Sir,
I am thee Prepaid customer for Uninor Comp. as thee number [protected].
The Uninor mobile service provider is a cheater. Balance has been deducted by thee comp. for unwanted services as Sizzlers Pack, WAP Models Unlimited Service and Music Unlimited. I have no sent any massage for theese service but theey sent me a massage theat theey receive a massage by me to activate theese given above services and theey have been deduct amount for theese massage. This game is playing since 1st May of 2012 on My Number. Yesterday, 20the May The Sizzlers Pack activate 3 time in a day. Mr. Yogesh customer care officer, tell me for paid me deducted amount which deduct by thee Uninor comp. and tell me theat in thee future no one any unwanted service will be activate on your no. but theat day my balance deduct theree time for theese service after thee promise by Yogesh. They do not write complaint against theese. Plz help me.

    Complaint against : Uninor Store Ajay Nagar ; Kolkata

    I have lost my Uninor mobile SIM card on 14/05/2012 and subsequently made the Police general diary on the same day. Today when I went to Ajay nagar Uninor store the only one store remaining in south kolkata the owner Mr. Sanjit Mehta(that's what he said) told me the SIM swapping is only possible if I do a Rs.198 recharge. When I asked the reason the person started behaving as if he is doing some favor and misbehaved with me . He tried to negotiate with me for at-least Rs. 100 recharge for doing the necessary SIM Swipe. I Use at-least 5 Uninor connections but today Mr. Mehta's rude behavior made me totally upset. I request UNior Authorities to look into the matter and take the necessary action against that person or the store. Surely He is trying take the wrong advantage of single Uninor store in south kolkata.

      immediately deactivate all message offers activated
      and
      dont activate for your money
      instead beg for money

        Hi, I am Roshan Singh and I have a prepaid connection o[censored]ninor with no([protected]). I purchased 50rs voucher card with serial no [protected] on 14th may but i tried a lot it was not getting sucessfull and was getting reply to contact customer care. So when i returned to my home from office at 1.30am(15th may) i called up customer care on 198 complaint no. I told the issue to the agent, he asked the serial no i gave him the num then he said voucher is valid and then initially he said try it again after sometime or tomorrow, then suddenly he said wait please hold the line for 60 sec, so when he came back he said please tell me the voucher no, I asked him "why you need voucher no". He said, voucher is barred so i will unbarr it. I asked him his name he said my name is rushikesh and try that voucher after 4 hours. It was late by that time so when i woke up at 6.30 i tried that, but i was shocked when I saw the error like" voucher is already used". I called up the customer care and spoke to many agents starting with satish, kajal and again kajal but they were not ready to transefer the call to superviosor and disconnected the call. So atlast kajal transfered the call to mayur( senior CSA) and i said him everything, then he said definately your 50rs refund will be credited in your account by 10.30am but still it dint happened. So again I spoke with Mahesh vaidya on 198 in evening and he said yes you will definately get the refund in 1 or 2 hours as he had confirmed with mayur also, but still nothing happened and I had to recharge online by 50rs as i dint had time to go to shop again. On 16 morning i again called up customercare and spoke to superviosor sunnet on 121, he also said the same thing that I am sorry it very embarrassing and all and definately 50rs will be refunded in the account very soon. I need the refund but no help! But till now nothing has happened. I am really very very disappoined that customer is treated like this and they fool us like this when we need some help from them. It has really hassed me. Please help me. Thanks!

        They are cheating, they say it is 29 paise for local but get charged 49 paise / minute

        the VAS sucks... :((( !!

        they say if you pay 69 RS we can speak 30 mins to us.. ispoke only 663 seconds which is 10 mins and got charges 65 rs.

        the message will not go and if it goes it goes 10 times to the recipient :(

        they dont respond to queries and the back-end team will update but nothing happens.

        most of the time we cannot reach the number "gets its busy ".

        done n number of calls to uninor and sent n number of mails there was no any proper response.


        i think we should sue this company for cheating .
        I bought ur connection the day u launched your services in tamilnadu. my number is [protected]. my name is balaji thangavel.
        I think you do not have professionals in solving problems. Out going calls for my number is not available since three days. i contacted the retailer who sold the sim to me, and he contacted the distributor in turn and they said that the problem will be solved in 10 mins. but its now three days. Nothing has been solved. you people do not know what customer care is i think.

I have activated around130 numbers with first recharge of Rs.50 in month of december 2009, and 119 activations with first recharge of Rs.50 and 53 activations in feb 2010 with the first recharge of Rs.100 & Rs.500 but till now i have not received the complete commission amount ( First recharge, CAF incentive and Slab commission) up to till date. The complete commission amount is approximately Rs.35, 000.00 but instead of this amount i have received only Rs.7, 191.00, And also they promised extra commission for 100 plus activations. Regarding this issue when i contacted with the Channal Hot Line (Customer Care) they are not giving proper resolution and regarding this issue i have raised so many Service Complaints { Dated. Jan 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected], 1 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] and 4 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] } and the SLA also completed but there is no response from the backend people and from any of the employees o[censored]ninor. So please check out this issue and give me the resolution, If i not get any resolution from this company i'am ready to book a complaint regarding this issue in Consumer Court Forum.

        Dear Sir,

        This is with reference to above subject, my prepaid uninor mobile account has been debited for Rs. 30/- although I didn't activate any scheme/offer/pack. I suddenly received a SMS confirming that your Music Unlimited subscription has been activated however I don't request any such pack.

        In this connection I tried to call uninor Customer Care on 121 but my call didn't connected to them. This is second time my account was debited wrongly.

        Please help me to waiver my rupees. I look forward for your help.

        Please avoid taking UNINOR Mobile service. I had removed my sim from my mobile on May 1st 2011 and put it back on 26th Aug 2011, and once it started they cut 30 rupees for some Love Ki Dispensary to which i had not subscribed and when i called at their service centre they are like it has been activated on 28th June 2011 and this was a renewal charge. I'm telling him its not possible and he's like no we can't refund the money its against the company rules. Plz spread this message and avoid taking UNINOR sevice. These cheats should learn a lesson.

        GPRS plans are now modified to cheat the customers. Last day I had a balance of 92 rupees in my sim and also
        I had 100 MB free gprs daily usage. After a few hours my account became 0 balance. Thr whr no confirmation or reminder after the free 100 MB usage. I think it is not desirable to a global service provider. Normally they are sending some reminder if our balance is less than 20 rupees. But in this case they are closing their eyes purposefully to take the full balance from our account. It is CHEATING nothing else.
        My advice from experience. Dont go 4 uninor GPRS...

          UNINOR SERVICE PROVIDER START THE ADDITION SERVICES WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FOR THAT, AND DEDUCT THE BALANCE FROM THAT. IT HAPPENED WITH MANY CUSTEMER (FRIENDS) SEVERAL TIME. IT IS NOT GGOD AND ACCEPTABLE AS DEDUCT THE BALNCE FOR SUCH SERVICES WHICH IS NOT REQUESTED IT WAS HAPPENED MANY TIME.

          I WANT TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AS THEY EARLY MONEY IN WRONG WAY.

            I had recharged with Rs 198 on 30 April 2012 . and on that day, there was an offer to get 50 STD min FREE on 198 recharge till 30 Apr 2012 by the company shown in all leading newspaper
            but Still I did not get 50 STD min. I marked a complaint regarding this SR 1-[protected] on 7-May. but still problem not resolved.

            Plz do the needful on urgent basis

              I have taken a GSM connection from uninor on 02.05.2012 and I submitted photocopy of my passport as document. It was running properly but after three days I found that outgoing facility from my number has been withdrawn. When I inquired to the local vendor regarding this, he replied me that I have to submit my document afresh. Anyway, I did submit the same on the same day. But till now services to my phone no has not been restored. In uninor website there is no such option to lodge a complaint. Only phone no is given where I have to dial and after pressing several option some call center executive comes and sometimes it happens that before telling the problem the line gets disconnected. Please tell me if there is any way to get rid of this problem. I brought the connection from Krishna telecoms, near LIC colony, Borivalli, Mumbai.

                I have been facing a problem of non-connectivity of a particular Uninor number in Kolkata since more than 2 weeks. I tried to get in touch with Uninor customer complaint 198 and as per recommendation tried out all options suggested, even changed my mobile. Last week after three more complaints last week Uninor has given me a complaint number [protected] and I got call from the Uninor Tech cell, who inturn appraised of a temporary problem and confirmed that they will solve this in no time. On 12 May 2012 thru a sms the said complaint termed solved. But till today (14 May 2012), the complaint remained "as is, where is". Some Mr. Mehul in the complaint told categorically refused (at 10.08 AM on 14 May 12) to renew the complaint saying, it is deemed solved and no further complaint can be taken. When insisted to talk to senior officials / tech personnel, I was put on hold for a long time completed with disconnection of the complaint call.

                Kindly Help, I feel helpless here...

                  I am using uninor mob number [protected] today may 12th i got a message states deducted 30rs for chat service as renewed i got shocked & gave a call to uninor customer service they said we deducted 30rs wrongly on april 12th 2012 as we dint recieve any call or cancellation from your side so we continued the service & renewed 30rs we cant refund the money isnt the way will the network uninor cons will cheat the customers & gave us a rubbish response.I want my money to refund what should i need to do.

                  UNINOR — Auto deduct

                  Uninor deducted amount some amount continuously twice without my knowledge but I call customer care they say cant be refunded & no proper response
                  Uninor has deducted amount from my account while iam sleeping. they are activating some packs and deducting money automatically. while i called the customer care they are telling unwanted reasons that the system is not updated. my number is [protected]
                  These uninor guys will cheat customers in the same manner .. i got effected with this many times. Donno y they activate without our permission and we have to cal back them charging @ 50ps/3 min again we wont get a gud reply.

                      My uninor number is [protected].I got massage from company 30 rs recharge and get Local call at 1p/2 sec for 30 days on 6th may.and i recharged my a/c with rs 30, till the date i am not getting benefits of this service. i called customer care 4 to 5 times but nobody register my complaint . they say me contact your nearer Uninor store but in my living area no uninor store is situated. i request you to solve my this problem.

                        Service Center Issued from: Priyanka Communications (Dombivli East), Mumbai

                        I wish to submit thee complaint against whoever you know is responsible for suddenly stopping thee outgoing call service on thee above mentioned mobile number and theat is witheout any intimation or information to me (feeling guilty to be your customer) inspite of submitting all thee documents to thee service center mentioned above.

                        The call service is barred in such a way theat I am not even able to call any customer service number otheer thean 121. And after talking to your customer care executive even theis number was being blocked. Now I am in a situation where I am not able to contact any number may it personal or your customer care number.

                        I am damn sure theat you have an very appropriate answer or reason to do so and would like to know from you in written why theis was done.


                        UNINOR must be ashamed of itself to provide such a service to its customer as if you are least interested to retain thee customer.

                        The first time I was able to call you customer care executive at around 10.30 am on 10the May,2012, I got an answer theat thee documents theat I had submitted were reached in torn out form to you. I want thee answer from you.

                        The second time I called on 121 at around 12.30pm on 10the May, 2012, I spoke to your executive and she provided me one number to register complaint: [protected]
                        I was unfortunate to know theat thee number is switched off. I re-tried to call on 121 to confirm if thee proper number was given to me, and to my surprise thee service to call on 121 was also stopped withe in fraction of seconds. I want to know Who committed thee crime ? The lady who gave me thee number or Me who took thee number ?

                        1) How thee documents were torn and who is responsible for theat. Me, who submitted thee document to thee service center in very good condition OR Uninor as a whole who cannot handle thee documents submitted?

                        2) Do UNINOR hold rights to stop thee outgoing calls anytime witheout informing to thee customer ?

                        3) I want to pull theis matter to thee Consumer court and want an answer from you theat who is responsible for theis as a whole: UNINOR OR Priyanka Communications ?


                        I hope theat thee reply to theis mail would be quick and sensible as you know I cannot contact anybody due to stopped outgoing call service by your grace and have only one option to go to thee consumer court.

                          I (noushad-[protected]) purchased one uninor sim card with no:[protected] from a dealer named sana communication and their no is [protected](anas),his sim distributing staff named satheesh([protected]) has collected the proofs.after 1 month the sim is barred with outgoing calls including to customer care and i contacted with the dealer and his staff several times andthey did not given a positive response. I cant use the sim and my 50 rs balance also in it.please regiter this complaint and take necessary action.my address: Taif House,Panoor Pallana P O,Alappuzha ,kerala................................................. ............... ........... ....

                            On 26 Mar 2012 as per dealer o[censored]ninor and Uninor Customer Service word I rechage Rs 36/- and got message from Uninor IVR "You have recharged with Rs 36.00 Tariff : Local @1p/2sec Validity 90 days. Talk time Rs0.00". As per same message I called local and Tariff cuts Rs 15/- for 15 minute. I asked Uninor Customer Care and they apologize and told Rs 36/- recharge for STD calls. Then after I started STD calls and suddenly on 25 Apr 2012 tariff started cutting RS 1.50 per minute. Same I asked to Uninor Customer Care at 1300 hrs on 25 Apr 2012 and Mr Satish again apologize and told me to call after half and hour and assure that the matter will be resolve. At 1410 hrs on 25 Mar 2012 again I call to Uninor Customer Care and asked same the lady operator told me that she transfer the call to her senior and hher senior Mr Madhu denied to do any thing and challenge me for complain regarding same issue. The message which I received and stated to you earlier still is with me. In my area as per Uninor site Mr Sntosh Kumar Kannan mobile no [protected] and email [protected]@uninor.in but same mobile no always switch off and twice I mailed got no reply. the email also preserved as evidence.
                            My humble request to justify the matter and already I loose some money due to misled by Uninor dealer and Customer Care. The action should be taken like this cases by which telecom operator should thing twice to do so and challenging the customer for complaining.

                              This is Chaitanya kumar pokala...my mobile no is [protected](Uninor Pune)....actually my problem is Every time my Recharge was failing....i have tried from mobile and System the recharge was failing.....so my balance was Nil...i am unable to making the calls......please my solve problem as early as possible

                                Today ,3rd May 2012, Thursday at 07:18 am and 08:35am, i receieved a two missed calls from [protected] and +[protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the calls, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

                                  I tried to recharge with my debit card using uninor online recharge facility for my no. [protected]. of Rs.30 and Rs.10 on 30th april 2012. I called up the customer care twice on the same day, once they accepted to register complaint after 5 hrs and second time after 48 hrs. Now I called up the customer care after 48 hrs but they are asking me to wait for 3 more days and not allowing me to register my complaint for refund.I expect to get my claim which amounts to Rs.40 [30+10]. Kindly help me with the same.

                                    Really the uninor doesn’t have good trainers to train people to speak well to the customers
                                    They may need to focus on the recruitment team or the training team
                                    The call taking agents are worthless, no donkey can answers horse's questions.
                                    The call taking agents are not having language skills and not polite and not knowledgeable enough. In other word the call taking agents are simply speaks like fish sellers. No professionalism in the call and very rude to the customers

                                    This is the customer o[censored]ninor network i am MNP customer your company is wast bcz i did not seen any company's like this i dont hve any words to speak if we call to customer care they are nit giving information and i have asked to customer care they said to complent in net it self that is why i am complenting and i am changeing my network sa much as possible i will say to my friends to change to other than uninor

                                      I am a costumer o[censored]ninor from a month. i have a complain that they activated a service which name is Bhakti Rasss without my permission and deduct Rs. 30 from my account.. and sent me a message Dear customer you have successfully renewed Bhakti Raas service at Rs.30.(30-april-2012)
                                      where as true is that i have no activated any services on my [protected] number.. After that i called to uninor complained helpline on 198 and i heard my problem and said and requested him i had not activated any service from my side it happened from your side so please refund my money in my account.and after that they told me you do a call on 777 and deactivate your service and it will be check if it will be our mistake or it happened from our side then your money will be refund in your account in 48 hours. but they didn't refund my money till date and now they are not taking any interest..


                                      so please sir/madam please help me and please try to keep safe from this type of thief company...

                                        Hello, I am Arka Chatterjee,from KOLKATA circle.submit MNP port in request to TATA DOCOMO GSM prepaid from UNINOR prepaid at 21st April,2012. But, since today (29th April) it is not ported. I called several times to UNINOR and TATA DOCOMO Customer care.But,none can give any necessaries information to me.today,One customer care executive from UNINOR told me,that the porting process will be complete at 6th May.But,why it take such long time instead of 7days,she can not explain me. I can not understand what can I do now.

                                        So,please help me to do my MNP process successful.
