i have ported my nr [protected] from airtel to Uninar on 12 feb 2012. the uninar local office of varanasi at sigra gave me the sim but service was not started by the company till 25 feb, though he charged me Rs 150 on the name of porting and first recharge coupon. when i complain and re complain again and again, my connection started on 25 th Feb 2012. now i feel that it was my the burst decision and blunder because the Uninar is the poorest service provider as i think and ever seen in my life.
the game o[censored]ninar started from the same evening, i got a massage from my super ? service provider UNINAR that Rs 60/- has deducted from my account for the music unlimited services. after got this massage i called to 198 the customer care services o[censored]NINAR and complained it, that i m very busy in my legal profession and this service is not suited for us, above then all i m not interested in these type of services, so please remove this service from my connection and refund the deduction, i requested also that please don't subscribe any service on my connection in future also. but till today i didn't get any information and any refund in my account.
on the same day i mailed to appellate-authority.[protected]@uninor.in, on 26 th feb i got a reply mail from the authority, which is as follows

but today is 18 feb , UNINAR's 2 days didnt come, so i leave this connection and freedged it, today i again recharged it , and it is very interesting that i got the first sms that i have been deducted again Rs 60?/ for that bloody music unlimited service.
i complain it again on 198 but not any satisfactory reply and not the refunf of my ballance.

I m Dhiraj from hazaribagh jharkhand and i m using uninor mobile no [protected] from last some years. thus i m old customer o[censored]ninor.
sir on dated 26.10.2012 an amount of Rs 30/= has been deducted by uninor service provider and on dated 27.10.2012 an amount of Rs 10/= once again has been deducted from my main balance without my permission.
I do not sent any request for activating such type of plans but my deduction is continuously being done from my uninor main balance.
Hence it is requested that kindly my all balance which has been deducted from my main balance may be refunded to me and order may be passed to concern department for not doing such type of activity again otherwise i will not use your uninor service and will move to consumer forum if necessary. please refund my Rs 40/= very soon which has been deducted from my main balance with out my permission.
