My name is arjun singh, a customer of videocon d2h, with customer id[protected]. Sir i have selected my channels 3 times online, once in january and 2 times in february, i have also called customer care to set my choice channels in january but they said that trai rule will be started from 1st february and they also increase price of previous channel pack which i was using previously, now i am unable to see my choice of channels from about 3-4 february, i have tried calling them hundreds of times and also emailed them multiple times but they have not responded till now. I have also reselected my channels after that but no response from them, they have set their choice of some channels which does not match minimally to my choice of channels. My d2h recharge amount is deducting daily but there has been no channels of my choice. I have also complained in complaint board but all in vain.
Please resolve my problem as quickly as possible and also cashback my deducted amount from my d2h account.

Very worst customer service as well as no proper resolving of problems. Totally don't take the connection it's better, change to any other service

    My name is srikanth and my cust id is[protected]. Since last 7 days d2h is not working, websites not working, phone and toll free are same. Tried 100 times to call but no luck. Getting frustrated with such a worst provider. By mistake if it connects rude behaviour from customer care and if we force to speak to senior calls transfer but no one will respond post 30 min call will dropped or it will answered by other associate as senior who doesn't what the solution. Go through the recordings i[censored] ppl are serious about serving customers, i have called up to ur customer care from [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have written mail nodal officer of karnataka but no response from last 4 days, i thought he will responsible not as the customer care executives but looks like he is also same. I hope entire ur videocon d2h service doesnt even care about customer issues.

    Plan is not activated as per trai but they you are deducting the balance.

    I dont know where to complain and whom to escalate.

      Not able to see free channels.even dd channels are not broadcast.Harassment on the part of customer care executives. I complained to the company several times.Each time the asked me to wait for hours. I called them several times but to no effect.company's response is to pathetic.on Sunday I again called customer care they again respond with yet another date. Plz help me.my customer ID 29535444

        I am unable to select my own channel pack as per trai new rules. Since 1feb2019 i am visiting the videocon d2h website and trying to select my own channels pack and every time it shows your d2h pack has updated as per your selection however in reality i cannot view the channels i have selected and my available balance is reducing everyday. I tried calling customer care to complain about but the number is not connecting. Please help. My customer id is[protected]

          My customer id[protected] from last 3days i am not able to see my star bengali hd permium pack channels even after i select this pack in their side create my own pack they provide me a sl no also which is[protected]. I tried to call several times but it always busy i send mail no respond. I tried to lodge a complain through this side but still no action taken. Today i tried again to create a new pack for see this channel but i notice that their no option provided to chose for those 75 channel which is not mandatory according to govt. How could they do that and how could trai not taking any action for this with so many complains. I aslo attached a photocopy that will help you to understand. And if trai cannot do anything then stop making new rules

            My customer id[protected]. I paid an amount of rs.500/- on 6th february 2019 early morning. The sbi bank reference is as follows:

            Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments [protected]igafitgdj2 500.00.
            This amount is paid through videocon d2h app link under instant recharge and after payment i have not received any confirmation message. However it is deducted to my bank account
            Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Videocon d2h wants us to pay through online. After we pay, they do not show the credit against our Account. They do not respond as to how the paid amount do not get reflected. They indicate that this amount must have got credited to some other account, which they are not sure about. They try to collect from us a fresh recharge payment. The online payment portal of videocon is not fool proof and I feel they do it with some motive to earn more from Customers. I have lost Rs.756/- already and contemplating to go for some other operators. My Customer no is[protected]. My payment was made on[protected] and is yet to be credited.

              As per the new trai regulations, i had opted for the list of channels that i would like to watch on 29th jan 2019. Till date the same is not implemented. Worse, i am not getting many channels that i had opted for.

              Have already sent 3 reminders and no response.

              Their customer care numbers are not reachable since last 8- 10 days

              Is trai not monitoring the implementation??

              Understand all the d2h providers customer care numbers are blocked by them and many consumers like me are suffering. Please help

                That time as per trai i was select only 100 channels (25 dd+65 as my choice)
                However my selected pack not done from videocond2h yet.
                Already mail send at [protected]@d2h.com but still no any email revert, no call back and cc call blocked
                On 2 feb 2019 to till my channels not working properly
                I want resolution with proper clarification
                What about my dbr deduction without proper service?

                  My customer ID is 3582404 name GK Lakhanpal.
                  I have tried to call the customer care but no response . I have selected the list of channels from star, zee, Sony, colors sports but I am unable to view star channels and Sony six. It is very strange that I have been charged or amount deducted is more and channels are not as per my selection list. I have mailed to the customer care several times too but of no use.

                    On 4th Feb stopped the services as
                    monthly recharged finished, after that I had selected channel as per my choise and that particular amt is deposited, but there is no connection till date. Tried all no given on web site but no response as all nos not active or ...even no response for mails.
                    yesterday received a call from customer care that time he simply refused to activate selected channel & suggested go for old plan for immediate service activation by recharging 300 rs.

                        Hello am abhijit Patil I am a customer of videocon d2h, customer I'd =13402039 .few days ago some channels which were part of my subscription plan where turned off without any notice .I have tried to contact customer care of videocon d2h multiple times but they are not giving any positive response, they are telling to call me after some time like 1 hour .I want marathi channels to turn on which were turned off suddenly, now they are not turning on marathi channels and also they are not providing opportunity to choose my own pack according to new trai rules

                          Videocon d2h company is fooling customers by not adhering to trai directive and is forcing customers to choose channels as per the company's wish .recently trai allowed every consumer the right to choose 74 channels out of the 100 in their dth as per their wish but videocon dth is not allowing the customers to change Free to air channels and has not allowed to change according to the user's wish this is utter lawlessness . Even their customer care people are rude and vent their anger towards their own customers

                            Myself Santosh Kumar having d2h a/c no.[protected] getting problem in recharging my account. I am unable to view TV programmes for last 4 days. Website and all helpline nos. of the company not working. A complete shut down type situation observed. Once i got connected the call but the executive refused to help with excuse that there system is not working. Website is also not allowing to recharge the service....

                            I have said connection. I have made my own pack which was showing total amount of rs.339/-. But when i was going to recharge my account it is showing rs.677 as monthly charge. I have been informed that due to technical fault it is showing higher amount. I have been asked to recharge with rs.339.00 and my account will be activated for one month from 06.02.2019 to 08.03.2019. It is matter of big concern that i have been cheated by videocon who have activated my account only upto 23.02.2019. Pl look into matter and correct this expiry. I am unable to contact u at all numbers given in lst o[censored]r website. It is matter of concern that my account is wrongfully demanded higher amount.. Pl also give numbers where i can contact u as after new trai regulations ur all number are not approachable which is harassing ur customer. Looking for ur immediate support.

                              Dear sir/mada,

                              I m videocon d2h costumer, but now days i facing to much problem regarding my videocon connection. My television connection is totally off. Lot of time i called to video con costumer care number but every number getting disconnect my calls. I already recharge my id. I also select new channels list as per trai rules. But all of that totally dis-pointed me.

                                I have been requesting to provide me channels as per my choice as per trai regulation effective from 1-2-19. I have given my choice to videocon d2h on help line no & also by email 10 days in advance between 20 jan & 28 jan several times.
                                My complaint against videocond2h to trai in jan 19 was not resolved.
                                They are not responding to email. Their help line nos are always busy.
                                They continued to charge old tariff till 3 rd feb 19 instead of my plan charges.
                                They are harassing too much. I have not recharged after 3 feb to avoid charging as per old plan.
                                Request for action & compensation to me.

                                  On 26 january i selected my desired channels & paid for 1 month but after 3rd february then deactivate channels which i did not select but they deactivated few channels which i selected. I tried to contact them via their curtomer care number as well as their website but both are not working. Phone number is always busy & website does not log in. Now i am planning to add few channels but that too not available as site does not go beyond login page.

                                    Sir, from last one week my channel is blocked, i have already paid new tariff of 1000 rupees. I have a joint family, we have three set up box. Every day they give five hrs time to start. Same excuse of technical problem stating migration to new slot. Pls give my money back its very diffcult to deal with shameless company. The company always put you on hold for 40 minutes to 1 hr. Even the supervisor say they can not help because of technical problem you have to wait for indefinite period while your account is kept on reducing day by day. Pls help for refund

                                      Videocon d2h is charging 2 base packs charges as i have selected my tariff channels on 1 of feb from that day i have been charded for both new selected pack and old tariff base pack charges which costing me around 1500pm now where as my selected pack is 583pm.

                                      I tried calling to customer cases from 1 feb but call not connecting and droped email as well but no response from d2h.

                                      I have done recharge from last 7 days is near about 1000rs but now my balance showing only 200rs where as my previous recharges amount is 400rs pm.

                                      Now which costing 4 times higher.

                                      I am not able to change the packs online as well.

                                      Please look into this.
