    Greetings sir/ma'am
    I am Abdur Rahim from Lucknow. I had applied for driving license of motor cycle without gear (MCWOG) at Trans gomti office, Lucknow. Application number- [protected]. On successfully completing the test on 20/04/2021, It has been about 7 months now but I have still not received the DL. I have contacted them many times and have also visited the office but to no avail. The status of following procedures is still showing pending-
    1) Approval of DL
    2) Printing of DL in form 7(smart card)
    3) Dispatch of DL and PSV badge
    Please kindly look into this problem

        I, Sandeep Kumar was booking a ticket from LUCKNOW to DELHI, 9:30PM, on 7 November 2021.

        After completion of payment process my transaction failed but amount deducted.
        I was making payment with my Debit Card.

        Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                07/11/2021 20:55:00 JAN RATH KAISARBAGH to KAUSHAMBI via GAJRAULA

                while initiating to book a bus ticket for above service, money got deducted very efficiently but I received neither Email not any kind of messages regarding booking. If you cannot give me ticket then I request you to initiate my refund asap with priority basis.

                  On[protected] i was booking ticket from saktinagar to Lucknow in AC bus Shatabdi and paid using phone pay through the gate way of atom
                  Upsrtc says the transaction failed but my money got deducted. I'm providong you the upi transaction number. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible

                      Sir, I was booking the ticket from SAHARANPUR TO LUCKNOW from UPSRTC on JANRATH, and I was doing payment through mu UPI APP first time amount got deducted but ticket didn't booked then I again tried the payment and amount got deducted and ticket got booked. So sir it is a kind request to refund the deducted amount ASAP.

                          I had booked tickets on 19 Oct, 2021 at 10:29pm. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the tickets the next day in the morning.

                                I booked my bus ticket on 12 october 2021 on UPSRTC site in JANRATH (9 pm) from Bareilly to Haridwar for 13 October 2021. My payment completed from Google Play and Rs. 547 was debited from my account but the booking has not confirmed as I didn't receive any confirmation on my given email ID or contact number. Payment was done to ATOM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. I want my refund as no ticket is issued to me.

                                  Complain about Hsrp number plate for old vehicles. The name of the company is not listed on the website and there is no provision for it on how to get one. Please see into the matter.

                                      I have not received mail for booked tickets, and not even any update on mobile number.

                                        We have booked 3 tickets from kaushambi to Bareilly satellite the name of Ajeet Singh, Arun Gangwar & Mansi Singh Ticket no[protected], Transaction no - [protected] Time/Date - 09/07/2021 23:00 amount is 1590. I had to wait until 23:15 but the bus did not come. I was asked to inquiry dept, he told that the bus is canceled your amount will be refund in to your account but i'm still not updated about the your side regarding amount.

                                        Please tell me when we will receive my refund.
