Usha is an international brand. But the customer services are really poor. I registered a complaint on april 23, 2018. I was informed that an executive will be assigned in one day. No action has been taken so far (As on may 10, 2018 - 17 days).

In spite or repeated follow ups with the customer executives (In vain) i am still waiting for a technician to visit us.

It's a shame that such a reputed brand has such poor services.

I hope to get a response soon.

Also attaching the call details where i have attempted to followup with the customer care centre multiple times.

And unable to make any calls now as i (Think) i have been blocked.

    I have purchased fan no 14168867k model : striker platinum 1200 mm neeraj ceiling fan from navkar's, secunderabad vide bill no 5088 dt 5.3.18.
    On fixing the fan as per instructions by electrician, we are hearing the sound from 3 blades on fan when it is switch on, right from day one
    On rechecking by electrician, he said to replace the fan as there is a winding problem inside the fan

    I had given a warranty card from shop for 2 years by card no 048863 dt 5.3.18
    Please dupute the service personnel to rectify or replace the same immediately
    On dialing customer service no[protected], message voice, please check the number.

    Your immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated

    Kindly send technician to repair the sewing machine. At it's earliest.(1) Making too much noise as if some part is stricking the plate.(2) Breaking of thread within short time while stitching.(3) Unable to stitch properly.(4) Urgent repair require.

      I have gifted my mother a costly usha janome series sewing machine. We stay 190 km north to kolkata. During purchase we were convinced to give customer support whenever needed to our home. As this machine frequently stops working we need very frequent customer support and as this machine is complicated to handle, no local mechanic wants handle this one. And every time after lodging complaint at usha customer care, mechanic comes after a very long waiting period, and i had to call several times for reminder. But this time crossed all the limit, for last few weeks after reminding them so many times ur service guys failed to attend my moms machine. And that machine is left nonworking condition for more than one month. This time my request no c[protected] ref no 4880.
      Every time during customer support my mom literally cries due to ur poor support. And every moment i repent that why i had invested so much of money to this disgusting thing? Why did u people lie during selling this product that u people wud not have any problem regarding service to my place? Is ur company motto to only sale these machine? Dont u have any customer liabilities to your pruducts?
      And yes believe me this was my last time i have invested on usha product.
      Kindly look at this matter and do the needful.

        I have purchased a cooler of worth rs. 12, 000 last year. It not working, so i asked for customer service. He asked for service charge of rs. 400/- and rs.2, 800 for fan motor. I am under my warranty period, why should i pay for the charges? This is repeated for number of times and again & again they are asking for service charges. I am frustrated now. Now in future i am not gonna to buy any usha product and will not suggest any one. It totally waste of money.

        As it is in warranty period, i want you to either repair it at the earliest or refund the money. Please do it at the earliest as.

            With reference attached mail, i am very sorry to say usha is not a good company.
            Why we people purchase company products, for quality, for timily service. But you don't have any of one.

            Usha international does have one item, which required in my cooler. You are taking so much time to arrange that item.
            Now in future i am not gonna to buy any usha product and will not suggest any one. It totally waste of money.

            After summer, usha company will arrange that item?

            With ref. My below mail, my problem did not resolve till now. One executive came here on 18th apr. That time he started cooler. But on 19th at night i started cooler, after 1-2 hr cooler stopped to work.
            I have called customer care but now they are saying i hv to pay now for the same problem but when my problem did not resolve properly why should i pay for that.
            If one time i pay, suppose other day same problem raise then every time i will pay.
            If you can't give proper service then take away your product from my home. I m ready to loss. But i don't want to keep your product.

              I have purchasedone mixer grinder on 11th apr 2018 from big bazar - rcity ghatkopar west, on opening it was observed that motor on running giving burning smell and triping again and again, all the jars are giving noise at the time of running like goods train on the track. Pl note this is peti pack piece lifted from big bazar. On 12th april a complaint was lodged with tollfree no o[censored]sha international bearing no 5269, with committment of 48 hrs. Servive mechanac came on 13th april and after checking confirmed that motor is defective and in all jars one washer is missing pl note this is the condition of product which has nall quality check stickers on it. The service mechanic given the committment of replacing motor on if possible on saturday but failing which on monday 16th april possitively, no body turned on 14th nor on 16th apr, and no phone call for failure of commitment, on 17th morning
              I phoned customer care no againand same man gave me commitment of 17th evening i asked him the question if this committment is failed then what next then he connected to his senior ms sheetal she also gave me number of mr manoj and he gave me committment of 18th end of the day the motor will be replaced, after waiting uoto 6.30 pm i gave call to mr manoj and he just postpone the date to 19th april, we hade lot of delibration with him saying that you not given money to mee but to big bazar and i am not directly responcible for it. I was shocked with his appraoch. I think usha shouled withrew all dealerships and make mr manoj to sit on counter of there shop so that he becomes responcible for the same it looks like that mr manoj has given committment without any backup or not followed it up as he has committed to customer and hence it has failed, lastly he told me he is sending man to put lable so that you can go to bigbazar and get replacement, the easyway to run away from problem, i asked him to go to big bazar it cost me rs 100/- who will pay it to me for which he has no answer, as per my understanding the lable is put when product is beyond repairs at customers place. After various followup it unsolved till 19th apr one thing is sure that i will never buy usha product nor will recoment it any of my friends where customer is not god but sweeper who is made to run from piller to post

                On[protected], this fan was purchased from ethirajulu naidu shop from parrys chennai. I am having the warranty card with two year warranty.
                Last year itself it stopped working and it was repaired on free of cost and the mechanic who came for repair told this model is failure one and we are changing motor on free of cost. If it stops nxt time we will change the motor, he said. Now again it is stopped my request no is c[protected] ref no.4186. Pls attend it

                  I have purchased gas oven (Model no-cook top ebony gs3001) on 24/09/2017 from khosla electronics pvt ltd, barrackpore, kol-700120 and which was found defective (Gas leakage). I have lodged a complaint regarding this on 17/3/2018 (Complaint no-[protected]). A technician inspected this but could not detect the problem and unfortunate closed this complaint. Again i lodged a complaint on 26/03/2018 (No-[protected]). Technician came on 29/3/2018 and found the leakage of pipe which may occurred a serious accident (Fire). He instructed strictly not to use this oven and he committed to me that he will rectified the same very soon though i want to replace the same. I have make a phone call to customer care at today, yesterday and 05/4/2018 also but no action has not been taken from their end and nobody has come to solve this problem. This is very very unfortunate. So it is requested to change this item as soon as possible.

                        My complaint is regarding a product replacement request made to USHA for a NON-FUNCTIONING Oil Filled Radiator (OFR) Room Heater sold to us WRONGLY by their dealer Raj & Raj in Patna.

                        I would also like to highlight that despite multiple complaints made to Usha customer care toll free number as well as writing mails to them, our complaint was never resolved.

                        Please find below all the necessary details of the incident:

                        Product Details - Oil Filled Radiator (OFR) Room Heater

                        Product Code - OFR 3509F / 3511F / 3513F
                        Bill No. - J17/350
                        Date of Purchase - 10 January 2018
                        Dealer - Raj & Raj, A - 21, Twin Tower Hathwa, Patna

                        DEALER SOLD WRONG MODEL
                        We had purchased another OFR from the same dealer on 4 January 2018 (OFR 3609 F5 PTC) and it worked perfectly fine. Hence, we decided to purchase another unit of the same model. My husband called Raj & Raj on 4 January 2018 and requested him to delivery another unit of the same model (OFR 3609 F5 PTC). However, the dealer sent us the above model (OFR 3509F) and gave him WRONG INFORMATION that the product model is same and the only difference is the colour.

                        OFR DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY
                        The OFR 3509F did not heat properly on the first day. Therefore, we called the dealer on 5 January and requested him to take back the product and send us the model that we had asked for. The dealer blatantly refused to return the heater and asked us to call the customer care.

                        USHA SERVICE ENGINEERS CANNOT FIX THE HEATER
                        We made three calls/ complaints to Usha Customer Care between 16 - 25 January 2018 and were assigned three service engineers from Shivam Electrical. The first engineer who visited us told us that there's nothing technically wrong with the product and that this model (OFR 3509F) has some issues and we should request the dealer for a replacement. We did contact the dealer again but he said it's none of his business now and we should deal with the company directly. The second engineer wanted to unwillingly change the thermostat. He was not sure that would fix the problem as the thermostat was working properly anyway. But, we didn't allow him to change as the product was barely 10 days old and we requested for a product replacement. The third engineer also advised us to get the product replaced as even he did not find any technical problem with the product.

                        USHA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES DO NOT PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS
                        I made three calls to the USHA customer care toll free number and the first two executives didn't inform me that the reference number messaged to us should be shared with the service engineer only when our complaint has been resolved. Only the third time, I was informed about this feature.

                        We had written a detailed mail to USHA CARE describing our ordeal and the customer care told us that they are part of the service team and this is a Sales query which should be resolved directly with the dealer.

                        I must say that this entire episode with such a reputed brand name like USHA is marred by unprofessionalism and callous behaviour. It has left us baffled and disheartened. I shall think thousand times over before purchasing another USHA product. Ultimately, everyone in the USHA team, starting from the dealer to the after-sales support to the on-site service engineers, tried to get things off their back at the cost of causing inconvenience to the customer. Everyone displayed a lack of empathy for the customer and made no sincere effort to resolve our problem.

                        You must realise that brand USHA with its age old legacy commands blind trust among customers across India. However, episodes like these shall dent the brand image to incorrigible damage. There are plenty of brands selling OFR heaters in the market but we had been advised USHA by a lot of people. I now believe it was a huge mistake on our part.
                        I buy a new usha electric iron.but it's manufacturing defect.and i complaines since 14 on worard to bubaneswar (orissa)service ceneter but still they didn't solve it so I want to.replace imidiately . Kindly process it as quick as possible. Contact . My no-+91 [protected].

                          I bought a usha food processor a year ago which has 5 years warranty. Now i face some issue with the food processor and it seems it's not working any more. I called for the customer service and they are asking for warranty card.. Unfortunately i lost it. Do you think is there any other way to get a duplicate copy of my warranty card? Please suggest me some solution if possible. Thanks!

                            Absolutely pathetic product and after-sales. Delivered defective and there is no power within a few hours of delivery and on top of that the requests to service/replace that are not being honored.

                            The technicians lack training and have damaged the product physically without succeeding in resolving this.

                            Very casual approach shown by the customer care as well as the technicians. Want to understand legal way forward to drag them to court.

                              I have registered a complaint regarding my usha colt mixer grinder on 23th feb 2018 for not working. If i not forget your technician was visited my place next day on 24th feb 2018 and click some picture of my bill and warranty card, then confirm me that right now parts not available so he will visit tomorrow again with parts and solve my problem, but today 1st march 2018 till no response from any one, my complain is till pending no one helping me regarding the same. I called your customer care 6 to 8 times they given me service center number ([protected] global power link) when i called this number they are giving me technician number ([protected] name - atul). When i called this number 1st time he received my call and informed me that, "i will call you within 15 minutes" but he doesn't called me again, when i called this number he disconnected my call every time. If I not forget your technician was visited my place next day on 24th Feb 2018 and click some picture of my bill and warranty card, then confirm me that right now parts not available so he will visit tomorrow again with parts and solve my problem, but today 1st March 2018 till no response from any one, my complain is till pending no one helping me regarding the same. I called your customer care 6 to 8 times they given me service center number([protected] Global Power Link )when I called this number they are giving me technician number ([protected] Name- Atul).when I called this number 1st time he received my call and informed me that, "I will call you within 15 minutes" but he doesn't called me again, when I called this number he disconnected my call every time.I wrote mail 4 to 5 times to this mail id([protected]@ushainternational.com) they doesn't replayed any of my mail, also I have updated same thing social networking site Facebook but they are not replying any of my posts. Really I'm unable to understand what happening with me..I'm very disappointed with your service...

                              In this product the top of the rotator with the help of which jar blade rotates that rotator is rubbed which needs to be changed due to his problem the jar blade does not rotates.                                 Dear/madam,

                                I am sorry if this is not the right contact for raising a concern over the poor customer support. I am really looking forward to your help as the customer care is of no use.

                                I am using usha cooktop ebony which is still in warranty. There is some issue with burner and it is not working properly now. I had complained about the same to customer care 13 days back but no body has visited the place till now. Tat was 24 to 48 hours. I have recalled customer care 6 times but no improvement.

                                I am buying food from the hotel as we are not able to cook.

                                Kindly intervene.

                                  I had purchased steam iron o[censored]sha from reliance digital on 16.07.2017. Since purchase sole plate has been changed, wire has been changed (At my cost). Today short circuit in the plug that could have resulted in an accident. Again and again requesting the dealer to change the piece but they are not listening. Did not accept this from a big name like usha. It will be great help if you interfear in this matter and solve the problem.

                                    I have purchased the mixer grinder mg 3053 colt on 01.01.2018 from biz bazar virar west and i have complaint on 17.01.2018 several time on phone and also on website. Technician told that motor is not working but till date motor is not replace. Usha company is not taking any responsible for customer complain and not replace any parts. Is this usha company is fraud or useless to take any complaint to do the work in time or not responding to the customer complaint. How we can take the product of branded company like usha. Please look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest or i have to file the suit in the court or complain inthe police the usha company is fraud.

                                      I purchased your product on 28 nov 2017 from pcmc d-mart. I had faced problem with dry pot on first use. I had registered my first complaint regarding wear and tear part damaged. The technicians are unable to reach and contact with us at the first time. After 4 to 5 days later they called us on phone and asked for our refferal code without visit. This is whole information regarding our first complaint request.

                                      Then again second time i had registered complaint for the same dry pot issue. The pot was not used by us even more than one time. The technician was not visited our home due to there personal issue, they had requested me to come at talegao chowk. At that time he is not with his all tools he replaced that wear and tear part, but the bearing was totally jammed due to no use of that pot. He told me that please put some oil and free that jammed part at home. He taken a photo of warranty card at that time. I went home and try to free that part but the whole moving assembly is detached from the pot as shown in photo attached.

                                      After that today i had talked with ms. [censored]al thakur, as i want to register my complaint as i am totally unsatisfied with your service. It is my humble request that without giving my money back please take your whole product return. I don't want to waste more time into that same problem. I will preffer another products. Please take my complaint request as i dont want to use your useless mixer and services any more.

                                      I hope you will take it seriously, take action immediately. Don't waste our and your time.
                                      Please make sure that it cannot be happen with another one. You are really careless regarding your customers.

                                      I had asked for assistance, servicing of my stitching machine on last Thursday ..But surprisingly till now no one turned up.It very embarrassing i called 3 times and 3 times i was promised.
                                      i would at least recommend now to everyone not to buy any usha product for bad services.

                                        I have bought a usha janome magic stitch sewing machine through amazon online sale provider. Order date is 09/01/2018. Machine delivered on 15/01/2018. I have requested for demonstrator on your helpline number on 18/01/2018 and reference no. Is provided me is 7097.
                                        After that i have reminded for twice on this number. But till date no demonstrator has arrived me.
                                        It is very bad experience. People are spoiling the name of world fame company.
                                        Do if you can do something.
