I tried to contact the helpline number and through email but no response from upsrtc.
Please help me as i have not enough money to book the ticket again....

And cancelled it on -12/03/20
But as they are showing that only 20 rs will be deduced and remaining 417 will be debited to your bank account with a month.

I have booked upsrtc bus ticket on 21 march 2020 from anand vihar to lucknow but that transaction was unsuccessful (Information provided by customer care executive) due to this upsrtc have deducted rs 2618.00 from my hdfc bank credit card account and even after more than 1 months my money is not refunded to my account. Dear sir/ma'am,

On 20th march 2020, i was booking a bus from anand vihar bus terminal to firozabad amounting to rs. 521. I have made successful payment and money got deducted from my bank account but tickets were not booked. I tried to reaching to upsrtc customer care but obviously it was not working. No support were given to me yet.

With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket from lucknow to delhi on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 1367 was deducted from my credit card as per enclosed bank message and credit into upsrtc account. Please resolve the issue of transaction of rs.1367 on 15 march 2020 and refund my money and revert to my credit card.

On 20.3.2020, i booked ticket for 2 from delhi to kotdwar ac janrath, at 5.31 pm. The amount of 836 was deducted from my account. It was fine till it redirected me to main page. I didn't got my ticket and when i logged in and checked "my booking" section, it was showing nothing. I was booking ticket from https://upsrtconline.co.in website from anandvihar
to Basti on 7 march 2020 amount deducted from my account but ticket was not booked . When I contacted customer care service o[censored]PSRCTC they told transaction is failed so ticket is not booked and your amount will be credited to account automatically within 7-10 days but until now i didnt got my money.
