nothing will happen for them. If so then are they permitted to do so and customer will loose monitory? I want same not suppose to do by Uninor in future and should credit the amount in my mobile account.

                        i am Tamal Manna. I have a uninor mopbile no. [protected]. this is 3 times in between a month that "Uninor" is deducting my balances activating new services without my permission. eg. they have deducted my balances 17-6-11 and 21-6-11 by activating "WAP PACK" though i have not GPRS in my mobile. i have complained them 3 times calling them 35 times about this matter but they are not taking care about it and i have not back my rupees.when i told them to transfer my call to their senior/manager but they everytime telling me that they are busy please call after 1 hour. but when i cll back them the problem remains same. today 14-7-11, they have deducted balances again but when i am going to call them they cut my call. please solve my problem as soon as possible. waiting for your replys. email id:- [protected]@gmail.com

                        I wnt 2 complaining against uninor...because everytime they deducted my balance without a proper reason..whnevr i call they customer care and ask them that how will my bal deducted without any services.thn they say that sir u had call us later because ur deduction is not update now..so i call after sumtime they say that u hav deducted ur bal by activating sumtihng...and we cant refund it...but i ask them what is activated thn they didnt told me. ..so pls help me....i am helpless everytime they deduct my bal..how can i mange all the time so help me....

                        i have uninor sim in my mobile.the service of this company is very poor enfaithful nhaving an attention to cheat the customer.its customer care is unresponsive.the company activated an value added service on my number without my consent n when i complain there is no satisfactory reply from the company.its gprs service also very poor.what should i do to recover my balance back?
                        My MSISDN is [protected]. On[protected] I activated the GPRS service of Rs.14/- on my number where I was supposed to get 200mb GPRS surfing free for 3 consecutive days. On receiving the said service for the next 2 days, on[protected], the 200mb GPRS which was to be credited to my a/c at 00.01Hrs on[protected] was not done. Consequently when in morning I started surfing the internet my main a/c balance got totally deducted. When at around 12pm on[protected] I called up its helpline, I was informed by a senior supervisor that the such scenario had occurred due to a glitch in the their system and henceforth assured me that both the 200mb GPRS and the amount of balance deducted would be refunded by that evening. But when in the evening again I checked my a/c balance I saw that only the 200mb GPRS was credited but the a/c balance that was deducted was not refunded. I request you to help me with this victimization of mine in the whole scenario. Thank you.

                        My mobile number is [protected]. One of the services is being started automatically bofore 2 3 days. I tried to contact customer care. Whenever I was calling to customer care in night they were bluntly replying me as we will not able to check any of your information you have to call at 7AM in morning out system is in upgrade. I tried many times to stop the unwanted service which is started by uninor. Every customer care representative gave me different ways niether of any works. I also tried by sending msg to stop the service. Suddenly I noticed that instead of 5 10 rupees they cut my 99 rs. When I called to 198 number for complain 3 customer representative told me to hold we are transfering to our senior than the call was disconnected automatically. I tried 4th time Hardik(Customer care representative) was making fun of a customer(me) and bluntly saying I will not take any complain and he was laughing at me when I asked him I am calling 4th time do you know what problem I am facing and how many hours I wasted. He replied by laughing on me "Paise cute hoge or kya". When I told him to transfer the call the senior He again told me "Koi uthane vala nai he fir bhi bol rahe ho to kar deta hu" and again the phone was ringing I was holding the phone no one picked up. Finally I called again and one customer executive took my complain he was not sure whether I will get the money back or not but he still tried to take my complain the complain number is SR 1-[protected]. My balance cut on 9:48 AM 20/09/2011.
                        I choose uninor in portability MY BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. AND AVERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
                        I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANONE TO CHOOSE UNINOR.
                        I NEVER SUBSCRIBE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE LIKE MYTUNE. I JUST ATTEND A CALL THAT I WAS KNOWN ABOUT THAT IT IS FROM MYTUNE(UNINOR) . WHEN I GOT TO KNOW THAT CALL FROM MYTUNE(UNINOR) I DISCONNET THAT CALL. SO HOW U PEOPLE GOING TO ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE.                         my uninor number is [protected].my account balance has been deduct by more than rs.300 on till date.when i call customer care i was informed that internet has been used on my mobile without my consent.after that i have been informed to delete setting from mobile. i done..all in vain...again same thing happening...without using my balance is going diduct by 50-60/day.. nobody answer properly...i didn't got any message from company.when i asked for reversal they said sorry such reversals are not allowed by company.this is a very common excuse these shameless peoples used to give to each and every customers and use to cheat them and spoiling the image of the company.

                        Uninor's inefficiency in providing service has caused me lot of inconvenience and agony hence uninor must compensate suitably for all the trouble that I had to undergo because of your fault.

                        I have been using a uninor sim since last 3-4 months. I usually insert the sim in my phone during night only.. About 10 days ago,when i inserted thew sim card in my cell phone, I got a message that 'Game service' and 'hellotune service' has been activated in my account. I immediately called up the customer care,and told him about this. He immediately deactivated that thing. But after a few days when I recharged my account,Rs. 30 was deactivated from my account. I again called up the customer care. The guy there kept on saying that i must have deactivated that service,and that nothing can happen now,and I would not get back the refund. I kept on arguing that I am not a kid to activate a service without being aware of it(that too twice),but he was as stubborn as anyone can be. I then requested him to transfer the call to his senior. Then also he kept on repeating that there was no way that I would get the refund. After keeping me on hold for about 7 minutes,his senior came on line. To my horror,he was more stubborn then his junior. He also kept on saying the same thing. After talking for about 20 minutes,he concluded that my complaint would be registered and people in background would verify its authenticity. But he didn't gave me any complaint ID,and haven't heard from them after that. This was about a week back. These people are openly cheating people. Please do something on my behalf,and on behalf of many people who couldn't complaint here,but have suffered due to uninor's uncalled for subscriptions and stubborn attitude.                         For our family usage we have taken two Uninor mobile connections of [protected] & [protected].
                        Even though I have registered DND, still I am getting undue SMS & Calls frequently.

                        And the height of the issue is that Uninor is deducting my balance without any subscription or request.

                        Today I have activated my new uninor sim service. after 2 to 3 hrs. of activation, I got an sms saying that you have successfully renewed BHAKTI SANGAM service for the cost of Rs.5.
                        immediately I called on 198 and registered my complaint. and he has given me this complaint no. [protected].

                              I have compliant is that in 16/17 june early in the morning i received sms from Uninor & they mentioned in that sms we the portal has been activated & we deduct amount of Rs.30. without sending any sms from number after taht i called Customer care no 198 they told me we bydefault deduct this amount & you will reced this amount within 48 hrs for that you have you called on no 777 & follup procedger. I did this thing but after my few calles to 198 number they told me you are not eligible to recd this balance & they cut my number & still as on i not recd my balance

                              So i request you to plz retun my balance

                              I have a complain against to the uninor (Service Provider) they always deduct the balance from my account main balance if i call to the customer care, then one of them told that its from a company side, whatever amount is deduct from your account it gives you within 48 hrs, and another one said that this (VAS), value added services, is being activated by you and they never return to my money, they do this always, and automatically deduct my balance from my account, after they told that this service is being activated by you.ever they charge re 30, 10, 10 always from my main balance.Still they had not return my balance.
                              All companies are doing that in same manner and they not return the balance My cell no.[protected] stiil they didnt return me my balance;
                              sir, 17 march 2013, 6:10pm uninor again cut my balance, around 6 pm they called me i take that call in which they said to me for activate this service press 5 but i did not press and cut the call then i saw a massage your 3 Rs deduct this is a one incident.
                              17march 2013, around 8 pm i saw a massage in my phone 5 rs is deduct for bhakti sagar service is activaited on your phone then i check my balance from which that amount has been deducted after that i call on uninor complaint no.198 around 20 times in call they reply for complaint about some problem press 1 as i press 1, they reply thank you for knowing std and isd call rates and then disconnect the call every times
                              within five days uninor company cut 15 Rs from my balance on name of vidlibrary 7Rs, gossip 3Rs, 5Rs for bhakti sagar where i can complete about its these illegal activity they are directly looting the people in day light
                              so sir i requested to you please return my balance 15 rs
                              sir 6:15pm, date[protected] i saw a balance deduction message in which they deduct my 7 Rs for vas service then after some second they sent to me a massage dear subscriber, we have received your request for activation VIDlibrary.you will receive a conformation message shortly. thank you
                              then i try to find the uninor executive number for complaint about this incident but i dont find the any number so i email you for this. now i call on the 198 to deactivate this service now they deactivate the my service, but it is possible to get my money back, because important thing is that i did not sent any message for this kind of service in fact i don t know about this service, what is this so please take some corrective measure for this incident and if it is possible to returm my money then please return my money

                              My uninor sim card is not yet activated, although verification of Address is done via telephone. After verification through phone, it was told that within 2 hrs SIM will be activated but its not activated since 24-26 hrs.

                                But I get benefit of only one recharge,and uninor does not give me response.Please help me.

                                I reachared to my prepaid account Phone No.[protected] through online net banking S.B.I. My amount was debited from my account, but i cannot get amount to my number. My Transaction ID is MSBI[protected]. Please take action immediately in this regard.

                                  I recently bought a new uninor prepaid Sim card with MSISDN : [protected] from Uninor Sales team
                                  who were selling these sim cards at Spencer`s retail Outlet in Attapur area of Hyderabad.

                                  I paid Rs 200 for the newly bought sim card and uninor plan from the person name "Anji" whose uninor cell phone number is [protected].

                                  He told that I would be getting 500 call minutes to any cellular network on this plan.

                                  I tried to contact the uninor sales person a number of times from my airtel number but he is not picking the call.

                                  I have submitted my photo Id and address proof to the same person "Anji".

                                  After buying the sim card , I called uninor at 121 and 123 , But I am hearing that my outgoing call service is not yet activated.

                                  I also told them if there is any issue with the documents submitted , do let me know so that I can re-submit the same.
                                  And also i told uninor to advise where i can re-submit those documents , if required.

                                  I have requested them to look into this issue and advise the way forward via email.

                                  Still no action has been taken by Uninor authorities on the same. Also the sales and Marketing guy named "Anji" is not picking the call.

                                  I feel cheated by Uninor and their sales team.

                                  I request you to take up this issue and advise the way forward.

                                  My Uninor Sim was activated after 4 days after I have sent email to uninor team at their email id : [protected]@uninor.in, The reason was that the Sales person has not submitted the documents in time to the Uninor Service Provider which caused delay, Now my outgoing service has been activated by uninor Hyderabad.

                                    I have Recharged Promo o[censored]ninor Connection of Rs. 63/-
                                    as per Company Concern that after Recharging of Rs. 63 customer get 60000 sec. to talk Uninor to Uninor Customer But I have Still 17000 sce. and I am talking with an Uninor Customer for that reason my balance shuld be deduct from my promo balance but they deduct my main balance
                                    after that I made a call Uninor Customer Care (Name Tanmoy Halder) to know why they deduct my main balance. but he told me that promo is not active that time so they deduct my main balance, But I have chaked after That still My Promo Balance Have.
                                    so I told him to return my deductible balance, but he told me to call back after 4 hours.
                                    to talk about the mater, and same time i told him provide me complane no.
                                    they did not provide any complane no.
                                    this not first time i have faced this problame two times in before, uninor customer care told me to return my amount but still i did not get any balance from there side
                                    that's why i have decided to make complane against tham through this system

                                      My Uninor No. [protected]. I have received the message from AD 650002 at 1.37p.m.from the company that " Rs. 33 ke recharge par Rs. 66 ka talktime! Rs 26.37 ka talktime paayein turant aur Rs 39.63 ka talktime agle 48 ghante mein. Offer ek recharge par 11-Jun-12 tak manya. " After that I have recharged my account of Rs. 33 from online and fund debited from my account in afternoon. My account is recharged with STD pack instead of above offer. I have called the customer care 121 and complaint care 198 of this issue, they says that there is no any offer like above message. I talked with Imran and Sunil at 198, I requested them to talk with their seniors, then they disconnect the phone after 5 minute hold.

                                      I do not want this STD pack because I have already a pack of STD.

                                      Kindly do the needful

                                        i am user o[censored]nnir gsm service in monile for the last 2 month. I am seriously facing a problem when ever i recharge my mobile balance they people at customer care automaticlly rechnage all non sense service over my number and start deducting balance and when the complain i made they say for this month it is activate and that they will deactivate for next month/ they will pay back in 48 hours but unfortunately the money never comes back.....

                                        on serious complain they put us on hold for hours saying that our senor executive is busy and will respond soon....

                                        in short they are forcing us to change our network.. please suggets a quick remedy

                                        Uninor GSM — fraud and cheating by customer care

                                        the uninor customer care unit provideing goa coverage has started a fraud they are activating value added services without the knowledge of the customer and are not agreeing to pay the money they deducted and are not registering any kind of complains and not even providing any complain numbers also. caller tune on my uninor number [protected] has been activated on dec 09 and that same time i called and asked the customer care rep to cancelled it and refund my Rs 40 hececked the details and said as it was activated from his side they will refund the money and deactivate it but from then onward again on 9 Jan 11 my balance was deducted by Rs 20 for renewing i called them and they did not take any complain ssaying their system is down i went for 15 days at a stech then they took a complain and refunded the Rs 20 and on 23 Jan they again deducted Rs 40 as renewal. (On Jan they had two renewal ) nad now they are straightly saying we will not refund any money.
                                        This company is a i suggest nobody to buy a uninor sim conection as they are fraud bad cheaters.

                                        if this complain is been read by some responsible person i hope some police action may be taken against them for cheating customer.

                                        Sir, i am surfing net for which i hv paid 90/- monthly GPRS plan but facing slow speed connection please do something and rectify if possible.

                                        Uninor gsm mobile connection is to bad,when a people call me i can't listen his voice..many time i inform that to the customar care,but the problem is not solved,another complain is that the customar care executive team o[censored]ninor is to uncivilized,they didn't get any information to the customar about his/her balance & validity(promo),and there is no another way to know a customar's promo validity.
                                        Do something please!!
