Dear All It si so embarrassing to write play with u thru mails which is so drastic as per the company called LG which is world famous organisation. but after getting assurance from ur end that will not face any kind of problem after repairing in my mobile but now the month is not finish am again facing the problem with my battery/front camera is also not working nd after contacting ur janakpuri service center came to know that there is problem in mother board. now again i am writing very politly this mail to ur good office which i requested last time that i need to replace this set is the set is having so many problem in every short period of time otherwise u people are forcing me to knock the customer court against u. pls change my mobile set w/out any more delay as a am fed up after running ur service center people as i hv lot of other important work to do which is held up just becoz o[censored]r ridiculous mobile set. manmohan. But wud like to advise u that we hv invested our hard earned money of around INR 18000/- for this set nd we are running after ur service center to repair it but now we donnot want to repair it but want to change my set. So, pls treat this matter most urgent nd change the same other will knock the door of consumer court. Manmohan.

    My name is Arun Sagar , am from hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh , India .


    I purchased a LG Home Theatre ( Model LG HT BH7430p ) on May 6th , 2013 spending Rs 35,000.

    The installation engineer came after 3 days to my home where i was promised that he wil come within 24hrs after the delivery of the product.


    He didnt bring his equipment to complete the installation process where he promised me that he would come again, but again.... only after i called the customer care he came and completed the installation.


    After a few days i complained to the customer care that the USB port is not functioning where i found myself that am not using the correct usb port which is actually infront of the Blu ray palyer ( am using the back dummy usb port ) which means your installation engineer literally failed to educate me about my product .


    Finally again after a month or so the correct usb port stopped working, its not detecting the usb drives nor HDD so as usual i raised a complaint on 20th June 2013 ( LG id - RNA[protected] and this time another engineer visited my home and again not on the promised date , and this guy forgot to bring his own usb drive to check ,he removed my whole Blu ray player and checked and said he would come back again next time with his own usb drive ....after he left i found that he didnt insert all the components properly where the buttons on the blu ray player stopped working .......unfortunately i was out of town for 3 weeks as my dad met with an accident n this engineer never checked with me the progress of our problem ..........

    i came back to my room and called the customer care again and filed a new complaint on July 15th ( LG id - RNA[protected] and again the same old story as no one bothered to contact me and i even called a manger named rajitha( num was given by the customer care guy ) where she never answered my call...she called me back only after i sent an sms about the disgusting service am getting from one of the most reputed organizations in the world...finally an engineer came to my home on July 20th and confirmed that a board (smthing like a mother board in a pc ) is damaged inside the Blu ray player and it will alone be replaced .......wow wow wow what a product and service from one of the giants in consumer market .

    am really wondering whether i bought a product from a local shop or from an MNC ...do we really think that this is LG ???????????????

    LG — worst services

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased LG tv 21" flat screen from Vijay sales (Thane) on 04th Dec 2007.
    I had given my landline as well as my mobile number to give me a call before delivery, but they failed to do that.
    when I opened the box I saw thermocol where cut in small pieces which is of no use but still I felt as if I had purchased the second handed TV.
    When I swiched on the TV I saw the perspective of the screen was not proper even I wanted to see demo.
    Till date I had given 5 complaint but still no engineer had attend

    In my life I had never seen such a worst service ever.
    VERY POOR SIRVICE IN VISAKHAPATNAM

    I have an LG microwave oven and an 2 ton air conditioner.

    Now that my microwave's oven door is broken-made of cheap plastic; the engineer called to see since it is out of warranty but has failed to turn up with the spare part.
    We have made repeated calls to landline and mobile; so much so now when they see our tel.no: they do not answer.
    We have resorted to using several phones to decieve them into answering which they do; but till now, which is over a week and they have no clue as to when they will get the part for it.
    I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE OTHER LG PURCHASERS NOT TO BUY ANY MORE OF THEIR PRODUCTS IN FUTURE DUE TO VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND THEIR NON COMMITAL ATTITUDE.

    LG/Home Theater — Services/Product

    Dear Sir,
    I was Purchased a LG home theater. Before few months the remote of the product not working properly so i was found a new remote for my home theater. After searching anywhere i was contact to LG but they can't help me, they misguide me & not help me.

      It is to my utter dissatisfaction that I write this mail and have to knock at your door as I feel cheated by LG Mobile phone department . I am continuosuly facing problems with the LG nexus device since buying it from Mobile Store in Kolkata from their Gariahat Branch .I should have taken a samsung or iphone and would be recommending that to my colleagues as well . The following are the complaints as of now -
      1. The phone gets heated up abnormally even while talking just 5 minutes on it . Such is the heat generated that its impossible to hold it .

      2. The outgoing voice call is not audible and the receivers always complaint on this .

      3. The phone s battery life is pathetic with battery draining off every 1 hour even without talking much . Now if LG sayS that don't use internet then I must say that such smart phones shouldn't be marketed as a dead set if I'm not using the basic features .

      I have given the set for servicing to Balaji services at gariahat kolkata and they also keep giving excuses and am not happy with the way the issues are dealt .

      Another problem is that LG has given 2 numbers of mr.rahul verma (Mob No. - [protected]) who is the branch service manager and another of their personnel(Mob No. - [protected]) . Till date he has not picked up my calls on the number mentioned and neither bothered to respond . I will not leave this matter without dragging LG to consumer court and forum and will ensure this mail to be looked into by the highest authorities in consumer affairs department . Also would like to get a response from your national head or the eastern zonal head . I am a senior banker and being in a service industry such pathetic service delivery from LG is something had never expected . Want immediate replacement of the defective set and will accept any repairs on this . Its hardly a month I have purchased this and such quality is not acceptable .need a reply and also want an action taken on service managers .


      The whole incident has resulted in a total financial loss of 27000 Rs to me as that is the price of the set and as the full set is defective it has to be replaced . The whole incident has also lead to a lot of mental harassment from LG s end as well as their service center personnel .
      LG customer care with email id - [protected]@lge.com , have been sent many mails but they have all responded with false assurances and also faulty communication with no one contacting me from the company .

      Spending 27000 Rs on LG mobile and then not getting any due replacement of defective set and neither a contact from the company is unacceptable.

      samsung nexus — facing problems

      I bought nexus s on 28th of april.I am having problems with touch pad,power key,batter standby and sometimes while surfing cell phone hangs up.So kindly try and do the needful at your and if possible then please try to replace the cell as i am facing problems since i bought it.I have complained twice in the sumsung helpline no. also.As it is its so costly but still it has got problems.I went to service centre but they said that they can apply siftware to it but i don't think it a solution bcoz i can't always run to service centre for this.

        I've purchased an LG frontloading automatic washing machine on[protected]. The warranty was 2 years. Luckily still under warranty. The machine is not working for the last two weeks. Lodged a complaint with LG on 7th july 2013. the id is RNA[protected]. Next day the technician came and found that the control board is faulty and needs to replaced. He promised to order the part and replace it when it arrive. But 10 days passed and no info from LG service and we are left without the service of washing machine all these days. I want it repaired immediately

        LG/ Washing Machine — Not working

        We have lodge the complain to the LG company on 13th of July complain No W8C71300762 they say they will come with in 24 hours but still 24 hours is not come for LG i want to know which watch LG is using.

        LG India/Washing machine — Poor service

        I did not expect such a hopeless service form reputed company like LG.
        I registered one complaint (W9C[protected] regarding fully automatic top loading washing machine before 10 days
        Still I'm living with the machine, absolutely dead. Not fixed yet.

        LG Washing Machine — Washing Section Not Working

        The Machine is Semi Automatic And the Wash Section is not Working and the motor is not Responding but the Dryer section Is functioning properly.
        There is a Fault in the Drainage System of the Machine Also

        LG — Unresponsive breakdown feedback

        The aforesaid complaints were registered on April 25, 2010 and once again this morning. In the interim, a technician visited our residence and diagnosed that the CCB needed to be replaced. Since then, we have been constantly trying to obtain a feedback of some sort, however, there has been no response
        I also have similar problem in washing machine.

        LG Washing Machine — FAULTY PART IN MACHINE

        Respect Sir / Madam,

        I purchased LG washing machine (model number : WP-95162D) on 18th sep 2010 ,when I was using it i found that water flow was not working for dryed ,so I called THE LG CUSTOMER CARE[protected] and locked a complaint about this fault .
        A technician from LG visited my home on 19th sep 2010, he checked the washing machine and gave me a confirmation that the machine is faulty .Technician told me that he replace the faulty part in next 48 hours since he touched the machine is not working at all.
        I am calling LG CUSTOMER CARE everyday and they are telling me the same thing that somebody will get back to me in next 24 hours, I even spoke to a manager ( Sandeep ) , he promised me that he will cal me back on 27th sep 2010 at 4 pm ,I am still waiting for that call. I even warned him that I will log a compalint in CONSUMER FORUM ,he hung up the call.

        I have the same experiance with LG. I am still waiting (for the last 3 months) to fix my washing machine which shows OE error. Very bad after sale service, really disappointed. LG used to have good service early, that is why I bought LG washing machine. It seems things have changed.

        LG India — No repair of washing machine after 10 days of complaint

        Hi,

        My front loading fully automatic Complete Dry LG washing machine is not working since 11th may’11. Initially it was difficult even to reach LG call center number in 1st two day, Ithen I logged a complaint on 13th May’11 through LG WEB site.

        My call log number is - RNA[protected]

        Till 13th may'11 no service was provided to me. LG representative has bother to visit once and had commented on filter failure but no clue on recovery.

        On discussion with LG representative, LG call center and LG service center I fill humiliated and no urgency was shown to me even after repeatedly request for early repair.

        This is absolutely wrong way of provide service after selling high end goods with lots of promises.

        I am very much dissatisfied with LG attitude and service quality, and am writting to consumer grivence as this type of service is not tolerated.

        I would request LG senior management to apologize to me and place a replacement washing machine till time LG is able to repair the fault.

        Hope working with consumer durables LG should have the sensativity to produce customer service as promised in India.

        Please note - My washing machine has reported fault thrice in last 3 yesrs, this is a very high end machine and alwys during failure LG tells that spares are not available since this machine is having low sale due to high cost.

        This is not the logic to customer.

        I need your support to fight this ODD out.

        LG India/Washing machine — Non-delivery on new product.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        We booked our product with one of the LG India'g authorsied dealer in Cuttack, Odisha on 12th Nov.,2011 still we don't get our product. If we going to call a customer care peoples they are giving the irresponsible answers from them like, they don't have that product with right now, if it like it's take around more than one month to produce a product, we can choose your another product with same features. And sometimes they are calling and tells like we don't have a that product we come and take your money from us. Like this type information they are giving from there sides. If it's like then what you think to take further step against this. Either we contact their higher authorities if anyone please share that information or we register our complain with consumer court.

        Since then it has been giving operational problems to us... till date!!

        I would like to give details of the LG's person's visit for servicing / problem solving....

        LG's Answer to my correspondence is as follows...."As per the terms of warranty, we have repaired the product and the same is satisfactorily working as confirmed by you.However we cannot replace the product since there is no such manufacturing defect in the product, you are already using the machine from one and half years."

        This shows that the m/c has failed on 8 occasions since it's purchase for technical reasons. But our position is clear that the product which has failed in 2 years of its production is defective and hence should be replaced.I am fed up of everytime calling LG person and lodging a complaint; in addition to taking trouble of washing clothes by hand.

        I now request you to help me fight LG in replacing this m/c. at the earliest and issue me a new one,

        As u know that LG is registered as a CONVERGENCE brand.

LG is making false promises in attending our complaints within 24 hours of registering it.         I have a product of LG washing machine (Model no. F8068LDP). which was purchased in late 2011 and got installed early 2012, recently we have some voltage variation and this machine got breakdown. We called customer care and got one representative from your company and he said that PCB of the machine is damaged. I insisted him to check fuse of the power supply which was OK. He told me that if you take bill then you have to pay Rs.6000/- for this complain and if you donot want bill then you have to pay Rs. 2500/- We found this quite unethical. We did not say any thing to this gentlemen and he said he will revert back to us next day. Next day he came with new PCB and asked for 2500/- to install a new PCB with out bill. My wife refused to entertain him and instead he took Rs.113/- as service charge and he did not give receipt of the same as well. This is totally unethical from your service department.

        My question to LG is that this is manufacturing defect and this should be replaced FOC why there should be charges to it and what kind of protection system is there in your product. I am hearing lot of complaints about LG products and now i have witnessed the same.

        I request you to please take it up with your management and give me solution else i have to go to Korian management and ask for solution.

        servicing of microwave oven

        I had registered the complaint for my CTV repair on 13th July 2014 . (RNA[protected] . It has been one week ; my complaint has not been attended . I expect this to attend as soon as possiblee; without any false promises .

          Actually I bought LG 1 ton split AC 4month back from Shah's Electronic shop. After a month AC cooling system very poor and also one side flow completely stopped, I have been register my complaint to customer care and also directly I went to LG service centre which is located in vadapalani. They have told me will send service person , but till date nobody has come and rectified my split ac problem. I made complaint since march to till date. But nothing response from LG people . So hereafter I will not purchase any LG product in my future and also I am advising don't go for LG product.

          I purchased split ac from Mahajan electronics Raja Garden delhi on 4/05/08.When we start the AC in this summer, we found that AC is not cooling.So we contact custumer care and lodge complaint on 15-04-09, complaint no is--N[protected] by teliphone no 28314627.One engineer attend the coplaint and tell us that gas is short in compressor we came tomorrow to rectify the problem.But nobody attend this complaint again after coplaining many times.We purchase this AC due to good custumer service provided by LG, But now we are thiking that we had made a mistake by purchasing the LG AC.

          Kindly listen my pain. I have purchased 6 unit of Lg Split AC's On January 2010 from Nandilath G mart for my Digital Imaging senter Called ROMANTIC Digital Book Album. Unfortunaitly the Instalation took littil later by mid february by the g mart Technician.after a week two of my units cooling capacity is started redusing we didi not realised. After three weeks my men complined to the local LG technician he came after two days and said gas leek . surprised . He call the immedeat Boos and left by saying technician will com next day. But until esterday 30/03/2010 I have contacted each and every personal of LG and Gmart.
          Thay all said we will do it but when? when I purchased the Lg Ac on a hop of a branded Product any thing will com the LG Peuple will take care atleast One year. and a trust on the Lg Pruduct. when I spok to the Service Incharge of Kerala he said He is not responsible for this and he is doing a favor for me .           LG Split AC — Poor service

          We brought 2 LG Split AC for the hospital ICU.We have AMC for both the units.There has so many problems with the AC functioning 1 year after purchase.We have registered complaints so many times but they dont respond.I have also sent so many emails to the company, they asked for my phn num and said they will get back, which hasnt happened! I spoke to LG service centre in chennai,the supervisor sent a person same day.He came checked and said gas is empty ,one unit he has found the leak.He said he will come next day and do the work.Its been 4 days and nothing has happened ,this inspite of him knowing its a HOSPITAL ICU!           LG company/Split AC-1 ton — no cooling

          I had purchased the Split AC-1 ton last year on 23 Mar 09. I have been facing no cooling problem with my AC repeatedly. I have been complaining regularly regarding this problem to LG custmor care and every time they came and repair but the same problem as it is. Today I make the complaint three times but even the engineer from the company did not come or nor call me.

          LG AC 1 ton % star — No cooling

          I purchased a 1 ton AC last year and is still within warranty period. Within six months of purchase and installation the cooling effect totally decreased. I raise a complaint and promptly their technician visited the home and found leakage of gas, but could not find the exact point of leak. He however recharged the gas and left onstruction to complain if the leakage persisted. Promptly within three weeks the AC again stopped giving cool air. I again reported the same and after one week the technicians came, checked the AC and said they have to take the machine to their workshop for rectification. They also said it will take one week to rectify the defect. I paid for the conveyance of the AC to and fro.They brought back the machine after more than three weeks and installed the AC.The monsoons had already started by then and the effectiveness could not be satisfactorily checked. Any way I switched the AC yesterday only to find that the same problem persists.I had again registered a complaint viderequst id C[protected]. The warranty period is expiring on 18/9/10 and Iam concerned.I request that immediate and final and satisfactory repair action/replacement may be please ensured at the earlist.Thanks

          LG Split AC — Poor appearance in outer panel

          sir, I have bought a new AC ( 1.5 Ton ) in LG best shop at velacherry.But when the installation completed after that it looks like a old outer panel and having so many scratches. so we were not satisfied in that product, and i need to change the product as much as possible &. soon reply

          LG — Split AC Service

          i have purchased a split AC (5 Star) of LG make. It was installed about a year ago at my petrol pump office of "Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (Shree Ambika Petroleum, Between 1st & 2nd gate of GIDM-Metoda, Rajkot-Kalawad Road, AT: Vajdi(Vad) Dist : Rajkot. Contact : Mr. Divyesh Gajera - [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com)". The AC is not giving the required cooling and the water dranage or outlet seems not working properly. The dranage water comes out from the inner unit.

          i have logged the complaint on toll free no.[protected] for more than 5 time and i am logging these complaints from last week of FEB-2011 till the date.

          day before yesterday, the water flow from the inner unit was so much excess that it went into the electric switch board which is fitted in the wall under the inner unit resulting in electricity failure and small office fire. I was sitting at my desk in my office and the fire took place just behind me. I have also informed LG people about the accident in last week of March-2011 but there is yet no response from LG.

          i think LG people are agressive in selling their goods but after sale service is VERY VERY POOR. my complaint is still pending on the date.
          I am also suffering problem with my LG ac since last 1 month. LG servive is horrible. Never buy an LG product.There are number of complaints pending since last more than 1 month in Rajkot and they are least bothered.All India customer care only receives complaints. They never act.I am damn sure they would not have taken any steps even in a single case. Pls. remember, never never ever buy an LG product.

          L.G. — complaint about cooling

          SIR,
          I had purchased lg refrigerator on 24th may 2010.i have recently noticed that there is a problem of coolinf in freezer.I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - RNA[protected] with the customer care center on the 1st of May, 2011. This complaint was to be attended to on the 2nd of May, 2011.

          Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day.Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day.moreover,they blame me and said to go to the dealer.
          now tell me what should i do.i suggest to everyone that don't purchased lg product because its service is no good.i am waiting when my problem wil solve

          LG Split AC — Poor Customer Service

          I had purchased a LG Split AC 1.5 ton on 19 March 2011. The installation for the same was done on 20 March 2011. There was a concern raised by me for the installation as it was not straight in line. The LG service engineer assured me that this is fine and it won't cause any issue. I mentioned the same in the job sheet also. However as I suspected, there was a water leakage problem with the AC and all the water were flowing down in the room. I complained thrice in the month of April 11 and I was always assured that the problem will be rectified today/tomorrow. I am still waiting for the same.....

          Lastly, I complained again on 8th May 2011 (Ref No: RNA[protected]. I was assured that the problem will be addressed on 8 May 2011 but nothing happened. Again, I called on 9 May 2011, same assurance was delieverd to me. Today, when I called up the cutomer care again, I was given the contact number of Officer Incharge of Service centre, Mr. Utsav (Contact Number: [protected]). He told me that my request is being handled by Service Supervisor Mr Ashraf. I spoke to him also and he communicated that he will call back me and address the issue on 12 May 2011 itself. Now, as expected, his phone is switched off and there is no one to address my problem. Now, even Mr. Utsav is also not picking up the phone.

          I hope my problem is addressed ASAP as its affecting the reputation of a branded company like LG.

          LG Airconditioners — Non Cooling

          Hi, I have a 1.5 ton Split Airconditioner which was purchased in May 2010 which was perfectly working fine in Chennai, I had relocated to Jaipur in the month of May and got my AC reinstalled at my residence by the authorised service centre people via a complaint number RNA[protected], the person (Ishwar) had attended on 3rd Jan 2012, they also charged me Rs. 1500/- for reinstallation. when asked about the Job sheet, he had said he has not brought it and after insisting he gave a jobsheet without a Job No and he said he will have to check at his office and provide the same. he never called back on the same. Being winter we never used the AC, but when we wanted to use in the Summer it was not cooling.

          I had called the CC on 1st of April & mentioned about the issue and they had said somebody would attend it within 24hrs and they promptly came and checked the same. the service engineer who came for servicing asked for Rs. 4000/- when I asked him the reason for the same he said that there is Gas leakage, said him that this was installed by your guys just before 2 months and how can it leak. he connected me to his manager Mr. Ajayan. when speaking to the manager the service engineer said the charge for refilling the gas is Rs. 1800/-. when I spoke to the manager and asked him the reason for gas leaking within 2 months, he asked me if I have the reference number. had given him the installation ref number RNA[protected], he checked in the system and said that your request number was cancelled and the installation was not done by LG Authorised service person. I had said him that I had only called the CC for reinstallation and they had only given me the request ref no as mentioned above.

          He said he will check and come back to me on 3rd of April. after this nothing happened, tried calling Mr. Ajayan multiple times and he never answered my call, finally on 6th he answered my call and again asked me to provide all details and asked me to call after 30 mts. from then on he stopped answering my call, had called CC multiple times and they kept saying that my complaint is moved to priority 1 and somebody will come in 24hrs, am writing this on 11th and till now nobody had called me

          AirConditioner — Worst Service

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased the new A/c in the month of 28th March 2012, in Chellamani & Co vide bill no. 0824. Only two month is worked and thenav got repaired.

          So I gave the complain on 12th June 2012 vide reference No. CHE[protected]. and engineer has visited and taken the OUTDOOR UNITfor that we have Rs.120/ towards service charges.

          Almost second month in process so far they put the OUTDOOR unit in our house.

          I find this is worst service in our India.

          I have called up so many time to Chennai and also in the Call Centre - BUT NO USE.

          what is use they are introducing new product.

          I felt WORST SERVICE, NOT ONLY ENGINEERS AND ALSO THE SUPERIOR WHO HAS GETTING SALARY IN THERE ACCOUNT.

            I bought refrigerator single door 270 lt. as on[protected], from ANUJ ELECTRONIC, there was no cooling at that time , we make complain then engineer changed thermostat, after that door was not opening easily, then engineer changed rubber gasket, from last three month there is heavy moisture inside vegetable basket , after defrosting water comes from front side of door, all fresh vegetables are spoiling in the basket, we complain many times but no solution has been made till now , we want to change this model so you kindly register our complain and take action, thanks.

              Hi, Writing a painful complaint regarding a new 180L - LG Refrigerator bought 6 months ago in Unnao District UP.

              Refrigerator developed a technical snag - (Water dropping from Chiller Tray to shelf) around a month ago, Several complaints have been logged with LG customer care since then. Two engineers visited the house. Engineer could not repair the issue. Engineer suggested that since Fridge cant be repair, they will raise the issue for refund/replacement since it is covered for replacement/refund warranty in 1st year.

              It is more than a month now and there is no hearing back from LG. My father is being taken into circles.
              He logs a ticket with Customer Care, Customer Care says the technical team will revert in 24 to 48 hrs. No one reverts.
              My father also called Local Area Office in Kanpur. People at local office are responding in irresponsible manner and harassing my father. They are saying replacing does not happen normally and they do not trust on problem explained and say that they will send somebody to fix this.

              3rd of 4th complaint logged on 10th July, No body visited the problem site yet despite being assured by Manager of Customer care Mr Bilal that problem will be attended in 24 hrs.

              LG India Refridgerator — Serious Service Issues

              Hi,

              This is to bring to your notice about the service issue that we are facing for past some time. We are very disheartened by the services of LG India, as for past 18 Days we are given the false commitments by their team.
              We have bought LG refrigerator from Kings Electronics Nerul on 24th March 2007. The product worked fine for first few months. Then In August 2007 it stopped cooling (in fridge as well as deep freezer). Then their service personnel came and serviced the fridge. He told us then that if the same problems persist then we would have to change the compressor. Now from 22nd Feb, its not working again as the same problem has re-occurred. But this time only fridge is not cooling whereas deep freezer is cooling.

              We have been complaining in LG services from that time but only once their service personnel have visited to diagnose the problem but then no one turned up to rectify the same. We have complained LG many times like 23rd Feb (complain no w8c[protected]

              3rd March (complain no w8c[protected], 8th March (complain no w8c[protected].

              We have also called at many times at their service franchisee Shri Electricals, Sanpada.

              On 10th march their customer care gave us the number of Mr Joseph Fernandes([protected]) but we found that the services to this number are terminated.

              No one from their side is able to tell us any specific reasons for the delay in the servicing.

              We would humbly request you to take our case into consideration and help us resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              L.G — Complain for LG Refrigerator

              Hi,

              I purchased a LG Refrigerator on 19/04/2009 whose Bill Number is 623 and model no is 308VT4 Just within 6 months of purchase 2 times I have launched complains regarding its cooling.
              The refrigerator has been opened 2 times for investigation.
              But now since a month, the light and the cooling of the refrigerator is again not working properly.

              If possible kindly replace our refrigerator as, not even a year has been passed and it’s showing a lot of problems.

              LG-350L — Refrigerator

              I have purchased a new LG Refrigerator on 28th of May2011. Right after delivery I found few small dents on the door, door alignment was not proper, gas-kit is not working properly, even door can not be closed properly. I purchased this fridge from vaishali sec-4 from the exclusive showroom of LG Ganpati plaza. Now I have paid all the money so company and dealer is playing around each other. I complaint to customer care but no response is there from company side. If i talked to the Area sales manager he said it happens in bulky products. I am shocked that after charging a new product price thay are giving us the defected products.

                As per the Onnam offer I am eligible to get DTH set top box, connection+ installation + 6 months subsrciption free.

                I have send all the details given below on 17 Nov 2009 to Spectramind's office
                1. Completly filled DTH Claim vocher having spectramind original hologram.
                2. Photocopy o fthe original invoce of purchase.
                3. LG monitor TV serial No., model no. barcode cutting from the carton (original)
                4. Demand draft of Rs 99 in favour of Spectramind marketing private Limited payebal at Delhi

                But since today i have not received any information from them.

                I think both LG and Spectramind are cheating customers. I have purchased this LG monitor TV only because of this offer.

                lines are coming from bottom to top on the screen while starting it and onwards disturbing eyes
                the headquarter of LG is too busy to help me out. if the company treasure their reputation. how could they not care? but they do not. they looked down on ordinary customers. if they keep doing this, i guess the company goes nowhere.

                I am an ordinary customer, last year in May i bought a LG monitor, it could not display anything 3 days ago. the after sale workers of LG, came and looked, said that the main part of it need to be changed, it would cost RMB1300, I could not believe, i was told that the warranty is only 1 year, but i am still shocked, i bought LG because i thought the international brand would be good quality, but it is very disappointing.

                that afternoon the after sale man called said if i could not accept RMB1300 to change that part, at least i should pay RMB400. i called [protected], told them what had happened, then the after sale service man called me again, said he only said it would cost RMB1300 before. i am very angry, i do not know LG call center has the right to tell everything to the man, i feel fooled at this stage. because i told them to change the worker, i need someone honest.

                then i called [protected] again, i talked to the manager, but she is not going to do anything to solve this.

                LG is a good brand in my thought before, that is why i chose it at the first place. and 1 year 1 month the main parts need to be changed is unacceptable.

                I will never buy any product of LG again, that is what i learnt from my lesson.

                LG-monitor — monitor not working

                my LG 700e flatron was working fine but now whenever i start it the led blinks for about 10-15 minutes, , , , it first blinks at a faster rate and then it slowly decreases its speed and then after taking a long time it starts...

                  We are thoroughly diappointed with the new refrigerator we bought on May 26, 2013 from Sony Mony store in Vile Parle (W), Mumbai. We had issues with a leaking door which after making several complaints and phone calls was finally replaced last weekend. Now we have issues with ice being formed all over the freezer section. What is the point of getting frost free refrigerator if there is ice/frost all over. We had initially asked for a complete replacement of the fridge since it was a faulty appliance in the first place. Even then only the door was replaced. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced.

                    I purchased refrigerator Model No.GL245 BEDGS on 13/12/2012 from your dealer OM Power Shalimar garden U.P. From the date of purchase the refrigerator start giving one problem after other. With in two months of purchase complaint was made for DOOR, Freezer , low freezing and Dip try, the problems were never resolved completely.
                    I believe with surety that this refrigerator was used in display before it was sent to my home against my purchase. This belief of mine turned into reality when on 18/06/2013, the door of freezer came down when we open the refrigerator. The beadings of shelves are so poor quality that they break as they are of wax. This shows that material used is of very poor quality and refrigerator is used in display which made its doors, freezing & freezer door very pathetic. Please investigate the matter as highlighted above
                    I would like to know why I have been cheated by supply the refrigerator which was used in display and material at beadings of shelves is very poor.
                    It is requested to replace my refrigerator because of following problems urgently.
                    1. Refrigerator freezer door has broken all of sudden
                    2. Try bedding of all shelves are breaks at all places, it seems they are of inferior quality
                    3. Dip try is not evaporating completely

                      This is to inform you that I had purchased a 29" LG colour television from LG Shoppe, Apsara road,gandhi nagar 5 years back.

                      The decision i took was on the basis of good quality provided by LG earlier. I already have a 21" TV alongwith 2 refrigrators & 1 semi automatic washing machine.

                      But i believe, from time to time the quality of LG products has deteriorated drastically.

                      After the purchase of 29" TV, it started giving trouble from very beginning & was being repaired on regular basis under warranty, but the problem was never resolved permanently.

                      The problems persisted even after,product went out of warranty & we paid couple of times to the dealer for repairs.

                      Again in this month,TV broke down but his time to my surprise even after complaining in the customer care twice, no body has turned up to repair the TV.

                      Initially the complaint was lodged & complaint number was provided to me "RNA[protected]" (Complaint is in the name of Mr. Hari Krishan Saraf ). For next 3~4 day, we waited & an engineer turned up but didn't repair the TV saying the parts were not available.

                      Again i called up LG customer care & again they provided me new complaint no "[protected]" & assuring me that the problem will be attended 7 resolved in 48 hrs. 1 week has passed by since then & my TV set is lying at home in as its condition & LG people are least bothered.

                      Now i don't want any repairs & instead i want a new product or my full money back for so much harassment my family has faced from the very beginning.

                        I called the customer service department to evoke my free insurance but none of them were aware about the procedure and told me to call Bajaj Alliance. However they told me to call back LG for this.After 25 mins of discussion with customer service guy he confirmed from somewhere and did it.People sitting are not aware about company policy and kept on misguiding me about AMC charges also.
                        I am highly disappointed with the guy also who came to give demo as he told me to pay for AMC on the spot else the amount would increase by one thousand by next day which was a pure lie.
                        There is no one to listen in customer service department . Please train your people before sending them or allowing them to attend calls as they are very rude.

                        Lg Microwave — Extremely poor Customer Service

                        I had lodged my complaint regarding non-working of my LG Microwave Oven purchased in 2005. The product, without fail develops complications every year since 2005, resulting in my spending atleast Rs.1000.00 and many sleep less nights before the Company evens deigns to respond.

                        This year too it is no different. Yesterday i.e on 09th June 2008, I lodged compalint at their helpline at about 12.00-12.30 PM and was given request id N8C60906188.

                        Today at about 3.45 PM a certain gentleman, Mobile no.91-[protected], called me up to ask for direction to my house, promptly provided with, he again called up after 10 Minutes, and refused to come on grounds of not being able to locate the adress and was extremely rude. It was very apparent that the gentleman had already decided against making the visit on the pretext of not having found the address.

                        My point is,
                        1) Why can not this company respond properly and promptly to the Calls, when they are on chargeable basis?

                        2) Why and how have they managed to recruit such perfectly rude people, who any day would give any sarkari babu a run for the money with their inefficeincy (in the past 20 Years no body has failed to locate my house) and lack of incentive to work ?

                        3) When would they be in a position to repair my Microwave.

                        Lg Microwave — bad customer care

                        my microwave's trasformer has been burnt since last 3 months. i have complained in the customer care almost twice every week since then but no-one has attended us. twice a mechanic came down but after checking and informing us about the problem of the trasformer no action has been taken. it has been creating a lot of problem.

                        I am also one of the sufferer of the L.G. MICRO WAVE OVEN . the oven was not getting heated i had called L.G.customer care the service men attended and he could not repair and he advice to change the magnetron
                        the micro wave releasing element, though he had tried with the magentron the problem still continued, and my oven was sent to service center after 45 days of struggle by technician they told the oven is ready. but i took delivery by paying 1025rs .they told the problem is with switch and pcb . when i reached home a find the same problem not getting heated. i called the customer care the technician arrived and told that the magnetron has to be changed and it will cost 700 rs more .
                        I think the L.G.Company needs good quality technicians if not better not to get this kind of products where the company peoples does not no how to repair there own product .they just want to make money in the name of changing parts one after the other.

                        LG/Microwave — defective system and very poor service

                        I purchased a LG Microwave , 28 Lt. on 6/11/2011.
                        but System is not working,
                        i complain to customer care, then one technician came , and after checking , he said that he was unable to correct it. and my senior will look after this.(during checkup he also destroy my utensil).

                          My brother received a interview notification which is really a fake. I just mailed to them to know what they really say. Totally fraud.
                          They ask to transfer to a sbi, manipur branch that too to a personal account of them. Here follows the mail conversation.

                            LG — insatisfactory services of LG

                            I have purchased Ultra Slim TV from Chhabra Electronocs, Sec 40, Chd. last year i.e.19/4/08 with 1 year warranty.For the last few months the remote of TV was not functioning, so we made complaint in LG service centre on 6/3/09. As a result the site engineer Mr.Mahesh visited and he changed the remote .But again the remote was not working .Mr Mahesh made several visits and changed the entire board of T.V. .He also suggested to change the set. again, we made 2nd compliant in LG service centre for repair of TV on 18/3/09 (Compliant No.N9C[protected] and 3rd complaint on 27/3/09(N9C[protected].This time Mr.Abid Hasan made visit and he suggested to take TV in LG service centre within 2 or 3 days. But he didn't came thereafter inspite of several phone calls made to him. Now till today the TV is not functioning properly and no satisafactory services hasbeen provided to us by LG.
                            This is such a mental harrasement on the part of consumer.
                            I have purchased a dvd writer before 8 months. i have one years warranty. i changed dvd writer but again the dvd writer was not working. Every time they gave me worst dvd writer. i have been troubling due to yours service for last 6 months. and till nw no any result. what can i do? tell me? i have changed my dvd writer in bodakdev lg dvd shop.

                            We Purchased a 32" Plasma - LG make from Metro Hyderabad May 2008 . We never used it since only my mother watched TV. When the TV Stopped working we complained to LG and they deputed some who came and told us the TV tuner circuit or board has gone due to bad Cable signal and collected Rs 200 for a device that prevents that, he promised to repair the set then one day he came with a board and replaced it only to realise that it did not match so another complaint then he came back and took the board and disappeared . After complaining again and after a month he returned and replaced the board but the set did not even start. Even the DVD we were able to watch is gone. Then LG sent another mechanic and he ran away after seeing the situation . Today after complaining another time he has come and told mother board is gone.                               We had purchased refrigerator on 15.06.2013, which was found faulty on delivery and was assured to be replaced within 48 hours. However, there was no response from your end in-spite of repeated calls.Then we were assured that the refrigerator will be replaced by 04.07.2013 because of month end stock taking.Then we received a call on 1.07.2013 stating that you can not replace it and do a hell lot of formalities to go roaming the city completing those formalities and then you will refund the money.According to Lg Customer is totally jobless fool .I need the same model as soon as possible.

                              LG Regrigrator — Very bitter experience about LG Product

                              I Completely dissatified with LG India and It's Service.

                              As my refrigrato not working since last 6 days, I have lodged complaint two times on customer care, posted emails, and also lodged online on your site.

                              Since last 5 days i called 2 times everyday, However no any responce from LG. and in your customer care people are transfering my calls here and there and also not taking complaint properly. Mr. Suri/Manager of Mumbai is no picking up his mobile at all. I called Mr. Roshan, Mr. Nitin Sharma, Mr. Akshat, and so many other people. All denied me to give directo contact number of Customer care head and giving me wrong contact number of service station. on your website, also there is no directo number only customer care number is given.

                              Note that this is serious concerne, If my query is not resolved withing next 6 hours, I will escalate the matter to higher authority in consumer ministry of Govt. of India, LG head quarter in Korea and Press in India.

                              LG - Refrigerator — Delivery & Dealing - BE CAREFUL !!!!

                              Hello,

                              I bought LG refregerator from E-zone, Chinchawad. I paid complete amount and i got a promise to deliver goods in one day!!.

                              Today is the 5th day and i still do not have delivery. I am calling them contineously and i get wrong promises!!

                              Mr. Babu desai, Mr Prashant and mr. Atul are the people i came across so far but all gives false committment.

                              For me i will say, E-zone is a big froud !!! They take complete money and do not deliver anything. That also means, they sell something which they do not have at all !!

                              Now i am chasing them to give my money back but again same...no reply...

                              I request to highlight this case to all concerned so that, Other customer can take care.

                              I would like to take legal action, can you help me to guide further ??

                              LG Double door refrigerator — No response

                              I have purchased one refrigerator from M/s Sekar Emporium, Kodambakkam. I have booked one washing machine also along with the refrigerator. The specific brand washing machine was not received at their shop, in the promised time. Hence, requested them to deliver the refregerator. At the time of remitting the cash itself, i told them specifically that i am ready to wait for some, if the selected colour is not available. But the demo machine should not be delivered. They told that they are having the colour readily. Since i was waiting for specific washing machine, the refregerator was delivered after 4 days only.
                              I am also in sales. Already i have noted the serial no of the demo machine. Even without cleaning the machine in the back side, through a van, they have delivered the material. There is no installation/no checking. The cartman just obtained signature in the delivery challan, otherwise he will take back the material. Since i have paid the full money, there is no other ago. No one has turned up even after 2 to 3 days for installation. Then we ourself, installed the same. Machine was working. But no cooling.
                              Then i shouted with the proprietor of M/s sekar Emporium. On that day, one engineer came from LG for check up. We have not allowed the engineer to service the machine. Then with great struggling, we got replacement of new machine and the same was also installed by ourself.

                              But I am suprised, even after a period of 1 year, till date no one has contacted either from the shop or from LG regarding the machine supplied is working or not.

                              Supplier (Sekar Emporium, Kodambakkam) received the full money.Delivered the material Their job is over.

                              From the Company side, you will be having customer care follow up.No follow up from Customer care also.

                              LG- double door refrigerators — denial to note the complaint

                              i have purchased double door refrigerator in May 2008. within 6 months, there was complain of non cooling. on register of the comlaint, Timer of the product was replaced without cost and i was advised to use Stabiliser. Againe witnin 8-9 month the same complanint was appeared. On being Phonee at M/s Victdory Electronic, Rajkot, the girls on phone had no patient to listent my complain and agreed with me in very hostle manner. Any how i got register my complaint. I had to pay
                              Rs.500/ being cost of part and service charges for the same problem arises in just 18 month of purchase. Rs.300/ is service charges. on the top of the refrigerator it is claimed that "no need to use
                              Stabiliser' but in fact the LG Refrigerator is not safe against minor vote flucuation. if one want to purchse the same he shold be ready to bare hostile attitude of the staff as well as recurring expencess of Rs. 500/ at every 6-7 months.

                              I have purchased LG Double door Refrigerator on 20/02/2010 from MS. Home Solutions Retail India ( E-Zone), Invoice No. is[protected]. Chinchwad, Pune. From 1st day of installation the it cooling effect was very high. I have to complationt constomer care and their engineer visited change some settings. After 2-3 weeks the problem was repeated. One time some Sr. engnineer replaced some part also.

                              I made complained every time some time they attended an some time I got message that your complained has been closed.

                              I have one year gaurantee against it which expired on 20th Feb 2011. But my last complained which I registered on 7th Feb. 2011 is still pending with them ref nos. are.

                              I have lodged a complaint on lg customer care no [protected] on 26/06/11 complaint no RNA[protected] regarding fridge repair, I was not contacted by any lg service person despite repeated reminders from my side and after 6 days when I called again i was told that my complaint was cancelled as i was not reachable over phone which is entirely baseless as i didn't had any miss call on my cell. moreover a fresh comlaint was launched on 2nd july 2011 complaint no RNA[protected], still no one contacted me till date. This is a very bitter experience for me as i have almost all my house appliances and electronic equipments of LG and my recent experience potrays a very porrly trained, unresponsible and incompetent service system module that the company is following, moreover at the centralised call centre the executives are not able to connect me to their superiors and that leads me to no option but to rely on their false promises . this experience has put me in a dillema for going for any further purchase of lg appliances in fure or to recommend anyone for the same. Hoping for a quik resolve to this.

                              I brought my refrigerator around two years back.185 lit.the day it came the refrigetation did not happen and there was no ice formation and chilling in that. The lg person was called and he filled the gas and it started to work.After three months again the same problem was happening but the lg person cam and told us that we are not doing defrosting so it is happening and he went.The defrosting was being done as told by him but still it did not work.again the gas was checked and there was some blockage in the gas pipe which was rectified.Again after 1 year the gas got over and was filled again.Now gain this is the thired time the gas has been changed yesterday.The person who cam ein beginning made fool o[censored]s saying that this is a very minor problem and this will be rectified but now its a reocurring problem.we have been asking for replacement but nothing has happened.The people involved are Supervisor Ram Upadahay..Mr.Irfan..Mr. Imitiaz from lg..we really need replacement as this gas filling cannot continue for whole life.Please consider our request and do the needful.

                                LG Electronocs — Not cooling

                                I'd complained on 18.06.09 the no was N9C61811903 . On 24.06.09 LG Technician visited and inspected that the out door unit's Fan motor has out of order. He could not replaced the motor because he did not bring . He told that within a couple of days the motor will available at his store and he will visit again and rectified. But till days no service technicial's call has come and my a/c is not repaired. It is too hot in summer I am suffering since 18 days.
                                Would you check whether the motor is availabe at Jorhat service centre or not ! I have not believed that one motor will take so much time to Jorhat, secondly in summer time these types of spare should available so that customer could satisfied.
                                Frequently I'm touch with call centre [protected] and they are also following up the issue but nearby servise centre is telling that motor is not available.
                                Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible. My concept is reversed on LG on this types of customer care

                                THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY PASSING THE TIME TO LET THE WARRANTEE PERIOD OVER, SO THAT THEY CAN SELL ANOTHER A/C APPLIANCE TO ME.

                                I WAN TO ANSWER TO LG COMPANY THAT WHY ARE YOU PROMTING SUCH GRAFT IN YOUR ORGANISATION, IS COMPLIANCE POLICY NOT UPLICABLE TO THEM?? ? ?

                                  my L G double door fridge purchased less than 2 years back stopped functioning ( no cooling).We have placed a complaint on 19/06/2013.The service person visited my residence on 20/01/2013. He identified the problem and assured it will be fixed in about 3 days.I recieved a sms stating the complaint is pending.In spite of repeated remainders there is no proper response from service department.It is very difficult to even contact them over phone.

                                    I am in receipt of a letter from Galgotias College of Engg & Tech, Greater Noida, where my son is a student of Final year civil and will be passing out this year in 2013. By this letter the College has asked me to deposit a sum of Rs. 45,000/- as arrears for last three years of the fees which is in addition to the fee of Rs. 93,200/- which was fixed by Appellate Authority Constitued under section 11 o[censored]P Private Professional Educational Institute (Regulation of Admission and fixation of Fees) Act 2006 for the year[protected]. The college in this letter have mentioned that they have received some interim order dated 3rd June, 2013 from the Appellate Authority for allowing for charging such additional fee and if I don't pay the amount of Rs.45,000/- before 30th June, 2013 than they will withhold the final degree of my Son.

                                    So far as I know that the Appellate Authority has put a circular on their web-site in 2010 that the sum of Rs.93,200 per year is the final fee for the period of three years and they have again issued a circular in sept,2010 mentioning that the old students will pay the fee at old rates.

                                    I fail to understand that how the fees can be revised once there is a policy to fix the fee for three years and how an institute accredited by you can blackmail the students on the pretext of such dues with withholding of degree which they have earned after spending four years in the college and after paying full fee and the dues of the institute.

                                    Relevant Government orders and circulars can be produced if so desired

                                    An early action shall be highly appreciated.

                                    I am student of Greater Noida Institute of Technology,Greater Noida and have completed B.Tech this year. This is to bring into notice that above mentioned college is not issuing passing certificates to the students stating a rise of fees.Since fees has risen in the year 2008-09 the students have paid the increased fees. But now the college is demanding increased fees for previous three years as well and not issuing certificates.
                                    But since fees has increased later it is not right on the part of college to harrass students on account of the increased fees.sir please look into the matter as we require certificates for joining any company.

                                    I am a student of Galgotias college of engineering and technology. My college don't even have a Brochure or Prospectus.
                                    Lack of prospectus and brochure is making difficulties in getting education loan and raising questions on college students
                                    So why are we paying so much money in that institution? What for? For sitting on creaked benches? Dull rooms?Don't even have a book bank?We don't even get half of the facilities right for what we are paying.
                                    So please look into that matter and hope so you will take strict actions as soon as possible.

                                      I am working in a central govt. department IIIM,(CSIR), Canal Road,Jammu. I made an advance payment of 2 numbers of 2ton split AC’s. One AC received on 23rd May 2013 and company showroom Comforts by Mittalts assured me that other one your will get in one week. Now around one month is over and whenever I call to showroom. They said Incharge is not there. He knows only the status of your order and disconnect the phone.

                                        THE ENGINEER OF THE SERVICE CENTER CHANGED A PART WHOSE CODE IS 09B MAGNETRON ON 22 DEC 2012 & I PAID Rs. 1100/- FOR THE SAME & COMMITED THAT THERE WILL BE NO COMPLAIN IN FUTURE REGARDING ITS WORKING & WE ARE LIABLE TO HELP YOU IF THE SAME PROBLEM IS NOTICED IN FUTURE .

                                        i made a complaint on[protected] for Split AC not working properly. the complaint no is C[protected]. on 30-05.2010, service engineer attanded the call & found gas leakage which would be charge by another person. another 6-7 dayas past. after repeated follow up gas was finnally charged on[protected] but service was not done for the unit. again the person who charged the gas told another person would come to service. but till[protected] no engineer has come.
