On 09/10/2017 monday i was transferring my money from my bank to my paytm wallet it didn't reach but deducted from my bank a/c. On the same day i make a complaint to bank's customer care, they said to me that your money will come in 24 hours but after 24 hours also, it didn't come. Next day i again complain about it from them then they told me that your money will come in 4 to 5 working days today those 5 days ended but still i didn't get my money.

    I have paid fees of rs.2700 for third quarter for mr shivam shah, id - [protected], d. O. B - 04/06/1998 through debit card on14th oct, 2017 but the status says transaction declined. I am unable to print fee slip.
    I therefore request you to solve the problem so that we can submit the receipt on time.

      I tried to book a train ticket using my union bank atm card but the payment failed and i couldn't book the ticket but the amount of ticket charge i. E. Rs.100 deducted from my account. It happened before also when i used to do transaction using the same card. I kindly request you to refund me the same amount deducted from my account. Otherwise i should have to throw away the union bank card kindly do the needful.

        Today I was transferring money (Rs 10000/) from my account(no-[protected])to another account bearing no-[protected] through the union bank of India UPI app vide the transaction id UOBAD250A54E67345597E7B3FCE81OC214 and txnrfld[protected] .The amount has been debited from my bank account but it has not been credited to the beneficiary's account. Please see that the debited amount is credited back to my account immediately so that I can effect the transaction as soon as possible as this is urgent for me.

        I have received an email, but no action has been taken till now. Resolution may please be expeditiated so that I getback my money soon.
        I have paid fees of Rs.2400 for Mr. Marikanti Phani Bhushan, ID-[protected], D.O.B- 28/10/2003 through net banking on 12/10/2017 the status transaction successful. but I am unable to print fee slip.
        I therefore request you to solve the problem so that we can submit the receipt on time.

          My swipe machine adpoter was damaged on 18 sep 2017 so loged the complaint with coustomer care on [protected] on 20 sep 2017 as u see it on ur sever it is still pending for 1month till date as per my repeated remaniders i m not provided with new power adpter as engineer has visited on 20 sep 2017 and requested for new adptor. I am not perform tranctions with different pay cards moverover business n my customers are suffering from this inconvinence!!! Plz do resolve my problem or i have close the account with union bank and shift other bank

            I am having my saving account with union bank of india akurdi branch, on 23 august 2017 at 3.40 pm i went to deposit amount 17000, i deposited money in cash deposit machine took the slip and went away as i was in hurry to attend emergency patient and later i came to know that my transaction was declined due to machine service fail, then i enquired with bank regarding my money, after seeing cctv footage they came to know that my money was sponge l stolen by person standing in queue behind me, so i request bank to help in any possible way to get my money back and take some action and it's bounded duty of back to compensate there consumer is any such untoward incidents teacher l take place within bank premise, please look into matter as early as possible and refund my money as i am having severe financial crisis, please do needful.

              I have already paid my fees online but i am not able to get my receipt of the fees for quarter iii october to december. I have submitted my complaint to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com in the same format as suggested by ubi kv fees payment. But i have not received any reply till yet. When i login to my account using uid an dob and wanted to print my previously paid receipts it was displayed that you have not paid any fees till now or no records found.                     Dear cardholder, international atm/pos transaction on your debit card 2157 has been disabled in line with rbi guidelines. To enable contact base branch/call center.
                    Why my atm disabled
                    Pls give me a solid region for my atm and resolve my problem and give suggestion for as soon as because the banking close for 2 or three days in diwali occuation

                    Received the following SMS:

                    "dear cardholder, international ATM/POS transaction on your debit card XXXX has been disabled in line with RBI guidelines. To enable contact base branch/call centre"

                    Tried calling the customer care no.[protected] but when clicked to talk to customer care executive, heard the song for 5 mins but no one came on to answer the tune.

                    My only query is, does this "international ATM/POS transaction" statement mean only international transactions are disabled and not the transactions within the nation ?

                      Sir when i call your complain center chargebal number it hold me approx ten minutes and totally spend 16 minutes and lastly it not registered my complain said lastly complain of your registered in net banking option what type of service you given unnecessary i am paid charge of rs 25/- approx to this call i have also call recording of your executive which is attend my call

                        On line fee receipt for kv ig, chennai for the class 11of quarter october - december 2017 has not generated. Already amount deducted through net banking. Ubi transaction id is 161776113014818171012142706027. Bill desk transaction id is jsb [protected].
                        Receipt is manadatory as a proof of fee payment at school. It happened on 12/10/2017. Tried several times to generate the receipt. It shows that fee already paid.

                        So i request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            It is seen that the bank is sending and disabling the use of debit cards by its customers. This indicates that the bank is not at all interested in serving their customers in a right manner, but it is intending to harass its customers by taking help of directives by the government especially rbi. This is totally incorrect in the interest of customers who expect better and reliable services from the banks. Such practices is not followed by other banks in india. Then why only the union bank of india is doing such harassment of its loyal customers. Notwithstanding to such harassment by this bank, every customers would like to another reliable banking services better than union bank of india..

                              I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of india, station road branch, aurangabad. Maharashtra.
                              I have given all the required documents to change my current homeloan account from base rate to mclr rate before 3-4 months.
                              Every time i visit the branch they reply it will be done in short time.
                              But still it's not changed to mclr rate where i can get less interest rate.
                              Please do the needful things to make it happen as early as possible.

                                Hello sir,

                                On 11 oct i was doing transfer to my another bank account through upi union bank app. Transaction was failed and amount was debited. Still by now i have not received the money back to my account.

                                I have logged complain thru app but no response yet.
                                Branch and call center are not help ful either.

                                        I have paid rs. 1800 from credit card and it was saying that successfully paid rs 1800 for kendriya vidyalaya but when i tried to print receipt they are saying that either you have not paid the fees or no record found. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as the teachers are asking for the copy, the incident took place on 9/10/2017 when i paid the fees e-mail - [protected]@gmail.com dob - 01/03/2002
