I have raised a request for a laptop service. Person assigned to me was mr. Suraj. Firstly he did not come in time slot which was alloted and came 2 hours late. He has checked laptop and found hard disk was corrupted. He replaced and charged very high amount of rs 4750 for same. Then we have requested for our lost data. He said he will take hard disk at home and do back up work and revisit again with all data backup. Total data was 250gb+ after 2 days he came and provided 150gb data with extra price of rs 2500 for 150gb. Firstly we did not receive entire data also the data which was received all files were corrupted. When we were checking, he insisted to pay and make him free fast. We paid him rs 7250/-believing in him. But later on we found data received is half and half data which is received is corrupted. Very pathetic service from mr. Suraj from urbanclap. Very unprofessional. Took entire money and did no work. Very disappointing.

We registered as urban clap service provider around end of december. If anyone is aware, urban clap makes you buy credits with which you can purchase leads.. Fair enough.. Only these so called leads never pick up the phone or respond.. All fake.. Each credit is worth rs 10.. We bought for rs 1000 for which they provided us 208 credits under promotional scheme. For most of the leads that they forward they are about 14-16 credits costing me about rs 70-80 each lead.. From end of december till today all the leads that i have bought have neither taken calls nor called back or replied on whatsapp or email otherwise barring an odd one.. If they were genuine and really wanted services, they would have at least talked, hired or not comes after this.

Also, i believe it is malpractice to charge if it does not turn into business. Like people who do not even respond, why should i spend my money on them. What kind of lead is that..

Besides i feel many many people have complaints against urban clap and their non professional cheating attitudes.. We should all get together and file a consumer court complaint against them so that they are shut down for good.. Otherwise, we will be winning and writing our grievances here and they would be out there cheating more and more people..

He was fired out from all the gyms he worked earlier...

I ordered for a salon service 4 days back. The “professional” Shaheen Begum was appointed to me by the Urban clap. She was in so much of hurry that she ignored the fact that I’m pregnant and she highly mis-treated me. Not just that, but for the service that I took, she did not clean the foot of my leg at all. She just dipped in hot water and then applied a scrub and literally 5 seconds of applying she washed it and when I insisted her to give massage as pedicure includes cleansing, scrubbing, putting mask and massaging, she just put a cream and stood up saying, “This is all the service I can give. Please give me money as my friend is waiting outside and I’m in hurry.” She completed pedicure and manicure in literally and exactly 10 minutes. Moreover, she kept many products in her bag without applying it to me like cleanser and mask...

Not just all this nonsense I had to face but also she complained about Urban clap’s pathetic treatment towards all the professionals. The entire session she told me that how she always gets delayed in getting her payment from Urban clap and how much she is suffering due to Urban clap’s mistreatment towards her. At the time, where I needed to pay for the service, she also said that UC has removed the option of paying online and she wasn’t letting me call the service support. I didnt have cash at that time. And she wasnt ending the service from her end and said that she will take cash or wont leave the house. I kept insisting that i can pay online but she was too bold on me.

Also, I kmow that she had another service 3’o clock and at night she had two brides for make up. She continuously complained that she is underpaid and then after 15 minutes since she started givinng me service, she kept on saying that her “friend” is waiting outside and she has to go somewhere with him.

Frankly, I dont care how Urbanclqp is treating that lady. If she has complains, she should directly call up UC and share her problems with them. Secondly, I called her to my home as I’m pregnant and I couldnt go out at this stage. I didn’t call her so that she complains about Urbanclap’s mistreatment towards her. Moreover she was taking too damn extra interest in my personal life!!! Who the hell is she to ask every single little detail about my personal life and about my marriage and everything??? I wanted to feel relaxed and that’s why I ordered for waxing, pedicure and manicure. She was at my home for around 45 minutes. In ehich she gave all her service in within 30 minutes and rest of the time she was acting bold on me so that I pay her in cash!!! No one was there at home at that moment. She took huge advantage of that. I was feeling threatened.

I never expected this mistreatment from a professional by UC. These guys send these woman to torture pregnant customers without giving proper service???? This is really pathetic.

Even the support team isn’t properly responding to my issue. It is like a joke to them! A lady comes, doesn’t provide her service, steals the products, complains all the time long, mistreats me, threatens me for cash and goes and UC is not taking action at all!!!

We had hired a commerce tutor from urban clap named avisha arora for teaching economics for class 12th. We opted for a regular crashcourse for 3 consecutive months. She was regular for the first month and then onwards she started to give excuses and wasnt coming to the class. Now she has discontinued the class blaming us that we werent paying the fees. As per the deal half of the fees was payed by us im advance and half was to be payed after the completion of the course. She started to force us to pay some amount in the middle of the course and when we denied she discontinued the class. Its high time for class 12th as boards are around the corner and this is not the way in which she should behave.

Hello, Last i raised request for my microwave repair purpose in urban clap which was assigned to one vendor Mohammed Imam, mobile no: +91-[protected]. He visited my house and did changes in panel ( PCB touch)for which he gave me 6 months warranty and i have paid amount of Rs 2400 but after 3 days again i am facing the same problem and now vendor is not responding to my calls.So many times tried reaching him but he is not picking my calls.He did the panel changes ( PCB touch) on dated 17/10/2017 and warranty letter which is attached . Feeling like i got cheated by urbanclap and their vendor who are not responding to customer calls. Request immediate intervention and resolution towards my issue.

Had a booking on 10dec.[protected]@2:30.. Spoke to d concern person @2pm.. Providing the address details.. Provided them the alternative no. As well if at all m not reachable to d registered no. Without any information without any further contact my service was cancelled...
@4:10 wen i am writing this complain i am yet to get any mail confirmation on d cancellation of service.
They are just fooling around with their customers

I had booked for the 'feel youthful facial' for which i paid rs.1599.00. The service provided by ms. Tamanna idrisi from urban clap was 'shine and glow' for acne prone skin (Which i came to know later from the pouches she used). However, i have never faced any acne problem nor pimples. After the facial, late evening there was a laceration and a few eruptions on my fore head. My face felt dry and stretchy. The pouches used were balance purifying cleansing foam intensive treatment for skins with an acneic tendency which has done the damage and i am attaching its pictures.

The 'forest essential' brand cosmetics - facial ubtan tejaswi and sanjeevani beauty elixir have come to my rescue. 27th november is my marriage anniversary and later this week i have to a attend a number of other family functions for which i had taken this service. I feel dissatisfied.

It was my mistake that i believed the expert. It is my advice to all who avail urban clap beauty services to check the product before it is used to confirm that the product is the same as asked for.

I was searching a makeup artist for my sister's wedding i found a makeup artist name some j makeover don't know full name, i found all the work pictures are of some other makeup artist one of the pictures is of my friend who's makeup was done by yashika in front of me and she is using all pictures in her name with high prices, pls don't book makeup artist from urban clap they all are frauds

I hired dietician sonali bhanushali nd refer her plan of 2000rs for 45 days. Before payment she was providing plan on time. As i made payment i was just waiting for plan first for one week then its bene one month she didn't gave me my last plan. I m literally did message every day. Gave her my mail id bt no response. U should allow real people who are professional plus they know how to act.

I had a bad experience with urbanclap service. I was in bangalore and got the washing machine service for 1500 indicating board problem should be replaced (In the month of july 2017). I have shifted to hyderabad in the month of august 2017 and washing machine was stopped working in early october 2017 with the same board problem. Again registered service through urbanclap and this time also same issue board problem but this person has indicated board can be repaired but 1600 will cost. I have told him this was recently replaced, but he denied no way it was just repaired and showed me the condition. I was in a situation that needed to get the machine repaired as i need to use, so paid 1600. Urbencalp should investigate the issue and do the justification for my problem. I strongly recommend think twice you go for urbanclap service.

I approached mehak tours provided by urban clap. He could not provide service in the comitted time and took me for a ride. On top of that when i asked for refund of money he talked about service tax being deducted. They only talk very sweetly. Pl dont go for mehak tours. Finally with lot of follow up got my refund. That too he had asked for money in cash. Pl dont use thier service at all

Had used the laptop repair service provided by urbanclap. I had myself formatted my laptop and was looking for a technician who can help me install the drivers for my formatted laptop, so i opted for urbanclap. They assigned the job to a particular company and the onsite engineered arrived, he did hit n trail for 3 days then took my laptop to the service center and they somehow arrived at the conclusion that my hard disk was corrupt. Nevertheless...

Initially when we start to use app lead charges was fine... Now in every time when we purchase lead... Lead rate hike a lot..72 credits is too much.. I have spend 4000 rs for 400 credits.. If a single lead would be 72 credit.. It means i can buy only 6 leads 'in 4000 rs..? That not at all worth full
I have complaint in customer care.. No one respond for the same.. I expect some feedback or call back your side.. Otherwise i want refund of my amount i spend there.. Or i will update bad reviews on everywhere..

Jo ki credit cut karke customer ka number deti hai main 5 customer ka try kar chuka koi phn nahi utha ta ek to aur kisi kisi ka to number hi nahi milta lekin fir bhi mere account se debit ho raha hai.. Please don't use this app.. They all are cheaters... Koi real customer nahi yaha sab inhi ke number hai.. I am very regret to make account on this app.. Customer care also not ready to solve my query..

We are registered on urban clap for wedding photography. One ms poonam has rated us 2 stars (She is not my client). Due to this, we are not getting new leads, resulting into financial losses. While our client poonam sharma has given us 4 stars.
Despite numerous calls to urban clap and talking to one mr. Hitesh and one mr. Viabhav they are adamant and not interested in helping us. Everytime we call them up they say they are working on our case and it would take time (Do they plan to provide us wedding photography leads after end of wedding season).
Want to find out
1. How we can claim damages for our loss. (Rs 1.5 lacs).
2. Which all forums are available in india where we can lodge complaints against the company.
3. Can we file a fir against them at delhi (Company is based at gurugram).

Main urcbanclap partner app se apna work start karna chahta tha.. Maine apni id proofs urbanclap partner ki app par upload bhi kr diye. Pr approval ki call mere pass 2 weeks k baad aayi. Or unhone mujhse kaha ki security fees 10, 000 hai or 500/- rupey ka recharge hai or 300 rupey ki tshirt hai.. Or jab maine pucha ki jo ap 10, 000/- rupey ki security ki maang rhe ho to kya ap mujhe written mein doge...?? To unhone...

I had booked for the first time through urban clap for a plumbing service on sunday 3rd september 5-6 p. M. (Email id eliza. P.[protected]@gmail.com).
The service was ok. But i was charged extra 150 rs apart from what was shown in the online payment. The service provider asked me to make the online payment of 250 and took extra 150 as cash for which no bill was provided. The work was very little and it hardly took 10-15 min. No new products were used to repair.
Kindly take proper action on this and provide explanation on the extra 150. Or refund the money

It was a horrible experience as the plumber just said that he has changed the part of our flush which he didn't at all. For no reason he took 1500 rupees and made a temporary fix. Later when the flush again went bad and we opened it, we came to know that there was no change of part. We request you, kindly take strict actions for such thugs. And we surely need our money back.

I have requested for a service through urbanclap for my laptop repair which was not booting up. After so many attempts the technician came from it panthers and tried rectifying the issue. They changed the motherboard, screen and also asked me to upgrade the ram and charged me ₹5600 but the core problem remained.

When i placed a 2nd request, they didn't turn up and cancelled my request saying that they've tried contacting me but to no avail. When i placed a request for the 3rd time, they again cancelled the request citing the same reason despite the fact that i have already spoken with it panthers a day before and fixed the timing. Even when i spoke with urbanclap, they're not ready to listen and act.

Please assist me in resolving my issue as i have already my heard earned money and valuable time to resolve the issue.
