Videocon D2H — dth signal not available problem | |||
This is uday and i am using videocon d2h from last 4 years and from this year february first week onwards i am getting an error message on my screen saying 'signal not available'. I called your customer service several times to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. I communicated this complaint to videocon d2h customer service through email. But the problem not yet fixed. Recently they registered my complaint with reference number[protected] and after that there is no resolution of the problem. Please revert me back asap with proper resolution,. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected]. Your customer service is very pathetic service. Most of the times we are not able to reach your customer service numbers.
