      I booked ticket online for a trip for 2nd august 2020 from kaushambi to moradabad through the app makemytrip for upsrtc bus on 19th july. But on 31st july i got the message that your trip from kaushambi to moradabad has been canceled. For refund of your money please contact on given email or toll free number [protected]. But when i try to connect with this number.. It got busy or switched off. I have sent an email to online. [protected]@upsrtc.com, but no respond from their side yet.. Please help me to get my money refund.

              As i was booking 2 tickets from kaushambi to farrukhabad for the date 31/07/2020 8:30pm on 30-july 8:57pm. Amount was deducted but booking not successfull.
              I tried to contact the helpline number and through email but no response from upsrtc.
              Please help me as i have not enough money to book the ticket again.

                        From badaun (Up) to kaushambi.
                        Date of traveling - 13/03/20
                        And cancelled it on -12/03/20
                        But as they are showing that only 20 rs will be deduced and remaining 417 will be debited to your bank account with a month.

                            I have booked upsrtc bus ticket on 21 march 2020 from anand vihar to lucknow but that transaction was unsuccessful (Information provided by customer care executive) due to this upsrtc have deducted rs 2618.00 from my hdfc bank credit card account and even after more than 1 months my money is not refunded to my account. Complaint also registered on 'http://www.upsrtc.com/frmGrievances.aspx' with below details :-

                            I am sorry to inform you that 45 days lapsed, inspite of my repeated request and emails to UPSRTC and what’s app to upsrtc help line no but neither refund amount Rs.2618.00 nor any reply is a matter of great shameful.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                On 20th march 2020, i was booking a bus from anand vihar bus terminal to firozabad amounting to rs. 521. I have made successful payment and money got deducted from my bank account but tickets were not booked. I tried to reaching to upsrtc customer care but obviously it was not working. No support were given to me yet.
                                Bow it's already 15 days and i did not got any refund in my account. Seriously how we can say that our hard earned money is safe. Even government sites are doing this kind of things.

                                  With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket from lucknow to delhi on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 1367 was deducted from my credit card as per enclosed bank message and credit into upsrtc account. Please resolve the issue of transaction of rs.1367 on 15 march 2020 and refund my money and revert to my credit card.

                                    Hello I have booked ticket two times from Alambagh to Anand Vihar on 14 March through upsrtc online portal but my money got deducted and the ticket didn't get booked and yet i didnt get the refund till yet. I have contacted on their number but no response and also mail them but still no response from their side.
                                    I am attaching the bank statement for both the deduction.
                                    1st transaction amount is Rs.1314.
                                    And second time it was Rs.1473.

                                        I have tried to book ticket from anand vihar to kanpur on 22 march on 22.30 bus cost ₹686.00.

                                        First time when i tried and booked and made the payment through credit card but there was no ticket generated or confirmation message received.

                                        Second time i tried and follow the same process, same thing happened again, no ticket generated. So the total amount got deducted of ₹1372.00 & i still haven't received any message ot mail that the refund has been issued or not. Also the bus got cancelled due to lockdown.

                                        I have already sent many emails but not received any response & also contact customer support, still no response. So please help me in this matter.
