    I have booked ticket on 1/03/19 from Bareilly to Ghaziabad for date 24/03/19 .
    Money is deducted from my account and ticket is not booked.
    13 days has passed but no refund is initiated.
    My username is Shaiphali. I have booked ticket through registered username i.e shaiphali.
    Even customer care are not even respond properly.
    There are just saying talk on another number.
    Highly disappointed by upsrtc online services.

      Dear team,

      No action taken on my complaint which was registered on 3rd march about upsrtc unable to cancel my ticket.
      ...
      I booked my ticket from bareilly to kaushambi for ac 2x2 from www.upsrtconline.co.in on 3 march2019. The bus boarding timing was 23:21 on 3march 2019. I booked the ticket as the guest the user and when i am trying to cancel the ticket, the website asked to me register it to cancel the ticket. So, while i am registering, the website did not sent the activation mail on my email address. I am trying to call customer care number somebody declining the call and not picking it up. After 50 to 60 attempts someone picked the call and said 'due to server down, your ticket will not cancelled'

      Kindly do the needful and help me to get my money back.

        I have booked a ticket on 21/12/2018 from vaishalli to moradabad bus scheduled on 21/12/2018 at 3.00p. M. Due to unknown reason bus got cancelled and the refund is the matter of great concern. Despite of my day night calling at their customer support, they are not happy to take call. They are truly showing unwillingness to work in so called digital india.

            I booked two tickets from lucknow to delhi on 11th feb, 2019 and later on cancelled the ticket due to some personal reasons. And the refund amount against the same have not received till date. The details are :

              I have been trying to cancel my online bus booking from dehradun to delhi (Kashmiri gate) scheduled on 22.2.2019 at 9.30am. I booked my ticket as a guest user.

              When i tried to cancel my booking, the upsrtc website asked me to register online but i never received any activation link on my email as suggested. I tried the 24x7 helpline a several times but no one picks up that number. I also tried the other number provided online [protected] but still no answer. I spent so much time to get this working, it is so inconvenient. I would like someone to look into this matter soon. I request for a full refund. Thank you.

                I have booked 2 tickets for Haldwani to Anand Vihar.
                Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. My Tickets amount Rs. 1026.00.
                Please refund my money back.
                Either send me ticket details as soon as possible for tickets dated 16.02.2019

                Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account.
                I'm attaching the screenshot of the bank statement too for your assistance.
                Kindly refund my money back.

                    I am traveling from firozabad to kuberpur, but bus conductor charging ticket from firozabad to agra, he is saying it is compulsory if you travel from my bus. Rest bus conductor didn't charged from firozabad to agra, why is he charging destination where i will not go.

                    Can i request to official to provide reason why is he overcharging tickets price.

                      I m complaining about at bus no up33at4564 raebareli depot, i was seating from raebareli to lucknow at 7:30 pm, conductor told me that at this bus there is no stoppage at telibagh so you have to take ticket for charbagh bus stop that is rs 92/- please tell me that at this there was really there is no stoppage, i have attached image of ticket

                      I m traveling from Agra to Noida by upstrc bus . Ticket collector is denying to give half ticket against a seat.
                      And forcefully he gave me a full ticket for 9 years girl.if I asked for the same he is using harsh language. Just a sick environment has been provided by the govt employees. Shame on you u.p. govt.
                      Road maintenance issue on LONI Highway connecting Delhi, Ghaziabad

                      I want to say that road connecting to Loni to Ghaziabad is in very poor condition. There are traffic each and every time and due to under construction of road there is always Deep hole on the road and please construct the road.

                        I booked ticket from upsrctc website. And later on the bus was cancelled. But no any message on my mobile they sent and there is no option for refund of money on website o[censored]psrtc. On bus stand, upsrtc employees were told that the bus was cancelled from 4 month. I want to ask that when bus was cancelled from 4 month then why you booked ticket online. I have mailed to the customer care many times and i contacted upsrctc but they never respond.

                          It has been 4 months since the cancellation of my ticket from lucknow to anvt dated 15/7/2018 as the bus was cancelled. Cancellation date: 3/7/2018
                          Till date, i have not been provided with any refund for the same. Neither trimax team replied to my queries, neither upsrtc refund section replied back.

                          Look into this issue immediately.

                          I raised a grievance online, but no action has been taken on it till date and it's still under process.

                              I booked my ticket from alambhag to varanasi for volvo from www.upsrtconline.co.in on 26.12.18. The bus boarding timing was 23:00 27.12.18. I booked the ticket as the guest the user and when i am trying to cancel the ticket, the website asked to me register it to cancel the ticket. So, while i am registering, the website did not sent the activation mail on my email address. I am trying to call customer care number somebody declining the call and not picking it up.

                              I booked tickets in janrath 2×2 from 15.08.2022, 17:15 to 15.08.2022, 21:00 on 14.08.2022, 11:48 but I'm unable to cancel the tickets and helpline are only for formality they don't react any mail and call.
                              I have cancelled a booking of Volvo bus for Prayagraj to Lucknow on 6th September 2023, the bus was booked for 7th September, I did not got a cancellation confirmation mail or message neither I know about the refund of the amount I pay of 703

                                  With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 1356 was deducted from my debit card as per enclosed bank statement and credit into upsrtc account. After that, i booked a ticket again and then it was successful. Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of rs. 1356 on 23 dec. 2018 and refund my money and revert to my debit card.

                                    I have applied for open ended bus smart card from ghaziabad bus stop on 12-may-2018 but i have not receve my card yet.
                                    Status shown on site is registration completed and waiting for printing. Also now it is shown at different registration date fron 26-nov-2018.

                                    Pfa scanned coppy of my original registration receipt and screenshot of status and wrong date showing on portal.

                                    I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible as i am facing so inconvenience because of it.

                                        I have booked 2 tickets online from lakhimpur to kaushambi for 18 nov. 2018. Ticket was confirmed and amount 1510.00 inr was deducted from my account but on the date of departure bus didn't arrived and no message for cancellation of bus was received. I kindly request you to refund the amount as mentioned earlier in my bank account.
                                        On contacting about the same there was no response given by hepldesk number.
