[Resolved] Videocon D2H — customer id[protected], deducting amount every time from recharge | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My videocon d2h cust id is 31671911. As i am out of station i do recharge of rs. 100 frequently. But whenever i recharge my operator deducts rs. 50 every time i recharge from my balance. This is happening since november-2018. Whenever i called customer care they say this is due to auto credit option is enabled. But i never said them to enable auto credit option. Also once i told to disable this option. For few days in between it was disabled but now again operator is deducting balance from my account. This is happened 18-20 times. I called customer care to register complaint but representative refused to register my complaint. Please inform operator to refund amount of rs.[protected] for auto deduction and 1000 for harassment done by customer care) and take strong action against operator.
