I have been Automatically Charged and Deducted from my Balance, for Services NOT Requested by us.

On 24th May 2012, I get a SMS from Uninor reading >>"Your Subscription for Product Mother Portal with a Price of Rs30/- will be Renewed on 25th May, 2012.

I had Never First of all subscribed for this kind of service, secondly I had Never Requested for Renewal. Then why at all Deductions...

Not receiving extra talktime

Respected sir ,
i got a message from the company, regarding scheme of 150% talktime as recharge with 20 and get talktime of rs 30. I got talktime only of rs 14.80. They inform that i will get remaining talktime in 48 hours but its already more than 48 hours and i have not got my extra talktime and they are giving following excuses
1>our system is not treated
2>they are refusing that they have not sent any message...

insufficient balance deduction

My mobile no. Is [protected] which is of uninor telecom company.
i have a monthly net pack on my number.
Which activated this week.
I already have net pack but uninor service provider deduct my balance and a message shown on my screen that i doesn't have sufficent balance to surf net (like this.)
But when i check my balance it shows i have 199mb left of that day to use.
So i call customer care to complaint...

unable to receive incoming calls

Also when i try to connect to their customer care @ 121 OR 198, i am not able to get through.
