I have hired a wedding photographer 2 months ago from urbanclap for my brother wedding which is in dec 2018. They promises to provide trusted and experienced service provider to their customer for the related service. So i have hired ved cinematic studio and i paid him 20 thousand as advance he gives me the bill. But now what i see is the service provider ved cinemetatic studio i have hired is not contacting me even not picking up my phone, i recently saw a customer review for ved cinematic studio on urbanclap saying he is a fake person he takes advance, he come, he click he did not give pics and force you to pay extra money even after taking that money he doesn't give pics, so i contacted to that person he says he is a cheater he cheated four to five persons along with him he says he also informed this to urbanclap and they have blacklisted him and they say we can't do anything they are not responsible for that. So i also contact urbanclap they do the same with me by saying they don't do anything. I told they you promise to give trusted service partner and if you know that ved reviews are not good then why you shared my contact details with him and shows me as trustable person. I requested to urbanclap please cancel this service and return my money but they refused by simply saying sorry we can't do anything. So please help me out from all of this #, urbanclap making their customer fool. I have complained to urbanclap regarding the same they provided me the complaint no which is: 1190245

    A service was booked with Urbanclap for servicing /repair of RO filter on 12 Aug 18. Urbanclap had sent Mr Akesh on same day who came and inspected the filter and asked to change all membrane and all filters, accordingly I agreed to change and paid Rs 2200.

    On 21 Sep the RO filter stopped working, hence I lodged complaint with Urbanclap to repair again. The Urbanclap rep had come on 23 Sep 18 and informed the membrane is old not of good quality and required to change.

    On 24 Sep 18 I had spoken to Customer care o[censored]rbanclap where they didn't response and showed unprofessional conduct. Also said we cannot change and asked me to approach the person Mr Akesh directly to repair it or pay for new membrane and filter.

    This kind of servicing causing inconvenience to customer and these Urbanclap is supplying low quality product.

    Please instruct them to replace the filter and membrane or pay the money back.

      wrong charges

      Hi this is kyser i booked service from urban clap for my air cooler as i had issues with water pump, as soon as technician came home he said sir pump is fine u have issues with motor... He was with another guy and they both started checking my cooler and said problem is with motor we have 2 options either u can rewire it or get new motor... I said see what needs to be done... As i left for atm to get cash he called me said it started working...

      We opted for ac installation, repair and gas filling 7 july. The technicians visited two days. First day installed the AC and serviced the inner and outer unit. Second day they visited to refill the gas. and showed the AC is working and cooling properly. We paid Rs 3900 for this.

      Now after a month when switched on the AC, it's not coiling through the outer unit was working. I informed the customer care o[censored]rban Clap and they sent the same technicians very next day. After this cross check up they said the AC as has leaked due to bad condition of aluminium foil or grill of outer unit. I asked them to leave.

      Now they charged RS 500 for serving the AC. The way they informed me that there is no gas in AC and you have to purchase it, similarly they should have informed us that that the aluminium coil is rusted and leakage started ok, suppose grill was rusted, wasn't it was there responsibility to inform at the first place.

      Everyone said not to call urban clap for AC Installation but as my family regularly avails facilities from urban clap, I trusted this service as well But it's all waste.

      I had booked a spa at home at 1 pm today. The appointment was rescheduled by urbanclap for 3.30. and then the so called professional did not turn up. The phone is switched off. Pathetic service. Wasted my entire day. Please shut down this pathetic app if you cannot manage your unprofessional professionals.

        Fraud-urban clap technician cheated us and this is confirmed to us by panasonic technician. Our microwave was not heating and we had booked uc service on 1st april 2018. The technician came and replaced the magnetron without informing us. He told us nothing about about estimate and cost, he just replaced it. We doubted his intent right away and reported the same to uc. He charged us 1750 for it.
        2 days back on 12/9/18 the microwave broke down again. This time because of the last experience with uc, we booked service from panasonic. The panasonic technician informed us that the earlier uc technician cheated us. He said that the capacitor might have burned earlier but the technician replaced the correct working magnetron of a panasonic microwave with a used old lg magnetron that he had, just to cheat us and make money. Please see pictures of the lg magnetron. The panasonic technician just had to reinstall the old panasonic magnetron and the microwave is working. This is such a big fraud. Also the uc technician was trying to steal our panasonic magnetron as well after replacing it. We had to ask for replaced part to get it back. We have mentioned same in uc feedback. He is such a big fraud. His name is fahim khan.
        When we reported this to urban clap, they ignored such a big fraud done by their technician and told us that warranty period is over so they can't help.
        They are sending cheaters to cheat people. Uc is supporting this fraud.
        So beware, the service is horrible and there is nothing called customer satisfaction.
        The technician didn't care when replacing a lg magnetron on a panasonic microwave. They just don't care if its safe or it will work. All urbanclap cares about is their warranty clause.
        Its better to go for company service directly.

          I have taken service from urbanclap for my split a. C. My a c was not producing cooling air. The technician told gas is empty and leakage will be there. He took my outdoor unit to his shop saying that he will repair at service centre. He did all and did regular service too. I paid online to urban clap aprox rs. 5000 for this. After two days my ac stopped cooling again, i complaint urban clap for this. Now this time the same technician said that coil will change and dimanding more then rs. 8000/- for this and suggest me copper coil instead of aluminium coil for better life and service. I gave him coil accordingly purchased my own. He replaced it and left. After few days i seen short circuit in my indoor unit and havey noise in outdoor unite. I complaint again now this my compressor has been damage.

          I would suggest not to take their services.

            deep bathroom cleaning service: unethical behaviour

            We booked for the service on 6/7/2018 (Thursday) at 12noon for 2 bathrooms. He cleaned one bathroom half and reported that he will be coming the next day. He is not reachable and after repeated attempts we waited till sunday and complained to customer and booked another service the following day monday. He came, and said that deep cleaning cant be done, we cant make it clean.

            What kind of professional service as so called...

            Dear urban clap,
            This is a complaint against a photographer which i reserved though urban clap. His account is maintained user the name of iconic productions, a photographing unit based in mumbai.
            Ashutosh is the name of the person we contacted.
            Now we booked him for our marriage which was on december 10, 2017
            It's been almost 8 months he has yet not given us the photo album and video cd.
            He already took 25000 and we booked in total for rs. 35000.
            Now the thing is i urgently need my album
            But this person is not responding to our calls and everytime he says he will call later.

            Please look into the matter. And remove such non trustworthy vendors from your site/app.

              I registered a service request of carpenter service on Saturday 11/august/2018 and urban clap carpenter visited my home and note down the estimate of things to be done and take rs 300 as charges and promised that work is to be done by tomorrow i.e Sunday 12/august/2018.but i have received a call on saturday evening that they wont be able to come tomorrow due to his personal reasons i am a working advocate and i am only free on weekend and i said this to the officials but they requested a lot which i have agreed now on monday due to urgency of work in court i ignored his call and told them to come on tuesday but they abused and speak unprofessionally and didnt come for work. i need a proper action against them

                laptop repair by urbanclap representative

                Dear urbanclap, i had placed a request for my very old laptop. Mr happy singh was assigned the task. The issue was with my motherboard of my ibm laptop. He said it can be repaired and gave me an estimate of 6000 rs.

                He delivered the laptop back, however to my utter surprise the 2 gb ddr2 ram was replaced with 512 mb ram, one fourth to the previous capacity.

                Upon being asked about it, he told me the ram got changed...

                I had booked an appointment with spa therapist but she dint turned up, i tried to call her up but she was not answering, so i called their helpline number where i was rescheduled for the evening slot, later in the evening also nobody turned up in the committed time so i called up the helpline number again, i was so pissed off by then waiting for them at home for whole day, but their customer service person somehow convinced and rescheduled my for third time that was today at 10 am but the same thing happened and no body turned up. Well this is extremely unprofessional on their part as they have already deducted the spa charges but failed to give the service for two days. Is this how they operate??? I am totally shocked as they wasted my whole weekend.

                  I booked an online service request with urbanclap noida (Up) for repairing my washing machine on july 27, 2018 since the electric panel of out front loaded automatic washing machine was not working. Technician visited us on the same day and took away the panel for repairing. On july 29, 2018, technician came, reinstalled the panel, and charged inr 3, 120. Before i paid them in cash, they started the machine and set a wash for 1 hrs. 52 minutes. I assumed it must be working fine and let them go. To my surprise, the door was not opening after the complete wash. I put it in re-wash. Timer was going in loop. Finally, when i cancelled the wash and managed to open the door, it was black water in the tub.
                  I tried to contact call centers at [protected], [protected], [protected] available on the urbanclap sites, but all were withdrawn numbers.
                  Technician is also not picking up phone [protected].
                  Attaching the photo of post serviced washing machine.
                  The bigger frustration is i am not able to connect back to urbanclap.

                    Dear Team,

                    My got the AC repaired on 26th April 2018 by your professional and paid service charges as well as gas filling and leakage repairs too with a 3 months warranty. Before the completion of the warranty I got the issue again and appointed the same professional to repair the AC. The professional reach the spot after several phone calls with 3-4 hr delay and ​around 10 PM. They started working and said no problem found what work done earlier and there is a leakage in condenser. I asked them to repair and fill the gas. They said the condenser need to changed and could not be repaired and the new price of Rs. 5300.​ He frankly ​asked me to contact Urbanclap and I will work as per their suggestion. I have tried to contact and your CC was already closed for the day at 10.45 PM. The professional left without any work and just placed the AC as is. With the ongoing soaring heat and humid weather I decided to repair it by other technician and they repaired without any hassle and I paid them Rs. 2300 including the gas filling. Even the outside technician thoroughly checked and found more leakages as ​said by your professional.

                    Just I want to tell you what are you providing to customer? My first experience with you is really bad and hopefully think twice before contacting you. In the meantime please refund the Gas Filling price to me as this was completely ignored and delayed for which I have to arrange some alternative. After your reply I will decide my next course of action.​

                      I booked my laundry through Urban Clap with Just One Clicks - the person in charge does not give an update on when he will deliver the laundered clothes, is rude and unprofessional. My laundry was collected on 12th July 2018. Normally the laundry is delivered in 48 hours. As this did not happen I called the laundry service and told about my avaialbility so that the delivery can be effected which I was home. I did not hear back from the laundry company - I therefore connected to the laundry company through Urban Clap. I was told that the delivery would be made yesterday (17th July) by 6 pm - I did not receive the laundry and tried calling Just One Clicks - could not get through. I today called through Urban Clap and told them that I am not interested in talking to Just One Clicks all I wanted was my clothes back whether laundered or not. Urban Clap still connected me to the person who was extremely rude and did not commit a time for delivery. I did not expect such tardy service from a facility provided by Urban Clap. I would urge Urban Clap to ensure that my clothes are returned back to me immediately. I will never use Just One Clicks

                        AC was not working. Technician (Junaid Javedi) from Urbanclap has come on 17/07/2018 & said the electronic panel is not okay. He took the panel & said it is to be repaired from shop...probably in mayur vihar phase I...after one hour when I have started calling him, there r no answer at all & Urbanclap registered mobile no. [protected] was showing busy. I have been trying to call for 2 hrs. since the incident happened.

                          This regarding urban clap agent of tv repair which has come from Urban clap company from A to Z solutions he has taken my lcd for repairing and done repairing with in week he takes 5000 thousand for repairing. He has given 1 month warranty also. Tv was again not working with in 15 days we call him again and he picked up tv with him on his repairing centre to again repair this was last month incidence now he doesn’t picked the call no returns of tv no payment return and company is also not listening is.                             I got in touch with a tiffin service provider in Govindpuri through urbanclap. His name is Abhay. I subscribed to his service and paid one month's expenses, all in advamce.
                            His service was fine uptil a certain point. The holi vacations were coming up and he said that he would continue service post that, which he didn't. On calling, he said he'll not be able to provide service due to financial imbalance in his business, but will refund me the money for the remaining tiffins.

                            Now the thing is that he is unable to do so.
                            I don't have his address, his calling number(that he changed), I only have his whatsapp number to which he doesn't respond anymore.
                            I have asked him to get even by providing me with the service at least, to which he doesn't respond either.

                            I want to way to get to him now. What do I do?
                            The guy charged me more money than written on website even when i showed it to him... Now after only 2 weeks of service my AC is not cooling at all... The customer care number can't b reached as well.

                              On 30 may, 2018, I lodged a request for repair of my fridge, on the same day, one Shri Sudhir replaced the timer of fridge and demanded Rs 1400(including service charges). The next day fridge stopped, he came again and failed to do anything. Next day, a technician came, opened fridge refixed the connections and fridge started. In June, the fridge stopped again, I called UC, Sudhir came and advised me to twirl the timer to restart. The fridge is working but at high temperature.no freezing. No cooling in lower portion of fridge.I was forced to call M/s Haier and their technician.He told after inspection that somebody has fitted wrong timer with different resistance.which has burned the automatic defrosting.now, he is charging rs 2000 plus service. And I got the fridge repaired. So I am lodging a complaint to UC and seeking refund my Rs 1400 and take back the wrong timer. Otherwise I will circulate the complaint. And go to consumer redressal.                                 I never requested for laundry, I requested for compensation of Rs 2600.

                                I already mailed you 6 times and answered your 10-11 calls, now just process the compensation.
                                Please don't disturb me by calling again & again, just email me and I will reply ASAP.

                                Please find the attached pictures showing stain on my 2 shirts. You requested the same during our telephonic conversation.
                                1 shirt is already been dry cleaned twice. First time by ardaas laundry and second time by dry cleaner near my home.

                                Please give me Rs[protected]+1300) through paytm for my 2 mark & spencer shirts. Two shirt stains not gone even after dry clean(it was not dirty at the time of pickup)

                                  Hi I first hired one masseur named Anil Kumar and second Ashish Pingolia both suggested me to pay separately and was asking for more and also promised that Urban Clap took more commission said they'll provide better service if I call them privately and forcefully made me give 5star ratings for their service, I want to degrade their ratings to zero.

                                  Please take action against these two personels and enable me to take back the 5star ratings and make to 0 ratings.

                                  Otherwise I'll stop using UrbanClap.
                                  I have been very good customer so far but I will stop using it services anymore if you don't take action.
