I have been trying to login to d2h website to change my monthly plan without success. Kindly change my registered telephone number for my videocon d2h connection as my old number is not in service anymore and i'm unable to change my tariff plans. I have been trying to rack my brains to login into the Videocon d2h website but unable to do so. I wish to recharge my account as per the new TRAI guidelines but apparently without logging in to the website I cannot do so.
This behavior forces me recharge as per the older packages.

There seems to be some problem with the Videocon d2h.

I am user of Videocon d2h and my Id is[protected].As per TRAI new rule I created new plan and submitted 4days ago but they did not activated my plan till date. Customer call centre is not responding ask me to call after 1 or 2 hrs. Pl. Take it seriously.
