It was so pathetic that urban clap can not assign someone for ac servicing. I have raised request on saturday 06 april 2019 and it has been automatically rescheduled every day.
Most unprofessional behaviour, and none of their representatives have any satisfactory answer. Horrible experience, it was first time i used this urban clap and it clears my all doubt they only have fancy advertisement and reality is far far far of that useless it is

    The work of repair was carried out on 07 april 2019 (Today) at 1030 hrs by mr sajjan kumar. The service code given to me was 1798. He carried out the repair work of gas filling and changing some part. A sum of rs 1699 were paid in cash. I was told the cooling will start within 2 hrs. But the problem remains the same ie there is no cooling and the work is most unsatisfactory. The guarantee of one month was given. Request send mr sajjan so that he can attend to rectify the problem at the earliest.

      Two job bookings and both didn't turn well. My ro fell and broke because of the ro professional who fixed it on his ro repair job. After escalation handled on my first urban clap job, again customer service is giving me a run around.
      Today when received a call back from urban clap customer support, the agent connected me to professional who was unprofessional and ultimately they disconnected my call. Nobody called me, my ro is without tap, broken. We have no water and urban clap has made my life hell. I want it to be fixed and i want compensation for thus utter nonsense o[censored]rban clap.

        Waiting since morning for ur ac service Repair fellow to come but still didn't came. Calls me in afternoon and said plz can i come @7.00pm.asking my code for service repair and then immediately msg cones that ac service repair work has started.
        Ridiculous and really absurd.
        The guy did not come and then also in app request showing that the work is already started.
        I am betrayed by ur urban claps service provider.
        Already debited 49 rs. And even then no one came for service.
        This is a clear cut violation of rules and i will make complaints regarding the same to consumer protection forum.

          I had ordered for washing machine installation. The service was pathetic, i had to shell out another 1000 rs to rectify the same. Also, they had an offer for 1 year membership for 299, i paid 598 rupees (299 for membership and 299 for washing machine service). But my account was double debited rs. 598 twice. Since 7 days i have been mailing urbanclap, they are not even responding. Such a shame, i lost 598 rs twice and service was pathetic. Most stupid service ever. I want my 598 rs back, which was deducted twice by urban clap. From now onwards i dont want to book any service from you. Will inform all my friends, give my rs. 598 back, which was taken extra from me. I dont mind losing my other rs.598 which i paid for services. I wont order ever again

            We had booked a technician through urban clap to change a fan leaf in out door unit of split ac.

            As per booking that a/c technician came and changed a fan leaf in outdoor unit a/c in 10 min and charged 1200 ruppees with included 700 rupees for fan leaf & 500 rupees for his visiting, it is too high to compare with other local a/c technician, even he is replied such a way that urbanclub service charges always will be high only as per their charges rate, if you want to do in less then you have to do through local ac technician only.

              We had booked a technician through Urban Clap to change a fuse of the AC.

              After scrutinising they informed us that the mother board is faulty and it needs repairing. That they would take 2 days to do this.

              When they came back with the motherboard to set it back in place they ended up blowing it entirely - the very motherboard that they told they needed to fix. At this they said that the fan needs fixing and it would cost me around 6k.

              We today got contact of a Samsung certified technician to look into it. What we got to know is that they had wrongly wired up the board causing this damage. Additionally they had even short-circuited the compressor.

              It is now going to cost me quite a lot to get this back to working condition. A proper replaceable motherboard would not be found and the compressor would need changing. The estimates add up to around 8-9k.

              The damage is purely caused by their so called reliable, verified and certified technician. I want some action to be taken against these people.

                I have paid the amount for ac service through amazonpay.

                Payment was done yesterday for ac service. However booking was not registered in spite of successful transaction. Now urbanclap guys are not responding in spite of several emails. Their customer care number is not working.

                  I booked a laptop service repair on 18th fab, the person who visited for the service of laptop was unskilled, after service of laptop my laptop scree start blinking & all of sudden it is gone white, not able to understand what to do, i think people who is working in local market they are much professional rather then urbanclap,

                  I paid amount for service of laptop, not for making laptop situation critical.

                  I just want to fix this problem, please arrange a skilled technician, so that it can be fixed.

                  After so many calls urbanclap is not call back.
                  Everytime they diduct 1 rs for contacting on toll free number

                    I booked dry cleaning service through urban clap. And they spoilmy garment during the same. Its been almost 2 months since then. I have already made so many calls to the customer care, but all in vain. No action has been taken yet. All they say is we are working on the same. While booking they show that our garments are insured. I dont know what is that for when they cant do anything for my spoilt garment. Highly disappointed 😡!!!

                      This is not the first time i am facing problem from urbanclap. I hired the photographer for my wedding shot from urban clab but now i realized i was my biggest mistake.. Its been 3 month still i haven't received my photograph or reception video hard copy. He just shared the link and ask to download my own. It this the way urbanclap is giving the service..

                        The day i booked him for sofa cleaning.. He called me n asked to cancel this.. N without informing urban clap he took the full house cleaning services along with sofa cleaning and took the same amount which was reflecting in uc that is 5000 /-. He exchanged his ladder and broom stick with mine one.. Wen m contacting him to return mine one.. Then he started giving excuses and telling me that that whenever he will come to electronic city, he will return.. But m looking to exchange it now only. Iam requesting you to coordinate with this vendor and ask him to exchange my stuff asap.. Iam really disappoint from uc, your company is keeping thieves only.

                          I had booked home salon services last month. They did not provide beautician details even after appointment time passed. So much efforts on branding and advertising and least on delivering. Their customer care was of no help and neither their app. Only after i tweeted the issue they reached me and apologized and offered uc credit of rs. 300 and assured of cooperation in my next bookings. But, even after this when i have made a booking a today at 11:30 am, which was accepted from their end, they have none to deliver the service at this time also!!! They are back saying the beautician can come at 1:30!! Do you guys value your customers' time or no?? You think you take bookings first and deliver only when you can... Pathetic experience... I have uninstalled that app...

                            I was requested for RO maintenance/repair. Accordingly, Mr. Manish Kumar ([protected]) was assigned as technician. He attended RO and made a bill for Rs.2160/-. That time I was in office and I received a link for pay online on my mobile No.[protected]. I paid an amount of Rs.2160/- on line at http://ubcp.in/3LZhn at 5.41PM on 13.03.2019. In between my wife also paid Rs.2160/- to Technician at my residence by Cash i.e. same amount paid twice. You are requested to kindly arrange to refund amount of Rs.2160/- in my account at the earliest.

                              Took astrological service twice during the month of october and november from santosh shastri who is registered as astro third eye at urbanclap. All predictions given were completely wrong due to which i faced huge losses in my personal and professional life. This company astro third eye as well as this fraud person santosh shastri should be blacklisted from urbanclap and i need refund of money that was paid.

                                Hi,

                                I have booked home salon services worth of 4k 3 days back and after a day i saw pimples and redness on my cheeks. Then i raised a complaint on customer care. Initially they replied very politely that we have inhouse derma and provide me prescription from their dermatologist and asked me to send the bill to them and the main thing they will reimburse the prescription amount into uc wallet only so that i will use their services again and ruin my complete face which anyway i haven't received.

                                When i raised for my complete facial refund then they said they don't have refund policy and after 2 days i asked that my face is getting dried, so again they prescribed me another medicine and when i asked to courier it to me then that girl with so much of ego told me "ridhika we don't have this policy" we are cooperating with you. Such a egoist reply i got from a big service provider's employee. Just don't want to disclose her name.

                                So basically they want me to left my whole office work and buy their stupid prescriptions again and again. So my mistake here is that i have taken a so called home service from urbanclap.

                                Really disappointed from such a great service providers.

                                  I became member o[censored]rban clap partner app on 7 feb. I was assured that i'll be getting leads within 2-3 days but after 1 month too when i didn't get a single. I contacted customer support on 7 march, as for return of my balance as not wanted to be a part o[censored]rban clap partner anymore and now it's been 3 days, daily chasing and every time getting the response within 24 hours i'll be getting call. But till now all efforts of mine wasted. Fraud company, please don't waste ur time and money in this unprofessional company.

                                    I opted for one month (12 yoga sessions) from feb 5 2019 from urban clap.in between this one month session 1 day leave was taken by the trainer, 1 day she asked me not to do yoga and 1 day leave was taken by me. The scheduled completion was on mar 1 but due to the non-completion of the above three classes, it was scheduled to finish on mar 8. But i got a cut on my foot on feb 27, for which the doctor had to put a crepe bandage on it and instructed not to put any strain on the wound and keep it covered. So i was not able to take the classes and after multiple dressings the doctor took out the bandage on mar 7. When i asked the doctor if i can do yoga, she asked me to do it with a crepe bandage so that i have support and the wound doesn't get impacted. So i called up the trainer for the completion of the pending classes (4 classes) from the very next day (Mar 8) but the trainer informs that she will just take one class and can't do anything about the others as the stipulated time is getting over on mar 8 and this is the mandate from urban clap. So she said she can't do anything about it. Then i called up urban clap and had a call for 30 mins giving him the entire background and he told me that the trainer would come tomorrow and will speak with me as to how she can adjust the pending classes. Post my discussion with the trainer if the classes are still pending i can call urbanclap and they will give me the resolution. So on mar 8, the yoga trainer takes the class and tells me that she will see how she can take the remaining classes or if she can take at all and will confirm to me the next day (Mar 9). She leaves and after 5 mins she calls and tells me that she will take a class on mar 10. She doesn't confirm about the other classes on mar 9 so i was under the impression that post the mar 10 classes she will probably give the schedule for other two remaining classes. However, she takes the class on mar 10 and says that she will not take any more class as she has no time and i should call urbanclap and sort out my issue. So immediately after she went i put a call back request on urbanclap. Urban clap called me up after 30 mins and again i had to explain the entire incident to this new executive. She also informed me that there was no complaint raised on this before, which was quite surprising as i had called urbanclap and complained about this on mar 7. She raised my complaint and promised me that i will get the resolution by end of mar 10. At around 11.40 am i get a call from urbanclap escalation team asking me to again explain them the entire incident. He (Madhur singh) says that the best he can do is just arrange for one more class on mar 11 when i had one more class pending. He now comes up with a new rule that there is some 35 days warranty on services provided and my 35 days is getting over on mar 11. When asked about where it is written he says that it is on the website, when i said that there is nothing like that as i have checked on the service request as well as the invoice of the service, he said we don't mention this on email or invoices (All made-up stories). I also asked him to send me a mail with this policy but he denied to do that when it is customer's right when we are paying for that. I asked them to refund my money for one class, after mar 11 if they are not able to adjust it, but he denied saying there is no refund policy. So i would loose my money. While providing services take about all guarantee of best services but nothing when it comes to reality. Even he says that i denied to take the classes when i have an injury, which is still not healed and i am doing the classes with crepe bandage on it. Cheaters with planned gimmicks to earn money. Also the trainer who now talks about policies just one week back was trying to push me for extension of the sessions. When i told her that i might go out of the country, she was then telling me that no issues i can start the sessions ans she will continue when i am back. So where was these policies then, just to mint money from customers. Very disappointing with urbanclap and type of trainers they tie-up with. Heights of cheating.

                                      I, mrs. Sutirtha chakraborty had booked a geyser repair service from urban clap on dec'18. The job was assigned to mr. Narayan ghorai n was completed on 4th december, 18, some spare parts were changed as advised by the executive n payment was made as per the bill provided. After a month, we faced the same problem with the geyser, which i reported to urban clap n the same person attented the call, came to my place n repaired the geyser without any charges. Again, i am having the same problem with the geyser, even after being repaired twice within two months. I called up urban clap to lodge a complaint, however, i have been advised by the executive to book a fresh call for getting the work done by a different plumber, and on completion of the work payment has to be made. If i had availed the service two months back and i facing same problem, that actually means the work has not been done properly. Then why should i be troubled due to poor quality service provided by the plumber assigned by urban clap. I tried lodging a complaint but the executive has refused to lodge the same as it is beyond their timeline.in this manner customers are being cheated. The professionals provide poor service so that customers book fresh calls n urban clap earns money out of that, this is just not done. I require a resolution of the issue on a priority, otherwise i would be bound to take this further to consumer forum
