I have been using videocon d2h(customer id[protected] for last 6 years almost every year set top box gets some issue and need replacement that also exactly after warranty is over.

On 30th May again signal issue happened and raised complaint on same day(by e-mail). untill 31st it was not resolved and closed without intimating then raised another complain on 1st June[protected] and on 3rd June[protected] which was again closed without resolving. Requesting for disconnecting since really irritated with the way they are helping customer. Even for that they are telling they cannot do and no refund of money.

    Hi i had registered a request on31st of may to re locate my dish of videocon so they told me in 24hrs ll get it done but still no response from videocon and if we call the CUSTOMER CARE no proper responce they are jest dissconnceting the call I dnt know what is wrong with that agents company is paying them to resolve customers issue but the agents are not ata ll helpful it's been 6 days now no service for us the CUSTOMER CARE are jest useless ### 💩💩💩 how can I get the resolution for this

        This with reference trailing mail dated 3rd June 2019 and today subsequent talk on 4th June 2019 to Sr. Executive Mr. Chandan Kumar ref. No.[protected].

        The issue could not be solve as i request many times. Today ones again d2h executive registered one more complaint regarding my set top box not activate that way could not change plan and add channels in my plan.

        This is for your kind information that the set top box is active and I am watching tv regularly. There is no problem on my set top box. But I could not change my plan and not add chanels.

        This is with reference trailing email ref. No.[protected] dt. 25th May; ref. No.[protected] dt. 29th May and ref. No. 72334176 dt. 03.06.2019 regarding upgrading and modification in active plan.

        Today I am shocking because executive d2h told me that your set top box is not active, this is strange I am very disappointed the answer. For your kind information that my set top box is active and recharge my plan on regular basis.

        Therefore, the sr. executive told me the complaint has been raised and may be solve in 24 hrs. I am not satisfied his answer because for the last 3 months I am regularly called and wrote to the customer care and they are told and wrote same answer. The problem couldn't be solved.

        You d2h is disappointed me.

          Sir,
          my id is 14050730 and I have recharged on 1st june. My channels were not working so I called service engineer, he make channels proper working and I paid him ₹200.
          Today 3rd june, my channels are stopped. As per customer care I have not paid the service charge to the service engineer thats why my service have been blocked.
          Sir, I want to file an complain agaist that engineer named Krupal. Beacause he lied and doing some kind of fraud. And this is not the way to satisfy your customer.
          Its their fault not mine, then why should I get trouble.

            Dear sir/madam,
            This complain is regarding videocon d2h (Customer id[protected]. I have recharged my d2h for 100/- rs on 06.05.2019. Due to relocation i have requested for reinstallation of dish on 09.05.2019. After reinstallation on 13.05.2019 to new premises i have paid 450/- rs to concerned engineer (Deepak ughade, mob no. [protected]). He showed me successful transaction and remaining balance around 49/- rs and validity till 18.05.2019. However, next day the d2h showed error e16 mentioning insufficient balance due to which the d2h was not working. I have registered telephonic complain on repeated occasion[protected] dated 14.05.19,[protected] dated 15.05.2019, even on 16.05.2019), all in vein. I have thought that the issue might have resolved in these period (Was out of station from 17.05.2019 to 28.05.2019), so again recharged d2h for 154/- rs on 29.05.2019, but it again showed e18 error mentioning insufficient balance. After calling to customer care, again complain[protected] dated 29.05.2019) was registered, but all in vein. However, i have sent an email to [protected]@d2h.com, himanshu. [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com and nodal officer nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com. Received call from them that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. However, the problem was not resolved. Hence, i had again made a telephonic complain on 30.05.[protected] and told that if the services will not resume i shall register a complain to consumer court, they promised that the issue will be solved very soon, but all in vein. Is these d2h people are not afraid of consumer court too?
            Due to constant pressure from home, i have recharged d2h for 250/- rs on 01.06.2019. However, the balance shown was only 53/- rs. Means they have again deducted my hard earned money. D2h has deducted two times 400/-rs for the single reinstallation service from my account, which is totally insane. Due to their bad service even after initial recharge my family was not able to see the broadcasting after 13.05.2019 to 17.05.2019. Hence, i would like d2h to reimburse me the deducted amount of 49/- rs and 154/-rs and 196.96/-rs (Total 400/-rs).in addition, i would to have an apology letter as my family had suffered mentally and i have suffered financially due to their bad service.

              Dear sir (Trai),
              I recently recharged my videocon d2h account[protected] with platinum hd d2h package. As per videocons package details in platinum hd pack all channels should be visible on both of my set top boxes (Primary and secondary). But this was not the case and only few channels are available on my d2h.
              I complained regarding this to videocon d2h on [protected]@d2h.com so many times but they have been giving me vague and auto generated replies but i have still not got any resolution.
              In my secondary set top box there are minimum channels available although i recharged with platinum hd pack which is their highest pack which provides all the channels. However in my secondary account only few channels are visible and no hd channels are visible.
              I have complained on customer support as well but they kept on telling me that we are doing some changes from here and channels will be visible in next 15 minutes. But nothing happened.
              I have been spending 1.5hrs daily on this issue and got no resolution.
              I am facing this issue since last 1 year and it is high time now and i thought of complaining to trai regarding this pathetic service provided by videocon d2h.
              Today itself on 2nd june 2019 the person namely mr. Pankaj who called on my registered telephone number told me that he has reset my set top box but that was also in vain. Further he advised me to book technical complaint for which i will have to pay (This is the negligency of service provider so why should i suffer and pay).
              It will be helpful if this issue can be looked into on priority and also compensate for the number of days for which the service was not provided and mental agony to my family.
              Hoping for an early resolution.

                As due to unconditional weather my d2h videocon is not working and for it i had complaint again n again but still my problem not resolve as the engineer come to resolve the problem after 24 hour and taken the charge of rs 350 but still company had ducted the balance from my recharge amount of rs 300 and still after complaining they had not given the solution and wasting the time and this issue is not for once but earlier also they had done d same plz take action against them

                  The videocon d2h signal not available to my set top box since 03.05.2019 instead of my complaint registered with the service provider w. E. F. 27.05.2019 at about 9.30 am which resulted i am unable to view the television set till date. I have already lodged a complaint vide no.[protected] against my videocon d2h consumer no.27022712. Apart from this i have made phone calls to the call centre of videocon d2h service provider on 30.05.19, 31.05.19 but all efforts are remained in vain.

                    My videocon i'd.47399748 i have 3 connections (1 primary and 2 mirror) i selected disney universal bouquet - 10rs, sony happy india rs.31, colors wala hindi value rs.22, star hindi value rs.49, zee buisnees and aaj tak on all the 3 cards (Recharge amount 681 rs per month), d2h people are activating combos and packs without my wish such as diamond bengali combo, tamil combo, platinum combo, silver combo and even after correcting repeatedly with customer care it's has been changed repeatedly please take action against the persons who are changing my pack and adding combo without my wish and compensate for the losses and i only want the above channels on all my cards, even d2h customer care is not responding correctly nor can i select my own package online or on infinity app. I can provide cutomer care recordings too.

                      I do a complaint regarding wrong information given by customer care agent of d2h but all in vain bcoz they are not giving me proper resolution for my complaint. As on dated 23/05/2019 a customer agent ask me to set my source from tv remote to av1 but it was not solution for my problem after that he asked me for the visit of a engineer bt i denied the engineer but at last he visited my house and set the source of my tv on hdmi which was told by customer agent as av1.
                      So i m feeling bad after getting wrong resolution by the videocon d2h. Kindly revert me my rs.200/- deducted by d2h videocon.
                      They also do me a wrong massage regarding my 200 rs.

                        I had recharged on dated 10th may 2019 my d2h videocon online through his registered web site www.D2H.com (Net banking) with rs.165. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the amount is neither recharged to my d2h nor refunded to my bank account, kotak mahindra bank. I have so many complaints to customer care & mail also & provide all details. I. E. Bank name, account no. Transaction / reference id: time of recharge, website address / payment wallet name, screenshot of successful transaction, email related to successful transaction. But till date customer care not any support my complaints. Please do the needful.

                          Dear trai,

                          I am a videocond2h user with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 4 years, i am facing issues regarding services of videocond2h, which includes signal unavailable.

                          I got a signal problem recently, i have complained the same on may 25th 2019 to the customer care people and they said that it will be resolved in 48 hrs, again i called after the given time they said
                          It will be resoled in next 8 hours but it does not happen, even after i called them 6 to 7 times till today, it is not yet resolved.

                          When i asked the customer care people to disconnect my connection, the reply which i got from them is, it is not possible to disconnect (They don't have that option) and they said that balance amount cant be refunded.

                          Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services. I want my money back which i recently added to my account just before the signal issue.

                          Money which i deposited recently : 500 rupees

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocond2h.

                            I am using Videocon D2H since 2011 but never got the service for complete 30 days in any month till now. I have raised this things multiple times with the service provider through customer care but the issue never resolved however i was given the complaint number always those complaints got closed by them their own without any action and resolution and I am feeling harassed and looted because I have not got the number of days service for which I paid. Please take this up with the service provider and asking them to resolve it immediately and compensating me for the interrupted service period where number of days service was not exactly 30 days after recharge since 2011.

                              Since 5 days my d2h set top box remote has been getting unserviceable, I have been several time given complain to customer care of videocon d2h but they are not responding, I am giving my complaint no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Sir since 5 days I was unable to view any tv programme but company has deducted the money as per day basis, so I want to get back my money to my account and also I want some serious steps to be taken against the customer service staff for misguiding me and the monetary loss of mine.

                                I am a customer of id[protected], my d2h setup damaged on fanny cyclone on 03.05.19 in chandaka, bhubaneswar. I raised a complain on 14.5.19 through customer care for restoration.. They are cheating me sevaral times by saying it will restored in 96 hrs.. 24 hrs.. Etc. Till today i. E on 27.05.29 my comain not solved.. I want to file a consumer case against d2h for menally harassing me..

                                  I have lodged a complaint against videocon d2h around 20 days back which was supposed to be closed within 2 days as per timeline given by the videocon d2h customer care. Around 20 days back, i got a call from videocon d2h in which the executive asked me the reason of not getting recharged. I told her that i am not satified with the services because i called many a times to change my plan. But not getting any satsfactory response. Then the executive said she is going to change the plan and also confirm me to recharge d2h by 984 for 3 months and also said to get 30 days free. But neither i got the 3 months subscription nor got 30 days free. Please look into this. Complaint no. To videocon d2h is[protected]

                                  The complaint no.[protected] was lodged by videocon d2h supervisor on my behalf. Pls. Look into this on priority. I will not recharge my d2h if my problem will not get resolved within 3 working days. Even i will change my service provider. And educate all my friends, relatives and others also to not use videocon d2h.

                                    Worst service. I have recharged for 1000 RS. And I have only 2 connections. But in 20 days only. The entire amount is over. A big cheater. They are not showing the correct details of packages available, connections used, amount utilised. Customer care numbers won't work. Called couple of times. Even after connecting, the executive disconnects the call in between. A big cheater, thief. Unfair trade practices. No proper option given on website, Mobile App, on TV, and over call to select proper channels. I have requested for cancellation for 1 connection. But still that request is not executed I think. Complete mismanagement of power. Pls govt take some action against this company and shut down this company.

                                      After cyclone there is no signal in my tv. I complaint at videocon customer care twice but they were not attending it. They were closing the call without resolving it. Every time they were telling that our technicians will attend it but till date no one has attended. My videocon subscription is till july 2019 and each day the subscription amount is getting deducted without using the service.

                                        Our customer id[protected], we recharged our d2h account with rs. 215/- on[protected]. But services not resumed and showing signal not available. We contacted customer care and they received our complaint and assured us to send technician. But even after 10times contacted customer care they are not sending technician.
