I have paid rs. 1800 from credit card and it was saying that successfully paid rs 1800 for kendriya vidyalaya but when i tried to print receipt they are saying that either you have not paid the fees or no record found. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as the teachers are asking for the copy, the incident took place on 9/10/2017 when i paid the fees e-mail - [protected]@gmail.com dob - 01/03/2002

    I did a transaction of 51, 000 rupees today on 12 august 2017 from union bank saving a/c - [protected] (Own a/c) to [protected] (Benefeciary a/c, sbi) this account number by bhim union bank app.
    Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 51, 000 rupees amount is debeted from my account.

    Please solve this issue asap.

    I did a Transaction of 51, 000 rupees today on 12 October 2017 from Union bank saving a/c - [protected] (own A/C) to [protected](Benefeciary A/c, SBI) this account number by BHIM Union bank app.
    Transaction was failed and Payment Was not Received by Benefeciary but the 51, 000 rupees amount is Debeted from my Account.

    Please solve this issue asap.

            I recharged my number [protected] on 11 october wih true balance account on number [protected] for rs. 76 with my union bank debit card, account no - [protected], which failed but amount debited but i received no refund for that. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank

                I am saloni jadhav a/c no.[protected] chembur east branch. I opened minor a/c for my 7yr old son swarit jadhav a/c no, [protected]. While opening the acc staff not informed me about the limit of saving which in minor acc up to 50000/- we can deposit the money. As i deposited 81000/- dd from saraswat bank. After 7 days when i checked it in bank whether my dr is clear or not, that time they inform me this couldn't done. After that they no given me proper solution neither they talk with me properly. They accuse me only, that it is my fault. After one hour they checked it and told me that money is credited in the bank but they cannt credit these amt in my acc. Later on their manager told me they will do it later on, and they now call me tomorrow again. I really feel very sad about their way to talk to customer, handling the problem. They don't have courtesy to say sorry to customer for their own mistake.

                Union bank of branch code no. 541192 will not accepted my 2000 real note with a very small underline with pen. And all other bank will accepted these note, for these cashier will misbhave with customer and have to difficultly to deposite money because we have no extra money to exchange the note.

                  This is aparajita mukherjee holder of axis bank debit card. I had transacted at
                  1, raipur rd e, bijoygarh, jadavpur, kolkata, west bengal 700092 - union bank atm but cash not found. There was error but the balance got deducted from the account. The amount was rs. 6000. Please ensure i receive the amount asap. The transaction took place around 6 30 in the evening on 10.10.2017. Request a refund.

                    On 09/10/2007. Money already debited from a/c but receipt not generated. We paid 2nd time and got receipt also on 11/10/2007. So kindly do the needful to return the amount paid earlier as soon as possible.

                      Sir yesterday[protected], i have made a payment of rs.399 from my saving account no. [protected] vide reference no. 910315 to airtel recharge through airtel app. The amount has been deducted from my account but i got a msg from airtel customer support saying that it has not received the payment because transaction has been failed. So it is requested to please look into the matter and my amount please be credited into my account today positively.

                              I am holding an account with ubi uran branch account number ‭[protected]‬. I reside in dubai and today my brother in law sadullah bubere visited your uran branch and requested for my account passbook without any authorization letter and your staff handed a newly issued passbook for my account to him. I want to know what security do customers have with your bank? I work for emirates national bank of dubai and this is not the kind of security and confidentiality we provide to customers. This is a breach of trust and your staff has allowed someone to invade my privacy. I want to know who is the staff who gave my passbook to someone else and what action will you be taking against him. If i do not get a proper response along with a compensation i will go live on social media and i will legally sue your bank for damages.

                              Your customer care does nothing to help other than generic copy paste answers

                              Your Uran branch sent me an email denying issuing a passbook and closed the grievance without my confirmation... the mobile number mentioned in the email does not even belong to me and why is there no signature of the person who replied to the email? How can a grievance be closed just like that?

                                  I booked my redmi note 4 mob from my flipkart account on 7 oct at 6.35pm. After placing my order i made payment through my union bank of india debit card and entered the otp.
                                  But my transaction get failed and shows msg that this transaction get declined by your bank and i received a msg thatbmy aacount get debited with rs 9999 even after transaction failure. I also get a msg from flipkart that we received ur order with txn id - tx[protected] and wevr trying to confirm the payment with ur bank. When i contacted them they said didn't received any amount from this transaction id and said try to get in touch with ur bank.
                                  Now its over two day and didn't get any refund back. Please help me in getting my refund back as soon as possible.

                                      Our branch manager is not ans any boy (18+) branch manager is asking any questions not related to bank, ex (Your village name, you can not open an account somewhere else. It has to be opened here only etc...) he is talking about the all day in mobile. If i and my friend went to open an account there, you come to open another account branch any bank. That manger is not worthy of it. The answer to the other boy would be answred

                                        For 3, 4 days i am trying to login to my account by retail net banking but when i write the login id and password and press login there is absolutely no response and no login and no error message. Nothing happens. The clear button is working and if i enter wrong password and login then it shows me that i have 2 logins remaining. Still its not able to login....
