I booked ticket from UP transport website. And later on i cancelled the ticket 24 hrs before the journey date. Its one week from now still i didn't get any refund. I contacted UPSRTC but they never respond. The details are :

Respected Ma'am|sir,
Warm welcome, sir I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Bareilly through the upsrtc website on March 21, 2021. Due to some technical error, my balance had been deducted but the ticket didn't confirm.
I have done so many emails for a refund but neither get a reply nor a refund yet.
So I request you please resolve this issue asap.

I was trying to book online ticket on upsrtc website with my upsrtc account @PuranshD from Kaushambi depot to Sitapur depot on[protected]. I was paying my amount wth SBI debit card details, after filling all the details it redirected me to OTP page where I filled the OTP and then it redirected me again to upsrtc page where the error occurred and showed that your transaction got failed, but the thing is that the amount of 1586 rupees deducted from my bank account, I received text from bank side informing about amount deduction but I didn't received any mail or text from upsrtc about booking failure or amount deduction then I contacted with customer care they told me that the site is not working and your booking got cancelled and you will recieve your ammount within 1-2 days but I haven't received my amount which was deducted or any mail from upsrtc about my refund. I need my money back as soon as possible so please solve this issue .

I have booked online ticket for two from Lucknow to Varanasi my PNR no - XVNS[protected], travel date is 26th March. I want to cancel my ticket and same is only possible by online logging into the UPSRTC site. Online site is not getting log in and showing error . I want to cancel my ticket but nobody from UPSRTC is responding.

I have tried to book a bus ticket from Dehradun (DDN) to Delhi (DLI) for 29/03/2021 on upsrtconline.co.in using guest login.

The bus details are as follows :
Boarding time : 29/03/2021 19:30:00
Service : AC 3×2
Route : Dehradun to Kashmiri Gate
Seat No : 31

The amount of Rs 458 with a UPI Transaction ID[protected] has been debited from my bank account but haven't received any ticket confirmation.

I am attaching Google pay payment made to UPSRTC screenshot below.

I am highly disappointed by the service provided by UPSRTC and I am kindly requesting you to please initiate refund or provide me with a ticket for the same bus and time mentioned above.

My name is Rashi Mishra. I have booked two tickets on 11 March 2021 from Bareilly to Agra which cost me Rs. 814.

I have done the payment via Google Pay the money got deducted but the UPSRTC page said that payment failed and tickets were not booked. I tried calling helpline number but they are not reachable. Screenshot of the payment is also attached here. I need my refund back. Very poor service from UPSRTC.

My name is atin srivastsva i booked a ticket on 6th march 2021 from lucknow to sakthinagar from my upsrtc id atin101. And the amount got failed 2 times but the amount has not been refunded till now. Very poor service by upsrtc have mailed many times but no reply even. They said it will be refunded in 7 To 10 days but it's 15 days still no refund I have mailed many times and attached the screenshot but still no help has been given

This is to inform you that on 8/03/2021 I tried to book a ticket through upsrtc's official website and made the payment of Rs. 1732 through google pay UPI. After making the payment it redirect to the page where "transaction failed" Message appeared. Amount deducted from my account and still not got any refund. I called on toll free number o[censored]psrtc where customer care was not able to help regarding that transaction and asked me to write an email to upsrtc. I emailed thrice but didn't get any response. I am attaching the google pay receipt for your reference. Please look into matter and help me to resolve this issue.

I tried to book online ticket from guest ID login on 6th of March from Bareilly Satellite to Kaushambi, the fare was 530 and I chose to pay money using Gpay and the money was deducted from my account but transaction failed was displayed on payment window, also no seat was booked. It was shown that in case of money deduction the amount will be refunded within 7 working days but it hasn't been done as yet therefore I request you to please get my Money refunded.The UPI ID to which I paid money was atomupi.[protected]@hdfcbank. I paid money at 00:45 AM on 6th of March.

My money deducted and ticket not booked...I want my refund...even Upsrtc customer care number is not reachable and I have already emailed about the same..but no response.

I booked a ticket during Lucknow to Anand Vihar and cancelled it but I didn't get refund.. The refund amount was 1818 rupees. I have attached the Cancellation voucher of my ticket. Please check it and help me out. Its been more than 2 weeks and no money is refunded

I booked tickets from upsrtc online ticket booking website. My money got deducted but i didn't get the tickets. The website showed transaaction failure whereas my money got deducted. My money is not getting refunded

I have tried and contacted each and every customer care number provided on website for the same but didn't received any response or refund. The payment for those tickets were made through upstrc website gateway only.
Kindly provide me with my refund as it's already been delayed and let me know if anything else is required from my end.

Booked ticket using upsrtc on 27th December 2020, money deducted but ticket not booked

I booked my ticket on 27th December 2020 using upsrtc website, the amount got deducted but ticket was not booked, still amount not refunded

मैं 18.12.2020 को जनरथ जिसका नंबर. UP33 A15704 है से कानपुर से लखनउ की यात्रा कर रही थी . सवारियों की सीट के ऊपर सामान रखने वाली जगह पर रखी हुई सीट अचानक से मेरे सिर पर गिर गई।
ये spare seats rakhne ka स्थान नहीं है। कंडक्टर से शिकायत करने पर वो लड़ने लगा।। क्या आप किराया ले के कस्टमर को ये सर्विस देना चाहते हैं। और स्टाफ को कस्टमर से बात करने की तमीज तक नहीं है।
कृपया बसों का management सुधारें और कर्मचारियों को उनके काम के साथ कस्टमर डीलिंग की ट्रेनिंग दे।
मैं पहले ही स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस की मरीज़ हूं। अगर मुझे इस दुर्घटना में कुछ हो जाता तो क्या यूपीएसआरटीसी उसकी भरपाई करता। या फिर आपका। कंडक्टर करता। कंप्लेंट करने पर आपका कंडक्टर बोलता है आप महिला है इसलिए कुछ बोल नहीं रहा हूं। कोई आदमी होता तो अच्छी तरह से बताता है कि कृपया एक्शन लें।
