I booked my ticket on 27th December 2020 using upsrtc website, the amount got deducted but ticket was not booked, still amount not refunded

मैं 18.12.2020 को जनरथ जिसका नंबर. UP33 A15704 है से कानपुर से लखनउ की यात्रा कर रही थी . सवारियों की सीट के ऊपर सामान रखने वाली जगह पर रखी हुई सीट अचानक से मेरे सिर पर गिर गई।
ये spare seats rakhne ka स्थान नहीं है। कंडक्टर से शिकायत करने पर वो लड़ने लगा।। क्या आप किराया ले के कस्टमर को ये सर्विस देना चाहते हैं। और स्टाफ को कस्टमर से बात करने की तमीज तक नहीं है।
कृपया बसों का management सुधारें और कर्मचारियों को उनके काम के साथ कस्टमर डीलिंग की ट्रेनिंग दे।
मैं पहले ही स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस की मरीज़ हूं। अगर मुझे इस दुर्घटना में कुछ हो जाता तो क्या यूपीएसआरटीसी उसकी भरपाई करता। या फिर आपका। कंडक्टर करता। कंप्लेंट करने पर आपका कंडक्टर बोलता है आप महिला है इसलिए कुछ बोल नहीं रहा हूं। कोई आदमी होता तो अच्छी तरह से बताता है कि कृपया एक्शन लें।

On dt. 14/12/2020 I booked a ticket through upsrtc from Gorakhpur To Anand Vihar and bus timing 15:00 hrs of Rs. 1544 through my upsrtconline account. The payment is deducted from my account but Unfortunately, the ticket is not booked and I didn't get any tickets. I checked my mail and UPSRTC acc. but there is no notification regarding a payment failure or ticket not booked status. Kindly solve this issue as I want my refund.

On dt. 9/12/2020 I booked a ticket through upsrtc from Lucknow To Agra of Rs. 673 through my upsrtconline acc.. The payment is deducted from my account but Unfortunately, the ticket is not booked and I didn't get any tickets. I checked my mail and UPSRTC acc. but there is no notification regarding a payment failure or ticket not booked status. Kindly solve this issue as I want my refund.

29th November ko ticket book kiya tha Kanpur to Azamgarh UPSRTC pe ticket nahi hua paise kat gye h aaj 14 din hone jaa raha h koi refund nahi hua h..bank se bat rho to wo bolte h apka amount merchant account me bhej diya gya h but mere pass abhi tak koi paisa nahi aaya h please help me..

I was booking the ticket from Gorakhpur To Alambagh on 11 December 2020 for 12 December 2020 . While doing so i choose upi option, I approved the payment and money got deducted from my account and payment suucesfull was shown on screen, but the upsrtc website it keeps on waiting and suddenly got expired and my ticket was not booked

There is no response from the upsrtc on my mail and there is no way around given for sorting out refund problems

UP33AT4987 changed its route to reach LUCKNOW CHARBAGH from LALGANJ AJHARA. It's way is Lalganj ajhara-salon-rai bareli - Lucknow but it changed it's route and going via amethi district As on 03.11.2020. Departure time from LALGANJ ajhara 8:00 am

Kindly note that my bus was cancelled without any prior intimation. I had booked my ticket online.

My online ticket and payment details are attached. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

Same is already intimated to UPSRTC helpline mail but no action is taken till now.

This mail is regards to the refund of bus ticket cancellation no - 175075, we booked ticket from kanpur to jhansi from agent (Girish kesarvani) he reserved our tickets from via.com online ticket booking company... We went on boarding point before one hour early... There then officials o[censored]psrtc or bus stand officials said that the online booking bus has been cancelled then to confirm we called this no [protected]-no o[censored]psrtc they too said that online booking bus has been cancelled and refund will provided directly to your within 24 hrs our within 7 days now it's been a month there's no such proceedings and now they are saying bus was not cancelled so there will no refund..., the passengers named vaibhav ghatol and bhimrao ghatol who approached the pick up point at the bus arrival time was informed by the local bus conductor that the bus has been cancelled, below you can find the attachment of the ticket. If the bus was not cancelled, send us the proof, first of all the bus was not on time and secondly by the officials only this was informed that the bus was cancelled, if the bus was running late it should be informed to the passengers through mail or mobile no as the details are provided by the ticket bookibng 900 is not at all a small amount they are fooling the customer by literally saying that there was a no show by the passengers, so actually they are doing a fraud with the customers, as the bus was cancelled please provide the refund asap, this mail is has been sent to consumer court too, if you dont look into this matter we have to approach the consumer court
