Four years back we took the videocond2h connection. And our dealer wrongly given the mobile number and that number is saved as our registered telephone number. Our customer id is[protected]. Name: sebastian k. We tried calling the customer care. But no response. And we contacted our dealer but he told it is difficult to do. So we would like to change our rtn to the given number: [protected] as soon as possible.

I Lost My RTN MOBILE NUMBER means its gone..
But i want to change my other RTN but i dont have current RTN number.
I have D2H custmer id and other my info. My id is 6304696

My old RTN number is not in use and need to change it. I now cannot access the videocon website as they send password to RTN. I have all other details and customer ID. Why videocon is not sending password through email. I need to have access to my videocon account to update my new RTN
