I am having my saving account with union bank of india akurdi branch, on 23 august 2017 at 3.40 pm i went to deposit amount 17000, i deposited money in cash deposit machine took the slip and went away as i was in hurry to attend emergency patient and later i came to know that my transaction was declined due to machine service fail, then i enquired with bank regarding my money, after seeing cctv footage they came to know that my money was sponge l stolen by person standing in queue behind me, so i request bank to help in any possible way to get my money back and take some action and it's bounded duty of back to compensate there consumer is any such untoward incidents teacher l take place within bank premise, please look into matter as early as possible and refund my money as i am having severe financial crisis, please do needful.
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
