I availed an agriculture gold loan on 29.12.2015, (No. [protected]), from Union Bank of India, Kuttichal Branch. In the load card, the due date mentioned was 29.12.2016. I closed the loan on 29.12.2016, and asked about subsidy, the Bank Manager told, its due date was 28.12.2016, and it was a writing mistake on the card, so you are not eligible for subsidy. But when I told the mistake happened from Bank side, he acted out and the subsidy not yet credited to my account.

I open my saving account in union bank Udaipur branch in November but still I do not get my cheque book. Bank employee says that cheque book will be delivered to your address by head office. Customer care no. Is not working.
