Sir/madam, i have paid the kv fees online for october-december 2017 on[protected]At around 08:50pm) of my son who is studying in k. V. Iim, lucknow. I have logged into the website "https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/" through google chrome browser. After paying the fees of rs. 2700/- from online sbi, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of rs.2700/- is deducted from my sbi account and credited to inb kendriya vidyalaya sangat bill_kvsan payments (Ref: [protected]). But when i clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "transaction initiated". Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Many times i have given complaints to union bank nanganallur branch chennai, and customer care also, but they did not give me proper answer.People who are working in that in branch are very lethagic, no one is taking responsibility.And i went to bank N number of times because of this my time got wasted and i took permission in office that too got LOP.Kindly verify and do the needful.
