I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of india, station road branch, aurangabad. Maharashtra.
I have given all the required documents to change my current homeloan account from base rate to mclr rate before 3-4 months.
Every time i visit the branch they reply it will be done in short time.
But still it's not changed to mclr rate where i can get less interest rate.
Please do the needful things to make it happen as early as possible.

Hello sir,

On 11 oct i was doing transfer to my another bank account through upi union bank app. Transaction was failed and amount was debited. Still by now i have not received the money back to my account.

I have logged complain thru app but no response yet.
Branch and call center are not help ful either.

Request you to please look into this and help me asap.

Department tell to check the yours banker.

Sir, i required last financial year 2016-17 fee receipt details of child id no. [protected] for class viii not available on online kv fees. Pl provide the details of child swetha reddy for four quarters of printing receipts. Pl send to my email id [protected]@999999 gmail.com. I am glad to you to send quarterly receipt from union bank of india. I tried not found payment site showing before 2016.

I have paid rs. 1800 from credit card and it was saying that successfully paid rs 1800 for kendriya vidyalaya but when i tried to print receipt they are saying that either you have not paid the fees or no record found. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as the teachers are asking for the copy, the incident took place on 9/10/2017 when i paid the fees e-mail - [protected]@gmail.com dob - 01/03/2002

I did a transaction of 51, 000 rupees today on 12 august 2017 from union bank saving a/c - [protected] (Own a/c) to [protected] (Benefeciary a/c, sbi) this account number by bhim union bank app.
Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 51, 000 rupees amount is debeted from my account.

Please solve this issue asap.

मगर चेक बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया को भेजा ही नहीं गया है। .
हमारा दीवाली के मौके पर सब काम रुक गया - ये आपकी बैंक की लापरवाही है। .
इसके लिए बैंक पर कानूनी कार्यवाही क्यों न की जाय... ?

My daughter anushka studies in kv ntpc darrin in 3rd class her student unique id [protected] dob 28/07/2008 i paid 3rd quarter fees 2017 (Oct-dec) rs 2250/ through online net banking successfully transaction txn id-jsbi[protected] dated 07/10/2017 time 2:08:58 so do not generated fees receipt.

I recharged my number [protected] on 11 october wih true balance account on number [protected] for rs. 76 with my union bank debit card, account no - [protected], which failed but amount debited but i received no refund for that. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank
So i request the bank to refund me back now as early as possible

I am saloni jadhav a/c no.[protected] chembur east branch. I opened minor a/c for my 7yr old son swarit jadhav a/c no, [protected]. While opening the acc staff not informed me about the limit of saving which in minor acc up to 50000/- we can deposit the money. As i deposited 81000/- dd from saraswat bank. After 7 days when i checked it in bank whether my dr is clear or not, that time they inform me this couldn't done. After that they no given me proper solution neither they talk with me properly. They accuse me only, that it is my fault. After one hour they checked it and told me that money is credited in the bank but they cannt credit these amt in my acc. Later on their manager told me they will do it later on, and they now call me tomorrow again. I really feel very sad about their way to talk to customer, handling the problem. They don't have courtesy to say sorry to customer for their own mistake.

This is aparajita mukherjee holder of axis bank debit card. I had transacted at
1, raipur rd e, bijoygarh, jadavpur, kolkata, west bengal 700092 - union bank atm but cash not found. There was error but the balance got deducted from the account. The amount was rs. 6000. Please ensure i receive the amount asap. The transaction took place around 6 30 in the evening on 10.10.2017. Request a refund.

On 09/10/2007. Money already debited from a/c but receipt not generated. We paid 2nd time and got receipt also on 11/10/2007. So kindly do the needful to return the amount paid earlier as soon as possible.

Sir yesterday[protected], i have made a payment of rs.399 from my saving account no. [protected] vide reference no. 910315 to airtel recharge through airtel app. The amount has been deducted from my account but i got a msg from airtel customer support saying that it has not received the payment because transaction has been failed. So it is requested to please look into the matter and my amount please be credited into my account today positively.

Sir aap se anurodh (Request) hai ki date 10-10-17 ko sbi freedom se a/c no.[protected] name arvind kumar pandey ke account me transfer kr rha tha to galti se [protected] me rs.20000/- transfer ho gya hai.
Sbi
[protected] is debited for on 10-10-17 time 13.03 hrs. And a/c xxxxxxx185 credited (Imps ref no[protected]. Me mobile no.[protected].

Please provide the receipt of the fees submitted for all the quarters in respect of student unique identification number [protected] mudit verma class x and [protected] tanishk verma class vi both were the students of kv no.2 air force academy dundigal for the year[protected]. I could not obtain it from union bank of india kv fees site. Thanks

I am holding an account with ubi uran branch account number ‭[protected]‬. I reside in dubai and today my brother in law sadullah bubere visited your uran branch and requested for my account passbook without any authorization letter and your staff handed a newly issued passbook for my account to him. I want to know what security do customers have with your bank? I work for emirates national bank of dubai and this is not the kind of security and confidentiality we provide to customers. This is a breach of trust and your staff has allowed someone to invade my privacy. I want to know who is the staff who gave my passbook to someone else and what action will you be taking against him. If i do not get a proper response along with a compensation i will go live on social media and i will legally sue your bank for damages.
