We had booked for wedding traditional and candid video for sept 2018. 2 days before he messaged saying candid video is not possible for certain reasons and didn't arrange for the same. We arranged another person which turned out to be expensive as it was last minute.
The traditional video what he covered he has not given the video and he's not responding calls or messages and also asking for extra money without giving us the video.
Horrible experience and trauma!! We want such fake people with bad behaviour out of the industry. He did not fulfill his commitment and black mail for money.

    Miragepixel pictures. Horrible experience. Had to go back again and again to get all the videos and pictures of individual event. After 1year, still not yet received complete video. The hard disk provided by us is also not being returned. They have shut down this business and trying to cheat customers in a new company name. Please dont take their services. They are 3 friends ujwala vasu, karthick vn, vishnu. God knows in which new name they have started.

      My horrible experience started with booking urbanclap for deep home cleaning. Totally unprofessionally. Booked services for 10 am on sunday 28th october and they arrived at 12 pm after multiple calls. Still let them in to start the work but horrible job they did. No deep cleaning done. Had to stand on their heads and get the work done. They seemed totally uninterested in doing what they were suppose to do. I booked for deep cleaning and they didn’t clean anything in spite of me asking them to clean. 5 man kept standing in house and did nothing.

        One of their technician azam pasha initially came to service my request promptly and finished the job of my washing machine door lock repair on time. I did the payment also. Next morning, we saw the washing machine door lock was not working properly and contacted him to inspect it once again. He did come. I tried 3-4 times to call him in next 2 days, but he didnt pick his mobile. Then, i contacted urbanclap mr. Arjun (Escalation manager) and ruchita (Case manager) and they promised to send him, but so far the technician has not come.

          I have hired one of their photographer, he took 20 thousand of mine as advance. Now he is not even picking up my call and messages. Urban clap employees also are not taking any responsibility. He was doing the same from last 2 years and he has been active in their portal till September this year. I think urban clap employees are also involved in this kind of frauds.

          When I complain they told me to do whatever I want. They can't take any actions even they know his address and other details.

            Pathetic service, i would have given them -5 star if there was any possibility. I made a booking through urbanclap for diwali home cleaning worth rs. 4500 and they assigned a company called the cleaning company, prahlad nagar, ahmedabad. After so many follow-ups finally 4 people arrived wherein 1 was a child (Not at all professional as they show in their cleaning videos). Then the person on urbanpro said i sent them as needed some work. I had to send them back as i felt cheated, never trust such companies. They spoiled my whole day.

              I had booked a pest control service (Bed bugs) from urban clap website. They had suggested me pestokill pest control service the worst service provider which i have never seen before. They had completed their first job in september somewhere in mid. I had given their payment 1500 on the spot after completion of his job. Later on, we were not satisfied with their given service. After service we could found bed bugs walking in the bedroom. I had complained on customer service o[censored]rban clab. They had sent them again on 10th october 2018. Firstly, he had not came on his given time. He had made so many excuses before coming. The representative of pestokill pest control was very rude and they had misbehaved with us. He had mixed up a little chemical/medicine and a large quantity of water in their bottle for bud bugs. He had also demanded extra money in cash from me. I had very disappointed for his this behaviour.

              Secondly, i had made a so many calls to urban clap customer service center but no one can revert on my calls. I want you to kindly send their representative or service provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                I have booked for plumbing service in urban clap. They assigned a plumber called "palani subrayalu" (Thief). He came and seen the spot where the work have to be made. When i'm booking, it's shown rs.499 for one hour and that too have to be paid once the work done it's mentioned. But the plumber guy seen the spot area where the plumbing work of laying pipe for only 2 metres. On seeing he asked for rs.3500 as service charge. I shocked and regretted to start the work. But he charged rs.250 to me without doing any work. When i asked he replied it as minimum service charge. So i request the people and friends not to prefer urban clap and get cheated. I don't know why the management and workers are stealing money from people in the name of business instead they beg on streets. I completely disappointed and got got cheated. Even i[censored] escalate the complaint to managers, they also saying the same to get money. I don't what the fucg company is this??? Bast'ds.

                  Reason of losing my file as told by paramjeet - kiran has left the job.
                  Only one passport is made till date.
                  Status of balance two - one is not even applied as it was supposed to happen injuly or august. Second is pending due to police verification not happened.
                  No one is listening to the problem and same people were following twice till the payment was not done.

                    Attended ro water system through urban clap and from the day it was attended, it's creating problems.
                    Some parts were changed for rs5500/-
                    Firstly they did not pick call and when with much effort they were contacted, they say that it's not their problem and now they saying that rs3200 part is again to be changed. It's creating problem the day they attended it.
                    Deficiency in service and harassment.

                      We have a vendor account in urban clap.
                      We had buy credit on the panel to purchase leads.

                      Urban clap has closed my panel and my money is stuck and my profile market value is effecting due to such activity.

                      Reason of this, without having the proper knowledge they have taken action on vendor.

                      Their employee (Sonali sharma) purposely sent a email by adding a non working email o[censored]rban clap.

                      And not responding to her email thread. So that you can't reach them back.
                      And in return sending a new threatening email thread.

                      I have asked to share the number, she has not responded back,
                      I have asked to call on alternate number no call received.

                      I have even called the company to connect with her no one is transferring my call, they are saying its not possible.

                      As my current number is not reachable so i asked to call on alternate number no one is replying on that.

                      Instead they have closed my account without a proper discussion.
                      I have cancelled my service on urban clap for ac service after paying online for 349 . But even after 15 days they have not refunded the amount

                          Very poor customer service. I had booked a at service 4 months ago however was never informed about the 90 days of warrant neither while booking nor by the technician. And now when I have a problem they keep talking only about 90 days warranty. I have not even used the ac for even week after the service as it was not required and now u people deny to repair it again. I had booked all the services like shifting and electrical from urbanclap only believeing that it would be taken care in a professional way. Prior to this I had warranty from reliance digital and in their tenurity there was two times of shifting and multiple services and I never had any such problem before. I even tried to speak to a senior person in the customer care department but it was of no use. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied. I will never recommend this spam company to anyone in future at all. And I want to take a legal action. Please suggest

                            I have hired a wedding photographer 2 months ago from urbanclap for my brother wedding which is in dec 2018. They promises to provide trusted and experienced service provider to their customer for the related service. So i have hired ved cinematic studio and i paid him 20 thousand as advance he gives me the bill. But now what i see is the service provider ved cinemetatic studio i have hired is not contacting me even not picking up my phone, i recently saw a customer review for ved cinematic studio on urbanclap saying he is a fake person he takes advance, he come, he click he did not give pics and force you to pay extra money even after taking that money he doesn't give pics, so i contacted to that person he says he is a cheater he cheated four to five persons along with him he says he also informed this to urbanclap and they have blacklisted him and they say we can't do anything they are not responsible for that. So i also contact urbanclap they do the same with me by saying they don't do anything. I told they you promise to give trusted service partner and if you know that ved reviews are not good then why you shared my contact details with him and shows me as trustable person. I requested to urbanclap please cancel this service and return my money but they refused by simply saying sorry we can't do anything.                               A service was booked with Urbanclap for servicing /repair of RO filter on 12 Aug 18. Urbanclap had sent Mr Akesh on same day who came and inspected the filter and asked to change all membrane and all filters, accordingly I agreed to change and paid Rs 2200.

                              On 21 Sep the RO filter stopped working, hence I lodged complaint with Urbanclap to repair again. The Urbanclap rep had come on 23 Sep 18 and informed the membrane is old not of good quality and required to change.

                              On 24 Sep 18 I had spoken to Customer care o[censored]rbanclap where they didn't response and showed unprofessional conduct. Also said we cannot change and asked me to approach the person Mr Akesh directly to repair it or pay for new membrane and filter.

                              This kind of servicing causing inconvenience to customer and these Urbanclap is supplying low quality product.

                              Please instruct them to replace the filter and membrane or pay the money back.

                                We opted for ac installation, repair and gas filling 7 july. The technicians visited two days. First day installed the AC and serviced the inner and outer unit. Second day they visited to refill the gas. and showed the AC is working and cooling properly. We paid Rs 3900 for this.

                                Now after a month when switched on the AC, it's not coiling through the outer unit was working. I informed the customer care o[censored]rban Clap and they sent the same technicians very next day. After this cross check up they said the AC as has leaked due to bad condition of aluminium foil or grill of outer unit. I asked them to leave.

                                Now they charged RS 500 for serving the AC. The way they informed me that there is no gas in AC and you have to purchase it, similarly they should have informed us that that the aluminium coil is rusted and leakage started ok, suppose grill was rusted, wasn't it was there responsibility to inform at the first place.

                                Everyone said not to call urban clap for AC Installation but as my family regularly avails facilities from urban clap, I trusted this service as well But it's all waste.

                                I had booked a spa at home at 1 pm today. The appointment was rescheduled by urbanclap for 3.30. and then the so called professional did not turn up. The phone is switched off. Pathetic service. Wasted my entire day. Please shut down this pathetic app if you cannot manage your unprofessional professionals.

                                  Fraud-urban clap technician cheated us and this is confirmed to us by panasonic technician. Our microwave was not heating and we had booked uc service on 1st april 2018. The technician came and replaced the magnetron without informing us. He told us nothing about about estimate and cost, he just replaced it. We doubted his intent right away and reported the same to uc. He charged us 1750 for it.
                                  2 days back on 12/9/18 the microwave broke down again. This time because of the last experience with uc, we booked service from panasonic. The panasonic technician informed us that the earlier uc technician cheated us. He said that the capacitor might have burned earlier but the technician replaced the correct working magnetron of a panasonic microwave with a used old lg magnetron that he had, just to cheat us and make money. Please see pictures of the lg magnetron. The panasonic technician just had to reinstall the old panasonic magnetron and the microwave is working. This is such a big fraud. Also the uc technician was trying to steal our panasonic magnetron as well after replacing it. We had to ask for replaced part to get it back. We have mentioned same in uc feedback. He is such a big fraud. His name is fahim khan.
                                  When we reported this to urban clap, they ignored such a big fraud done by their technician and told us that warranty period is over so they can't help.
                                  They are sending cheaters to cheat people. Uc is supporting this fraud.
                                  So beware, the service is horrible and there is nothing called customer satisfaction.
                                  The technician didn't care when replacing a lg magnetron on a panasonic microwave. They just don't care if its safe or it will work. All urbanclap cares about is their warranty clause.
                                  Its better to go for company service directly.

                                    I have taken service from urbanclap for my split a. C. My a c was not producing cooling air. The technician told gas is empty and leakage will be there. He took my outdoor unit to his shop saying that he will repair at service centre. He did all and did regular service too. I paid online to urban clap aprox rs. 5000 for this. After two days my ac stopped cooling again, i complaint urban clap for this. Now this time the same technician said that coil will change and dimanding more then rs. 8000/- for this and suggest me copper coil instead of aluminium coil for better life and service. I gave him coil accordingly purchased my own. He replaced it and left. After few days i seen short circuit in my indoor unit and havey noise in outdoor unite. I complaint again now this my compressor has been damage.

                                    I would suggest not to take their services.

                                      Dear urban clap,
                                      This is a complaint against a photographer which i reserved though urban clap. His account is maintained user the name of iconic productions, a photographing unit based in mumbai.
                                      Ashutosh is the name of the person we contacted.
                                      Now we booked him for our marriage which was on december 10, 2017
                                      It's been almost 8 months he has yet not given us the photo album and video cd.
                                      He already took 25000 and we booked in total for rs. 35000.
                                      Now the thing is i urgently need my album
                                      But this person is not responding to our calls and everytime he says he will call later.

                                      Please look into the matter. And remove such non trustworthy vendors from your site/app.

                                        I registered a service request of carpenter service on Saturday 11/august/2018 and urban clap carpenter visited my home and note down the estimate of things to be done and take rs 300 as charges and promised that work is to be done by tomorrow i.e Sunday 12/august/2018.but i have received a call on saturday evening that they wont be able to come tomorrow due to his personal reasons i am a working advocate and i am only free on weekend and i said this to the officials but they requested a lot which i have agreed now on monday due to urgency of work in court i ignored his call and told them to come on tuesday but they abused and speak unprofessionally and didnt come for work. i need a proper action against them
