I have used the union bank of india atm card in axis bank machine for rs.6000/- only. The server got down and the amount had been deducted too and i didn't received the payment. The payment was deducted on aug15, 2017. The bank is not responding to this problem. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.!

    Sir,
    I have paid rs. 2400/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred) only as fees for the month april, may and june, 2017 in respect of the above student who is my son by online. However, the receipt could not generated at that time and also failed to generate uptil now
    It, is therefore, requested kindly send me a copy of the receipt the following e-mail so that i can submit the same to the school. As i could not produce the receipt, the school authority treated as the fee not paid.

    On October 12 2017 I made a payment of 2850 rs of kV school fees from my dads debit card.
    When I payed it comes out
    So for checking I went into the receipt generator site o[censored]nion bank. It shows initiated but not completed. Help me please.
    I have done a transaction for Jio balance through Paytm. Transaction is failed but money in my account cut. Please check this issue and see my money refunded as soon as possible.

        I have received one msg from union bank is the debit card is deacyivated internationally contact your branch office.
        So i visited at panvel branchand asked the person who has sitted on deputy branch manager sit.
        And the answers of this persons are like arogant.
        There is no sense while talking with customers.

        Kindly take proper action.

          I have transfered a amount of 20000 from my union bank of india account through union bank upi app to other person of state bank account...20000 money deducted from my account... But showing transaction failure money didn't credited to other person as well as it didn't return to my account. It's been four days. Take necessary action and make sure my money comes back

          I have transferred an amount of RS 4000 from my union bank of India account through union bank up app to other person of Karur vysya bank ...4000 money deducted from my account... But it’s showing transaction failure, money didn’t get credited to other person as well as it didn't get back my money to my account. It's been ten days over.

          Many times i have given complaints to union bank nanganallur branch chennai, and customer care also, but they did not give me proper answer.People who are working in that in branch are very lethagic, no one is taking responsibility.And i went to bank N number of times because of this my time got wasted and i took permission in office that too got LOP.Kindly verify and do the needful.

            I deposited rs.10, 000 in the deposit machine in union bank of india tirunelveli junction branch atm id hmad[protected]. But the amount has not been credited into my account. I complained it to the accounts manager with the letter at around 10.10am. Still the amount has not credited into my account. Please check into this matter and do the needful very urgently.

              I am kindly request to you, my branch name chetput, tiruvannamalai district my native also chetput. My union branch is closed at 3.30pm regularly, my question is union bank of india working hours is 9am to 4pm but my branch always saying 3.30pm is closed. What the job they are doing. Many customers are discouraging this activities... Please note this message... Dont ignore me and our is very important thing... Please make sure to enquiry about this chetput branch, all staff including branch manager also...in the brach many xerox are edited 9am to 3.30pm working hours are sticked.

                On 13/10/2017 i used my union bank debit card to debit ₹4000 two times but none of the money was debited and after 5 minutes i got a message that ₹8000 debited from my account. Kindly look over the matter and reimburse my amount into my account as soon as possible.

                    With due respect, i would like request you to please investigate my account.
                    The balance got in inr (-2379) while it had to be positive. I already talked to customer care but they are not able to resolve my issue and asking me to go to my home branch but i live in 800kms away from my home branch. When i asked that i can visit to any union bank branch but they said that this issue will get solve only in your home branch but i am unable to visit my home branch.                               I went to open an account to one of the branch o[censored]nion bank of india, kalisthan begusarai. I didn't have the pan card with me so i enquired if i can apply for the account on the basis of a photocopy of my pan card or my pan number. The lady official who was there went on to misbehave by alleging that she will not open an account without the pan card even though it is for the magistrate or chief minister itself. I myself is the labour judge of begusarai division of labour court. And this conduct seemed to defame me as a number of people were around when it happened and it was really very ignomious for me. This was very discouraging on her part as well as on the part of her companions who were also rude. I hope you take the required action

I have logged into the website "https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/" through google chrome browser. After paying the fees of rs. 2700/- from online sbi, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of rs.2700/- is deducted from my sbi account and credited to inb kendriya vidyalaya sangat bill_kvsan payments (Ref: [protected]). But when i clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "transaction initiated".                                       I had Pay 2400 from pnb to ubi of kv fee but money had deducted. And fee is unpaid. I had pay fee on 13 Oct. 2017 at 8:30pm . What. I do.

                                        I want money refund back in my account. One transaction has been failed and one got successful. However money has been deducted twice... So refund the transaction asap. This is very pathetic and you are not able to satisfied the customer.. Going further i"ll discard my account from union of bank of india. Because the pain is unbearable of not having money in my account in this festival season...
