My name is saru malhotra. We had hired shikha sethi as german language teacher. Actually we are shifting to germany, hence wanted our kid to learn german. Shikha visited us for a trial class and quoted rs 18000 lump sum to teach from 29th may to mid of july, since we will leave for germany on 21st. She mentioned that she'll come daily and will not restrict the class to 1 hour, so we agreed to hire her. But, to our disappointment, none of this turned out to be true.

She started the classes on 29th may and after 2-3 classes, she asked for complete payment of rs 18000. Based on the trust we had on urban clap, we paid her the complete amount. From the next day onwards, she started giving excuses for not being able to come. So far, she has come only for 13 days and on most of the days, she has not taught for more than 1 hour. Moreover, her teaching skills are very poor.

Today, she again did not come and messaged that she will not come for next 2 days as well. Frustrated with her attitude and cheating, we approached her to discontinue the classes and refund our money after deducting her charges for 13 days. We even went a step further on a good spirit to pay her for more hours than what she taught, but she is taking advantage of our leniency and is not ready to refund our money. Please help to get our refund of inr 12000

A to z laptop repair, mira road is totally unprofession in his work.
He is not receiving calls
He is not provided services on time, neither he informs about the same.
Not giving fix time for completion of services, he just asking for more and more time, he never fulfills his commitment.
He just damage our full laptop after taking money for part replacement & servicing of laptop... But instead of repairing laptop...

Urbanclap – worst service from urbanclap technician due to unskilled professional.

I am vidhi gupta.

I have hired 1 technician from urbanclap on 29th may 2018 his name is “luqman basha”. His service was not good due to his unskilled knowledge of air condition installation and gas filling. He has took installation charges rs. 1500/-, gas filling charges rs. 1900/- and also material charges rs. 3200/- totally i paid rs. 6600/-. But he was failed in ac installation and gas filling due to his unskilled work. I have hired 1 more technician from local and i paid again rs. 5000/- to local technician for reinstallation and gas filling.

I don’t have any problem with your material but i need refund of installation charges rs. 1500/-and gas filling rs. 1900/- totally i need refund amount rs. 3400/- due to your unskilled technician. I need genuine refund only. I don’t have any problem with your material and for that no need refund. My job no. 2208. I am calling to urbanclap since 20 days but dint get any response from urbanclap. They are telling again and again 24hr since 20 days.

Finally escalation team were committed me at 5:38 pm on 17th june 2018. They will refund the amount of installation & gas filling when i produce the local technician invoice to them for proof. After that i was sent them local technician invoice on 20th june 2018. After that i was called them on 20th june 2018 & 21st june 2018 regarding refund later they were irritated me and told me. They will not refund the amount of installation & gas filling.

I am requesting to consumer complaint team please take action against to urbanclap and get it closed to cheated the customers.

I got my ac repaired through urban clap a few days ago. There was some leakage from the condenser coils of the ac and i was told that new copper coils would have to be put. After the repair was done urban clap gave me nothing but a payment summary that i had paid 7400 rupees to the repair guy. When i asked for a receipt they refused to give me any receipt saying that we don't give receipts. I don't understand when i am availing a service...

My name is bhavishya and i am advocate. I gave an advice to a lady, we had a talk and she was ready to pay the fees of advice. Later she refused to pay my fees by saying it is a discussion. My complaint is against the lady and you and as there is lot of problem in your system:
1. There is no one to take liability if such a misuses is going to happen of an advocate services.
2. Kindly make it compulsory to make too whom to hire or not, if hired she has to pay money for sevices whoever calls first.
3. Refund of the credit if not hired. If our credit is not refunded then it is a misuse of our money, time and services as well.
4. Credit should be after being hired not before. It is a bad policy.
5. Kindly have terms and conditions for the client to pay money first before hiring.
In this way there will be more clarity in the system and i will be able to work more effectively and i can earn as well.

I have not being paid by clients two times.

Kindly look into the matter and suggestions u provided

I booked a technician to check my laptop as there was no power/charging. They have assigned a technician from phoenix it solutions - hussain. He came and didnt check anything and took my laptop. He came next day with the new charger as he said my laptop adapter is spoiled and gave a bill of 4000 rupees and he forced to to close the service by giving by pressing the rating star.. It was another trick to get a 5 star rating.

And i had a doubt and went back to show to other technician if he has done anything.. I got to know there was no issues in my laptop... It was just a problem with laptop charger... How can a urbanclap can hire such a fraud technicians.

We hired technician from urban clap for refuelling the gas in ac as we heard a lot that they are giving good service but after rebelling gas ac is not at all giving cooling. We post a complaint in the site but no action has been taken.
Please call for any clarification [protected]
Compny like urban clap only know how to cheat their customer. We spent money but no result our hard earned money wasted.

This is to inform that i had booked an ac repair job for my 1.5 ton lg split ac on 4-6-18, which was visited by mohammad imran (Mob nos.[protected]) today 11.00 am, and the ac was not tested or checked by him saying that he is unable to reach the external unit of the ac and i should arrange him to reach the same, and he charged the said amount rs.249/- in cash and left the place without attending the job. He also advised me to uninstall the ac from that location and install the same where he could easily access, and gave me verbal quotation for the same which seemed to be the policy of over billing of the company, because later on i called another technician from a reputed company and he was easily able to access the outer unit of the machine and do the repair job perfectly. And the amount billed by him is very lower than the quotation given by your mechanic.
As this seems clearly that the technician sent by your company was not interested to do the job as it was required whereas he was trying to do unnecessary jobs which were not required, just to make a bill of higher amount. And if it is your companys policy, i would not request any job in future nor i would recommend any of my known persons to book a job with urbanclap.

I recently booked for an ac installation and unistallation service. This was the worst experience i have ever had. First of all the guy took 6 hrs to just do the stuffs and after that he called up for a couple of of his urban clap mates because he was unable to install the ac and they were roaming in home as they were in garden or what.

The next thing happens is he said that the copper wire is torn keeping in mind that he was the only person who uninstalled it. Now listen he came up with a new idea to get some money and said that the gas has leaked and it will cost 1900 for refill. How come this is possible that all the things happened at the same time. I denied for this refilling and after that he asked for some extra money by saying he has serviced the ac this and that. I never told him to do that.

The main point comes is who will pay for the looses i suffered. I want a refund from urban clap and moving forward i wont be suggesting to any of my friends to take its service.

I had been to the gym, the trainer named "praveen karthik" who acted indecently. He touched my private part while working out in gym, and also he asked me to go out with him to get diet plans from him.
I am still a student, i cannot share this with anyone as i do not have mother.
I request you to consider this complaint on high priority.

Please kick him out of everything. This should not happen with any other girl like happened with me.

I am highly unsatisfied with urbanclap service.. I thought to recommend it to my friends and relatives but not any more.
To brief about the issue, I had seeked assistance from urbanclap for AC service.. However the service was bad and the engineer don't pick calls after so many calls in less than 24 hrs.. I had written email to urbanclap help center no reply yet

I took thea/c repair sevice through irban clap and they charged my 2700 for gas leak broken nuts and valve and asked for service charge too. The technician told us that the a/c wont be goving any problems for. A month or two but that same ecening the a/c stopped working. On calling the technician he is asking for another 2200 rupees and when i denied he has stopped picking up my calls. Please look into it

I took ac service in urbanclap, thwy charged around 3800 for gas refill, capacitor replacement who analysed gas leakage from maorning to evening and completed tge service but again within a week i got same problem the same person visited again and telling it will again costs around[protected] for me leakage is there in some other part who analysed infirst visit from. Morning to evening and now when am contacting urbanclap they not even responding for my mails and customercare call always waiting but noone is taking, if am. Messaging in chat they are asking what is your concern for evry new person

Urabanclap accepted the request and inform that they will assign the technician befor one hour. Before one hour i got sms that sorry we are facing issue and we will assign technician in next 30 mins. Even after they did not assign. After that i got a call that sorry we can not take your complaint today. It's not good because i was waiting and i did not ask any market technician because o[censored]rbanclap. Now they denied at end moment. It's decreasing the urban clap market value because no one will suggest to go with urbanclap.

Please look into this issue on serious note.

I have ordered for A/C service on 14th May2018 on www.urbanclap.com and technician has come and was charged Rs 2749.
This included visiting charges of Rs249 and remaining amount for Gas leakage fixing and Gas refilling! During the work, I was told that they would provide 3MONTHS of WARRANTY!
After 1week, the A/C has stopped cooling the room. On 23May2018, raised complaint and was given ticket number 966729 and said that I would be given resolution within 24hours.
But till now received neither any response nor any update. Ihave reached more than 5 times, but still no result.

I had some problem in my house's water system. I contacted urban clap for the same and for the first time. The plumber came twice and the problem did not solve.. I paid 508 in total which on after so many calls the urban clap people returned to me in my wallet. Thinking that its fine i will use it in future. But to my surprise its not in my wallet anymore. I have no idea when did u guys steal my money. U guys are totally thieves. And u just have to steal people's hard earned money. I am never gonna use this service and also i will recommend my friends and to every person never to use this service. I want my money back. Did you guys understand. Such a pathetic app and the people are even more so that they do not even think before committing the crime. Go to hell and return my money.

I took salon services includin wax & menicure + pedicure on 4th may 2018 afternoon. Next morning i got up with acne all over my skin with yellow puss.
I immediately contacted urbanclap and it more than 24hrs for them to revert. On 6th may gagan cce too my case and promised me dermatologist call next dat early morning. I waited until 6pm and called back, this time pavitra took my case and tried to connect to dermatologist but she failed.
I have been through a lot and i couldn't see any help from urbanclap who has put me into this situation.
I finally dot a call from dermatologist on 12th may which was of no use.
Untill now i didn't receive any update from them as to what product was used.. No refund.
Pathetic after service and worst quality control.
I wish to file a complaint against urban clap.

Myself dr. Pallavi nanda and i am disappointed to the core regarding the services provided by urban clap and seeing your unprofessionalism. You give such big big advertisements regarding your services and we are the customers suffering here from past one month. The a/c guy do not respond well and the service is so poor and again we need a guy immediately for the repair. But we are not able to contact. We also cannot contact you in person as your connectivity with the phone no. Is also poor. If immediate action will not be taken i will take this matter into the hands of consumer court as we have already spent a lot of money on this.

Last month i had a small issue for ro purifier and registered for service in urbanclap ... They charged 6500 and changed membranes which is very much costlier than the market price but quality is cheap. Not i am facing the same issue again and ehen i amcontacting urban clap they are not responding to my query . pls resolve my issue

Please never ever use the service o[censored]rban company. I wanted to get my television repaired and the professional who took it on 2nd January went absconding with it. Customer care is so hopeless that till now they are only apologising for this and nothing has been done so far. Please never approach urban company for anything and don't get carried away by their advertisements. They are so hopeless.

Ten days ago i call for my window ac service, n there i get to know that my ac is out of gas also n they put a gas in few sec which makes me doubt n charge of 1850 which is quite expensive n gureenty for 3 month, i can’t believe after 10 days of now my ac air is comes out very hot n i guess the gas is leaking also. This was my 1st n last experience from urbenclay with very unprofessional work.

I have made a booking threw urban clap for ac installation the technician did not install the ac properly when I tried to reach the customer care they told me I would be sorted in 24hrs and now they are not replying they are fooling people with fake promise when I booked the service they mentioned 30days gaurentee

I had asked for dry cleaning services. Firstly, the professional that urban clap assigned for me came 4 hours later than the time slot i had chosen for the pick up. And after that, even the delivery has been delayed continuously. It has been a week and i still haven’t received my clothes. The urban clap customer care is completely useless. Apparently, they can never “reach” the professional when i raise the concern. And the professional (Fabfresh) keeps postponing the delivery every day. It has been a terrible and frustrating experience to work with both, uc and fabresh.

Worstest experience ever!
This is not an alert but purely a warning, don't use urban clap salon services.
Neither the professionals are trained enough nor the products are verified. Professional burned my mom's face by using a bleaching cream and when my mom started itching that professional refused to remove that cream instantly and within just 2mins of applying that cream her chin totally got burned with spots on her face my mom removed that cream forcefully by herself. These are not at all professionals who use their foolish brains at the time when customer is continuously complaining about a problem and shamelessly that professional is still saying kuch nai hua h maam!!!
They charge twice and thrice the amounts we are paying to other salons and still this is the bloody situation!
Be aware!
