AC was not working. Technician (Junaid Javedi) from Urbanclap has come on 17/07/2018 & said the electronic panel is not okay. He took the panel & said it is to be repaired from shop...probably in mayur vihar phase I...after one hour when I have started calling him, there r no answer at all & Urbanclap registered mobile no. [protected] was showing busy. I have been trying to call for 2 hrs. since the incident happened.

I booked that service twice but both the time received the same excuse even after getting confirmation message that no therapist available. I have waited 2 days for this.

    This regarding urban clap agent of tv repair which has come from Urban clap company from A to Z solutions he has taken my lcd for repairing and done repairing with in week he takes 5000 thousand for repairing. He has given 1 month warranty also. Tv was again not working with in 15 days we call him again and he picked up tv with him on his repairing centre to again repair this was last month incidence now he doesn’t picked the call no returns of tv no payment return and company is also not listening is. Plz help us

      I got in touch with a tiffin service provider in Govindpuri through urbanclap. His name is Abhay. I subscribed to his service and paid one month's expenses, all in advamce.
      His service was fine uptil a certain point. The holi vacations were coming up and he said that he would continue service post that, which he didn't. On calling, he said he'll not be able to provide service due to financial imbalance in his business, but will refund me the money for the remaining tiffins.

      Now the thing is that he is unable to do so.
      I don't have his address, his calling number(that he changed), I only have his whatsapp number to which he doesn't respond anymore.
      I have asked him to get even by providing me with the service at least, to which he doesn't respond either.

      I want to way to get to him now. What do I do?
      The guy charged me more money than written on website even when i showed it to him... Now after only 2 weeks of service my AC is not cooling at all... The customer care number can't b reached as well.

        On 30 may, 2018, I lodged a request for repair of my fridge, on the same day, one Shri Sudhir replaced the timer of fridge and demanded Rs 1400(including service charges). The next day fridge stopped, he came again and failed to do anything. Next day, a technician came, opened fridge refixed the connections and fridge started. In June, the fridge stopped again, I called UC, Sudhir came and advised me to twirl the timer to restart. The fridge is working but at high temperature.no freezing. No cooling in lower portion of fridge.I was forced to call M/s Haier and their technician.He told after inspection that somebody has fitted wrong timer with different resistance.which has burned the automatic defrosting.now, he is charging rs 2000 plus service. And I got the fridge repaired. So I am lodging a complaint to UC and seeking refund my Rs 1400 and take back the wrong timer. Otherwise I will circulate the complaint. And go to consumer redressal.           I never requested for laundry, I requested for compensation of Rs 2600.

          I already mailed you 6 times and answered your 10-11 calls, now just process the compensation.
          Please don't disturb me by calling again & again, just email me and I will reply ASAP.

          Please find the attached pictures showing stain on my 2 shirts. You requested the same during our telephonic conversation.
          1 shirt is already been dry cleaned twice. First time by ardaas laundry and second time by dry cleaner near my home.

          Please give me Rs[protected]+1300) through paytm for my 2 mark & spencer shirts. Two shirt stains not gone even after dry clean(it was not dirty at the time of pickup)

            complaint for two male masseur

            Hi I first hired one masseur named Anil Kumar and second Ashish Pingolia both suggested me to pay separately and was asking for more and also promised that Urban Clap took more commission said they'll provide better service if I call them privately and forcefully made me give 5star ratings for their service, I want to degrade their ratings to zero.

            Please take action against these two personels and enable me to take back the...

            We are extremely irate with the designer we got into contract with through urban clap. His name is Shoeb Tamboli. He has taken contract money and is not picking up our calls and have left our site in mess. Inspite of repeated requests he is not completing the project.
            He had given commitments to complete the project in 45 days but the project is still not completed even in 6 months.

            Please all beware of such people.. They take money and then abscond.

            Request to urban clap to help in completing our project of getting our money returned immediately or else we would be forced to raise police complaint.

              Hi team,

              1. Poor handling of the grievance: we use urban clap for the reason, that some kind of credibility or assurance would remain in case of any service being taken, but i felt yesterday this was not met.

              2. Inexperience customer care: despite my efforts, your team failed to provide me the best service and suppport which you talk about. Here, i felt, i am fighting some legal case in one of the indian courts.

              3. Lack of communication from urban clap's end: a new technician was assigned with no communication happened with him for the service from urban clap 's end for this service. Technician arrived at the site, asked the customer to make him talk to urban clap as he has received any kind of communication of the service. Customer ended up wasting 1.5 hrs on solving this issue.

              4. Zero assurance for the service undertaken: within a month, another problem stuck with my device and i was in a thought, that i would be given a free service as per company's norms and conditions, but got to hear a completely different story on call, conferences etc, wasting my 1.5 hrs.

              5. Fake tie-ups with technicians: this is a serious issue, i felt, where customer was forced to accept what the technician is saying is the only way for the resolution of this issue. This was appended with a payment of a hefty amount, customer had to bear. At this point, i felt, there was no support and guidance from urban clap's end. This was unacceptable.

              My experience yesterday and last time (Ac service) was terrible, as i felt both the technicians who arrived at my place, seemed to find some or other way to charge me for the service. They took out a lot of areas, whereby, i should get my ac serviced, refurbished, clean etc... With the only motive of charging me with a good amount at end of the day. I was being taken up on calls and conference when i was in meeting and office, which was completely ignored by urban clap. This was a very pathetic experience.

              In future, i will stop using urban clap, and assure, this matter to be taken up seriously on social media now.

                We have booked one laptop repair services from urban clap app. But even after one month, they are not able to resolve our query. I am not getting back my laptop. The vendor is not returning my laptop back. A2z infotech (Mira road)& urbanclap both are totally and highly unprofessionals. My dell laptop is totally ruined by them. After making no of commitments they nevers fulfills any of them. He takes rs 4100 for repairing & servicing even after that he is not able to repair my laptop. And now he is not returning my laptop. God knows how many parts he destroy in last 1 month. My new laptop is no more new, i am thinking.

                  Hired nikhil international movers and packers recommended by urbanclap. I regret my descision, my vehicle still not delivered, and on a serious note, urban clap cannot do much about the businesses that use their site. Urban clap has no strong hold over people that use their site for business, beware. Moving vehicle from bangalore to siliguri, after stating that the vehicle has reached kolkata, it is informed that it will be sent back to bangalore again and resent, even after i told them that i would pick my car personally from kolkata.
                  In my opinion this nikhil international movers and packers in bangalore has been using my car for personal or business purpose. Even when contacted, they give false assurances all the time. I had a conference call with amit from nikhil international movers and packers and an agent from urban clap, the agent had to request this person to co-operate. While the agent was listening he promised to send me the address in kolkata where my car was being held, but he never did, instead i was told the vehicle is being sent back to bangalore, what a bunch of crap.
                  I would advise people to not go with service provided through urban clap, because if you loose our goods urban clap is not going to refund anything.
                  This has been a very painful experience for me specially because the vehicle i was transporting belonged to my brother, who was an ex indian army captian and had an untimely death this year on the 3rd of january, but sadly the people i am dealing with are not humans.

                    I have very bad experience with urban clap service,

                    We plan our daughter 1st birthday party in bangalore padmanabhanagar on 24th june 2018, sunday, we submit request in urban clap then we received few calls from uc registered vendors in that saffron event (Vinay. S) provided the best offer to us and he asked the advance amount (Inr-14, 500) for preparation, we blankly trust him because hi is a registered vendor o[censored]rbanclap who is a leader in the market, but when date of the event to be start this guy vinay not arrange anything and he absconded, his contact no is in switch off, we log a compliant with urbanclap customer care but no use they not supported anything, only they send a scan copy of aadhar card of vendor (Vinay. S-but its also a fake id) and informed us to file a fir in police, cant they understand our situation that all relatives friends everybody present for the event and we not prepared any thing, how we have to manage the situation, it is the very tuff time that we had we have to pay other event management to arrange the same with the price value of 1:3,

                    Now who's fault in this, defiantly this the fault o[censored]rbanclap team, how could they register this kind of fraud vendors with them, if they not register fraud vendor we are not in the situation, our advance money we lost also we have to pay inr 35, 000 to re arrange the event in a very short time.

                    Due to the pathetic service and lack of the urbanclap we lost around inr 50, 000, now who is paying us the lost amount

                    Urbanclap even not helping in this case,, then what support they giving to their customers

                    It means urbanclap is a fraud company they are here to fraud the customer and making the money

                    Now who is supporting us to get our money back, to whom against we have to file fir with police, we dont have any information of that fraud person vinay, his id are fake

                      I couldnt take a services but had paid online. So cancelled the booking and repeatedly tried to contact the urbanclap team. There is no response. The money blocked by them is inr1088 which needs to be looked into. There came a reply by some misha grover who asked me for my bank account details which is so ridiculous to be asked for. I have had a worst experience with this fake popularity of the company. It is a trap in urbanclap.
                      We had hired photographer for marriage for pics and videos on April 2017 payed 30k in hand to photographer Name is Kashyap Shastri. We still did not receive the picture albums. Tried contacting the photographer several times but he is blocking or ignoring all the calls. Please help! We need our money back.

                        I have requested for a geyser un - installation service from urban clap. There was an emergency at home. They kept me waiting for 3 hours and at the last minute they cancelled the request saying no professional available. This is the second time they have cancelled similar request before. I am extremely disappointed by urban clap. They are highly unreliable. This happened today on 23rd june 2018. How can urban clap cover for the huge amount of time wasted waiting, stress and providing no alternative solution at the last minute, and that too at a time when it is difficult to find someone immediately!!!

                          My name is saru malhotra. We had hired shikha sethi as german language teacher. Actually we are shifting to germany, hence wanted our kid to learn german. Shikha visited us for a trial class and quoted rs 18000 lump sum to teach from 29th may to mid of july, since we will leave for germany on 21st. She mentioned that she'll come daily and will not restrict the class to 1 hour, so we agreed to hire her. But, to our disappointment, none of this turned out to be true.

                          She started the classes on 29th may and after 2-3 classes, she asked for complete payment of rs 18000. Based on the trust we had on urban clap, we paid her the complete amount. From the next day onwards, she started giving excuses for not being able to come. So far, she has come only for 13 days and on most of the days, she has not taught for more than 1 hour. Moreover, her teaching skills are very poor.

                          Today, she again did not come and messaged that she will not come for next 2 days as well. Frustrated with her attitude and cheating, we approached her to discontinue the classes and refund our money after deducting her charges for 13 days. We even went a step further on a good spirit to pay her for more hours than what she taught, but she is taking advantage of our leniency and is not ready to refund our money. Please help to get our refund of inr 12000

                            A to z laptop repair, mira road is totally unprofession in his work.
                            He is not receiving calls
                            He is not provided services on time, neither he informs about the same.
                            Not giving fix time for completion of services, he just asking for more and more time, he never fulfills his commitment.
                            He just damage our full laptop after taking money for part replacement & servicing of laptop... But instead of repairing laptop...

                            I am vidhi gupta.

                            I have hired 1 technician from urbanclap on 29th may 2018 his name is “luqman basha”. His service was not good due to his unskilled knowledge of air condition installation and gas filling. He has took installation charges rs. 1500/-, gas filling charges rs. 1900/- and also material charges rs. 3200/- totally i paid rs. 6600/-. But he was failed in ac installation and gas filling due to his unskilled work. I have hired 1 more technician from local and i paid again rs. 5000/- to local technician for reinstallation and gas filling.

                            I don’t have any problem with your material but i need refund of installation charges rs. 1500/-and gas filling rs. 1900/- totally i need refund amount rs. 3400/- due to your unskilled technician. I need genuine refund only. I don’t have any problem with your material and for that no need refund. My job no. 2208. I am calling to urbanclap since 20 days but dint get any response from urbanclap. They are telling again and again 24hr since 20 days.

                            Finally escalation team were committed me at 5:38 pm on 17th june 2018. They will refund the amount of installation & gas filling when i produce the local technician invoice to them for proof. After that i was sent them local technician invoice on 20th june 2018. After that i was called them on 20th june 2018 & 21st june 2018 regarding refund later they were irritated me and told me. They will not refund the amount of installation & gas filling.

                            I am requesting to consumer complaint team please take action against to urbanclap and get it closed to cheated the customers.

                              I got my ac repaired through urban clap a few days ago. There was some leakage from the condenser coils of the ac and i was told that new copper coils would have to be put. After the repair was done urban clap gave me nothing but a payment summary that i had paid 7400 rupees to the repair guy. When i asked for a receipt they refused to give me any receipt saying that we don't give receipts. I don't understand when i am availing a service...

                              My name is bhavishya and i am advocate. I gave an advice to a lady, we had a talk and she was ready to pay the fees of advice. Later she refused to pay my fees by saying it is a discussion. My complaint is against the lady and you and as there is lot of problem in your system:
                              1. There is no one to take liability if such a misuses is going to happen of an advocate services.
                              2. Kindly make it compulsory to make too whom to hire or not, if hired she has to pay money for sevices whoever calls first.
                              3. Refund of the credit if not hired. If our credit is not refunded then it is a misuse of our money, time and services as well.
                              4. Credit should be after being hired not before. It is a bad policy.
                              5. Kindly have terms and conditions for the client to pay money first before hiring.
                              In this way there will be more clarity in the system and i will be able to work more effectively and i can earn as well.

                              I have not being paid by clients two times.

                              Kindly look into the matter and suggestions u provided

                                I booked a technician to check my laptop as there was no power/charging. They have assigned a technician from phoenix it solutions - hussain. He came and didnt check anything and took my laptop. He came next day with the new charger as he said my laptop adapter is spoiled and gave a bill of 4000 rupees and he forced to to close the service by giving by pressing the rating star.. It was another trick to get a 5 star rating.

                                And i had a doubt and went back to show to other technician if he has done anything.. I got to know there was no issues in my laptop... It was just a problem with laptop charger... How can a urbanclap can hire such a fraud technicians.

                                  We hired technician from urban clap for refuelling the gas in ac as we heard a lot that they are giving good service but after rebelling gas ac is not at all giving cooling. We post a complaint in the site but no action has been taken.
                                  Please call for any clarification [protected]
                                  Compny like urban clap only know how to cheat their customer. We spent money but no result our hard earned money wasted.
