I booked ticket from UPSRTC website. And later on I have canceled my ticket . I received cancellation voucher but refund not received . When I enquired about my refund I got a revert that you email the issue. I have emailed several time but no response . I contacted UPSRCTC but they also never respond. The details are :
Ticket No = 15593440
Cancellation voucher no= 15594325
PNR No = XXHW[protected]
Date of Journey = 04/04/2021
Refund Amount = 1472
Please look at attachment and refund my money asap.

        I manoj kumar mishra booked a ticket from lko to faizabad at time 5 pm on date 6/7/2021 by Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation(UPSRTC) - 57887
        SHATABDI AC (2+2) bus i boked my ticket thru redbus, using amazon service..
        my ticket id is
        Ticket ID: 86KUMJQ2
        PNR: Xfzb[protected]/GKP..

        Bt when i reached at bus station they suddenly told me this bus is cancelled..also no refund i got..

        I m very disappointed with this type of services from upsrtc..

        My family also get trouble with this..
        If there is cancelltion of bus atleast on sms has to send..and also there is no information about my money back..

        Plz do take strict action against this and refund my money asap

          I booked a ticked on 2 july 2021 which is not actually booked . The whole story is i booked a ticket on 2 july 2021 my transaction was successful and i have the receipt too but the site redirected me to the main page so i didnt received any ticket or mail or sms regarding confirmation of my ticket . Now i called to the customer care support and she said that your ticket is not booked please try with another payment method as i used UPI to do transaction then again i booked my ticket but this time with my debit card details all was good balance deducted again but the same thing happened here again i didnt got any mail sms or anything regarding confirmation of ticket . Now i am calling to the customer care support to refund my both i.e. of total Rs1626 (813.00 + 813.00) but i am unable to do so because there lines are out of reach. Tell me the solution please

            I get my learner driving license on 28/12/2021 valid upto 27/06/2021 but in between this time i am not able to give driving license test because of corona so now i apply for dl and they take the fees 700 for my driving license on 30/06/2021. But i am not able to book my driving license test slot . So i want my money refund because they dont show any thing before fees submission but now i am not able to book my dl slot.

              I have booked 1 ticket for Kaushambi to Lakhimpur via JAN-RATH bus service.
              Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. I didnt receive my ticket over the mail nor on my mobile number . I booked ticket from Kaushambi to Lakhimpur for amount rs. 831.00.
              Please refund my money back.
              Either send me ticket details as soon as possible for tickets dated 06.07.2021
              Seats booked was seat no 11.
              Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account.
              I'm attaching the screenshot of the bank statement too for your assistance.
              Kindly refund my money back.

                Above the details that I have filled.
                29th of June, I have booked 2 tickets from Farrukhabad to Anand Vihar Janrath bus. after making payment from payment page it shows me Home option only, Didn't received any notification that my ticket booked or something wrong happen. And I got message from bank that money is deducted from account.

                    I booked two tickets of Janrath bus from Noida to Gorakhpur but Bus got cancelled on 08/05/2021 and still I didn't got my refund. My journey date was 08/05/2021.
                    My refunds are pending from more than one month. I have dropped many mails to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but didn't received any support.
                    So poor service from UPSRTC, which I didn't expected this to happen.
                    Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am providing my bus ticket and cancellation voucher screenshots. Solve and make refund as soon as possible. My booking id is - reddle

                            PAYMENT FAILED AND REFUND NOT YET RECEIVED

                            UPSRTC USERNAME : sona7417
                            BOOKING DATE : 03.04.2021 ( 03 Apr'2021 )
                            REFUND AMOUNT : 617 INR

                            The refund is pending and i have been taking many follow ups for same . UPSRTC is asking to get in touch with ATOM and ATOM is instructing to talk with UPSRTC merchant for refund initiation .

                            Its nearly going to be 2 months and there is no status of refund, moreover the UPSRTC Customer Care Executives are not giving any update or registering the complaint . They simply say that they can't do anything related to refund .

                            I made the payment via ICICI Debit Card, attaching the statement .

                              I was booking 2 tickets on 21st March 2021 from Noida to Agra for 27th March 2021 but got an error (Site is temporarily unavailable due to site maintenance).

                              Amount deducted from my bank 858 Rs to ATOMUPSRTC but ticket not booked.

                              I have mailed to online.[protected]@upstrc.com 3 times and also call customer care but no reply on mail and customer care said we don't deal with refund inquiries.

                              It's more than 2 months now. Want a refund. Also added images of error I got and amount that was debited
