Dear sir ,

Sub: Some one having number '' [protected] '' always makes call and disturb me with foul words.(Mental Harassment)

As i am writing this because i want to know is there any system under which this type of week & cheap peoples can be punished under law so that no one in future will able to do so with any one again.
Please for God do some implementation if this type of facility is not in our system.As it is the question of self-esteem and dignity.

    Dear Sir,

    I have been Automatically Charged and Deducted from my Balance, for Services NOT Requested by us.

    On 24th May 2012, I get a SMS from Uninor reading >>"Your Subscription for Product Mother Portal with a Price of Rs30/- will be Renewed on 25th May, 2012.

    I had Never First of all subscribed for this kind of service, secondly I had Never Requested for Renewal. Then why at all Deductions have been made with out my Authorisations.


    I had made a Complaint with UNINOR Outlet at Maitry Garden, Pokharan Road 2, Thane West 400610,
    They gave me a Number but nothing is happening. They only perhaps put the CPR request with S[protected].
    When i search my Request there is No Such request for Refund of all the Monies So far deducted DUBIOUSLY by your company.

    Then again I get a SMS on 26th May 2012 >> Hungama Portal is Renewed for Rs30 for 30 days for 30 Min..
    Once again I had Never asked or Subscribed for this service.

    Once Again on 24th Jun, 2012, I got a SMS >>"Your Subscription for Product Mother Portal with a Price of Rs30/- will be Renewed on Jun 25, 2012.

    Will the Company STOP "Theft and Cheating" People. This is THEFT through Electronic medium.
    Deducting Charges NOT Requested Not Subscribed for.

    First of all I want All Money So far Deducted on this Card to be Paid Back to me IMMEDIATELY.
    How UNINOR is Cheating people.

    Mobile Service Providers — cheating by charging for services not requested

    Vodafone and Airtel is cheating people by charging costumers for the services not requested. they would activate caller tune, jokes , MIC or any other service. and will stop 198 service on that phone number
    After complaint they would not refund the money. saying either that u have requested for the service or that complaint should be made within 24 hrs or some other excuse.



    there are 1000 s of such complaints all over India.
    the only solution I see that every one should switch over to BSNL.

    UNINOR — theft of numbers

    I have a uninor number which my cousin is using. she called in uninor customer care.

    some of guys who are working there got that number, those guys are smsing and miscalling to that number.

    so worst things happening in uninor.

      Respected sir ,
      i got a message from the company, regarding scheme of 150% talktime as recharge with 20 and get talktime of rs 30. I got talktime only of rs 14.80. They inform that i will get remaining talktime in 48 hours but its already more than 48 hours and i have not got my extra talktime and they are giving following excuses
      1>our system is not treated
      2>they are refusing that they have not sent any message of that scheme
      3>they are postponding calls
      4>they are not giving information regarding nearby branch office
      please take necessary steps against them.

      UNINOR — Uninor not giving Extra talktime

      I got a SMS from Uninor that 100=120 Recharge for Rs 100 and Get talk talk time of Rs 120. But after recharging I got got TT of Rs 87/- only.when I contacted Customer service ,they are telling it is only for first 2000 customers only though nothing mentioned about it in the SMS

        Value added Service Like, Music Unlimited, WapHot Videos Services, Chat Service are being activated on my no.[protected], without my permission, after all various amount are being deducted from balance, If i happen to check out immediately and request for deactivation, NO REFUND IS MADE, Chat services is activated some where around in December or January, Rs.15/pm (without my permission) after repeated complaints made and talking to reps, but all in vain, no proper response from the call centre executives and team leader, no refund is made and decativation made, and yesterday Rs.10/- deducted for WapHot Videos Service activation done without my permission, when i request for deactivation, confirm sms received , without my money, no money refunded till now, again after 3 hours one more MUSIC UNLIMITED Activated and Rs.6 deducted, without my permission, now my balance is Rs.1.94 left. THIS IS HOW THE UNINOR HARRASMENT IS, Please take a serious action, against this kind 420 act.

          My mobile no. Is [protected] which is o[censored]ninor telecom company.
          i have a monthly net pack on my number.
          Which activated this week.
          I already have net pack but uninor service provider deduct my balance and a message shown on my screen that i doesn't have sufficent balance to surf net (like this.)
          But when i check my balance it shows i have 199mb left of that day to use.
          So i call customer care to complaint this situation but the persons who attended the call gave me a unnecessary excuse for this and cut my call also.
          So i want that someone help me for this because not even now but also sometime before my balance has been deducted due to unusal services.

            Hi,

            On 17/June/2012.I bought a Uninor sim of no. [protected].The sim was bought at my name.
            The shopkeeper took 50/- from me and also necessary documents ,he said that the sim will get activated in few minutes and there will be a balance of Rs.45 in it.
            Now, from last 4 days I'm following him but he's not activating my sim.Whenever I go to him he is saying 'I do not have balance now,I'll do it after 1 hr.
            Today when I called him,this guy started abusing me.
            This shop is in
            AnandPark,Vadgaonsheri,Pune-14
            The shop name is 'Vardhaman mobile shopping and repairing centre', it's near Anand Park Bus Stop,Vadgaonsheri,Pune-14.

            I'm helpless,please let me know what to do.

              I have 2 uninor prepaid connections in my name.

              1. [protected] - Uninor ( I have been using this number for the past 8 years. First 7 years I have taken the services of Hutch/Vodafone and later using the MNP I switched to Uninor, that is just before an year. I doubt that during the period of migration from one services to the other, they will probably check all the documents of one customer and then only they will activate the services, if so, why do they want to barred my services now?)

              2. [protected] - Uninor

              On 14.6.2012 Incoming and Outgoing on my both the numbers have been Barred suddenly without giving me any prior intimation. When i contacted customer care they are giving blunt answers repeatedly like ur proof is rejected, submit the proof again in the nearest uninor store. Is this the way to talk to a customer without giving a valid reason. I am in Uninor since 1year and i myself called and verified too with the customer care whether the sim is in my proof or not, why did they say Yes then and now what is the reason for rejecting the Govt.Voters ID. Do they think the government issuing ID Cards are itself fake!?

              On 17.6.2012, I submitted the hard copy of my Voters ID & PAN Card in the Uninor Store, Saidapet, Jeenis Road.
              When i ask about when my sim will be activated they said it will be activated within 24hrs of time and given me the CAF Numbers,[protected] to the number [protected] &[protected] to the number [protected].

              22.6.2012, Still my services aren't get activated. I contacted uninor customer care for several times and contacted uninor store executive, all are giving their own answers and no one seems to be really helping and talking so rude and ruthless. And after talking to them for many times, they told me to submit the proof again. How many times will they ask me to submit the proof? What they will get from this? Everyone is being so irresponsible, indiscipline and tempered.

              I am agonized with the Uninor Customer service. Please clear my problems and please take some action against these persons.

                Dear concern team

                This is B N Rana & My mob no is 91+[protected]. I have big complaint about Uninor I called to uninor customer care on 20/06/2012 @ 23:10 and I spoke with Mr. Pasha I told him I am not getting any massage from particular Idea cellular provider and he is telling this not our problems you cal to idea customer care he is not ready to take complain on this issue so I said please transfer the line to your supervisor . he said ok then he hold the line till one hour I was holding the line after one hour line get disconnected automatically after that I have not received any call & SMS also for this issue Please refer the recording call for further clarification . UNINOR Is the such kind of Hapless Company we don’t required this kind of service provider company in our country. This not a single complaint I have lot of issue which they are not ready to solve the issue .


                I hope you will take a action against This company (UNINOR Co ) Please revert Me

                  While I am roaming in haryana, I am unable to receive any calls on my uninor number, while i can make out going calls freely.

                  Also when i try to connect to their customer care @ 121 OR 198, i am not able to get through.

                  if you could guide me in this regard or can provide me with their customer care number, it would be of great help.

                    I adya prasad maurya user o[censored]ninor service from 2737, subashnagar G.H.B. kanakpur kansad Sachin surat (gujarat). I want to draw your attention here that on date 21/06/2012 about 09:30 am a message came on my uninor sim ([protected]) that "Thank you for subscribing to uninor caller tunes. you have been charged 40 rs for 30 days" so according to them i had activated 40 rs plan but in-fact i had not activated any plan and when i contacted to uninor costumer care they told that if you are eligible to get your balance back then only you will get your balance back but I did not got my balance back and when I called them ( costumer care ) and told him that I did not got my balance back they ( costumer care ) told that we cannot help in this matter to get your balance back. And sir they (costumer care) told me that there is no complain service in uninor company.so it is my humble request to you to take a legal action and please uninor help me in this matter.

                      I am Ashish Tiwari from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh). I am using Uninor cellular number ([protected]). I recharge my account with Rs. 60 on 16.06.2012. They activate symbolly service automatically on my number. They charge Re. 1 per day for this service. When i call to customer for de activation of service they reply dat ur service is de activate and no charge will be deducted from your account. But, still the money is deducting from my account & daily they activate some services like (shot formats) to my number without any permission. So, i want my duducted money back & want no serivce in my number.

Mostly my number is switch off when i want to talk to any uninor number then only i switch on my uninor number, on[protected] about 9:00 am i switch on my uninor number then i receive a sms that on my number mastjunction facility is activated, which is activated without my permission, when i talk to costumer care to refund my money then they said we can not refund your money and you can do any thing that you (I) want. dear sir my deducted amount is 7 rupees, this is a very small amount for one costumer but if the company deduct such amount from there all costumer so the amount is very large. this is a robbery done by the company so sir please do some thing regarding this complaint because some people can not take it seriously because the amount is too small.

                        எழுத்தாளர், மணல்வீடு சிற்றிதழின் ஆசிரியர், ஜிந்தால் இரும்பாலையின் கூலித்தொழிலாளி என மு.ஹரிகிருஷ்ணனுக்கு பன்மைத் தன்மை வாய்ந்த முகம். அவரது எழுத்துக்கள் விளிம்பு நிலை மாந்தர்களின் வலியையும் வேதனையும் இம்மிபிசகாமல் கொங்குத்தமிழ் நடையில் முன்வைப்பவை. அவர் தொடர்ந்து எழுத வேண்டும் என்பது எனது விருப்பமாக இருந்தாலும் தனது உழைப்பையும், நேரத்தையும், வருமானத்தையும் அழிந்து வரும் தெருக்கூத்துக் கலைக்காவும், கலைஞர்களுக்காகவும் முழுமையாக அர்பணித்து வருகிறார். அழியும் கலைக்காக இத்தகைய அர்பணிப்பு உணர்வோடு பணியாற்றும் வேறு மனிதர்கள் யாரையும் நான் அறிந்திருக்கவில்லை.

                        இவரும் இவரது நண்பர் இர.தனபாலும் நிறுவிய களரி தொல்கலைகள் மற்றும் கலைஞர்கள் மேம்பாட்டு மையம் பல இடர்பாடுகளுக்கும் சிரமங்களுக்கும் மத்தியில் தெருக்கூத்து கலைக்காக பல்வேறு செயல்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்திருக்கிறது. அவற்றில் சில-

                        1) கூத்து, பாவைக்கூத்து, கட்டபொம்மலாட்டம் ஆகியனவற்றை சங்கீத் நாடக அகாதமி சார்பில் சென்னை, டில்லி, கௌகாத்தி உட்பட பிற மாநிலங்களில் நிகழ்வுகள் நடத்தியது.

                        2) சேலம் மண்டல கலைபண்பாட்டு மையம் வாயிலாக ஈரோடு மாவட்ட கூத்துக்கலைஞர்கள் நாற்பது பேர்களுக்கு வீட்டு மனை பெற்றுத் தந்திருக்கிறது.

                        3) கலைகளோடு கலைஞர்கள் வாழ்வியலையும் ஆவணப்படுத்தும் முயற்சியில் ”அருங்கூத்து” என்றதோர் தொகைநூற்பிரதியையும், ”விதைத்தவசம்” என்றதோர் ஆவணப்படத்தையும் வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது.

                        4) மூத்த கலைஞர்களுக்கு அரசு வழங்கும் நல உதவிகள் பெற்றுத்தருவது உட்பட எண்பதுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட நிகழ்த்துக்கலைஞர்களை நாட்டுப்புற கலைஞர்கள் நலவாரியத்தில் உறுப்பினர்களாகச்சேர்த்து கல்வி மற்றும் மருத்துவ உதவிகள் பெற களப்பணி ஆற்றியிருக்கிறது.

                        5) தெருக்கூத்து கலைஞர்களை உத்வேகப்படுத்தும் வகையில் கடந்த ஐந்து வருடங்களாக விழா எடுத்து பாராட்டுக்களோடு பரிசத்தொகைகள் வழங்கி கௌரவித்திருக்கிறது

                        மேற்சொன்ன களப்பணிகளில் கடந்த ஐந்தாண்டு காலங்களாக முனைப்புடன் செயல்பட்டு வரும் களரி தொல்கலைகள்& கலைஞர்கள் மேம்பாட்டு மையம், கூத்து, பாவைக்கூத்து, கட்டபொம்மலாட்டம், சேவாட்டம் முதலிய நிகழ்த்துக்கலைகளை பயிற்றுவிக்கும்படியான பயிற்சிப்பள்ளியை சேலம்மாவட்டம் ஏர்வாடியில் தொடங்கவிருக்கிறது. எந்தவிதமான இலாப நோக்கமும் இல்லாத இம்முயற்சி அழிந்து வரும் கலையை காப்பாற்றுவதையும், விளிம்புநிலைக் கலைஞர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை சிறப்புறச் செய்வதையும், கலையை அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வதையும் மட்டுமே குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

                        இரண்டாயிரத்து எண்ணூறு சதுரடியில் அமைந்த பள்ளிக்கட்டிடம் மற்றும் வளாகம் திட்டமிடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. மராமத்து பணிகள், மூன்று அறைகளுக்கு ஓட்டுக்கூரை வேய்தல், மின் இணைப்பு, கழிவறைஅமைக்க என மொத்தம் பதினான்கு இலட்சத்து இருபதாயிரம் ரூபாய் தேவைப்படுகிறதாம்.

                        ஜிந்தால் இரும்பாலையில் கூலித்தொழிலாளியாக பணிபுரியும் தனியொரு மனிதனால் இந்தத் தொகையை ஏற்பாடு செய்வது என்பதில் இருக்கும் சிக்கல்களை புரிந்துகொண்டு நீங்கள் கனிவுடன் உதவிட வேண்டும் என அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

                        கூத்துக் கலை. ஈராயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முந்திய தொன்மையும் பழமையும் வாய்ந்தது மாத்திரமல்ல, அது நமது பண்பாட்டு அடையாளமுமாகும். அவசர உலகமும் நுகர்வுக்கலாச்சாரமும் சிதைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்தக் கலைகளை காப்பதற்கு நாம் எந்தச் செயல்பாட்டினை முன்னெடுக்கவில்லை என்றாலும் கூட காக்க முயலும் தனியொரு மனிதனுக்கு உதவுவது கடமை என்று நம்பலாம்.

                        சமூகத்தின் கடை கோடியில் வாழ்ந்துவரும் விளிம்புநிலை நிகழ்த்துக்கலைஞர்கள் மீளவே முடியாத வறுமையில் உழன்றபோதிலும் தம் உடல், பொருள், ஆவி ஈந்து அந்த அரிய கலைகளுக்கு உயிரூட்டி வருகிறார்கள். அத்தகைய அரிதான கலைஞர்களை பாராட்டுவதும் அவர்களுக்கு உரிய அங்கீகாரத்தை வழங்கச்செய்வதுடன், அவர்தம் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை உயர்த்தும்படியான பொருளாதாரச் சூழலை உருவாக்குவதலையும் கடமையாகக் கொண்டு செயலாற்றிவரும் நண்பர்களுக்கு மனமார்ந்த பாராட்டுக்கள்.

                        கலைஞர்கள் வாழ்வை மேம்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் அழிந்து வரும் தொன்மையான கலைகளை மீட்டெடுப்பதோடு அவற்றை நமது அடையாளங்களாக அடுத்த தலைமுறையினரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கும் பொறுப்பும்
                        நமக்கிருக்கிறது. உங்களால் இயன்ற உதவியை அளித்து உதவுங்கள்.நீங்கள் அளிக்கும் ஒற்றை ரூபாய் கூட துளி சுமையைக் குறைக்கக் கூடும். எனவே உதவியின் அளவு பற்றிய தயக்கமில்லாமல் உதவுங்கள்.

                        ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் கோபிச் செட்டிபாளையத்திற்கு அருகில் உள்ள கரட்டடிபாளையம் என்னும் சிற்றூரில் ஏப்ரல் 10, 1982 இல் பிறந்தேன்.

                        பள்ளிக் கல்வியை கோபி வைரவிழா மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியிலும், இளநிலை பொறியியல் கல்வியை (BE) சேலம் சோனா தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரியிலும், முதுநிலை தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியை (M.Tech) வேலூர் தொழில்நுட்ப பல்கலைக் கழகத்திலும் முடித்தேன்.

                        தற்பொழுது பெங்களூரில் வசித்து வரும் எனது ”கண்ணாடியில் நகரும் வெயில்” என்ற கவிதைத் தொகுப்பும், “சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” என்ற கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பும் வெளியாகியிருக்கின்றன.(புத்தக... விலையில்லாமல் மின் நூலாக பெற விரும்பினால் கீழே உள்ள படங்களின் மீது சுட்டவும்)

                        நவீன கவிதைகளையும், நவீன கவிதைகள் குறித்தான கட்டுரைகளையும் இலக்கிய இதழ்களில் எழுதி வருகிறேன். இந்த வலைத் தளத்தில் சிறுகதைகள் உட்பட எனக்கு விருப்பமான வேறு சில துறைகளிலும் எழுதுவதுண்டு.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          My name is Bhagirathi Panda(Mumbai,MH).my mobile no: is [protected].I had already face the over deduction 2 times and this is the 3rd time.this is hammering me.

                          on 17/05/12 my main balance was near about Rs 50 but today it has zero. I have called at 10.21 A.M to customer care regarding this and Mr. Sajid / his senior Mr. Siddhartha Daure (Emp ID 301163) suggested me that your balance has deducted due to internet uses. I have explain the fluctuation of word what they said on discussion.
                          1) He said your internet pack complete on 17/05/12 and I said my pack has recharged on 18/05/12 & it would be complete today midnight.
                          2) He said, its 30 days pack so may has 31 days so yesterday complete than I replied, I have not use internet today from 12 A.M to till so how it deduct Rs 50.
                          3) He said by check, Yesterday you use more MB so it deduct than I replied, daily limit is 100Mb and I have not use this much of limit.

                          I promise sir, today I have not use internet and yesterday I have not browse above 100 Mb. I observed it may maximum 20Mb and not beyond.

                          If your word correct please provide me below details:
                          1) Internet usage statement during the day 17/05/12.

                          My suggestion:
                          1) Please improve your customer service dept,I observed the view has fluctuated. When a customer call him for know exact ans and they move the answer one by one. Please note a cheater can fluctuated his word again and again for stop complain in there.

                          This above my statement is true and it must Uninor company cheated me by deducting balance so my request please do action against wrong deduction with out notice.

                          I humbly request you, please refund my balance and do step against this type of cheating so they wouldn't think for cheating to customer in future.

                          UNINOR — DEDUCTION AMOUNT BY CHEATING

                          I have 3 complains regarding scheme balance credit to my mobile no. [protected] and unauthorized deduction amount from my account against the COLOR TUNE.

                          E-mail communication from till date but not to solve the problem. As per the company's reply they resolved before 31st Aug. 2011 but today 3rd Sept. 2011, no one phone call received by the company.

                          Regarding all the complains I have call to customer numbers so many times but not a single option in your computerized telephone which connected me to your customer care executive.



                          I think such reputed company will trying to solve above queries and give me a proper early with effective solution as possible and reply me accordingly.

                          Uninor customer care facility is worrest, rediculous, stupid connection. They deducted amount from my mobile [protected] for caller tune activation without my intervene. I never ever requested fro caller tune by mistake too, though they activated and deducted amount. They didn't provide even facility to talk to customer care justo know why, how was it deducted.

                          I have 2 numbers from uninor, going to disconnect these two numbers from today itself.

                            I have one Uninor Sim [protected] which was purchased and immediately activated on 27/04/2012 at 05.14 pm by submitting a CAF, Photo and copy of an Identity card issued by MHA (Border Security Force) Signal training school . Bangalore indicating my Official address and my permanent home address after enjoying peaceful services on 15/05/2012 suddenly I received a message from uninor UX-650001 that "DEAR CUSTOMER , WE HAVE OBSERVED CERTAIN DISPUTES IN THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO US, PLS SUBMIT VALID DOCUMENMTS & CAF WITHIN 72 HOURS TO AVOID DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES " again I re-submitted the copy of Karnataka driving licence (smart card ) , photo etc. but before waiting of 72 hours all out /in coming from my sim blocked , I tried to lodge a complaint with 198 but they not accepted my complaint after several request to Shop keeper whose number is [protected] my sim start working and again I received a same message that "DEAR CUSTOMER , WE HAVE OBSERVED CERTAIN DISPUTES IN THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO US, PLS SUBMIT VALID DOCUMENMTS & CAF WITHIN 72 HOURS TO AVOID DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES " again I re-submitted the copy of Karnataka driving licence (smart card ) , photo etc. but on at about 1200 pm on 11/06/2012 my sim indicating that SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILURE as on date I have appx. 300-00 rupees talk time balance to that sim
                            please let me know what course of action I have to do to re activate the SIM
                            Uninor is not responding to my mails

                              I have Recharge an topup of amount Rs 80/- from uninor official Website. I have received an Message saying that Thank you for using Uni-nor Online Recharge. Your transaction ID :MSPG[protected], but i have not received any balance in my account. I have spoke to Customer Care regarding these problem, they said me that after 3 days(72 hours) you will get the balance and spoke person behavior was such like that as if i am begging in front of him for balance(money)..

                              I Recharged Online because it was an emergency, it is very urgent in fact i can't go to the retailer after 10:30 pm & it was very very Urgent...

                              If within 1 hour i am not going to get my balance, then i will lodge a complain in Consumer Court..

                                then i retried at same number and this time result is my phone recharged with 42 rupees ammount deducted in my main balance 1000 loc unonor to uninor minutes has been given by the company......but today i saw therre is another recharge of 42 and 1000 minutes given by the company and 42 deducted in my main balance.......................sir plz tell what the hell is happened after showing not done and recharging my mobile with 42 while i already recharged my mobile no with immediate another recharge..................................................extra 42 recharged is worthless for me due to bad service o[censored]ninor

And if sometimes it gets connected also the conversation is not clear and some weird noises are coming. But in case of the local calls its absolutely fine.                                   I have taken a uninor sim 2 and half months ago. I am facing a huge problem with the network. I have lodged a complain for this to the uninor customer care, but the problem is not yet solved.                                     From Last 28 May, I am not able to use my GPRS Connection ( INTERNET) in my mobile,as I regularly recharge the Net pack scheme in my mobile.
                                    When I talk ,I always all day use to talk to the Customer Care & Complain Service but they would not feel the problem is tricky,they always use to By forget my Problem ,due to all this My one month pack going to lapse's on 21 JUNE. They are not ready to solve the problem unless they usually tell me to change my Hand Set . I all time requested to them but they would n't .Please do needful!..............................

                                      I am a prepaid customer o[censored]ninor. my Sim card was blocked without any valid reason. On approach to customer care, I was told to visit Uninor Shop. I asked for the address of the shop and I was told to send SMS from my mobile. I told them, that sim card is blocked and I unable to send SMS on given No 50007. Hoever they said, we are unble to provide address on phone. Ultimately I get the address from the Website. I visited given address at Bopal 8 Kms. away from my residence.With the surprize I came to know from the nabour shopkeeper, I was told most of the time shop remains closed and nobody knows when it is opened. Then I visited another shop at Ellisbridge, 18 Kms away. Icame to know from the mobolishop that uninor shop was closed after few days of the openning. Then i visited another shop, my work was done I have to travell 28 Kms.approx., Imust get compensation for the harrasement caused by the uninor for blocked my card without any reason and to west my time and Auto Rixa charges I spent about Rs. 150. The population of Bodakdev, Vastrapur and Settlelite area is about 7 lacs and no shop is provided,.Further the resposnse from the customer care found to be irresponsible. Hope I will definately get compensation for the mental agoney,consuption of time and money too.

                                        the uninor network is activating packs when ever ther's money in my mobile.,without my access.,i called to customer care but their response was not satisfactory.,how can they activate the services without my acces whenever there is talktime in my mobile.,if there's no balance then they keep quiet.,this is a kind of dacoitism.,the customer care adviced me to dial 777 and deactivate the service.,even after that i haven't refunded my lost amount and that today i got a message saying that u have renewed successfully to this pack.,.,,.this is a waste network.,this network is meant for stealing money from consumers.,totally this is not a good network.,.,waste network in whole india,.
