I have buyer Usha pedestal fan is have working good in few days and after a Time is getting smelly of burning...and motour is not working

I have purchased 3 usha ceiling fan on 3rd july 2018, amongst which one of the fans was not working properly and was making a lot of noise, to which I called a mechanic for, from your customer services and he fixed it. Now I am facing the same problem again, kindly provide assistance as early as possible.
Purchase a usha gayee but toll free having no response for install of my newly gyser.
