Rto office Noida sector 14 A traffic police ne kisi or bike ka challan meri bike par de diya hai.
Or Mene apna bike no dekhkar challan 1000rs ka pay kar diya hai, but wo challan DL7SCG4722 KA tha, to mujhe apne wrong challan ke pese 1000rs wapas nahi mil rahe hai, jo ki refunded hona chahiye, kyunki challan meri bike DL7SCC4722 KA nahi tha.
I request to you please resolve my problem and my money 1000 RS is refunded.

My booking on the date of 20/09/2019, 13:30pm was cancelled due to whatever reason, since then i have not received any refund or any amount related to that transaction i am attaching the screenshot of the image that's showing the cancellation message. Kindly revert as soon as possible

This has happened with me and my siblings so many times and we have lost around 2000 rupees in just for not receiving refund from this company i want you to take strict actions against these people. They are just fooling people about receiving refund with 7 days. As, they fail to live upto their promises.

My father's journey was dated on 29.8.19 from alambagh (Lucknow) to mathura but on this day the bus was cancelled and the person told that refund would be on 7 to 10 working days but still i have not get any refund. So now i want to know about refund status. I have attached ticket for the same. Kindly do the needful for the same.

My application number[protected] for permanent dl is pending for approval since 9th may, 2019 at rto, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh. Since then it has been more than 4 months, waiting for approval and printing of dl in form 7. Have already completed all the tests, made payments, submitted the relevant docs which are already approved.

Please see if this could be processed at the earliest.

This is regarding the issue with my mother's open card for bus yatra etah. The card was not functioning properly and it has submitted to etah depote since 18 may, 2019.

It has been more than 4 months and i am still waiting for it after consistently checking the status at etah depote (Etah bus stand) who creats adhar card, mst. I haven't come across any satisfied feedback yet and neither i have been told the next step. Even none of the email ids are working as i tried to reach at [protected]@trimax.in/[protected]@trax.in

Card has balance of approx. 2500 rupees. My mother is a frequent user of open card as she is a teacher and travel in bus on daily basis. Kindly look over to this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

I was booking tickets from upsrtc on 9th of august, i opted for 2 tickets, and while doing payment to them it was showing a bill of 768 but after typing the otp for transaction i was redirected to home page and my tickets were not booked, instead 2304 rupee was deducted from my account.
I tried to contact you on your helpline number [protected] but i didn't get any response from you.
Kindly consider my complaint, and refund my money.

Subject: complain regarding misbehavior and physical assault by the bus conductor.

I would like to bring into your notice that i boarded delhi bound moradabad dipot bus no up78dn8898 on 19 aug 2019. I sit on the vacant seat beside the conductor seat as there were no vacant seats i could found also i had a heavy bag which i kept in the luggage space provided in bus.

Befor the bus left the station suddenly the conductor came and asked me to leave the seat using unacceptable and abusive language. When i objected his behavior and asked him to apologize, he created a scene there and gathered other bus staff and continued abusing and misbehaving with me. Even after all this i agreed to leave the seat on the condition of his apology. Instead of apologizing, suddenly he assaulted me physically and pushed me from the seat. He tried to slap me and threatened me to through out of the bus. Somehow other passangers saved me from him.
Later he gave the same seat to the other male passenger.
He continued threatening me throughout the journy, then i called helpline number written in the bus to complain his act after that he became more aggressive and threatened me to "beat like a dog" at the time of hearing of complain"

I tried to ask him his name but he refused to tell me again with abusive words.

The complain no i got from helpline was 190819/296. Their resolution was"just giving the warning to conductor and driver".

Dear sir i am not satisfied with such resolution they provided me for getting physically assaulted and insulted in front of all the passengers.

Sir i request you to take strict and exemplary action against the said conductor for his act so that he never repeat such behavior with any other passenger in future. Also i request you to inform me about the actions taken by your office against the said conductor.

Upsrtc says the trasaction failed but my money got deducted. I'm providing you the upi transaction id please refund my money as soon as possible

Kaushambi bus stop ka staff ka behavior bahut kharab hai. Na to ye log kabhi dhang se kaam karte hai, na hi inko koi knowledge hai.
Bas customers ko talana aur time dete rehna hai.
Mera mst ka recharge pichle 20 din se pending kar rakha hai. Hamesha ek hi bahana site nhi chal rahi.
In besharmo ko khilaaf sakht karwai ya in gadho ko nikal dena chahiye

On 19/07/2019 at around 11.30 pm i was booking for a bus from agra to kanpur and paid the amount rs.455 for 7 am bus
My transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my account but their was no message or mail regarding my booking
On 20/07/2019 when i was at agra isbt.. I enquire at the counter regarding my booking but they said that there is no such booking made and i have to purchase another ticket from the ticket counter.
I have mailed to upsrtc regarding this but no response from them have received till now.
So it's a request that please look forward to my concern and provide the refund as soon as possible.

Was shown locked and amount got deducted while ticket was not generated.
Amount deducted was rs.299

Transaction was done on july 1, 2019 at 10:33am from upsrtc site.
The seat no.17 is still being shown locked at other sites like redbus or paytm.

Its a sincere request to kindly refund the amount deducted or generate the ticket for the same journey date at the same time.

Hereby i arsalan aziz wants to inform you that dated 22/06/19 at 8:15 pm i want to book shatabdi ac (Mau to alambagh) bus ticket but unfortunately ticket was not booked and money was deducted from my account amount rs.569/-.
After that i booked my ticket at 12.15 am which was successful.
So, i want my deducted money back and want to ask you sir when my deducted money back to my account.
Please see the attachment given below of bank mini statement of money deduction.

I had book ticket through site - UPSRTC.COM from anandvihar to sitapur dated - 3rd june 2019 time is 23:25:10 transaction no - S446910 total amount - 1430 the given balance had been deduct form my account which picture is added below but we had not received any massage and mail from UPSRTC . in-spite of mail complain and call complain to UPSTRC.COM but did not get my amount back and no any positive response on same . so request you please resolve this issue ASAP .

I made the transaction on 8/6/2019 of Rs. 822/- for the tickets booking via AC Janrath bus from Haridwar to Delhi as a guest user. Ticket not booked but payment got deducted from my Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card. Transaction Reference Number is [protected]

I have tried many times to contact on Upsrtc Customer Care Numbers but they are not responding on my complaint, Also send the mail to their official email id (Screen Shot Attached) but no positive revert and no update about my query.

I manoj kumar has been cheated by sepoy vikas patil by giving an offer of selling a tractor. I have transferred him an amt of rs 60000 in his paytm account number[protected] IFSC- code PYTM0123456 from the name of Kalpesh Giri Goswami. He is cheating behind the name of Indian Army, which is directly spoiling the reputation of Indian Army, which should not a matter to apologize. This is a punishable act done by him. I want to request our police department and our cyber cell to please investicate the matter very seriously so that further fraud can be stop done by him.
