I was rakesh ranjan working as sales manager in oppo mobile, a small member of your bank, i had opened my savings account many years ago, but for the last few years, i have faced such a problem, due to which i am very upset or not from my branch. No support is available, nor is there any remedy given by the branch to me repeatedly, that your problem will be eliminated tomorrow. I have not been given any solution for this so far because of which i have to face a lot of trouble, neither are we able to pay any kind of online payment nor are we able to buy any kind of online shopping and neither we are able to book some sort of trivelling in the way. We tried to solve it in every way. The branch did whatever i told to do whatever we did, but after that we had any kind of online not trancation are unable to with your debit card. When we go to the branches with our problems, i also tell them on behalf of you to close your account. If you have more problems, we also know whether this is the solution that we will solve this by closing our account. If it is sir you will allow it...
