Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of AuriMore, Anpara and had an Electricity connection since last 25 years (a/c #[protected] on the name of Alka Bhatnagar(w/o Late Anil Bhatnagar).
Post my retirement in 2016, I was not in Anpara, but the bill was continued to come, and I could not make bill payments. Hence, my Meter was removed from my house, which is fine.
In 2021February, when I returned to Anpara, I requested Electricity department in Anpara to reinstate my connection, but i was told, that my connection is closed and was asked to apply for new one, which i did not want to. I have also given a written application to AK Singh, EDO, Robertsganj about the same in March 2021, but nothing happened.
In July 2021, I was told by JE Anuj Kumar that new connection cannot be given, as i already have one.
After spending so many months chasing JE Anuj Kumar, finally I was told in October 2021, that I need to pay my due which was 28000/-, but after settlement, it would be 20000/- I immediately gave 20000/- to Monu on the direction of JE Anuj Kumar and I was giveen assurance that, I will get the reciept after one week, as it has to be paid in Pipri office, and my connection will be reinstated.
But, nothing happened even after 2 months. I was told, that my earlier connection is closed and cannot be reinstated and have no dues.
Again after so many follow ups, in Dec 2021, i got new meter, which was not linked to any account, i stll do not have any documents of that meter, no bill is coming to me.
In April 2022, the same old account(which is not connected to any meter) became active and bill got increased to 32000/-.

There are so many open questions which no one is giving answer to
There are few people who are either incompetent for their job or making wrong use of the system.

Only ask from me is:
1) Get the money from JE and Monu asap and clear all my dues
2) Get me the legal connection, either on the old account or new one.

Appreciate your support on quick resolution of this.

      Since last 5-6 months the electricity bill i'm receiving is very high than usual. From 500-600 it has raised to 3000 now with no changes in electricity. I need an immediate solution to this issue

          I was recharging my Smart meter given by UPPCL online. The genus prepaid consumer id is : [protected]
          My 1100 rupees got deducted and no token code was generated.
          Transaction status is shown as SUCCESS but recharge status is FAILED.
          I am attaching the screenshot. Please check.

          I have done the recharge of 2000, amount has been deducted from my bank account but recharge status is showing failed. I beseech you pease solve this problem as soon as possible .

            Respected Sir,

            With high esteem I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had to pass through a rigorous mental agony for no fault of mine. In Feb-2022 a Bill No.[protected] Dtd.24.02.2022 of Rs.65541/- against my Account No.[protected] in the name of Taij Krishan Bhat was wrongly generated by Electricity Department. Anyway, mistakes do happen but the worst part in U.P Electric Department is that to hide their own mistakes consumers are being punished. I contacted concerned SDO on his Mobile No. [protected] several times and was told to send the live video of my meter to them on Whatsapp so that they can correct the reading. But despite this nothing happened and again Bill No.[protected] Dtd.20.04.2022 for Rs.1.33, 177/- was generated. After this I got worried and started visiting from pillar to post in concerned Electricity Office and ultimately after submitting an application my bill was corrected to Rs.3853/- from[protected] to[protected]units 396) but the online payment to be made was showing Rs.4561/- which I made on the same day 25.03.2022. Now, as there was a difference of Rs.708/- and to enquire about this I dialed customer care number and I was shocked to know these are the charges for Disconnection and Reconnection levied on me which on ground has never taken place as I have never been a defaulter in my life. Regarding the reversal of fake charges I spoke to the concerned SDO on his Mobile No. [protected] several times but he never looked keen to redress my genuine grievance.

            The matter is not of excess charges of Rs.708/- but if the system runs like this where the officers show lackadaisical approach towards the agonies of consumers we can never achieve the goal which our Hon’ble Chief Minister has set. So, I feel it my bounden duty to get the official punished for harassing electricity consumers in Ghaziabad for no fault of theirs.

              I would like to inform you that there is Negligence in your staff. They just provide electricity in our area for hardly around 6 hours a day. This shows the carelessness of the staff at your company. We are facing too much problem due to this. I would to request please solve this problem as soon as it possible.                     There is wrong bill generated in August, September 2021 almost 25 times of the usual bill which was getting paid every month on time...I have raised complaints many time online, offline...but no one is listening...I have visited the concerned electricity office around more than 10 times but i felt helpless all the time...No one is even listening there...I have tagged this complain to the twitter hand o[censored]PPCL as well but no resolution. Electricity dept has disconnected the connection due to non payment of Bill...Now All option that i have is to pay the bill which almost 50 times now of what my usual bill used to be...

                        It is regrate to inform you that we all villagers lived in Vill. Ranaghari P.O korari Khurd Distt. Unnao 209801 U.P are suffering from Electric problem in this warm Summer.

                          I am a resident of Village Chhitnapur, Nandapurwa, Balpur Bazar, Gonda. Colonelgunj. There is an electri pole and wire passes throguh my land. I want to construct a house on the plot however the wire passes through the middle of the plot hence I am not able to construct the house. We requested several times for shifting of the pole but the request is never heard. A road also passes next to my plot and the electric pole can easily be shifted on the side of the road, but it is still not solved. Kindly look into this and help resolve the issue.

                                  I want to inform you that the light house men are on their own they give supply whenever they want and they cut whenever they want ... in summers they cut for 18-20 hrs continuously, that our inverters got low.. we didn't get for 1 hour in previous 24 hrs...

                                    I have a 4Kw power connection in radha kunj colony of kalindipuram prayagraj but power is very low fluctuating around 120-160 volt due to which various appliances of my house got damaged and i paid for its repair.

                                      I am not from up or residing or own any property in up but For the past 4 months I am getting a bill payment sms.even the number on which I get the sms is never registered to any electricity bill or organisation.oviously this is fraud or someone by mistake give my number or may be misusing unknown numbers for bill fraud.i already complaint about this a couple of months ago but still getting this sms.please resolve the problem ASAP.
