I have compliant on 17.01.2018, your Technician came on thursday and told motor are not working and we have replace till date no one has come to replace the motor everyday i have to call toll free no but no response. I have to cook daily and no mixer is working

      I had purchased food processor 6 months back and from last 1 month i have been just lodging complain for service as the motor needs to be changed. Each time on calling service centre i am told that within 24 hours - 48 hours max it will get repaired. It has become daily routine now to call them every morning from last 10 days but still no action. Complain no c[protected]. Eowuld request anybody from company to call and close. With this pathetic service i would like not to repair now and would like exchange this.

        Hi i raised a service request on 17th dec for my 4 burner ebony cooktop.
        But instead of repeated calls, no one have came for service yet.
        They say service guys called me, but i didnt respond, which is a lie.

        Last year, they came after 1 month after complaining in twitter pm.
        I have complained again in twitter, but no response.
        Never expected usha will be so bad in service.

          Its a mental torture for customers who bought usha products. Though customers having warranty it will be no use bcoz anyway they are not going to respond for any issues. I bought usha mixer grinder 6 months back with 2 years company warranty. Mixer grinder was not working properly few days back we had sensed burning from inside mixer grinder. From past 5 days im calling to customer care [protected] their answer will be same within short time you will get the call from our service center and by end of the day your issue will get resolved. Its been 5 days now i didnt get any call from service center nor any technician visited. What is the use of company warranty then its very disgusting. Any customer will buy products by seeing brand name bcoz in future if any issue occured company will be giving warranty and issue will get resolve with in short time like that any customer will think like that only... But this is very disgusting from usha.

            Hello, i bought usha janome prima stitch sewing machine from paytm on september 2016. The machine has very less usage. It has 1 year of motor warranty. Within 2 months of completing the warranty the motor is dead. On enquiring in the service centers, they are confessing that usha manufacturers low quality products which have very short life. They are asking for 2440 for motor replacement which comes for 40% of the machine value. Even if i replace the motor, it will come for another 1 year. Again it will die. Contacted usha customer care but they are not interested in customer service but only to launder money. Please never ever buy usha products. Please learn from my mistake. Don't waste your hard earned money. Thank you.

              I have purchased this machine on 6th dec 2017 but the foot pedal and automatic threader were not working properly so the demonstrator visited and replaced foot pedal with the other model's foot pedal and open the machine and then shifted the automatic threader towards left. When i said its not the foot pedal of wonder stitch plus he said its a foot oedal of allure and it is better than wonder stitch plus model.. Later i had contacted with usha customer care and told them all the story and they said we will resolve the issue within 48 hrs and provide you the origional foot of wonder stitch plus as other models part eill give problem in future. But nothing will be done in that period... I recalled thr customer care and then they said we will look into matter and ur problem will be resolved asap... Next day i received a call from ur person and he told we have no foot pedal of wonder stitch plus and u have to manage with it and whrn i said i want mine machine's model foot pedal then he became rude and told me that wo apko nhi milega hamare pas nhi hai i cannot do anything... His name is vikas. Even ur demonstrator was also rude when i said sir pls replaced it and returned me mine foot pedal...

              I am now harrased with the dealing of your company and want to returned the product as no one is there who listen the customer problem and try to resolve... I was not expected all this from such a big brand... But now i want to shift to other brand who value there customer and customers are there first priority...

                  I bought the above product in 13.12.2017, they didn't check the product at the store. I tested the product on 14.12.2017, the biggest burner was not working. I registered a complaint on 15.12.2017, the guy who was registering the complaint was not even ready to listen to the complaint and started misbehaving. If this is the customer service i was expecting i wouldn't have gone to your company itself. Even if after buying a new product i am not able to use it and has to go through this there is no point. I want immediate action and product replacement. I don't want a defective piece and call for repairing every time.

                      I purchased a multi utility fan from samastipur town, bihar. It worked properly i think its guarantee/warranty expired. Now it not working from last six months. I consulted local electrician he is very skilled and suggested to go service center because kit of fan is defective. But i could not know service center in patna.

                        I have purchased usha sewing machine on june-17, but it got a repair for that i have given a complaint using usha toll free number.
                        Complaint number#[protected]

                        The complaint is given on 02-oct-2017, but is not addressed till and did not get an acknowledgment thru email/call/sms. When ever i call the usha customer care.. I will get a response saying we will address in next 24 hrs. The same is repeating from last one month.

                        Any worst company in the world will acknowledge the complaint in max of 48 hrs.. But usha is the worst worst worst registered company that is not concerned about customer complaints after selling there products.

                        Can you please help in addressing this complaint.

                          I bought the usha mixer grinder on 15 oct 2017 amd from that day it is not working. I had a talk with the customer care on 22 oct 2017 they said they will look into it in 2 days but no one has yet reached us. What is the use of buying a branded product here if no one responses to us. I have called the customer care several time but i do not see any progress.
                          This type of response was not expected from sich a brand.

                          My induction goes automatically switched off after some days I reg. My complain at usha customer care of 12/10/17 but I they didn't help me I have called 8-10 times I am seriously disappointed with your service please solve my problem so that I can use my induction
                          I already complaint about my ro optima machine is not working. I complaint on 04/11/2017. But no one came for service our machine. Please take action. We now buy a water from out. And we have a complaint number also 35541. And then they not giving proper answer.

                            I am an authorised dealer o[censored]sha international in pump division for ranchi ratu road surrounding zone,, i deposit 3 cheques to company for billing, and company bill as pr company norms angainst cheque,, due company not fulfill product quality and supply low quality products to me, my money stuck in market and my cheque got bounce, after all i request to return materials but company not do the same and bounce my cheque, after higher authority of company involve they return sm products on their condition, and due to which i suffer loss, after all i make part payment to company to make my credit good in market,,, now company is not returning my chque and threatning my to lodge a complaints,, i have to pay nominal amt to company and i have lots of rejection materials to return to company,,,

Mr. Kumar from branch incharge [protected] has received my product. Almost 15 days completed, i didn't get any proper response my number [protected] same number i have register the complaint & am not getting any update. Myself totally got disappointed & got depressed, on daily basis am calling to service center & call center but not getting any update.

                                This is a customer review/complaint regarding usha janome automatic sewing machine's unwanted automatic needle movements/needle jerking issues while with out pressing foot control pedal. We bought a new usha janome marvela model sewing machine from nikshan electronic shop kannur 3weeks back (September 2017). A week after the purchase company representative came for demo purpose and while operating he informed us about this problem and told us that it is an issue with foot control pedal and asked us to replace with another pedal from the shop. So i went to shop and told them and they gave us a new foot control pedal. But even with that change also problem not solved. Then i called in the customer care toll free no o[censored]sha and told the problems. Customer care reply was that, they have no replacement policy for these machines with manufacturing defects, they will only provide free servicing during guarantee period. Though it is a manufacturing problem from the side of company they are not ready for a replacement with in 10 days of purchase. Then i went to nikshan electronics shop, kannur and demanded for replacement, they were ready to change the defective unit and replaced and gave us a new machine unit. The new machine didn't have much problem while checking in the shop, a minor jerks only but after few days it increased to the same level as in the first machine. Even after replacing pedal and replacing the machine itself the problem persists. Now i think this is very common with usha sewing machines as every usha employees know that problem very well. But they are not not ready to correct it and not ready for a quality control check before sale. So think well before you go for this sewing machine from usha.                                 Had a talk wid customers care executive. He told me dat their sevice pobider said that i refused to pay for some part of steam iron which has to be changed.. Bt the fact is they didnt find the spare part and said that this stream is china item and not repairable. Also my steam press stated leaking.. There is risk of getting shock. I didn't gave them the code provide by usha care. N then i m frequently calling in customer care.. Bt sill not getting any satisfactory response. Plz do the needful.

                                Asked for repair of my steam iron 4-5 times in customer care. Not providing home sevice. Ones it was repared by usha sevice bt they didn't repared it properly. Dn after complainec many times.. Still not getting any response.. If they are not providing sevice in my city plz help me to get refund my money or replace my iron wid new one.

                                  Usha stitch magic was purchased online from amazon & delivered on 24th sep 2017 & same day called up the demo toll free number & requested for a demo (Request c[protected] & ref no: 5147) was registered. I have been calling the customer care & its the same recorded message telling we will escalate & ensure representative will be sent but till date no one turned up. Kindly on this request on high priority & make sure the issue is resolved.
                                  I bought Usha janome dream stich online in July 2017. I wanted a demo for the product and called the customer care last week. They registered for home demo but no response till now. Reference no. -C[protected] - oct 6th 2017.
                                  When I touch I feel an electric shock.
                                  I did complain last time same and electrician came he said that it may be earthing. It problem is coming randomly.

                                      I have seven usha ceiling fans, bought more than a year back. Noise started coming from at least four of them within days o[censored]sage and at least 2 had to be replaced within warranty.

                                      Now, one of my fans is not working since 47 days. The attitude of the service centre is pathetic to say the least and so is the usha customer care. No system of monitoring pending issues. The matter is 'escalated' every time i call the customer care and by this time it should have reached god himself!

                                      Do not buy usha products, if this is the quality of products and after sales service they provide.
