I am really disappointed with the service of Videocon D2H. I have raised a request for Re-Installation at my new address on 8th January 2016. But till now there is action on my request. They claim to provide the service within 24 hrs., but its almost a week no agents have come here for re-installation. I contact customer care thrice, whenever i call them say they request is at top priority. When I call the service agent ([protected]) initially they were saying they will come and just say some time and they don't turn up. Now, they say they cant come to our apartment and just keeping the phone. My subscription balance is getting over and if they cannot have the re-installation done I would like to get compensation for buying there set-up box and dish antenna as that would be of no use. What will be the penalty on them for not serving the customer as per their statement. Waiting for you positive response. Till now I have not got any response from Videocon. I get automated calls saying to recharge my D2H connection.
But nobody has called me relating to re-installation.
In the above reply, you have mentioned, the issue has been forwarded to the concerned department. Now its 10 day. Can you help me with what response have been taken by your concerned department.
