Sir i had booked my tickets on red bus app in scania a/c (2+2) seater
Ticket no are

But due to corona precaution lockdown
The bus has cancelled
But neither i get any refund massage nor refund
Moreover in red bus booking section it is showing that journey has been completed
So i requested you to refund as soon as possible or send me refund massage until unless my money has not been refunded.

On 20.3.2020, i booked ticket for 2 from delhi to kotdwar ac janrath, at 5.31 pm. The amount of 836 was deducted from my account. It was fine till it redirected me to main page. I didn't got my ticket and when i logged in and checked "my booking" section, it was showing nothing. The amazing thing was that haven't recieved any mail regarding booking, all i got was mail and text regarding the deduction of money from my account.

I beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc website with registered user name - akashakki123 but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 1403.00 was deducted from my account as per mentioned below details and credit into upsrtc account.

to Basti on 7 march 2020 amount deducted from my account but ticket was not booked . When I contacted customer care service o[censored]PSRCTC they told transaction is failed so ticket is not booked and your amount will be credited to account automatically within 7-10 days but until now i didnt got my money.

I booked ticket for my journey from anand vihar to bareilly for the date[protected]. I booked the ticket once the amount was deducted but the ticket wasn't booked. I tried once again and again the same thing happened. I hve to travel tomorrow and still i don't have the ticket to travel and i am also short of money to book tickets again kindly refund my money i. Today 2nd march 2020, i've booked a bus of timing 10 am.
First thing was that bus was late for about 40 mins and when i asked person on ticket counter he just responded in rude way and send me to another counter.
On next counter lady was sitted she was responded me and said "muje nhi pta kyo nhi aayi aur nhi ayi yp mai kya karun" and she was enquiry incharge over there.
None of the person neither litterate nor they know how to talk.
Then after 40 mins when bus come then the bus condition was very bad no proper seats were there mostly seats were broken and even ac was also no working.
I've booked ticket for 350 and it was worst experience.
I want action to be taken strict against these kaushambi upsrtc team so that in future any other person will not get offended like this.

I had purchased a ticket from kaushambi to bareilly satellite for 16.2.2020 (Shatabdi ac) amounting for rs 467. (Ticket no:14521085; pnr no:blys[protected] but with any prior notice or phone call or email. They cancelled this bus. So i had to board another bus and pay by cash. But this amount which was paid online should have been refunded but its already feb28 and there are no signs of any refund.. I had tried to call at their provided complaint number no one picks up the phone and they even dont resppnd to any emails.. This is a online fraud by a government agency. Either they sort this problem or i drag upsrtc to consumer court

From bareilly to baheri state toll plaza is located in dohna, which had placed about 6-7year ago. Now there is no any new work held on this road but state govt is placing a new toll plaza on baheri, which is just 35 km far from dohna. If the govt is taking toll on this road at dohna then why a new toll plaza is forming at baheri?
Kindly resolve the proposal of forming new toll at baheri.

I have booked my ticket on 18th january 2020 for agra to dehradun through guest user but due to certain reasons the pnr number could not be generated and the amount was deducted from my account. I have not received the refund yet. I would like you to provide with the refund as soon as possible. I have been trying to contact you for 20 days now. And it is really upsetting that i have to ask for my money again and again. The services are very laid back as the contact no. Is busy and i am not able to contact them anymore.

Respected sir, in my locality(vijyant khand-4, Gomtinagar) the road was reconstructed and all of sudden in the midnight a speed breaker was made (which is higher in height and not painted) before house number 4/565. I was coming from somewhere in the night, my son was driving the activa (he came from ghziabad and was not aware of speed breaker) the activa jumped and I fell down badly on the road. My leg tilted, muscles torn apart and now I'm bedridden. I want that speed breaker to be remove from there so that no one else get hurt again.

the website has no provision. the same problem has also been reported in other posts.

Kindly do the needful. Date of journey is 20.12.2019.

Now, they shall not refund proper amount citing delay in cancellation and other issues..

I booked ticket from UP transport website. And later on i cancelled the ticket 24 hrs before the journey date. Its one month from now still i didn't get any refund. I contacted UPSRTC but they never respond. The details are :

I booked ticket on upsrtc website on 11.10.2019 for coming on 12.10.2019 from agra to delhi for my wife and kids.
They have decucted amount from my credit card around 1470 inr. But tickets weren't generated.
I'vecalled their customer care no. Many times. But they do not pick phone at all. Their no is [protected]
Please help me out for refunding my amount

This is regarding ticket booked from the userid - gulshan948. I booked a ticket from lucknow to agra on 22 oct 2019 and money was deducted, ticket was not booked for the bus (At 9:30am).

I had called so many times on all the phone numbers o[censored]psrtc. There's no response from the refund team. More than 10 days have passed since the amount was deducted. If refund team wanted to consider the problem, it would have responded. I think by delaying the issue they want to plunder the money

Hi all.

I made a bus booking on the 18th of oct through upsrtc. I booked two seats.
After the payment of rs.1348.00, the website shows me an error page. I checked the history but there was no transaction recorded related to my current booking. I was unable to track the status of my transaction. I simply logged out. After that, i found the "complaints" button on the home screen of the website, i clicked on that and get a page with an extremely awesome message, 'the resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.'
I wrote an email to 'online. [protected]@upsrtc.com' and didn't receive any response. After two working days i again sent a gentle reminder but didn't get any reply. So after 13 days, i'm raising this issue here.
Please do the needful. I'm sure that there are thousands of customers who are facing the same issue.

A few days letter I received an SMS from UPSRTC that the service had been cancelled. I sent a message on their twitter handle regarding the refund of my money and was told that the amount would be refunded back to my account within 7 days. But nothing has been done till now. I am not a resident o[censored]ttar Pradesh and am not in a position to visit any depot for this issue. I have tried several times to register on UPSRTC but it keeps failing. Their customer care numbers are unreachable at all times. It seems UPSRTC discourages people from outside UP to purchase tickets online. Please help.

I had book Volvo on[protected] from Delhi kashmiri gate to Dehradun the transaction got failed and I was redirected to upsrtc site but money got deducted from my account and I called the upsrtc helpline number they informed me that I shall receive the money in 7 working days but I haven't received any money till date again when I called them they asked to call at the refund helpline they never pick up the calls or their number is always engaged what is the use of having such helplines.I hope someone shall examine this and process the refund

I am today i. E. 13/10/2019 traveling to allahabad from varanasi with my wife and daughter, we took ac 3x2 bus from cantt depot registration number up 65 ft 1089, and the conductor has charged full ticket for my 4years and 10 months old daughter and when i requested him to charge half ticket then he started miss behaving however we took 3 full tickets number 00017313, 00017314 and 00017315.. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps with regard to my reimbursement of extra money as well as take department action against the bus conductor...
