deductions without reason

this is to say that the uninor prepaid is deducing the amount without proper reason. i have recharged before 2days with rs.500. the scheme ended with the offer so recharged with Rs.600 . now before half an hour they deduced all amount. said no proper reason. enquiry also not working. now iam unable to cal even 198. this is reallyhateful...

Cheating with HELLO MY TUNES

I am uninor customer. They ware cheating the people like me in the way of HELLO MY TUNES. Without my permission they activated and debited my money Rs. 40/- dated 21/4/2012 10: 21: 43, immediately I reacted and asked customer care (198). They told the procedure of deactivation and within 72 hours the money will be credit in your account. I deactivated dated 21/4/2012 10:34:06. Today 26/4/2012 nearly 120 hours going on there is no reply....

Incorrect information in website

Hi,

I am Satish from Hyderabad. I have checked the prepaid plans in the Uninor's official website www.uninor.in (please look at image attached) and liked the STV158 which gives 33000 local seconds for 30 days. As soon as I used PAYTM for recharge this plan and later I received some Rs 140.(approx) talk time instead of 33000 seconds. If its a talk time recharge, why should I go for it when Rs.150 gives me 170 talk time....

Balance deduction without any service use

Respected sir,
This is abhishek ,i want to inform you that uninor company activate "my chat service" on my phone without my permission & deduct 30 rupees charge,after that i deactivate it.Next day customer care again activate it wihtout my permission & deduct 30 rupees again.
please take legle action against this company

illegal deduction in the name of useless services

i have ported my nr [protected] from airtel to Uninar on 12 feb 2012. the uninar local office of varanasi at sigra gave me the sim but service was not started by the company till 25 feb, though he charged me Rs 150 on the name of porting and first recharge coupon. when i complain and re complain again and again, my connection started on 25 th Feb 2012. now i feel that it was my the burst decision and blunder because the Uninar is the poorest...

outgoing barred

I bought a uninor sim last week from a dealer in chunnabhatti. I gave my id and address proof. Now my outgoing has been barred for the past two days stating that I haven’t submitted my documents. I gave my documents twice to the dealer. And the customer care exec have been of no use and help. I have been getting miss calls from the Uninor number [protected] since past two days and when I called up on that number, he refused to provide his details. I warned him that if I get any more calls from now, I will lodge complaint against him.

Deduct Rs.30/-per month

Yesterday,07th April '12 deduct Rs.30/- from my balance and activate HUNGAMA,Still now don't know why this is activated?Yesterday complain to Customer Care but no response.Please deactivate as early as possible and refund that said amount to my a/c.
