I have transfered a amount of 20000 from my union bank of india account through union bank upi app to other person of state bank account...20000 money deducted from my account... But showing transaction failure money didn't credited to other person as well as it didn't return to my account. It's been four days. Take necessary action and make sure my money comes back

I have transferred an amount of RS 4000 from my union bank of India account through union bank up app to other person of Karur vysya bank ...4000 money deducted from my account... But it’s showing transaction failure, money didn’t get credited to other person as well as it didn't get back my money to my account. It's been ten days over.

Many times i have given complaints to union bank nanganallur branch chennai, and customer care also, but they did not give me proper answer.People who are working in that in branch are very lethagic, no one is taking responsibility.And i went to bank N number of times because of this my time got wasted and i took permission in office that too got LOP.Kindly verify and do the needful.

    I deposited rs.10, 000 in the deposit machine in union bank of india tirunelveli junction branch atm id hmad[protected]. But the amount has not been credited into my account. I complained it to the accounts manager with the letter at around 10.10am. Still the amount has not credited into my account. Please check into this matter and do the needful very urgently.

      I am kindly request to you, my branch name chetput, tiruvannamalai district my native also chetput. My union branch is closed at 3.30pm regularly, my question is union bank of india working hours is 9am to 4pm but my branch always saying 3.30pm is closed. What the job they are doing. Many customers are discouraging this activities... Please note this message... Dont ignore me and our is very important thing... Please make sure to enquiry about this chetput branch, all staff including branch manager also...in the brach many xerox are edited 9am to 3.30pm working hours are sticked.

        On 13/10/2017 i used my union bank debit card to debit ₹4000 two times but none of the money was debited and after 5 minutes i got a message that ₹8000 debited from my account. Kindly look over the matter and reimburse my amount into my account as soon as possible.
        It has been 4 days since the issue and i have registered a complaint on the customer care with a complain no. 87234447.
        Please kindly look over the matter

            With due respect, i would like request you to please investigate my account.
            The balance got in inr (-2379) while it had to be positive. I already talked to customer care but they are not able to resolve my issue and asking me to go to my home branch but i live in 800kms away from my home branch. When i asked that i can visit to any union bank branch but they said that this issue will get solve only in your home branch but i am unable to visit my home branch. When i tried to connect my home branch 50 times on contact number[protected] but number is not reachable.

            Kindly look into this matter and try to solve this issue.

              Site is too slow it takes almost 15 to 29 minutes to take one printout in the peak hours

                Sir hdfc ergo has refunded me 4868 rs on 17feb 2017 through master or visa or rupay. But it is not credited to my account still. I have detail of transaction. Vide anr no30001070486313147013212. Many times i have gone to bank. But manager is asking me to contact to refunding agency. U plz solve the problem. And he is not supporting me. I request you to solve the problem. I will be very thankful to u. Plz cooperate with me and solve my issues

                We make the payment to the JVG Logistic as on 05/10/2017. the amt is debited from our account on the same date but not credited to JVG logistic(HDFC A/c) till date 12/10/2017.
                My account no is [protected] and i submitted the amount on 7 oct of12500 in branch cash deposit machine and it shows succesafull transaction on screen but the amount was not credited in my account . I have also given the application in branch. Plzzz help..

                    I have swiped my card at bata shoe store pacific mall gzb. On 10th of oct. Amount had dudected twice time as a serial wise 909/- & 909/-. But payment was not credited in bata account. I have also talked about with customer care regarding this happening that guy suggested i. E it will credit within 3 to 4 working days till date my money is not reverse in my account...

                    So i request to you pls procced to reverse money in my account asap.

                      I went to open an account to one of the branch o[censored]nion bank of india, kalisthan begusarai. I didn't have the pan card with me so i enquired if i can apply for the account on the basis of a photocopy of my pan card or my pan number. The lady official who was there went on to misbehave by alleging that she will not open an account without the pan card even though it is for the magistrate or chief minister itself. I myself is the labour judge of begusarai division of labour court. And this conduct seemed to defame me as a number of people were around when it happened and it was really very ignomious for me. This was very discouraging on her part as well as on the part of her companions who were also rude. I hope you take the required action

                        Hello sir, i tried to withdraw cash of rs. 10000 from ur neb sarai branch atm, new delhi on 14/10/2017 but the amount debited from my account but the cash not withdrawed... Plz sir it's beyond urgent and i am feeling very serious problem.. Try to do me this favour.. U can also chekc video recording around 12.30-1.00 am o[censored]r arm branch.. I waited 15 min but the amount didn't dispense.. Plz look into this matter.. I have also complained my bank also..

                              Sir/madam, i have paid the kv fees online for october-december 2017 on[protected]At around 08:50pm) of my son who is studying in k. V. Iim, lucknow. I have logged into the website "https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/" through google chrome browser. After paying the fees of rs. 2700/- from online sbi, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of rs.2700/- is deducted from my sbi account and credited to inb kendriya vidyalaya sangat bill_kvsan payments (Ref: [protected]). But when i clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "transaction initiated".                                 I want money refund back in my account. One transaction has been failed and one got successful. However money has been deducted twice... So refund the transaction asap. This is very pathetic and you are not able to satisfied the customer.. Going further i"ll discard my account from union of bank of india. Because the pain is unbearable of not having money in my account in this festival season...

                                  On 09/10/2017 monday i was transferring my money from my bank to my paytm wallet it didn't reach but deducted from my bank a/c. On the same day i make a complaint to bank's customer care, they said to me that your money will come in 24 hours but after 24 hours also, it didn't come. Next day i again complain about it from them then they told me that your money will come in 4 to 5 working days today those 5 days ended but still i didn't get my money.

                                      I tried to book a train ticket using my union bank atm card but the payment failed and i couldn't book the ticket but the amount of ticket charge i. E. Rs.100 deducted from my account. It happened before also when i used to do transaction using the same card. I kindly request you to refund me the same amount deducted from my account. Otherwise i should have to throw away the union bank card kindly do the needful.

                                        Today I was transferring money (Rs 10000/) from my account(no-[protected])to another account bearing no-[protected] through the union bank of India UPI app vide the transaction id UOBAD250A54E67345597E7B3FCE81OC214 and txnrfld[protected] .The amount has been debited from my bank account but it has not been credited to the beneficiary's account. Please see that the debited amount is credited back to my account immediately so that I can effect the transaction as soon as possible as this is urgent for me.
